Harold is an outstanding 8-year-old full Irish Draught standing at 17.2hh. I have owned him since he was a 3-year-old and have produced him myself, making this an incredibly difficult decision.

Don’t be put off by Harold’s size, I am a slight 5’7. I have produced Harold since I was 17 years old. He is perfect in every way and a firm favourite on the yard.

He truly is the definition of a gentle giant. Harold has the kindest temperament and is trusted to be handled, led, turned out and brought in by complete novices. He has impeccable manners both at home and away and is a pleasure in every aspect. He is good to load, travel, clip, shoe, bath, have his teeth done. He travels perfectly in a trailer, and I regularly compete on my own with him as he stands quietly and behaves impeccably.

Harold is an incredibly versatile horse who has enjoyed success across multiple disciplines. We have been active members of the British Riding Club, competing and training in groups. He has competed British Showjumping at British Novice and Discovery level, although this has never been our main focus and my own lack of confidence over bigger fences is reflected in his record rather than his ability.

He has lightly evented both affiliated and unaffiliated at BE90 level and is confidently training at BE100. Dressage has been our main focus this last year and Harold has really excelled. Last season we qualified for the Petplan Area Festivals, achieving three top-three placings and a top-ten finish across Prelim and Novice classes. We have recently stepped up to Elementary and are now training Medium movements.

Harold hacks alone or in company, happily goes in front or behind, and is never spooky, strong or silly. He absolutely loves adventures, whether that's mountain rides, farm rides or, best of all, beach rides. He is always ridden in a snaffle in every discipline.

In 2025, Harold was selected to appear on Horse & Country's *All Star Academy*, where he spent a week training with some of the sport's leading professionals, all of whom commented on his trainability, attitude and exceptional temperament.

Harold has been a huge part of my life and owes me absolutely nothing. He is a genuine all-rounder with a heart of gold who would suit someone looking for a safe, versatile partner to enjoy a variety of disciplines. Equally, he has the ability to continue progressing with the right rider.

Toby is the easiest 4 year old you could hope to meet, he was bought direct from his small breeder in Ireland last year and has been a pleasure to produce. He was backed as a 3 year old, turned away to mature over the winter, has been back in work since the spring, hacking, schooling and a few trips out to arena hires. He is currently a full up 16.3 and might still fill up and out a little more.

Toby is by the very popular Dignified Van't Zorgliet who has offspring jumping upto 1.60m and eventing unto 5*. He has 3 correct paces, a big engine, great natural balance, super rhythm and a lovely jump. He is incredibly straight forward in every way inc loading, shoeing, you can virtually jet wash him off after work and all done with a smile on his face. His is ridden in a snaffle and caverson.

May is a 10 year old 16.1 Dutch Warmblood that could go far in any discipline. 

She will happily jump at or away from home and good in warm up arenas around other horses. She has been xc schooling popping ditches, steps, skinny’s, corners and happy to go through water. 

On the hunt field is where I think she would excel. As sensible when in the group and doesn’t get silly or over excited. I have only taken her once but she really took a shine to it. 

On her dressage debut she won with over 70% and hasn’t come home without a red rosette or good score since. She has beautiful big paces which the judges love.

Good to load and travel, good for the farrier and to Handel on the ground. Hacks out alone or in company.

Tubby is a true yard favourite who’s been part of the family for the past 6 years. He’s a real character, racing isn’t for him anymore and is now ready for something new (ROR eligible.)

He does basic flatwork, he has three balanced flashy paces and carries himself well. He hasn’t done much flatwork previously but has taken to it very well and won’t take much work. He is naturally a real eye catcher. Light in the hand and never strong.

He has ran over both hurdles and fences in his career. He has since started jumping poles which he enjoyed. He is careful and scopey. Makes a lovely shape. If jumping is what your into he would need a confident positive rider who rides him forward. He just needs encouragement to know you’ve got him and he can do it. He would thrive off someone building him up slowly and getting his confidence.

He is a quiet straightforward ride, doesn’t need lots of leg. He is more slow than go. Tubby will happily stand all day. Like name like nature he will eat anything and everything. Lives on fresh air. He’s not the type to waste his energy unless required. He is well mannered with a very genuine character, loves fuss and a brush.

He has hacked out alone or in company around open fields & lanes, he isn’t fazed varying types of traffic. He is a very easy going person, never buzzy or silly. Lives in & out in company. Good to clip, shoe, box & travel. He last ran 15th August so is fully fit and being ridden a few times a week from the field. Has been looked after and ridden by small petite girl.

Very eye catching palomino and white Irish mare, 15.2hh, age 6. Hana was purchased as a yearling in Ireland and has been in the same home since then.

She has spent time hacking in North Wales and attended fun rides and a few shows there. She is now with me on behalf of her owner to sell.

She has taken to the school fantastically and shows real promise. Lovey mouth and three rhythmical paces, Recently started some jumping and she is really enjoying this.

A real gem to handle and do. Good to catch, clip, shoe (only has fronts on), load, bath etc... She is very loved but is surplus to requirements. Great in traffic and machinery.
