Rio named during the 2016 Olympics is the first horse I ever bred and is out of my first horse who took me to my first events etc and so unsurprisingly he is very loved and means alot to me! I have come to the hard decision to sell him as I have expanded my interest in breeding and now have alot of youngsters on the ground and more on the way! Rio much prefers low level 80/90 jumping to my desired heights and enjoys showing and hacking alot more than I do!! I feel rather than me keeping him just because i'm being sentimental it would be lovely to find him a home that appreciates him and loves him just as much but where he can do a job that he enjoys! Over the years he has been picked up and put down and always left till last as he's easy and didn't mind and my event horses always took priority! I'd love to find him a home where he is someone's everything even if that just means they have more time to brush him and share their tea and biscuits!

Rio has turned his hoof to most things! He's done RC/UA dressage, BE, BS, hunted, funrides, beach rides, borrowed by friends and most recently he went on loan to a family friend where he was very successful in show hunter classes with many wins and placings his most notable success was taking Champion at Devon County Show 2025 and qualifying for Royal International. He very much enjoys this job and I can see him continuing to be very successful at it!

He's brilliant to hack, alone or in company, rides and leads, excellent in traffic and happily nanny's the youngsters.

Rio is good to do in all ways, doesn't need riding everyday but enjoys plently of turnout here. He doesn't mind being in or out, and is currently out at night in in the day with a herd of boys. He's good to clip, shoe, catch etc. Has only ever travelled in a lorry.

Like everyone he's not perfect and does have a few notable things to consider which are reflected in his price. He can get mild sweetitch in the summer if left to his own devices however we've never had a problem with this as he has a jab for it and wears a rug and you wouldn't know its something that can affect him!

I have his SI medicated when I feel he needs it. Happy to discuss in more detail but this is something we feel benefits him.

He can be horse shy in small busy warm ups and trys to turn away from oncoming horses. This has improved over time and is generally fine in big or quiet warm ups. He's happy schooling with others in the school at home/at clinics/lessons etc.

A top long term home is a priority to me where he will be cherished! Although generally easy I'd like him to go to an experienced knowledgeable home.

Jack is a 16.3, 10yo British Warmblood by Black Jack (Cornet Obolensky), out of a Cavalier Royale mother.

Fun and responsive off the leg, jack goes beautifully on the flat in a soft outline with a fabulous, uphill movement. Established changes and showing very nice lateral work.

Good enough for pure dressage, and will do a very nice test eventing.

Has BS to Discovery level and evented to BE100 both with an amateur girl, careful and clever off the floor with a huge scopey jump who will progress very quickly with the right person, genuine and straightforward.

Schooling at 1.35 at home, would pop round a foxhunter tomorrow with anyone on. He is very economical XC and looks for the flags.

Easy to do away from home, hacks out alone or in company, good in traffic.

Very kind person on the ground, good with dogs and other horses, happy to live in or out.

This is a really fun horse who deserves to be someones partner in crime and best friend.

Tommy has mainly sj with us competing at 90/1m unaffiliated and affiliated with my 14yr old daughter and definitely has scope for more as has schooled higher and he just loves to jump!
Tommy is quick against the clock, and would be a super BS horse for a confident competent rider as he likes to get on with the job. He is keen and forward to a fence and will always try his best to help you out.
He has been xc schooling and equally as bold and brave so could definitely be a BE contender with the work put in as dressage is not something we do, although he has done some in his previous home. Could also see him team chasing.

Tommy is lovely to hack in company, not strong and good in traffic. He has done beach rides/fun rides. He does lack confidence hacking alone but could be worked on as he has done it.

He is looking for a confident, competitive rider who can get the best out of him and would suit an older teenager or young adult or someone wanting a talented small horse to compete and as a fun allrounder. Snaffle mouth so not strong.

He stands politely to mount, opens gates, will do ride and lead so he could equally be a mother/daughter share.

Doesn't need riding every day, hes just the same if ridden regularly or left. He is a kind well mannered boy, easy to do and a pleasure to have around.

He is a good doer, will live in or out happily with mares or geldings. Good to travel, for farrier, perfect to clip etc. Up to date. No vices.

Extremely sad sale as he is a very sweet boy but unfortunately not the right match for me. Wanting the best home for him as he will need time to settle.

Ginny is a very special 4yo that is currently 168CM

She has a solid build, straight, correct and blemish free and has passed 5* vetting recently all clean.

Open to any checks/x rays anyone would like.

Ginny is currently turned away for a few months after recently returning from breakers. . She spent 4 weeks there annd got anll the basics done. I had planned that March time I will crack on and restart with her for her 4yo year.

This said my 2X6yo are going well currently and I have a 2yo and a foal on the way so Im going to test waters to offer her as she is now for someone to make into their own star.

My plans are to aim for the BYEH qualifiers next year and a handful of 4yo classes I think shed make a good eventer or showjumper she is extremely well bred. I have her half sister and her brain is like no other. They learn quick and want to please always.

Iv had everything done. Wolf teeth put, vaccines etc etc shes all good to go weather someone will leave her turned away for another month or so ( I can keep her on the land until your ready to have her if so)

Shes went to morris and smith so shes had the best possible start to her education and has proved amenable and brave.

She floats in her movement so could even be a dressage horse.

Big Scopy jump she has been free jumped over logs as well as coloured fences.
