Compact and smart horse. Successfully evented up to 4* level, jumping clear xc at Burnham Market, Aston and Blair 4* shorts and completing Blenheim 4* Long in 2023.

He does have an old tendon injury, which has been stem celled, rehabbed and correctly brought back into work. The vets were very happy with his last scan and given the go ahead to start eventing again, has done 3 events this season and leg looks very good.

Has had a quiet year as I broke my wrist in the Spring, so had been ticking over with a 17yo boy who works part time for us. He then took him to Chard GoBE100 and finished 2nd, before jumping double clear at West Wilts 100open with just time faults dropping him out the top 10.

Whilst we feel it’s not fair to try and get him back to 4* level he still has a lot to give someone, whether its pure dressage or show jumping or low level event (we think maybe 100/Novice/2*).

Super paces and scored 31 at 4* level and 27 at 3*, double clear at Advanced and lots of placings at intermediate level.

Super easy to do at home and at events, hacked out by his owner who’s mid 70s.

Bruce is a 7-year-old Warmblood gelding by Zambesi, standing at 16.3/17hh.

This horse really does tick all the boxes. He is an absolute gentleman with the temperament, talent and rideability to suit a wide variety of riders. Whether in the arena, at competitions or out hacking, Bruce is straightforward, genuine and a true pleasure to have in the yard.

Bruce is naturally athletic, an elegant mover with three quality paces and a lovely easy way of going. He is light to ride, goes in a soft rhythm, and is always willing to please.

Bruce has successfully competed up to Novice level, including a 4th place at West Wilts Novice

He has also confidently competed up to 1.15m, with plenty of scope to progress further

He is brave, careful, and gives his rider confidence in the ring, making him a fantastic partner for someone aiming to be competitive.

He is the kind of horse everyone loves to have in the stable. He is a firm yard favourite, and the one that all the grooms want to ride. Homebred gelding by Chilli Morning x Cavalier Royale.

Competed up to Novice successfully with amateur female rider but in his element at Grassroot level. Current rider wanting to compete at top level and he is sadly not a 5* horse, hence sale.

3 very smart paces, could do pure dressage and will be qualified for regionals this winter if not sold. Always in top ten after dressage eventing. Careful showjumping but very forgiving and will jump off any stride. In his element XC, always looking for the flags.

Would suit a competent rider looking for a quality amateur horse; doesn't need drilling in the school, can be picked up on a weekend for an event and hacked or in the field through the week. No novice riders - he is still a fit competition horse and very intelligent so needs handling with experience.

Passed vetting for insurance this winter but does have changes on x-rays on hocks - not affecting his performance but means we would prefer someone not looking to compete above Novice max so he can be doing what he loves for many many years to come!

Class Apart (Max) is a fantastic schoolmaster looking for a U18 or competitive amateur. Max has 28 BE points and 56 foundation points, he has competed up to intermediate and CCI2L level with double clears and top 10 finishes, he’s also won at novice level with multiple double clears and dressage in the low 20s.

He unfortunately picked up an injury in 2022 which is fully healed and doesn’t affect him. He has then had 2 quiet years due to personal circumstances , no fault of his own and has been in full work just not out competing. He is now back out competing and he finished on his dressage score at all events this season and all top 10 finishes, including winning the 100open at West Wilts on a 24 dressage. Max is ready to get going with his new jockey.

He is easy to handle, good on the lorry will happily stand if you take the others away. Snaffle mouth for everything. Good to box, shoe, clip.

Roy is a 16.3 8 year old Irish sports horse gelding.

He has a very good record at BE100 and stepped up to novice well this year however we feel he would be the perfect grassroots horse for someone to have loads of fun and be competitive on. Would be a serious badminton grassroots contender.

He is smart on the flat, scoring good marks in the dressage and is a straightforward ride. He’s a good jumper, straight and easy to a fence, not phased by skinnies, ditches etc and a very genuine type who will help you out if your not on the perfect stride. Hes never strong or silly. Hacks out alone or in company and we often use him as a sensible lead horse for the babies.

Roy is the most lovely person to have on the yard, he is super easy to do in all ways. Excellent to shoe, clip etc, stands on the lorry perfectly and is happy to travel alone or with others.

This is an extremely sad sale and not a decision we wanted to make however rider is now wanting a horse to do young riders on and we feel Roy would be better suited to a grassroots home where he can excel and bring someone loads of fun.

Sam is a 7yo Belgian Warmblood. I've owned him since he was 3 and have produced him up through the levels. He has evented up to novice very successfully and would be an amazing grassroots horse for someone but is also a careful and scopey jumper with plenty of ability to pure show jump.

I have in no way unlocked his potential, he has got more than enough scope for 1.30 but is also safe and easy and would look after his rider round 1.10/1.15 with ease and be an out and out winner and joy for someone.

He has numerous clears at Foxhunter as a 6yo and regularly jumps clear at 1.15 currently.

He has been a total pleasure to produce and gets stronger every year. He is a big horse with a lot of movement and scope that he has been given the time to grow into.

He's fit, sound and ready to be an asset to any yard.

He is great out hacking, alone or in company he walks out on the buckle. You can lead him or lead off him with ease.

Great with the farrier, to load/ travel and catch.

Louis is an absolute pleasure to have on the yard he’s kind, genuine, and always has a smile on his face. He loves his job and is always willing to please and wants to do the right thing. He’s a truly special horse who has spent the last year looking after his amateur owner and giving him confidence.
