Allrounder / SJ / Event horse wanted

16-16.3 gelding, 7 - 10 years

For single horse owner amateur. Will do a variety of training, clinics, camps, hacking and competitions.

To compete dressage (potential for medium) and upto discovery/newcomers BSJ and ideally eventing at BE100 (over time and with professional help if needed). Established horse with BE points, looking at lower level would be considered. Don’t need scope and ability to go any bigger.

Looking for a compact and competent jumper in good balance. Willing and easy to fence, nothing too strong or forward. Don’t need super responsive, sensitive and scopey - more leg on and nice jump.

Must be honest, sensible, easy to do. Ideally a cuddly/loving horse. Must hack and enjoy hacking by themselves.

Nothing anxious, sharp, naps, rears or bucks!

Easy to load, travel by themselves, sensible at shows, good for farrier, no vices and sound for the job.

Full 5 stage vetting with X-rays will be required.

This is the ultimate 2* cross country machine - brave, bold and always looking for the next set of flags. He is the horse you can trust to bring his rider safely home over the biggest of tracks and he is happy to jump from any stride and out of any ground. He has taken his last 3 teenage girl riders successfully from BE90 to 2* instilling them all with the utmost confidence to tackle any cross country course.

He is an out and out XC schoolmaster at the 2* level although at the end of last year stepped up to Intermediate level, jumping easily round a huge Kelsall track (one of only 2 clear XC rounds in the OIU21 section). He has jumped up to BS Foxhunter and is well schooled on the flat finding 3* level work easy at home.

He has plenty of scope SJ and flourishes with a quiet confident rider. Dressage would be his weaker phase and this can sometimes lead to inconsistent scores. However, he is capable of doing a beautiful test.

He is a fit and athletic competition horse and would therefore not be suitable for a novice. You will want to be a competent and gutsy rider who enjoys a forward going ride. Would suit an ambitious teen looking to gain valuable experience for future teams.

He is easy to do in every way with super manners on the ground, is a pleasure to have on the yard and enjoys a relationship with his rider. Hunted in his previous home and we are still in touch with his old owners. No veterinary issues, has never had a lame day and always trots up sound following competition. Clean X Rays 2022.

Fully fit, is out competing and is ready to crack on with the season piloted by his new rider.

7 year old gelding with huge BE potential. Owned since a newly backed 3 year old. He has been slowly produced and taken to Working Hunter, XC and Arena Eventing clinics.

Very honest to a fence, loves to jump and has seen ditches, fillers, watertrays etc. First time out Harry won and went champion working hunter with fantastic feedback from the judge. Good to do in all ways – box, shoe, travel, hacks alone or in company. Snaffle mouthed at all times.

Has carried sidesaddle twice and took to this extremely well. He has a fantastic, willing attitude where he aims to please at all times. He has serious untapped potential and with an ambitious rider he will undoubtedly make a top competition horse.

This is an extremely sad sale as he we bought him to be a 15.2 Intermediate /Small Hunter to show on the flat but has sadly grown way overheight and has 2 old splints which he has never been lame on. A lovely home is very important, and we would appreciate being able to keep in touch.

We are still searching for a proven, but safe BE 90 / 100 horse for competent and dedicated teenage girl to compete BE90/100 u18, PC Teams and to have some fun this season and beyond.

We would consider a horse with a proven unaffiliated 100 eventing record especially if over BE tracks. We are keen to find something aged 6-11years and as a bonus still eligible for Badminton Grassroots, but not essential. We do have experience with competition horses but please do declare any quirks!

Tiara has successfully competed up to 3* level in Eventing and showjumped internationally up to 1.30m.

A really sad and reluctant sale of a special horse. She is only for sale as I have a limited number of stables and I believe she would be more suited to someone wanting to compete at 2*.

Tiara is a very honest and forgiving mare that looks after her rider. Happy to take a miss and fills her rider with confidence. Very easy to look after on a day to day basis, as well as at shows.

Good to hack, clip, load, shoe etc.

She had last season off due to a minor injury, but spent 3 weeks showjumping in Spain (November 2023) and is fit and ready to go for the 2024 season (currently entered for Solihull 1st May).

Will only go to an experienced 5* home.
