Exceptional rising three year old filly by the phenomenal Furst Romancier. Her dam is by Sir Donnerhall, who is a sire of World Champions, Bundeschampions, and multi-million euro auction highlights.
Sir Donnerhall combines Sandro Hit and Donnerhall lines. Funfair is very striking to look at and has three big paces. She loves to learn and takes everything in her stride. I think she has all the ingredients to become a top dressage horse.

Furst Romancier received 9's for all of his paces and 9.5 for rideability in the 70-day performance test in 2008. He became 2009 dressage Hauptpramie by the Oldenburg Verband for the quality of his foals.
His sire Furst Heinrich was a World Champion as a young horse. His progeny include Furstenball, who was the Oldenburg champion stallion in 2008 and Woodlander Farouche, double World Young Horse Champion. Furst Heinrich sired over 40 licensed sons.
Furst Romancier descends from one of the most successful Oldenburg mare lines, the Edoste line which has produced numerous licensed stallions including the Bundeschampion and European Championship contestant, Exupry.
Furst Romancier has 25 licensed sons including 6 premium stallions. His son For Romance was the 2011 Oldenburg licensing winner and sold for €750,000
DAMLINE
Her dam isa homebred mare, Serenade, who is by Sir Donnerhall who won his performance test and was awarded his generation's Hauptprämire, awarded for the best first crop of foals sired by stallions licensed in the same year. In 2006, Sir Donnerhall was 5-year-old Bundeschampion, and went on to be Vice World Young Horse Champion. The German FN breeding valuation ranks Sir Donnerhall I as one of the best sires of dressage horses with 150 points. Sir Donnerhall's is out of the Brilliant Ring mare Contenance D. He received the highest dressage index score ever awarded to date of 163 points in his 70-day test.
Sir Donnerhall's sire Sandro Hit was Bundeschampion and World Champion as a 6-year-old in 1999 and 10 of Sandro Hit's progeny also won the Bundeschampionat. At the Rio Olympics 2016 his son Showtime FRH was part of the German gold medal-winning team, and 6th individually, while Santano II was team bronze medallist in eventing for Australia, finishing 5th individually.
Sir Donnerhall's damsire Donnerhall appears in the pedigree of almost every top-level dressage horse. He won numerous international grands prix, including team golds at the 1994 & 1998 World Equestrian Games and the 1997 European Championships, and two individual bronze medals (1994 and 1997). Donnerhall ranked inside the top 10 of the WBFSH Sire Rankings for seven consecutive seasons (2008-2014). Donnerhall's offspring include Damon Hill, Donnerschlag, Donnersong, Don Schufro, Don Principe and Donnperignon and De Niro.
Sir Donnerhall is a consistent sire of performance horses and auction price highlights. In 2012 the Sir Donnerhall son Sa Couer was 5-year-old Bundeschampion, and then sold for €2.3 million at the PSI auction. Sa Coeur was double World Young Horse Champion under Eva Moller in 2012 and 2013, and is now national champion at inter I under Britain's Michael Eilberg. In the same year, Sir Heinrich was Oldenburg champion 4-year-old and Vice Bundeschampion, and Stanford was bronze medallist of the 3-year-old stallions. In the PSI auction, Sir Caramello, Sieberstien and South Coast have all commanded half-million euro bids. Sir Donnerhall has several progeny competing at grand prix.
The granddam Diaderry is a daughter of Emma Hindles Grand Prix dressage star Diamond Hit who qualified for the 2008 Olympics and has had 16 Grand Prix wins and placings. Diamond Hit has sired 27 approved stallions and 13 State Premium mares as well as 18 offspring with placings at Advanced. Diamond Hits sire Don Schufro (by Donnerhall out of a Pik Bube mare) ranks 2nd in the dressage breeding evaluation with an index of 171 points! Diamond Hits dam Elite Loretta is one of the most influential breeding mares of all time producing three top stallions all by different sires – Sandro Hit (Sandro Song), premium stallion Royal Hit (Royal Dance) and Reserve World Champion and Reserve German Young Horse Champion Diamond Hit (Don Schufro).
Diaderrys dam Laconia has produced a State Premium and Champion mare by Don Frederico. Paul Schockemohle bought a full brother to Diaderry to prepare for stallion licensing. Diaderrys full brother was sold at the PSI auction for 72,000 Euro. Laconia is by the successful Londonderry – Weltmeyer cross that produced the champion of the 2003 Hanoverian Stallion Licensing and Locksley II who was the German Federal Champion at Warendorf of the 4 year old division and won the dressage phase of his performance test.
Funfair leads, loads into a trailer and picks out her feet. She is used to living out in a herd but is also good to come into the stable. She is used to wearing rug in winter. She is wormed, vaccinated for flu and tetanus, microchipped and passported WBS-UK.
