I have motivated clients looking for genuine, kind, quality and proven ponies to take part in all Pony Club activities.

The ponies I would love to hear about are those not needing to be advertised to secure a new home. There is no harm in finding out whether I know of a better home and match. Perhaps you worry about your child finding it upsetting seeing their old pony regularly at rallies etc - then selling out of area could be a better solution.

These are motivated buyers receiving guidance as to what will likely suit their child - not the timewasters regularly reported. In most cases homes are also knowledgeable: simply lacking in time to conduct a search themselves. Most will also wait for the right pony so if you are not ready to sell yet - that is not an issue.

There are some decent budgets available relative to age and medical conditions etc.

Romeo is currently being sold from the field at a much reduced price due to owners current situation and lack of time and finances. He hasn’t been out of work long so wouldn’t take much to get going again.

2021 gelding, measuring approximately 147cm.

This spring Custard has competed and trained at low-level cross-country and has recently stepped up to jumping 80cm showjumping tracks with ease. He is a straightforward, honest jumper who isn't bothered by fillers, water trays, or different types of fences.

He has a lovely playful character and is a yard favourite. He has been to fun rides, hacks alone and in company and is good in open spaces.

Custard is green and has low mileage. His flatwork is a work in progress and would benefit from further schooling, which I simply don't have the time to dedicate to him as my other horse is taking priority.

Custard is a very forward pony and can be strong so would not suit a nervous or novice rider. However, he has plenty of potential and would be great fun for a confident child or teenager looking to produce a pony for Pony Club, showjumping, eventing, and all-round activities.

Good to do in all ways. Has never bucked/reared under saddle. Currently barefoot with excellent feet according to the farrier. Regularly seen by the physio/dentist and up to date with vaccinations.

Thatchers Jim Beam - Smart 138cm New Forest gelding. Jim is a 12 year old flashy liver chestnut gelding.

He is fast, fun and super sweet to handle. He is very brave and agile show jumping with lots of scope. He will go off any stride and never says no. He enjoys going out to shows and will stand politely on a lorry or trailer between classes. He would be perfect to BS with a competitive child.

He is very bold XC and will tackle all fences, including ditches, water, skinnies and drops.

He’s been lightly hunted and was amazing . He was very well mannered, good with hounds and happy to stand and wait at the meet.

He has competed in unaffiliated showing classes and dressage competitions and has always either won or been placed. He has lovely flashy paces and would make a super working hunter.

He is good to hack on roads and open spaces and has seen all traffic and farm machinery. He’s been on fun / sponsored rides and really enjoyed himself.

He is excellent on the ground and has been handled by a child for everything, including clipping, loading, bathing, tacking up, turning out etc. He is very cuddly and loves attention.

He is up to date with shoes, vaccinations, teeth and back.

Jim is fit and ready to have a brilliant summer with his new person. He would be the perfect step up for a confident child looking for a competitive pony or for a teenager/small adult wanting to have fun.

Lottie came to me approximately 3 months ago as a project to start her education. She has been amazing from the day she arrived, and I now feel is ready to find her forever home.
Will make a fantastic teenagers pony and would excel at workers, as she loves to jump! A sensitive yet forward ride and works more from your seat and voice than 'kick and pull' so not suited to a novice or unbalanced rider.

Excellent to hack out alone or in company. Great in all traffic met to date. Lightly schooled and popped a couple of jumps, now ready to further her education.

100% to catch, clip, box, bath, lead and tie up. However she is a young Welsh so may test boundaries with a less experienced handler!

Very loving, will stand to be pampered for hours, follows you round the field like a dog and generally just enjoys being around people.

Please do not let his age put you off, this pony is a perfect lead rein/ first ridden. He is ridden by both my two girls aged 5 and 7 and I 100% trust him.

He is more woah than go. 100% safe never bucked, reared etc.

Works in a natural outline and has gorgeous floaty paces. He has so much potential in the show ring, we took him showing and he came away with a 1st and 2 seconds.

He has also been to pony club with lots of ponies around and didn’t bat an eye lid.

He will pop a small course of jumps sweetly and is very honest into a jump but he isn’t ever going to be a massive jumper.

He hacks out alone and in company and will go first or last. He will happily canter behind and not get strong or silly. He will also stand and wait whilst other ponies canter ahead. He can also be led off another horse.

He is handled and led around by the children, doesn’t bite or kick.
