A very special 14hh (143cm), 9-year-old registered Welsh Section D gelding who truly is the sort that’s becoming increasingly hard to find. A genuine, versatile pony who will turn his hoof to everything and always gives his best.

With me he has hunted, showjumped, hacked alone and in company, and has competed in HOYS qualifier flat classes as well as county-level working hunter classes. Whether you’re looking for a fun all-rounder, a hunting partner, Pony Club pony, workers or flat pony or a quality family horse, he fits the bill.

He has been ridden and enjoyed by all the family, including novice riders, and is equally happy going out to compete or simply enjoying a quiet hack. He is safe, sensible and an absolute pleasure to have around.

He has no vices and is good to catch, load, shoe and in every aspect of handling.

He can be left for a few days and is no different in his way of going.

He has a scar on his hindquarters which is purely cosmetic and does not affect him in any way.

Broken to drive but I haven’t driven him.

Emily is a great pony who will turn her hand to anything, she'll do a smart test with good paces, jumps boldly and will travel and stand at competitions, hunting and training.

She has been ridden most recently by a young lad, who has moved onto a bigger horse, but took her to low-level jumping competitions, hunting and pony club. Before that a petite adult jockey who did a little of everything with her. She has also been with me (her trainer) giving lessons to a variety of my students and thriving well under the structured routine.

She is a forward ride and will respond easily to aids so she does respond well to confident little jockeys who want to gain experience with a pony with talent.

She prefers a routine environment and plenty of work or she can be reluctant to come in (will come for food straight away!). Happy to come in daily but can live out 24/7 all year as she's hardy with no signs of lami (touch wood!). Gets along turned out with mares and geldings.

She hasn't had any lameness in the years I've known her and showing no signs of her age in herself or her ridden work.

Good with farrier, vet and for most grooming - I have had to sedate her to clip her out, especially the legs, but if you like feather that's not a problem, I also imagine with some time she would improve but for ease and calm we found that was the best way.

Comes with tack and wardrobe.

Amazing hunting pony - 9 year old golden dun mare. Hunted 3 full seasons, and some odd days this season, with The South Downs Bloodhounds (now The Wessex Bloodhounds) - has field mastered and ridden up with hounds.

Will go first or last and has caught many loose horses! Hunting references available.

Loves fun rides, beach rides, pub rides, XC schooling and hacks in company or alone in the New Forest. Great to load, shoe, bath, clip and with farrier, vet and dentist.

Vaccinations and teeth up to date. This pony would definitely race as has the heart to win. Loves hacking and jumps anything on The New Forest - gorse bushes, ditches, logs etc - not strong - will gallop and pull up very easily.

Change of focus is forcing a very sad sale of this much loved pony, as she is just not getting the ridden attention she deserves and is totally bored. She needs to go and enjoy life with a new best friend. Lots of videos and photos available.

We bought her to hunt and she has been amazing - we are not selling her as a competition pony because we haven’t done anything like that with her as we are not a competition home - please don’t ask for videos of her competing in SJ, dressage, Eventing or at PC or videos of her in a competition environment, as we do not have these. This doesn’t mean she won’t do this very easily and would love it, but we don’t have any evidence.

Colin is a 12 year old Connemara pony and has been at home with us on our family farm for 2 years, my daughter has done everything with him from day one – tacking him up, putting him out in the field and bringing him in, picking out his hooves, loading and unloading him etc.

Can be hacked alone or in company. Great with all traffic, regularly hacks over a busy dual carriageway bridge.

Has done numerous pony club rallies and pony club camp.

Has won several unaffiliated prelim dressage tests, getting marks in the 70%’s.

Done some showing in M&M classes, he’s a very attractive boy and has great confirmation. Got a ticket to London International semi-final 2026. 3rd in his RIHS qualifier.

Ginny is a genuine, kind mare with three quality paces and a fantastic attitude to her work. She is working consistently on the flat, establishing a lovely rhythm, and is proving to be a very willing, sensible young pony who enjoys learning.

The ponies I would love to hear about are those not needing to be advertised to secure a new home. There is no harm in finding out whether I know of a better home and match. Perhaps you worry about your child finding it upsetting seeing their old pony regularly at rallies etc - then selling out of area could be a better solution.

These are motivated buyers receiving guidance as to what will likely suit their child - not the timewasters regularly reported. In most cases homes are also knowledgeable: simply lacking in time to conduct a search themselves. Most will also wait for the right pony so if you are not ready to sell yet - that is not an issue.

Dusty is an attractive pony who turns heads with her striking colour and 4 white socks. She is nicely put together, has clean limbs and good feet.

Dusty has been on numerous fun rides and attended RC camp with her elderly lady owner. She has always been impeccably well behaved and is a pleasure to take out.

She has done lots of hacking both alone and in company. She has passed cars and farm traffic on the lanes and also enjoys hacking across open fields and having a canter on the mountain. She has been a pleasure to produce and although still green in the school she is willing and she walks, trots and canters nicely into a soft outline.

She has been to pole work clinics and has started jumping small fences, taking everything in her stride and with a younger more confident rider she will come on quickly in this area as she enjoys it.

She is bold and has had no problem crossing ditches whilst out hacking and being ridden away from other horses when out together. She has also attended group clinics and arena hires and is calm and well behaved in new surroundings. She has been out to venues both with other horses and alone in the trailer or small lorry, always behaving well and taking everything in her stride.

Dusty is such a sweet natured mare who is friendly in the stable and nicely mannered on the ground. She is easy to load and travel, good to shoe and stands nicely to be tacked up, washed and groomed. She is not mareish and has been stabled next to and turned out with geldings.

She would make an ideal project for someone to bring on and have fun with. She is quality enough to produce for grassroots eventing/PC/RC activities. Equally she would make a super hunting pony or a lovely hack for someone wanting a nicely produced pony to enjoy. She is not sharp and although young, she is sensible and level headed.

Hammy is an incredibly versatile pony who I have enjoyed riding alongside studying the past 6 years. He has always been my side project pony who has been steadily produced and enjoyed over the years of owning him. The last couple years especially, I have had the pleasure of taking this pony everywhere by myself with no stress as he is super easy to do in all ways. From working hunters, to showjumping and fun rides I really have had the best time having him as a pleasure ride. This pony can do it all, from living out 24/7 in the winter to being brought back into work for the summer shows when I am home from education.
