While he may not be the flashiest and definitely isn’t the scopeiest, but he more than makes up for it with his exceptionally calm and unflappable nature (even when his rider isn’t).

Imported from Ireland, he has been well started and correctly produced. He has hunted, attended training shows, and has been cross country schooling, taking everything in his stride. He is brave, willing, and enjoys his work without becoming sharp or silly.

This is a horse that truly stands out for his temperament. He has been ridden here by young children (including tackless canters!) and has proven to be incredibly genuine and forgiving, making him an ideal candidate for a mother/daughter share, a younger rider coming off ponies, or an older rider looking for a safe and enjoyable partner.

He is easy to handle on the ground, with no known vices, and is a pleasure to have around the yard. Imported with a five-stage vetting.

Super smart, 8 yo 15.3hh bright bay gelding. Very striking looks, he’s a real head turner wherever he goes.

Bought from his breeder, so full history known.

He really loves to impress on the flat and combines exceptional movement, correct, Alan Ed uphill lift and has an exceptional walk. He is very nicely established, responsive and has a good understanding with rein back, lateral work half pass all good and started changes.

He has progressed from prelim to Elementary with many wins along the way. Placed Pet Plan Area Festival Novice, and 4th BD Regioanal Winter Championships. he is now competing Ellmentary, has won FSM and qualified Summer regionals. He currently has 72 BD points but has competed FSM a lot. He is one of the most rewarding horses I have ever ridden on the flat.

Showjumping he has enjoyed many successes, competed up to 1m. He has qualified BE Arena Eventing Champs and ACE finals.

He loves XC, placed consistantly British Eventing 80 and BE90, inc BE80 Championships, qualified BE90 regional finals.

At home he hacks out alone or in company. He is good to do with in every way. He is one of the kindest, lovable horses I have ever owned.

The ponies I would love to hear about are those not needing to be advertised to secure a new home. There is no harm in finding out whether I know of a better home and match. Perhaps you worry about your child finding it upsetting seeing their old pony regularly at rallies etc - then selling out of area could be a better solution.

These are motivated buyers receiving guidance as to what will likely suit their child - not the timewasters regularly reported. In most cases homes are also knowledgeable: simply lacking in time to conduct a search themselves. Most will also wait for the right pony so if you are not ready to sell yet - that is not an issue.

There are some decent budgets available relative to age and medical conditions etc.

Safe pair of hands, and looking for a slower pace, we have owned Robbie for 5 years, daughter now at Uni and it’s time to find him a loving home.
He is a wonderful schoolmaster having enjoyed a successful eventing career (Eques Junior BE record) and would make an ideal mother daughter share. He placed 5th at Pony Club Regionals 2022 (Auchlishie).
He’s good to hack alone or in company, no bucks rears or turns. Over the last couple of months he has returned to work following superficial tendon injury, fully signed off by vet.

A fantastic hack alone or in company and brilliant with all traffic. He works beautifully on the flat, with three balanced uphill paces so would be a great candidate for some lower level dressage. He is used to busy competition environments and would be a dream to take out to things like Pet Plans Dressage.

Robbie is very polite and mannerly both on the ground and during his ridden work. He has a wonderful laid-back temperament but wouldn’t suit a novice rider, as he needs someone knowledgeable. He has always been stabled overnight and would need managed turnout.

Finding Robbie the right person is more important than price, please get in touch if you feel you could give him a good home. He has been advertised for a few months now and price is negotiable for the right home.

Built for eventing, and with the perfect sports pony breeding, this girl is exceptional at everything she does.

She has been exceptionally well schooled, easily to Elementary but could well have a try at a Medium with minimal work. She has competed unaffiliated.

She has also been out eventing and showjumping, up to 1.10. We took her straight out at 70/80, and she found it so easy we’d definitely do the 80/90 next time out!

Anyone's hack in company, alone she's also fabulous but wouldn't suit a Novice as she takes confidence from her rider. She can be spooky when not ridden regularly, but we only had two spooky days and she was great to take out.

Overall, she would suit a share between a more confident rider and someone who wants to hack in company. We won't be selling her to a solely hacking home as this didn't suit her, she wants more work. She'd be ideal for a competent teen or competitive riding club home.

In a short amount of time the whole team here has fallen in love with her! She's a delight on the ground, but again doesn't want an anxious handler.

The only reason she is so cheap is that she's on the older side, she's got no health complaints and is an absolute bargain!

She's not a weight carrier, so lightweight riders only please.

I am just beginning my search for a trustworthy, best friend type to welcome to our kind, knowledgeable, family home. Our horses are treated as part of our family & they receive the absolute best of care. I would be happy to provide references & to keep in touch.

I have ridden for several years & consider myself a knowledgeable & capable rider. However, due to ongoing health issues with my horse, who is now retired, I haven’t ridden as consistently in more recent years & so I am no longer as confident as I once was. Therefore, I am seeking a laid back, best friend type, who does not need riding most days to remain safe & sane.

We will be enjoying fun hacks from home, attending organised pleasure rides, forest trips, XC schooling & some clinics…. maybe the odd local show in future - but just for fun! I will often be hacking alongside my young daughter on her (sometimes quirky!) horse, so it is especially important that I find a level-headed, trustworthy type who I can depend on. Due to us going out in our horsebox regularly, I would like to find a horse who is good to load / travel &, most importantly, who remains calm & polite to handle & ride in different environments.

Our horses are kept at home with us on a quiet yard. I would love to find a gentle natured, polite character & a true best friend type.

We live in a rural area & although we generally meet very little traffic, when we do, it is often likely to be a tractor/farm vehicle. Therefore, it is hugely important that my new horse is confident around this type of traffic.
