A genuine, much loved 10-year-old grey mare standing approx. 12hh, a true all-round childrens pony with an exceptional temperament and a wealth of experience.

Pingu is a kind, confidence-giving mare who is happy both on and off the lead rein and will ride quietly in company or go in front on her own. She has attended Pony Club rallies and activities, where she has always proved sensible, willing and easy for children to manage. Shes a steady pony, so will need a child to ride with leg. Unflappable pony and steady paces.

She has been well hunted in the Berkeley country, where she has shown herself to be bold, polite and mannerly with impeccable behaviour. A safe and trustworthy pony who enjoys her work and always tries to please.

Owned by the same family for the past three years, where she has been used for a small child to have fun and gain confidence. Very sadly offered for sale due to complete loss of interest from her rider, through no fault of her own.

Pingu would ideally suit a child wanting to progress from a first pony, or a family looking for a safe, versatile pony for all Pony Club, hunting and general fun. She has a kind nature and is straightforward in every way &good to catch, groom, clip, load, travel, trim and handle.

Very sad sale of this 138 superstar, Nora really is one in a million who knows and loves her job. My son is now focusing on horses and we have given the ride to a lovely rider who qualified her for Hicksted on their first try.

Nora is an adorable pony, loves to be loved and has competed successfully with lots of wins and placings at all the major pony prems. She is honest, brave, fast against the clock and is so much fun.

She loves to hack and is a pleasure at home and stay away shows. Never sick or sorry & is great to clip, shoe & load, no vices.

Connemara 138cm Gelding 16YO, Competition Pony / Allrounder

Buddy has a full green Connemara passport with a lifetime 138cm measurement, out of Lady Kylemore, by Ashfield Echo I Love You. As a youngster, he successfully competed up to 110cm in Ireland, and has more recently been competing BS, NSEA and PC 70-90s qualifying for BS Stepping Stones Finals, Club and Schools 90cm. He is very genuine and loves his job, but needs a brave and balanced little jockey as he wants to go out and win!

We bought Buddy to show jump, but my son did XC training 80/90s and he was always brave and honest. He did some team chasing with his previous home and loves getting out on the gallops. He is speedy and I think he would make a fantastic racing pony!

He goes nicely on the flat, is responsive and knows his job with flying changes, walk to canter transition, etc.

He is easy on the ground to clip, shoe, box, catch, etc. and loves a cuddle. Relaxed with traffic, great fun to hack, easy to lead off and lead, transitioning on command. Up to date with vaccinations, dentistry, worming, etc.

My son has hopelessly outgrown him and has moved straight onto a 15.2HH.

Ebony is a kind, calm, safe, and steady Irish Cob with a wealth of experience. She is a fantastic all-rounder, suited to a wide range of riders, whether you’re looking for a confidence-giver, a happy hacker, or a horse to enjoy fun rides, beach outings, and low-level competitions.

She has a gentle, easy-going personality, low maintenance. She will stand quietly at the mounting block without being held, waits patiently in her stable even with the door open, and is never pushy or strong. Ebony is ideal for solo riders, competent novice, or someone wanting a calm and reliable ride.

Ebony has three balanced paces and rides beautifully on the flat. She is calm and relaxed but responsive to the leg if asked – very sensible and never spooky, silly, or sharp or strong.
Ebony has spent the last 2 years in a professional riding school setting where she has been ridden by all levels of children and adults, from complete beginners on the lead rein, competent novice off the lead rein, holding the handle on the saddle if required in trot and canter and advanced level riders, she absolutely loves jumping, and will happily jump a course of coloured and rustic fences, she has a lovely scopey technique and always helps out her riders if you come in on a bad stride, she is perfect for building up your confidence if you are inexperienced, nervous or need a horse to teach you the ropes, she participates in our in-house fun rides, jumping, cross country and low level dressage competitions.

She works in a lovely outline with three naturally balanced paces, she is schooled well on the flat, including lateral work and basic dressage movements. She has a bold, confident jump and would easily progress to a higher level with a competent rider. Ebony has the perfect balance of “go” when asked, but is equally happy to relax on a loose rein for a calm more whoa kind of ride. We are a very busy establishment with a lot go on, she takes everything in her stride working independently and within large group lessons, she is responsive to the leg when asked whilst remaining super sensible and calm.

She hacks out alone or in company. She is 100% safe in open spaces, doesn’t rush home, and doesn’t pull or get strong – even after a canter or gallop, she will come straight back to walk on a loose rein. She is extremely confident in traffic, riding boldly and completely unfazed by extremely busy fast moving traffic including double decker buses, articulated lorries, motorcycles, push bikes, prams, dogs, large farm machinery, she is not clingy with other horses, and will ride away from the herd without a second thought.

Ebony is excellent with the farrier (currently barefoot) equally happy to be shod, great to catch, load, travel, dentist and has no vices in the stable or field. She is happy to live in or out and is equally settled in a herd or on her own. She is currently turned out at night and stabled during the day but would adapt easily to full turnout or full stabling.

She doesn’t need riding every day and can be left for weeks or months without changing – no lunging needed, just tack up and go.

She has never had laminitis, sweet itch, sarcoids, or any lumps or bumps, not marish or clingy, no vices, she passes our annual licence inspection, which is equivalent to a Stage 2 vetting.

Only for sale as we regularly rotate our horses giving them the chance to enjoy one-to-one attention in a private home. They undertake a lot of arena work within the riding school setting which can become repetitive and mentally uninteresting over time.

We are looking for a forever loving home where she can continue to thrive.

SORRELCOURT SECRET KEY, aka GG, is a striking fun all rounder. She’s done pony club, riding club and trail hunting with the Heythrop Hunt.

Shes super loveable, comfortable to ride and a gem on the hunting field. Don’t let her age put you off, her years of experience have been easy and she shows no signed of aging. She has attended many pony club camps, rally’s and shows.

Although we have never stepped into the showing ring I think she would do well, she move well enough and has a fabulous presence about her.

She has been ridden by all kinds of people, from children to light weight adults and is fun for all. She is not a complete novice ride purely for the fact that she can be strong for an inexperienced child. A keen and able teenager or small adult would suit her best.

She has always been good in traffic and we hack her both alone and in company, she is easy to catch in the field, travels well, and good for the farrier. She is good to clip however we do pop the twitch on to clip around her eyes and ears.

She has been jumping 80cm at home and jumps bigger out hunting, she’s not the hedge jumping type but jumps all hunt rails etc.

11.1hh 9 years old welsh A mare. We have owned Tinkerbel nearly 5 years now in which she has done everything with my 2 girls. We got her as only just backed and she has been a dream since day one. She is fantastic to hack alone or in company she will take the tiniest of riders and look after them. She has done all pc activities, games, camps, show jumping, fun rides, hunting. You can lead her from another horse will go first or last.

She is 100% safe on the ground and a toddler could lead her . She is fantastic to catch, clip, farrier. She is up to date with everything. I am going to be incredibly fussy where she goes. I would like her to go to a family with a tiny tot child and maybe some younger siblings coming through so she can stay in the same home for as long as possible…I will not sell her to a older bigger child where she will be outgrown quickly.
