Connemara 138cm Gelding 16YO, Competition Pony / Allrounder

Buddy has a full green Connemara passport with a lifetime 138cm measurement, out of Lady Kylemore, by Ashfield Echo I Love You. As a youngster, he successfully competed up to 110cm in Ireland, and has more recently been competing BS, NSEA and PC 70-90s qualifying for BS Stepping Stones Finals, Club and Schools 90cm. He is very genuine and loves his job, but needs a brave and balanced little jockey as he is forward to a fence and wants to go out and win!

We bought Buddy to show jump, but my son did some xc schooling at PC up to 80cm and he was always brave and willing, but would need to be reminded of this phase. He did some team chasing with his previous home and loves getting out on the gallops. He goes nicely on the flat, is responsive and knows his job with flying changes, walk to canter transition, etc.

He is easy on the ground to clip, shoe, box, catch, etc. and loves a cuddle. Relaxed with traffic and fun to hack, easy to lead off and lead, transitioning on command. Please note, he windsucks, but this has not affected his health in any way.

He is an older pony and has a long-healed check ligament injury. He has been out competing successfully since with several double clears, and is fully fit and sound. My son has hopelessly outgrown him and has moved straight onto a 15.2HH.

He will only be sold to the very best home. Lots of videos upon request. Please contact me via WhatsApp on 07736 716000.

Done all pony club activities, including camps.

Qualified and attended Hickstead NSEA Championship 2025 in 50cm & 60cm- easily popped round the course.
We’ve competed up to 70cm
Jumped up to 80 at home
Done XC and seen hounds.
Qualified in a team for junior series in 60cm

Easy to have, never sick or sorry, bare foot. Clipped last winter by our 10 year old. Kids can do anything with her.
My 11 year old hacks her out alone around our farm and so safe and trustworthy.

Tinker is a forward going pony and needs to be enjoyed by a child or small adult who wants to go out and keep her busy- jumps for fun and likes to go but equally has breaks and happily trot a 30/40 cross pole course. She is a kind and safe pony and just wants to please.
(Previously owned by granny & granddaughter)

Very sad sale as this pony is a pleasure to own, sadly outgrown.

Quality 14.2hh CHAPS registered Mare.

Peanut is a lovely lightweight skewbald mare, 15 year old . Life height certified 147.5cm.

She is beautifully marked and has successfully competed in affiliated coloured showing classes and unaffiliated dressage. We bought her in 2020 and she has been a pleasure to own.

Has competed at the Great Yorkshire Show and qualified for CHAPS 2025.

Our daughter’s main focus was showing. Together they have had a lot of training and Peanut has really nice flatwork.

Also attended PC rallies/camp and is good to hack. She loves to jump but can become strong and excitable in this faze, therefore needs a confident and competent jockey.

Not suitable for a novice rider.

Has XC schooled with her previous owner.

Currently back in light work after some well earned time off over the winter months.

Upton date with vaccinations and dentist.
Good to shoe / load / travel / bath / plait and trim. Nervous to clip but this is managed with Domosedan gel.

Full wardrobe and tack are available by separate negotiation.

Crom is a top-quality, eye-catching and beautifully schooled, part-Welsh 128cm Gelding with a heart of gold.

Whilst super talented he is super safe and doesn't hot up. He is a child's best friend and will stand for hours to be fussed.

Crom has 424 SJI points, has successfully jumped major Irish venues and consistently placed up to 1.05m, qualifying for National Championships. He has been all over the Country competing with too many wins and placings to mention. Always easy away from home whether at camps or stay away shows.

He Events, arena Events, Showjumps, does NSEA and Pony Club as well as doing a stunning dressage test. He hacks beautifully alone or in company and is very safe in open fields being snaffle mouthed at all times. He would be a fresh face in the working hunter / sport performance pony classes which we think he would be very successful at.

Crom would make a super starter pony for a child who can competently canter or alternatively he is an incredible pony for an older child as he is so beautifully schooled, nicely off the child's leg and always polite.

Easy to handle, he is fit and ready for his next family to love. Sadly it's time for Crom to move on as he has now helped both children in the family progress. Time for him to make another child's dreams come true.

No health issues and super easy to keep.

Top Level FEI Event Pony
148cm Irish Sport Pony (Gelding)
Foaled 2011
2 x European Championships (Bronze medal)

Do you have a competitive teenager ready for the next level, and looking for a proven, safe, championship-quality pony to take them all the way to the top?

Rockon Pedro is a 148cm flea-bitten grey Irish Sport Pony with an exceptional, consistent and international-level record. Ponies of this calibre are incredibly rare and highly sought after. This is quite simply a pony of a lifetime.

Over the last two seasons alone, Pedro has an outstanding competition record with 13 wins, 4 second places and 1 third place, consistently finishing at the top of the leaderboard. His results speak for themselves, combining reliability, talent and competitiveness at every outing.

He has represented Ireland at no less than two Pony European Championships, bringing home a team bronze medal, and has proven himself on the international stage.

At Millstreet International Horse Trials he placed 2nd out of 66 horses in the FEI 1* Horse Class, as well as 7th in the same class in 2024.

He has also placed 7th in an FEI 2* Horse class against 30 horses, competing confidently among top-level horses.

Pedro is the ultimate schoolmaster for a competitive rider.

He is:

Safe, genuine and completely bombproof in every way

Established on the bridle with beautiful flatwork

Forward going but never strong, always ridden in a snaffle

An exceptionally careful and consistent showjumper

A true cross country machine who knows his job and looks after his rider

He always bringing his rider home safely and confidently.

This is not a first pony. He is ideally suited as a second or third pony for an ambitious and capable 13 to 16 year old rider who wants to step up and be competitive at the highest level, including European Championships.

Pedro is easy in every aspect of care.

He is:
Easy to load, travel, shoe and clip.

Happy to turn out with others, not dominant or difficult.

Free from vices and has never required joint injections, bandaging or vet management.

He is a grey Irish Sport Pony with Connemara breeding, a fantastic temperament and a long future ahead. At just 15 years old, he still has many competitive years left and is ready to give another rider the same incredible opportunities.

The only reason for sale is that his rider is now outgrowing ponies and moving into pure dressage.

A top-class, knowledgeable home is absolutely essential and he will not be sold to a dealer.

Serious enquiries only for this truly special pony.

For more information, please send a What's App to 07775577131 including details of who he would be for, with the rider's current experience and ability.

  • Genuine safe school mistress who turns her hoof to anything and everything.
  • Loves her job, brilliant to hack, safe in all traffic.
  • Full up 13.2hh 10 year old mare.
If you’re looking for a safe, sensible family pony who can turn her hooves to anything, you may have found her.

This gorgeous 10 year old mare is a full up 13.2 and has been an absolute ‘heart pony’ and wonderful confidence giver, as well as the best teacher a child can have, she has taken her riders from lead rein through mini teams to confidently jumping 70!

She has done pony club and everything from rallies, camps and beach rides to Area Competitions. She shows promise to do more in her dressage and is very balanced and polite and educated for a cobby type, and she loves cross country, adding many rosettes to the wall! She is also steady and reliable SJ, but isn’t the fastest!!

She is easy to handle, clip, shoe and load. She has lovely feathers, we usually clip them off and keep her more streamlined. She has had her teeth routinely done, with no issues. Easy with other ponies and can hack out on her own and in company. She is good in all traffic, happily hacks alone or with others through cattle and a busy farm.

Prior to us she was in the same home for four years, doing her job before she was genuinely outgrown and her riders moved on to a sportier model.

She loves fuss and attention, and we are hoping to find her a home with a child who can already trot and canter but maybe has lost their confidence and is looking for a very special friend to hold their hand and help them enjoy riding again. Maybe with a small parent who can hack occasionally in the week although she doesn’t mind and is no different if ridden less.

This is a very difficult decision. She is wasted with our son, she is just too nice a pony and loves the attention too much to be stood in the field, and our daughter just can’t manage the time for two ponies with ever increasing school and social commitments.

She can be seen with a friend who has better facilities, so she can be tried in an arena and hacking etc.

Please no time wasters. We are looking to find her a loving and caring new home hopefully over the school holiday.

A much-loved and genuine all-rounder looking for his next home after 5 wonderful years with us. He has given both of our girls endless fun and confidence and is now ready to do the same for another family.

Although he holds a life height certificate at 14.2, he measures closer to 15.1, making him a perfect step-up between pony and horse.

18 years young and certainly doesn't act his age - he knows his job and looks after his rider.

Handled regularly by children & kind and easy to manage. Can ride and lead.

Hacks confidently alone or in company. Great with traffic / farm machinery / loud noises.

Our girls have competed regularly at pony club and NSEA comps. Lots of rosettes and qualifications.

Jumps comfortably up to 90cm and enjoys his jumping. My daughter jumps higher at home and at rallies but would say he is most comfortable competing up to 90cm.

Lovely dressage test & has scored 70% at Novice level

XC with pony club and various rallies

Good to lunge and on the Pessoa

Easy to catch and handle

Lives happily with both mares and geldings

Full history known, with contact with previous owner

He is a genuine, fun horse who has been a huge part of our family and is ready to give someone else just as much enjoyment.

A Few Minor Points (as no horse is perfect!):

Prefers travelling in a lorry or herringbone trailer. Can be reluctant to load in a forward facing trailer, but manageable with encouragement (previous owner had a trailer)

Doesn't like being left alone in the stable when others are turned out

Had hocks injected last year & may need doing again in future, though our vet is very happy with him

Previously had a melanoma removed (common in grey horses). No issues but was near the girth so didn't want it to rub.

For clipping, we give a mild sedation mainly for around the head & not always essential, but makes the process quicker and stress-free. I have videos of clipping with and without sedation.

Located in West Sussex

Sold with bridle, girth, rugs, etc.

Saddle (purchased for just under £2,000 last year) available by separate negotiation

A truly special horse who has been a pleasure to own. Finding the right home is our absolute priority.
Please get in touch for more information, photos, videos or to arrange a viewing.

Glenford Malone (Joey) 10 yrs 138cm full green passport Connemara. Joey started his BS career in January 2024 and within 8 months he was already jumping 110cm. In the same year he also qualified for the Bronze League 138cm Final and the British Novice Final at Nationals. He did workers before we bought him and has also been xc and gone to the beach. He is not spooky and very good to hack alone or in company, in traffic and in open spaces.

Extremely genuine and very honest pony who always wants to please and put a smile on his riders face. He is truly a confidence giver for any rider! Jumped up to 110 at shows so far and schooled up to approx 120 at home.

Goes really nicely on the flat and would truly excel in any discipline. He would also happily step down the levels for a less experienced child. Easy to do everything with on the ground e.g. load, clip, shoe, turnout, lead etc and never strong or nasty in any way. Snaffle mouthed all the time and a dream to have on the yard!

He has had some time off due to an injury. Full details will be shared with genuinely interested buyers. The issue is now fully healed, and he has been back in full work and jumping for a good while now! This is reflected in his price. He is fit, and ready to return to shows. Fabulous Palomino, Showjumping, Arena Eventing, PC and Workers Pony.

Currently showjumping with my daughter, who has sadly outgrown him. JC in BSJA, very confident around Novice/Discovery heights with a nervous rider and always tries for her. Has competed up to 110 cm, excels at 80 to 90cm. Ideal partner for someone wanting to move up the lower heights to around a meter or for plaited WHP.

He is also a fantastic all rounder with a lovely conformation, as she is now too old for 148s he has been competing in Arena Eventing and Showcross over the past few months where he has proven to be bold and brave. Most recent outing was his first proper Workers competition where he scored 50 (Clear) in his jumping section, round a tricky 90cm to finish 5th.

Qualified Bluechip Novice 80 and Discovery 90 2024.
Qualified Novice and Discovery Second Rounds 2024.
Qualified National Championships 2023, 2024 and 2025 incl. Bronze league final.
Qualified ACE arena event Champs 2026.
Gave the JC/JD RHS quals in 2025 (1m5-1m15) a good try but found the large 148s striding in doubles a bit much. £481 in winnings, still in Discovery points.

Would suit a variety of homes as he is forward but sensible and always in the ribbons! Easy to do in all ways and a real unicorn on the ground. Hacks alone and in company. Good to clip, load, for the farrier and dentist.

He will only go to the best of homes if one is not found she will just run him alongside her other horse in Workers. Low 5 figure budget required. This is a genuine sale from a family home please no time wasters, joy riders and no dealers whatsoever, he is not available on loan or lwvtb. Ariel • 13.2hh 10yo piebald mare. An attractive pony with good conformation and lovely correct paces. Works nicely on the flat in walk, trot and canter. Good to hack on the road and in open spaces, alone or in company. Ariel has been out and done a bit of everything, Prelim/Novice UA dressage, she’s competitive around 80cm SJ, winning her Championship Class at Trailblazers 2025, along with lots of success locally.

Ariel is super XC, jumps any and all variety of fences, has been to many fun rides, hunter trials, arena eventing, always happy to lead less experienced horses round. Ariel has hunted for the past few seasons with the Quorn round Tuesday Country and with the Readyfield Bloodhounds, she’s very mannerly and will jump anything asked of her, or equally will stay at the back shutting gates and has led younger children on ponies.

Ariel is a perfect 2nd pony for a child, she’s fit and well, 100% safe and ready to teach someone the ropes or for a small adult to enjoy. Ariel is good to do in all ways. Open to any inspection/vetting. Based Newtown Linford.

Liddyfield Lulu is a genuine mare offered for sale through no fault of her own, purely due to her rider moving onto horses.

She has competed successfully up to 1m unaffiliated showjumping, proving bold, careful and scopey. Lulu is brave over solid fences, happily goes through water, and has a willing, trainable attitude. She shows real potential as a Working Hunter / HOYS-type prospect with further production.

On the flat, Lulu is established and works in a correct outline with three balanced paces. She has recently started showing and has proven straightforward and mannerly. She is forward going but never silly or sharp.

An excellent hack — alone or in company. Good in traffic and unfazed by farm machinery. Experienced on both busy and quiet yards. Safe and sensible on farm rides and country lanes.
She would suit a competent, confident rider looking for a second or third pony to have fun and be competitive on. Not suitable as a first pony due to her being a forward competition pony.
-No vices
-Up to date with vaccinations, teeth & worming
-No lumps, bumps or blemishes
-Open to any vetting
Very sad sale of a much-loved pony who has been in the same home for the past three years. 5* knowledgeable home essential.
Plenty of photos and videos available on request.
