Marley is the sort of pony every parent hopes to find. Kind, genuine and endlessly patient, he has spent the last five years teaching and caring for children of varying abilities, giving them confidence and helping them progress both in and out of the saddle.

A fantastic all-rounder, he has successfully competed and been highly placed in dressage, showjumping and showing, while regularly attending Pony Club activities and local shows. He is equally happy taking part in fun rides, rallies or simply being someone’s best friend.

He is a safe and sensible ride who always looks after his jockey and willingly drops down to the rider’s level. Whether on the lead rein, as a first ridden or for a child wanting to gain confidence and experience, Marley gives his rider the reassurance they need while still being enjoyable and rewarding.

On the ground he is an absolute pleasure to own. Easy to catch, load, travel, shoe and handle. Excellent for the farrier and sensible in traffic, making him a straightforward and enjoyable pony to have around.

Truly Versatile, Exceptional Competition Pony

Pleasure De Ness (“Tommy”) is a stunning 7-year-old, 13.1hh pony by Double Pleasure x Verdi TN, combining some of the very best performance bloodlines on both sides of his pedigree.

Tommy is a truly exceptional pony with the kindest, most genuine temperament. Safe, straightforward, and incredibly willing, he has the rare ability to give confidence to a child learning to canter while also possessing the talent, scope, and quality to compete at the highest levels. He is the type of pony that makes his rider feel secure, look good, and enjoy every minute in the saddle.

He is beautifully schooled, snaffle-mouthed in all disciplines, and rides in a correct, balanced outline with eye-catching paces and established automatic flying changes. Tommy offers an exceptionally easy ride and is always willing to please.

British Showjumping Record

Tommy’s British Showjumping record is outstanding. Over the past 18 months, he has qualified for every major championship, including:

* 11 & Under Championships, including Style and Performance classes

* The youngest pony to qualify for HOYS in 2025

* 3rd place in the Graham Heath Championship

* Multiple top placings at the National Championship level

*Winner of English Home Pony team selection class

He has achieved all of his double clears for:

* British Novice

* Discovery

* Newcomers

* Foxhunter (2/2 double clears)

Tommy possesses unlimited scope and finds jumping effortless. He is naturally careful, maintains an excellent rhythm, and always stays balanced and rideable. What makes him particularly special is his ability to adapt to his rider’s level—comfortably stepping down to give confidence or stepping up to tackle the biggest tracks. This rare quality makes him the ultimate all-round competition pony and a genuine “one in a million” find.

He would make the perfect BS starter pony while having all the ability and quality to progress a rider through to top-track competition.

Hunter / Jumper Prospect

Tommy would also be an outstanding prospect for the USA Hunter/Jumper market. With his exceptional rideability, natural presence, correct technique, and attractive way of going, he has all the attributes required to excel in the medium divisions and beyond.

Cross-Country

Tommy is equally impressive cross-country. He remains level-headed, brave, and reliable, jumping all types of fences confidently while always looking after both himself and his rider. He is polite in company, happy to lead or follow, and behaves impeccably in group environments.

Easy in Every Way

* No vices

* Clean, recent set of X-rays

* Vaccinations and dentistry up to date

* Excellent to shoe, clip, catch, and handle

* Loads and travels happily in both lorry and trailer

With his exceptional bloodlines and wonderfully placid nature, Tommy has been kept entire. However, he can be gelded should his new family prefer.

A genuine top-class competition pony with the temperament every family dreams of finding.

  • Ultimate all rounder

Joey is looking for his next best friend! Registered Connemara pony, 14.2hh, 6 years old.

Joey is the most loveable character and very easy pony to have on the yard, he’s more than happy to live in/out, on his own or with friends. He never causes any fuss and you’ll often find him snoozing!

Joey is a fab pony to ride, always snaffle mouthed, 3 balanced paces, loves jumping, goes off any stride and a leg at each corner type who is very forgiving & will get you out of trouble! He’s easy to ride to a fence, doesn’t pull & he’s very brave. Joey is fab to take show jumping, not nappy or spooky with fillers, and a Labrador to deal with when at a show.

I can take him anywhere on my own with no problems. Has hunted in Ireland & in Yorkshire, fab with hounds, and the real tough, ‘go all day’ type.

He loves xc, bold with water, steps, drops, solid fences, hedges, he does go up a gear xc but still in a snaffle and doesn’t pull.

Joey hacks out alone (even in cow fields!), in company, good in traffic, will leave other horses & fab to canter in open fields. He’s not spooky & always aims to please his jockey.

He’s a real character of a pony who will never fail you make you smile! Good to box, shoe, clip, & generally deal with.

He would make a fantastic event/pony club/all rounder pony.

Joey is vaccinated, worm egg counted, & just recently had his teeth done. (With a comment from dentist saying he has a really good mouth). We’ve just recently shod him in front but would go barefoot.

10* home for this super pony is a absolute must! More videos available. Would love to keep in touch with his new jockey to follow his journey, North Yorkshire.

Sean is a much-loved and versatile pony who has done a bit of everything, including dressage, showjumping, cross country, fun rides, and stay-aways.

He is a forward-going ride, so would not suit a complete novice, but he is genuine and does not buck, bolt, or rear.

On the ground, Sean has a very laid-back temperament. He is happy to stand without being tied and is well-mannered for the farrier, dentist, and physio. He is also easy to load and travel.

I have owned Sean for 10 years, and this is a very sad sale due to work commitments, meaning I can no longer give him the time he needs.

He has previously had mild seasonal allergies during the spring/summer months, which are easily managed.

A genuine, kind pony looking for his next loving home.

  • Gelding
  • 10 years
  • 148 cm (LHC)
  • Top Class Event/PC/NSEA Pony
  • 6th BE 100 Badminton Grassroots Final
  • Clear PT potential

Dude is a 10 year old dark bay Irish sports pony (LHC 148). His mum was a 13.2 jumping pony and his dad a thoroughbred - sired by the great Galileo. Dude enjoys the adjustability and cleverness of a pony with the quality and stride of his father. With a willing can do attitude he is nicely forward and sensitive to the aids but not strong, competing all three phases in snaffle and cavesson. Dude is also a generous pony, digging his rider out of holes without bearing a grudge.

In the last three years Dude has been very carefully produced and has progressed with my son from BE 80 to BE100 where he has become firmly established, popping the toughest of tracks with ease and achieving many double clears and top ten placings along the way. He has the quality, scope and attitude for pony trials - sadly GCSE’s prevented us from taking that next step last year. To make up for that he competed in the Badminton Grassroots Championships and placed 6th at the final in May this year with a fabulous double clear, earning himself a ridden prize giving at Badminton House.

Dude excels in all three phases and has more to give. With a dressage loving jockey he could be consistently in the 20’s improving his many placings to wins.

In the last three years Dude has also done all things pony club from rallies and camp to winning rugs at Hickstead and rosettes at spring and summer champs.

As a six year old Dude competed BS for seven months gaining all his double clears in british novice, discovery and newcomers . He can pop around a foxhunter and trains over 120/130 at home. We have not had much time for BS with his eventing and PC team competitions.

Dude has not competed WHP but is a great stamp for it and has the jump and presence to shine.

Dude is a sports pony and would suit a jockey that has had some competition experience, perhaps now looking to step up a level, or he could continue to excel at Badminton Grassroots even with a small adult. With his small horse stride he is a fun and comfortable ride.

We are looking for a loving and experienced family home where he can continue to excel and build on his success.

Serious enquiries only by telephone please. Many videos and references available. In return, references will be requested from prospective new homes.

We are in Kent. Tel: 07908 548003.

For sale on behalf of a client

Bella 13.2hh | 14-year-old Mare | Connemara Cross

Bella is a much-loved, genuine all-round pony and would make a perfect mother/daughter share or family pony.

She is easy to handle in every way, kind-natured, and a pleasure to have on the yard. Bella is snaffle-mouthed, sensible in traffic, and enjoys both hacking and schooling.

She hacks confidently alone or in company, schools nicely on the flat, and has plenty of experience in a variety of activities. Bella has attended camps, rallies, fancy dress events, mini ODEs, and has enjoyed lead rein duties, making her a versatile and experienced pony.

She loves her jumping and is bold both showjumping and cross-country. If she hasn't been jumped regularly, she can occasionally become a little enthusiastic after a fence, particularly if the canter becomes long and forward. Her young rider generally jumps her from a trot, however, we feel that with consistent work and improved canter balance this will continue to improve.

Bella is excellent to load, travel, shoe, clip and bath. She lives happily in or out and is up to date with vaccinations, dentistry and farriery. Shod in front.

Bella has spent recent years being kept at a family member's home and has not been in a consistent work routine. We believe that with regular work and a job to do, she has all the qualities to make a fantastic Pony Club pony once again.

She has been with her current owners for several years and prior to this was a well-loved family pony ridden by young boys.

Bella has a small sarcoid which has remained unchanged and causes no issues. She has no vices and no significant veterinary history.

A truly kind, genuine pony who is adored by everyone who meets her and will be greatly missed.

Penny has been with us in our small loaning yard for a year now. She has done it all from teaching children to canter to cross country days at different venues to being plaited up and pony painted!!!!

She is as patient as they come and as loving as your loyal best friend. She has beautiful manners and is everyone’s best friend.

On flat work lessons she teaches children to canter and is happy for a less confident child or a child that wants to work on position. She is mannerly and works through her transitions beautifully all in a snaffle bridle.

Jumping she jumps well up to 50/55’s great cross country and very happy to jump a filler or plank. She’s happy to go around a course in trot or canter and always try’s her hardest and listens to the most smallest rider.

Hacking wow she is a superstar with a large group or alone she is always well behaved and easy going. Good in traffic and open spaces. Will jump the ditch and small hedges out and happy to potter around the village to get her riders confidence.

She is such a fabulous pony and has everything to give your child from confidence to rosettes at the local show to being the safest.

This is a hard sale for us but as summer holidays come and children go on holidays we aren’t as busy so something has to be sold.

  • Would be amazing if they are: barefoot & DUN!

Looking for something that’s either been there and done that or a horse who’s been out and about on low mileage. A varied life style awaits although I’m not looking to compete or jump tracks about 80cm

Unfortunately we are having to cut down which breaks our heart and because of this Gem will be looking for her new home.

Gem is a winner up to and at 90cm. My daughter qualified gem for the hickstead/HOYS second rounds at just 8 years old.

Gem would be ideal for a brave child that is wanting to progress, she is a strong competition pony who has given her heart and soul to my daughter in more ways than one.

Further details can be discussed upon enquiries.

Please no dreamers, this is an incredibly tough decision and joy riders will categorically not be allowed.

We would love to stay in touch with her new home.

Open to any vetting.
