Duffy is a genuine, kind, well-bred pure Connie. Schooled to a very good level, she works in an outline in all paces and executes lateral movements well.

She is a wonderful school mistress, however would not suit a novice rider or first ridden as she is forward going and needs a fairly strong leg on her, but has good brakes.

She has spent the last year with a novice 11yo girl who has come to the sad decision that she isn’t able to offer Duffy the life she needs due to her own (owner not pony) nervousness.

Therefore over the last few months we have taken Duffy on with a view to selling her when the family felt ready to.

Duffy is predominantly being sold as a school mistress for dressage, showing and a fun hacker. She has a lot to offer a teenager or an adult looking to do riding club, or pony club with a focus on dressage and showing competitions.

A heartbreaking sale of a much loved pony who I have owned for 5 years. Full up 14.2hh, 11 year old mare. No recorded breeding but i believe she is Welsh or native cross.

In this time Miss Blue (known as Dixie) has made so many of my dreams come true. We have evented at BE90, always coming home smiling, she makes the cross country feel so easy (this mare will take you round clear every time). We have Showjumped to 100cm unaffiliated, but mostly at 90cm. Done all pony club activities, regional pony club dressage to novice level, arena eventing, been on all the teams for a variety of disciplines. I have also hunted Dixie and she has give some of my best days hedge hopping with the farmers bloodhounds, she will jump anything she is pointed at. Rails, walls, gates, hedges…. You name it, she will do it whilst also keeping you safe.

She has a BE record at 90cm, we complete both affiliated and unaffiliated (pony club eventing) this season she only had one run BE and that alone was good enough to qualify her for the regional badminton grassroots qualifier. I decided to run her at the pony club national championships instead, where she placed 8th. She cross country schools over BE advanced jumps!

She knows lateral work in the school, she did walk to caters, forward off the leg without being too hot/ sharp or buzzy. She will look after a younger rider and takes a miss when showjumping. She is not one to stop or run out at jumps. She enjoys her job.

The most important thing about this pony has been how safe and easy she is. I take her out on my own and know I can relax and enjoy my day, she will stand on the trailer for as long as needed, and then stand tied up as chilled as anything to be groomed and tacked up. Doesn’t buck, bronc, rear, bolt or anything else. No stable vices.

It has taken me a long time to advertise this pony, and not a decision I’ve taken lightly, but as this year is my last year in pony club and she’s given me the most amazing season I feel now is the time to let her go and make someone else as happy as she’s made me. Winner of 70 and 80 BS Just for Schools at Chard this week.

Westerlake Fagus 136.3cm (life height) gelding BS JC 680 points including 114 this year in limited outings. He has had a phenomenal record with not only my daughter for nearly 3 years but also with his previous jockeys. My daughter has won numerous BS classes from 60 to 90cm inclusive qualifying for may finals including stepping stones, bronze league, Blue Chip Pearl (85cm), He is super careful and turns on a sixpence but yet is not strong, rarely touching a pole, as his BS results show. We have not travelled to all the finals qualified for due to cost but have been to the BS Just for Schools Winter and Summer finals where this year alone he had 2 wins, 2 seconds and a 5th in very competitive classes from 60 to 80cm inclusive. He has represented his pony club winning area 80cm individual show jumping in 2025 and winning the spring festival qualifiers for the past 2 years. This year he also qualified for spring festival arena eventing.

In 2025 he was one leg of the winning mni major team at Devon County and in 2026 he helped his team to a win in the inter hunt relay there.

However Fagus thrives on variety and has also qualified for regional pony club championchips at area eventing at both 70 and 80cm taking a podium position on 2 occasions. He is also a brilliant mounted games pony qualifying for zones in 2025 and being part of the winning team at Royal Cornwall in 2025. Games is not my daughter's passion but Fagus is good enough for MGA.

He is a true all rounder having also gained a 2nd placing in a large working hunter pony class at Royal Cornwall in 2025 and has won working hunter pony, show hunter pony and pony club pony classes at our county agricultural shows. Fagus really enjoys pony club beach rides, trail hunting etc and has helped my daughter pass her pony club C and C+ tests behaving beautifully at pc rallies.

He is easy to handle on the ground in all respects, lives alone or in company, loves being out but can be stabled, loads and travels in a lorry or trailer with or without a friend and has been great with all traffic we have seen out hacking. He is shod in front only. Totally outgrown hence sale. Possibly most suited to a 10+ year old child with some competiton experience. Full wardrobe is included in the asking price. Captain 'Jack' has been with us for just shy of 2yrs now.

Jack is so easy to keep, a real 'good doer' and winters well on absolutely nothing but a flap of hay. Up to date with teeth, vaccines etc. Currently bare foot but happily stands for hot shoeing also.

Jack is a fabulous lead rein pony and has previously been a great 2nd pony. He can be a little keen for a true first ridden but a great little jockey could have tons of fun. We have done PC Camp, hacks and rallies. With his previous family they have done many PC activities and beach rides.

Jack is not fazed by traffic, chainsaws or diggers ! Priced to sell, full wardrobe available too. Needs a job and a family to keep him young. Any questions most welcomed. Only for sale as just too sharp for our daughter who is just off lead rein. I dont have many vids as usually leading and not a camera clicky happy family. Based between York & Malton.

Very difficult sale of our lovely 12.2hh palomino Welsh Section C mare. Fully passported and up to date with everything.

We bought her at Christmas 2025 as my daughter’s first pony off the lead rein. Unfortunately my daughter has sadly lost interest.💔

She is more slow than go, requiring plenty of leg, particularly into canter.

She took my daughter to her very first show and was absolutely foot perfect. Despite my daughter being extremely nervous, they did brilliantly together and came home with plenty of rosettes. ❤️

Early in our ownership she did a little buck when asked to canter on the lunge & my daughter lost her balance and came off, This was before having her new saddle, Since having it she has been absolutely fine and has not done anything to cause my daughter to fall.

We’ve had her vet checked and have kept on top of her physio, feet and teeth. She does require sedation for dentistry.

I think she’d be best suited to a confident child who already has the basics. I wouldn’t place her with a very nervous or complete beginner rider as she does need to be told what to do otherwise she won’t do anything 🫣🤣

When she’s turned out with other ponies – she can take some convincing and treats definitely help 😂. When she’s turned out alone, however, she comes when called.
