• Ultimate all-round lead rein
• Safe tiny tots jumping pony
• Won many rosettes and sashes

Daisy is the ultimate all-round lead rein pony who will happily look after the smallest of jockeys and keep them safe.

She has won many rosettes and sashes competing in lead rein, jumping and dressage. She loves to jump, carrying her jockey safely around the course. No plugs, calmers or hours of working in required.

She has attended pony club rallies, mounted games, junior camp. She is the pony the children want to lead, tack up, brush and plait and will stand for hours letting them play.

Daisy hacks out, farm rides, will happily go on her own, first or last, never gets fizzy.

She has given my daughter a love of jumping, confidence in hacking and allowed her to develop and learn to ride independently.

Daisy will go off the lead but she needs a confident jockey to show her the way. Has been to Stars previously as a first ridden and tiny tots worker.

Upto date with teeth, feet and vaccinations. Good to clip, bath and travel.

11 year old Welsh section A, beautiful moving pony who will excel in lead rein classes or suitable for a more established rider who loves speed. We have owned him for 4 years and in that time he has done a bit of everything.

He has just started doing lead rein classes and I feel this is his calling with his beautiful movement, colour and character, of the lead he needs a confident rider as he can get buzzy and strong but absolutely no badness at all. Will jump anything placed infront of him and will turn on a 6pence,

🏆 RI Qualified

🏆 Multiple Wins, Championships & Supremes

🏆 Previously qualified for RI in First Ridden and Open 123cm SHP

PJ is the ultimate Lead Rein pony. He will happily take the tiniest tot, look after them every step of the way and give them confidence, while still having the quality and presence required to compete at the very top.

He is quite simply the easiest pony to have around. Never sick or sorry, he is handled daily by children and will stand all day to be brushed and fussed over. He absolutely loves attention and is a genuine family pony as well as a successful show pony.

PJ has also enjoyed life away from the show ring, having attended Pony Club rallies and camps, and he hacks out, making him much more than just a competition pony.

He is:

⭐ Good to shoe

⭐ Good to clip

⭐ Easy to catch

⭐ Easy to load

⭐ Up to date with vaccinations, teeth and physio

⭐ Handled by children

⭐ Kind, genuine and incredibly easy to do in every way

A very special pony who has given us so much and will be incredibly hard to replace.

Thistledown Red Wine. We’ve been lucky to have sunshine for three amazing seasons.

She is the easiest sweetest pony. 7 year old chestnut mare. My daughter can do everything with her. She goes off the lead but more whoa than go.

Hacks and has been to pony club. Doesn’t need work or calmer’s before the ring.

Too many wins and championships to mention. 2nd hoys 2025.

Sadly we won’t be doing lead rein after this season.

Future homes will be vetted as this is a hard sale.

Will be available after Hoys. Can be seen and tried at the summer champs.

118cm Dartmoor gelding. Harry had been a wonderful pony for my daughter but sadly she won’t stop growing so we’ve made the hard decision that he needs to find a new jockey to win sashes for.

Just missed qualifying for hoys last year by 1 mark at the last qualifier as we had only just collected him that week.

He knows his job well and thrives on it. Easily qualified RI and placed well in the few hoys he has done this year. He was 4th at hoys before we got him.

Never sick or sorry. No plugs or calmers. Great at big county shows in buzzy atmospheres.

He has won many sashes and supremes with us and would not be for sale if our daughter wasn’t as tall.

• Actively looking for the best Pony Club ponies
• Some fabulous knowledgeable homes waiting
• No fees for sellers

I have motivated clients looking for genuine, kind, quality and proven ponies to take part in all Pony Club activities.

The ponies I would love to hear about are those not needing to be advertised to secure a new home. There is no harm in finding out whether I know of a better home and match. Perhaps you worry about your child finding it upsetting seeing their old pony regularly at rallies etc - then selling out of area could be a better solution.

These are motivated buyers receiving guidance as to what will likely suit their child - not the timewasters regularly reported. In most cases homes are also knowledgeable: simply lacking in time to conduct a search themselves. Most will also wait for the right pony so if you are not ready to sell yet - that is not an issue.

There are some decent budgets available relative to age and medical conditions etc.

All leads will be handled with discretion. Please feel free to give me a call, drop me a WhatsApp or check out my Instagram page @theponysearchagent

🌟 MISSY – 11.2HH PALOMINO WELSH SECTION A – 4 years old (rising 5) 🌟

Penhwnllys Golden Mist

Beautiful Lead Rein / Future First Ridden prospect. Top class section A.

Our lovely Missy is looking for a knowledgeable home where she can continue her education and reach her full potential.

Missy is a beautiful 11.2hh palomino Welsh Section A mare, who has had a lovely busy year gaining experience and enjoying a variety of activities. Lots of red rosettes to her name already in hand and on lead!

Over the past season she has:

* 🌟 Enjoyed a full season of local showing on the lead rein, including Garstang County Show, where she was placed.

* 🐴 Attended Pony Club camp and attends regular Pony Club activities.

* 🎠 Taken part in a couple of mounted games rallies on the lead rein.

* 🦄 Been introduced to jumping which she absolutely loves! I believe she will make an outstanding mini workers pony with more mileage.

* 💕 Gained plenty of experience attending different venues and loves the beach (on lead). Good with barky dogs and chickens around her feet too!

Missy is good to catch, loads well, is used to daily turnout. She has also been introduced to light traffic and would benefit from continued gradual exposure to busier roads and environments.

She is still very much a green youngster, who needs time to mature and develop her confidence. She is ridden off the lead at home by my 9 year old but can still be a little unsure when in a new environment, so would benefit from a patient, experienced home for further production, and willing to continue her education and getting her out and about without rushing her.

We believe Missy has all the makings of an out and out top-class future Lead Rein / First Ridden pony, with the looks, character and potential to really shine.

She is not yet a finished children’s pony, shes 4 - rising 5, and we are looking for a knowledgeable home that understands young ponies and will give her the time, consistency and confidence to flourish that she truly deserves.

❤️ A beautiful little mare with a very promising future. Finding the right home is our absolute priority. We will continue to keep her in work and her education while she is for sale.

Some rugs included. Tack not included and can be negotiated separately. Up to date with teeth, vaccinations. She is barefoot.

Genuine enquiries welcome. We would like to keep in touch. Please message for further details.

• Super lead rein pony
• Tiny tots lead rein showing & showjumping
• Lead rein hacking off road solo.

Kilnstown Foxglove 9yr old Buckskin Welsh A mare.

This hasn’t been an easy decision but with the loss of my horse and my 4 yr old child not being interested it is time to look for a new home for her.

She is a cracking little pony, who I am reluctant to let go. She takes a little time to trust, but once she does she becomes the sweetest little thing. But until then you will get the mare stare.

We have been out lead rein showing, working hunter, showjumping all season and to an xc course and hired off road hacking.

She always places and is foot perfect at shows, I take her solo and she is amazing. Stands on the trailer perfect and ties up next to it with no bother, I don’t need to think about her when dealing with my daughter. Loads every time, occasionally takes a few minutes but normally walks straight on.

When my little one loses her balance she will throw her head up and slow straight down, when she fell off she then did the slowest smoothest trot ever and wouldn’t speed up till she knew she had balance again.

She has been out off the lead rein with the local hunt, she was happy to sit at the back and walk trot, canter as needed. But doesn’t like being in the mix, she has to sit on the outskirts.

We have been off road hacking with me riding and she was happy to follow another horse, but won’t take the lead mostly due to lack of experience as I have only used her as a lead rein pony.

She has been on the lead rein around xc courses, done a few small logs she just has to look at them first.

Hundreds of photos of my child riding bareback, hands in the air singing, in dresses, carrying a teddy and just being a 4 yr old!

If something truly scares her and she has a child on board she freezes and won’t budge, the 2 times this has happened i took the child off walked her past it and let her spook and that was it done! Chucked the child back on and carried on, never spooked at again!

Bad points - she is sassy, if you want a pony your little one can run up and hug she probably isn’t for you, she tolerates it but isn’t keen! But saying that as she bonded with my little one she got better, I have pictures of her being led by my child however my child isn’t at the yard enough and doesn’t spend any time with her. But with older kids she is always happy to give attention, but tells them when she is done. I don’t think she ever be a 24-7 cuddly pony, but she will on her terms.

She doesn’t lunge, she hates it I don’t know what has happened but she doesn’t lunge. She was getting better but lack of time has stopped me lunging.

She doesn’t like horses up her bum, she has kicked once, I put a red ribbon on and don’t put her in the scenario of horse up her bum. Never kicked with little one on, but equally she is a sassy Welsh buckskin mare!

She has been lead off a really chilled out gelding and was perfect, but we have only tried this once with no rider.

Traffic - yard traffic absolutely fine, I have lead her down a busy road in company and she was fine with no rider but I cannot say she is 100% as I don’t have anyone to take her out with and the roads are ridiculous by us so I won’t put anyone at risk.

She has done off the lead rein with an older rider, she can be stubborn but goes nice when ridden off the lead regularly. But she is a true lead rein in the sense ahead looks for her leader, it’s her safe place, but she will step up to assisted.

That being said with the ride lead rein child, and time I fully believe she will go off the lead rein with a child. My own daughter who hardly rides has managed to ride her away from me, but she would need consistency.

Louie, 9 yo 11.3 section A gelding

Louie has spent the whole summer doing lots of lead rein with my 5 yo ( who was fairly wobbly in the beginning which he did not mind! ). We’ve always come back with rosettes from Lead rein show pony, M and M, mini jumping , LR workers , handy pony and minion fancy dress! He’s also ridden him in walk and trot off the lead up the lanes. Sadly he isn’t interested enough to justify keeping him for the winter and we have very little land and homebreds to come in.

Recently qualified for TSR amateur of the year show in the LR show Pony. Has been well behaved to take out everywhere.

Off the lead rein he has mainly been ridden and schooled by small nanny and recently been ridden a couple of times in the area/fields by a competent 9 yo girl. Not been ridden off the lead with tiny tots hence not advertised as a first pony but may well be In 6 months time if an older sibling/small adult carried on his production.

Came to us earlier in the year very well fed and looked after but low mileage for his age so not the finished article but a lot of pony for the money. Never done anything nasty or unpredictable, straight and genuine.

Had a super step and jump .. potentially could make a top class cradle stakes worker with a little more mileage.

No vices, kind genuine pony. Vaccinated. Clipped him a week ago with no sedation.

Good with farrier / loads well etc . Travels in trailer and lorry. Typical Welsh can be a bit pushy if allowed but no malice in him. My 5 yo leads/loads/handles him etc. Forward responsive pony on and off the lead rein , not a plod but not strong.

Breeding:

GADLYS TIPTOP ( GLADLYS THOMAS O FON ) x LlWYNAN REBECCA.

Priced to sell at 3950 as is totally wasted with us a present and would love to see someone out enjoying him .

Right home priority

Shropshire.
