3 year old skewbald Welsh part bred gelding, 13.2hh, proven show winner

Tony Pony has competed all over the country as a yearling, stayed overnight shows, lives in or out, easy to load, bath, trim, plait, catch, regular feet trims, rug. has lived on a farm all his life, used to cows, sheep, dogs, farm machinery,

He won the overall WPCS Sarum junior Welsh part bred in 2024, won at numerous county shows, 2nd Royal Welsh coloured.

Moves for fun and floats around any ring.

Will excel in showing / dressage / pony club

Tony needs his next human in life to take him to the top, this is a very sad sale and I truly believe this pony will go far. This pony will give you his heart and soul, he is a real character around the yard and will be missed

He had not been started with any tack or backed. I have tonnes of photos, videos - please contact on whatsapp

An ad I’ve been putting off 🥺

“Vinnie” Cosford Vanguard

12hh (Lifetime Height Certificate) but stands more like a 12.2hh

13yrs Part Bred Welsh Show Pony Gelding

Vinnie has been there, done it and won all the T-shirts!

Shown to the highest level as a FR (many trips to HOYS) with his previous owners, all of which are still in touch and we’d love for this to continue.

Very sadly for sale as my daughter will be out of class next year.

He knows his job inside out, very flashy, head turner, with more wins than my daughter will ever be able to count!

Often recognised wherever he goes!

Has taken my nervous daughter from small novice classes to huge open FR classes.

My youngest has done some LR with him, he’s not bothered by wobbly riders at all.

Handled daily by children who can do absolutely anything with him. Will stand for hours to be pampered. Currently living out with a Shetland mare and gelding but usually in at night in the winter. Lives at home, home produced, used to dogs, chickens, ducks, goats and farm machinery.

Loves to jump but my daughter doesn’t so he hasn’t done much with us.

Has done Dressage comps, pony camp days, stay aways.

Although anyone can ride him at home or low level shows, at bigger shows he would be best suited to a competent rider already established off lead so for this reason I won’t sell him as a FYFR.

Good to load, travels a dream, will stand on lorry at shows no problem. Good to clip, trim (barefoot), catch etc

Up to date with vaccs, dentist and physio.

Hacks alone or in company.

He will only go to the best of 10 🌟 homes, this is very hard for all of us as I owe him so much for all he has done for my daughter but he deserves another best friend he can do this all over again for, so please serious enquiries only, no time wasters.

He will go with his made to measure saddle.

A very special opportunity for the serious showing home, ambitious rider or knowledgeable family looking for a genuine, experienced schoolmaster with an outstanding record, equally junior would happily love a life of fun rides, woodland rides, hacking, low level jumping, working hunter even the odd few hrs hunting here and there.

At 16 years young, Junior is perfectly placed to become a serious contender for the new HOYS Veteran classes, whilst still having plenty to offer an ambitious rider looking to enjoy the show ring and learn from a pony who has already competed successfully at the highest level, his record speaks for its self:

- HOYS Life Height 14hh Show Hunter Pony

- HOYS 14hh SHP Qualified – 2023

- RIHS Qualified – 2023

- 1st BSPS Area 3b RIHS Qualifier

- 2nd BSPS Area 2a RIHS Qualifier

- 1st Royal Welsh Summer Show

- Numerous top-three placings at major qualifiers and championship shows

- Successful as both a Show Hunter Pony and Show Pony

- A very exciting prospect for the new HOYS Veteran classes

Junior is beautifully bred on exceptional lines, with his breeding being the same lines as the horse who took Champion Overall at this year’s 2026 Royal Welsh Show.

Junior is a pleasure to have on the yard he

Loads and travels extremely well in a trailer or lorry, Good for the farrier and dentist he’s Experienced, versatile and happiest when he has a job to do. Junior is firm yard favourite with everyone and loves fuss and attention. Juniors only vice is crib biting, which is minimal and generally associated with feeding or seeking attention when in alone.
