Belle , 13.2hh / 138cm 10 year old mare. A well put together type. Been there done it , pony club pony. Alrounder / hunter / mother daughter share / 2nd pony.

Belle is the ultimate pony club pony. She is available on behalf of a client , as they are now looking for the next step up to jump top tracks and Belle is more suited to a pony club / low level home.

She is a nicely forward going type , goes off your leg but not sharp. Her current jockey is 10 years old and ridden her for the last 2 years. They’ve enjoyed lots of jumping , dressage lessons , hacking , cantering through fields , bareback etc together.

Since Belle has been with us , she has been trail hunting which she thoroughly enjoyed , she was good with the hounds and stood well. We feel she would be a serious hunter for a game kid this season! She’s also been on a farm ride and XC schooling , taking on everything asked of her including logs , hedges , water , all xc type fences.

Belle went to a local show last week and won her class. She has jumped a single fence of 105 with us , but is happily jumping around 70/80cm.

She happily hacks alone or in company.

She’s easy to handle in every way and is a real child’s best friend. She takes up the leg well , so would suit a mother daughter share type. Belle isn’t a first pony or a novice ride , she’s forward going. But she would love to teach her next child the ropes of pony club and low level showjumping.

She has no vices or health issues.

Polly is an absolute mother’s dream. She will happily hack out on the buckle, is unfazed by any type of traffic, and will even pop a jump in the school bareback or bitless. She’s the sort of mare that truly looks after her rider.

Polly, Pouleywerrin Star, is a registered Connemara mare with outstanding Class 1 breeding on both sides. Her sire, Cornarone Hazy Lad (by Frederiksminde Hazy Match), and her dam, Shanacavass Red (by Truskan Boy), are both Class 1, combining some of the best-known lines for temperament, versatility, and performance.

This season Polly has puppy hunted and behaved impeccably throughout. She has also enjoyed sponsored rides, days at the beach, adult pony camp, and cross-country outings.

While still a little green in the school, she has a wonderfully trainable attitude and is always willing to please. She has already schooled around courses up to 90cm and shows plenty of potential to progress further with continued training.

Polly would suit a wide variety of homes, though I can see her thriving with someone who enjoys Pony Club–style activities and plenty of fun adventures.

She does have a scar on her neck, which she has had since a foal. My vet has checked it thoroughly and confirmed that it has no impact on her health or way of going. I am happy for any vet or trainer to assess her. Please don’t let this put you off, as I truly believe she is a one in a million pony!

Chutney is a super little new Forest looking for his next home. He has 3 balanced paces . He has slowly been brought on over this summer and has turned his hoof to nearly everything. Showjumping courses of 60/70 with scope shown a home to go higher.

He has ben on fun ride , schooling over xc fences and hacking in company as well as on his own with a confident rider. He is snaffle mouthed for everything and has shown to have good breaks. He is a fun ride working sweetly on the flat and schooling in open fields. Chutney thrives off of consistency and variety in his work.

He would be an ideal second pony for a confident jockey looking for their next step and would excel in an experienced/ pony club home. Currently being ridden by a young adult who is 5’4” and he is up to date with vaccinations, worming, farrier and regular physio. He stands like a dream and loves to be cuddle and groomed for hours. He is good to load clip trim and loves fuss and attention.

He has both lived out 24/7 and lived in durning the night or day and has been fine and chilled with both . Has previously been in a mixed herd with no issues or in paired turn out. He will be turned out on his own as long as friends are near by

Hetty the Skewbald cob does it all she rides, drives , hunts & jumps for fun. Every child’s dream pony.

Standing at 14.1hh. Hetty is an 11 year old mare that has been there done it got the t-shirt.

She’s done all pony club activities including hunter trials where she’s always willing. She absolutely Loves to hunt and will go front or back, she is not strong or silly.

Hetty is excellent to hack and bomb proof in traffic. She also drives and has a harness and cart that can be purchased separately. Hetty goes sweetly on the flat and would do a nice dressage test. She’s comfortable jumping up to 80cm but probably around 60/70 is where she is at. She’s not at all sharp or spooky.

Hetty would be a great mother/daughter share she’s an ideal second pony for someone wanting to go out and have some low level fun. She has a calm, sweet & willing attitude towards life. Great around other horses. Good doer, lives in or out. Good to clip. Travels well.

Same home since a yearling but due to being outgrown by her current loan person she is sadly up for sale.

Angel is a straightforward, kind mare with manners. She will not overtake the horse in front nor does she mind being overtaken. She has never bucked, reared, or napped, and is a real pleasure to handle on the ground. She thrives in a herd and enjoys the company of other horses so would not suit a home where she is expected to be turned out on her own. She will happily live in or out. She will happily hack alone with no issues but she appreciates a confident rider to give her that extra bit of reassurance.

While she schools nicely she is green and the arena isn’t where her heart lies. She will happily take part in clinics or group sessions, but can be a little stubborn when schooling solo. With time and consistency, there’s no doubt she could make her mark in the show ring, but right now her true joy is being out and about. She thrives in work but equally you can hop on after a few weeks off with no difference.

Angel is good to catch, shoe, load, vet ect. She is good in traffic and with farm machinery, dogs and other livestock.

He is unfazed by heavy traffic, farm machinery, diggers, dogs and open spaces. Larry is a snaffle mouthed, forward and fun ride when hacking — equally happy on the buckle or enjoying a canter through the fields. He doesn’t speed up on the way home or nap and has given his nervous jockey heaps of fun and confidence over the last three years. He hacks and travels well alone or in company and arrives at new places calm and ready to go — you can just tack up and enjoy your ride. Perfect for nervous, young or elderly riders wanting something safe and sane to enjoy, and ideally suited to a home focused on hacking, fun rides and pleasure riding.

On the ground, Larry is super easy in every way. He has the most chilled, kind nature, is great to lead and handle, and is regularly tied up to be groomed by my 3-year-old. He loads well on both a trailer and box, is barefoot, excellent with the farrier, dentist and vet, fully up to date with vaccinations, teeth and worming, has no stable vices and is open to vetting.

I bought Larry as an unfit 4-year-old, hoping he would grow and enjoy flatwork classes. While he has filled out beautifully, he didn’t grow upwards, and over the years it has become clear that schooling just isn’t his bag. We have brought him on carefully and ruled out any underlying issues — it’s simply not something he enjoys. If this wasn’t the case he wouldn’t be for sale as he is perfect for me in every other way and easily the most straight forward horse I’ve known.
