Traditional mini cob 3 year old gelding to make 12.3hh. Currently standing at 12.1hh.

I rescued him and his mum when he was only days old, I am in absolutely no rush and he will only be sold when I find him his forever home and his best friend for life.

He was very successfully shown as a foal and a yearling with myself and is the most incredible stamp of a cob and a true showman! Every time we went out the comments from the judges would blow me away. He really is one in a million. He always brings home rosettes and sashes. I have had him out once this year as a 3 year old and he won a very strong youngstock class with more fabulous comments from the judge. However with all the will in the world, showing just isn’t me, I enjoyed what we did together but he was born to be in the ring and sadly I wasn’t and my heart just isn’t in it.

He has been professionally started by myself and lunges and long reins beautifully, he has been leant over and sat on a couple of times now with no fuss at all. But sadly I have taken him as far as I can as I am 5ft9 and am just too big for him. I was desperately hoping that he would make a bigger height and as much as he still has some growing and filling out still left to do, he will not make the height for me to finish breaking him.

It will break my heart to let him go but he has just become a pet and a companion and it seems such a shame for him because I know he would love to have a job and he would give his absolute all to whatever was asked of him. If the right person doesn’t come along he will stay with me for the rest of his days, but I am just seeing if that person is out there waiting for him. He is very easy going, wants to be everyone’s friend, loves a fuss. Good to handle in every way, will live in or out, comes to call, leads, ties up, travels well in a trailer and box, good to clip, good to bath, good for the farrier and vet, happily wears rugs and doesn’t destroy them!

Has a TGCA passport, microchipped and is fully vaccinated, he is up to date with worming, worm counts, physio, teeth and farrier. I have tons of videos and photos of him.

No dealers, no time wasters, no loans, no payment plans. Serious enquiries only. Homes will be vetted.

Messages only as I have terrible phone signal so calls are not easy!

 Princess Lexie – A Once-in-a-Lifetime, Coloured 12-Year-Old Mare, 14.2hh
A true schoolmistress • Confidence giver • Mother’s dream

Princess Lexie is exactly what her name suggests — an absolute princess and a rare gem of a horse. At 12 years old, this beautifully marked coloured mare has proven herself time and time again to be a one-in-a-million partner for riders of all ages and abilities.

? Temperament & Handling

Lexie is an angel in every way. She has the kindest, sweetest nature and is a complete pleasure to have on the yard. Her manners are impeccable — quiet and easy to shoe, box, catch, clip, ride, and handle in all situations, including busy traffic and new environments. She has a wonderfully willing temperament and shines brightest when she is building confidence in her rider.

Ridden regularly by novice students, Lexie takes everything in her stride. She is calm, forgiving, and always looks after her rider, even in tricky moments. The epitome of safety and steadiness, she truly is a confidence giver and an ideal mother–daughter share.

Riding & Performance

Princess Lexie is a true schoolmistress with experience across multiple disciplines:

• Cross Country:

Her absolute favourite job! Lexie loves XC — always taking every jump in her stride, always honest, and always eager. She has a natural enthusiasm for fences, takes everything on with pricked ears, and always makes sure to carry her rider safely to the other side.

• Show Jumping:

Schooled over coloured poles and happily jumping up to 80cm here. She would be the perfect pony to take a child from cross poles to more technical courses with confidence and fun.

• Flatwork:

Beautifully schooled on the flat, with three balanced, expressive paces and a super straight way of going. She has the presence and movement to shine in show classes.

• Hacking & Pleasure Riding:

A dream hack — relaxed, reliable, and unfazed by traffic. Happy to go out alone or in company.

• Previous Experience:

Has hunted, taken part in hunter trials, and enjoyed pony club activities. She is versatile and willing, making her suitable for almost any loving home.

? Conformation & Type

Lexie is extremely well put together — a proper model of a mare with good bone, substance, and an eye-catching coat pattern. She is beautifully marked and stands out wherever she goes.

Ideal Home

She would be an outstanding fit for:

A novice rider
A mother–daughter share
A riding school looking for a safe, quality mare
A pony club home
A fun, happy-hacking home
A family searching for a trustworthy, kind partner

Lexie has no stable vices, is open to any vetting, and comes with complete peace of mind.

Loving, fun all-rounder

Ref #: 392546
  • Chaser 'Tambrook Chasing Highs'
  • 14.2 8yr chaps reg gelding
  • A lot of potential in the right hands to be a versatile, fun pony.

  • Chaser 'Tambrook Chasing Highs'
  • 14.2 8yr chaps reg gelding
  • A lot of potential in the right hands to be a versatile, fun pony.

Easy to have around and a fun, loving personality.

We're looking for a particular type of home for Chaser who will let him settle in and potentially work through some initial questions while he gets to know you. He needs a kind but take-no-**** approach and in return you'll earn yourself a super little chap.
In his current home he has done some sj,xc,dressage, hacking and lessons/clinics. He'd always been super when out and about and tries very hard to please.

He's had time off with A-levels and gone a little backwards in his education however tidying up nicely now he's back in work.
His schooling is a little green and unbalanced but he's starting to show some really lovely bits of work and what he is going to be.
He'd fallen out of love with work in the school so was less forward in there but again this is improving with fun, varied, gentle schooling with lots of praise and variety outside of it.
He enjoys working in the fields and hacking round the farm.

He enjoys jumping and has shown a lot of scope over a fence. We've not popped anything big due to him coming back into work but it's definitely one of his favourite things!

He hacks in company well, he does go alone but can be a little stop start initially but this improves as he gets to know his rider and that when they say it's ok, it is.
We've seen various types of traffic, he can be a little unsure with bigger traffic but is gaining confidence.

He enjoyed going out on a fun ride, he had a few moments of excitement but all in all was a really good lad in front, behind or upside the others, and waited patiently for a pub stop!

On the ground he's been kind and easy, settled well and loves his munch.
He does occasionally drag to food.
He's good to catch, stable, load, travel alone or in company, shoe, bath, you can clip him without a headcollar.

We are looking for a fun, varied home with someone patient enough to let him settle and get to know him, that can sit and ignore the odd strop. More information via a phone call.
He'd suit a kind, competent teen or small adult who wants to get out and about and have some fun, I also think he'd enjoy hunting.

Up to date with everything
Open to vet
Clean legged, no lumps or bumps
Tack available by seperate neg.
Correct home of top priority.

No novices, nervous riders, loans or trials
He is on sales livery
If no answer please leave a message and I'll get back to you ASAP

Tinkerbelle
14hh 10yr old Skewbald mare.

Tinkerbelle was brought home in 2020 to be a fun family cob, but it quickly became clear she was so much more than that! Within just a few weeks, her willing attitude, love of learning, and naturally flashy movement began to shine through.

Since then, Tinkerbell has gone from strength to strength — Placed at multiple British dressage competitions, including BD Youth inter regionals, Second at Inter-Counties and Won Quest semi final Novice. As well as representing teams with pride, and proving herself both talented and versatile.

She’s also enjoyed plenty of jumping and fun rides, where she shows her bold, confident nature and her ability to really carry herself.

Great with all traffic and farm machinery. Hacks for fun.

Tinkerbell is a true all-rounder with a brilliant work ethic and plenty of presence — a special mare who always gives her best.

DO YOU HAVE A HORSE OR PONY SUITABLE FOR THE RDA?

WANTED ON LONG TERM LOAN / PURCHASE

Ref #: 249896
  • If you think your equine has what it takes, please contact one of the groups below
  • If you think your equine has what it takes, please contact one of the groups below

One of the main issues that RDA groups face is finding an Equine to suit the needs of the participants in their group.

We are regularly contacted with offers of Equines that are ‘the ideal RDA horse or pony’ when actually what is ideal for one group may not be for the next. We are trying to move away from the stereotypical view that RDA Equines are elderly and somewhat static, our horses and ponies need to be fit, healthy and athletic to cope with the lifestyle in an RDA group.

They can range from smaller, forward going ponies to weight carrying cobs and can take part in a range of disciplines from Riding to Carriage Driving, Vaulting to Show Jumping and Endurance.

If you contact an RDA Group about your Equine please be prepared to fill in an Equine Initial Interest Form which will ask you many questions about your horses’ temperament, health history, experience and lifestyle. Many groups will prefer to have an equine on trial to make sure they are suitable for the job.

For long term loans and purchases they will also be required to have a Pre-Purchase Examination.

If you think your equine has what it takes, please contact one of the groups below.

A very sad sale of our much loved family pony. Gale has brought our daughter from x-poles to taking home red rosettes in tracks of 80cm, pony club rallies, camps, hacks, cross-country and beach rides.

Gale is honest, kind and gentle. She is great with all our children (& puts up with a lot from our 2 year old daughter!).

She absolutely loves showjumping. She thrives and comes alive when she is jumping. She is fast against the clock, loves to win and knows her job.

Gale is the easiest pony on the yard. She is easy to load, travel, clip, shoe and for the dentist.

We are Gales 2nd home. We are looking for a five star 3rd home for Gale, so that she can thrive at what she loves best, and receive the same love and care we have shown her over the years.

She’s taken part in a variety of activities including fun rides, beach trips, one-day events, venue hires, shows, and pony club camp — she’s always up for an adventure and takes everything in her stride.
Last year, Aurora had to have her tail docked due to an infection. This was a medical necessity and does not affect her in any way — it’s simply part of what makes her unique. She also has very mild sweet itch, which is easily managed and I’m more than happy to discuss her routine with any genuinely interested homes.
Aurora is looking for a 5? home where she’ll continue to be loved, fussed, and given plenty of attention.

Really lovely eyecatching 14 hand, 11 yr old mare .

Been back in work for 4 weeks after a long break due to owners health .

She has been an absolute star !

Really smart uphill paces , 2nd placed dressage , 2nd placed arena eventing .

Jumped at home and at shows very sweetly with 11 year old girl , also ridden by my novice 12 year daughter who's fell in love with her !

Jumped all my little xc fences happily.

Never stopped or spooked at anything put in front of her . Ridden in a snaffle .

Very well behaved in open spaces on her own or with other horses and has been brilliant to hack alone in very busy traffic , not fazed by huge lorries or any other hazards !

She is a sort hard to find , would be a wonderful pony for someone to really enjoy. An ideal 2nd pony , mother /child share or perfect happy hacker/ all-rounder.

Good to clip , shoe, teeth, load etc

Upto date with with everything.

Home will be extremely important as shes much loved , plenty more videos and pictures on request . Worcestershire

Very sadly outgrown - Shane is honestly one in a million, has brought my daughter from nervous novice to competent little jokey who now due to growth sprout needs to look for something bigger otherwise he wouldn't be going anywhere!

Although our daughter is horsey, we are not so getting her something sane and sensible was key for us. He has been a great friend and teacher to our daughter and given her the confidence she needed to move up to the next level.

Shane is a 6 year old piebald cob gelding he's 13h he is great at hack/jumping and XC, he was bought from a riding school so very well mannered.

He would suit a any kid or small teenager amazing for farrier vet etc he would turn his hoof to anything and would jump the moon if you asked him to, loads very well we have taken him on many adventures - he has been to beach/local parks, cross country training etc

Shane's a very honest and sweet pony can be turned with mare or gelding could live in our out.

Just had his teeth and feet done, currently barefoot

With a heavy heart we are looking for a new 5* home for this awesome pony.

Mitchelcombe Banoffee Pie - Bonnie is a 13.2 Welsh Cob x Dartmoor

We’ve owned Bonnie for almost 2yrs and would absolutely not be looking for anything else if my daughter hadn’t grown out of her.

She schools well, has been to arena hires, XC and SJ and can turn her hoof to dressage, though it’s something my daughter is only just taking an interest in. She has done all PC activities and did Pony camp this summer and really showed what she’s capable of.

Bonnie has been out on hound exercises. She loves a job and loves to jump. She is well mannered on the ground and can live in or out but I would say she prefers out or a mix of the two. She can pull a face when you do her girth but she is just letting you know it’s not her favourite thing.

She hacks alone or in company, great in heavy traffic ,farm machinery etc
She’s great for the farrier, dentist, physio and happy to be clipped, can occasionally be reluctant to load but we have used a lunge line around her bum and she then loads straight away (we also give her a treat once she is on which helps).

Bonnie is up to date with everything. She’s had a new saddle while we’ve had her with regular checks and was recently fitted with a new bit and bridle. She is snaffle mouthed, can be strong at times but never dangerous. She is the perfect pony for someone that is a brave, confident rider who will push her to do what she loves, anyone who has this pony will be very lucky to have her.

This is a super sad sale so no time wasters, extra videos can be sent on request .

Price to include full tack and wardrobe

Rosie is a 12.2h Appaloosa mare. A total sweetheart in every way, with impeccable manners both on the ground and under saddle. Loads and travels without any fuss.

She has been the perfect best friend for our daughter, taking her from nervous 40cm rounds to confidently flying around Pony Club Regional Champs 2025, NSEA Addington Nationals, and BS Stepping Stones/Cats and Pipes in less than a year!

* Ridden: Forward and fun, with a bit of speed but never silly; absolutely no malice or bad behaviour.
*; Jumping: Loves her job and gives her all every time; happily jumping up to 80/85cm, turns herself inside out to help her rider. Huge confidence giver. Happy over showjumps, cross country and arena eventing;
*Hacking & XC: Brilliant in open spaces, safe and sensible to hack (roads and open field). Enjoys cross country. Previous homes she has hunted successfully with VWH.

* Personality: she really loves her work, thrives in a busy, varied lifestyle. She absolutely adores Pony Club camp!

Well known to VWH PC for many years! DC references if required.

This pony has given our daughter amazing confidence and taught her so much. She is an ideal first competition pony that will keep bringing home ribbons for her little person.

Only for sale as our daughter has sadly outgrown her and has moved onto a 138cm.

Rosie is currently on a busy livery yard, used to plenty going on, and would love another family who will keep her active and loved.

A most genuine pony.

Based Cirencester - Please message for more info, photos, and videos.

Shelby Iceman
TGCA Registered Sabino cob
Show quality
Currently measured at just under 13hh but he is still slightly bum high.

Ice is an absolutely stunning White Sabino 6 year old cob gelding. He is absolutely dripping in mane and feather with some really striking movement. We do feel he will go far in the showing world.

He is super sweet and quiet in every way. Excellent to catch, lead, tie up, for the farrier, and loads without fuss. He is handled by both children and adults daily.

Ice was backed last year and his education has been taken nice and slowly. He has been used as a lead rein pony over the summer and is a really sensible type. He is now hacking out alone and in company off the lead rein, He has passed all traffic, cars, bikes, tractors and does not bat an eyelid.

He shows a kind, willing, and sensible attitude and is now ready for someone to put there stamp on him and progress him further.

Ice is TGCA registered, fully vaccinated and up to date with worming and the farrier.

He currently lives out in a mixed herd but is happy to come in too.

He is a real chunky sort who we do feel would make a perfect lead rein pony, mother daughter share or a small adult/teenage to bring him and continue his education.

  • Perfect family horse in all aspect - lead rein, first pony, second pony or mother/daughter share
Wonderful family horse - she can do it all!

She’s brilliant on the lead rein and currently ridden and handled by our 2 year old proving to be very safe and genuine, yet she is straightforward enough for a young child off the lead wanting to go and have fun - giving mum/dad confidence that she will look after your little one.

She has a good jump and is honest and brave showjumping and XC.

She is also sturdy enough for a small adult to have some fun - she would make a wonderful mother/daughter share.

Absolutely pleasure to have on the yard and will certainly provide a family many year of pleasure.
