Mikey’s Magic is a seriously lovely traditional cob with the looks, temperament and ability to turn his hoof to just about anything.

At 8 years old, Mikey has already shown himself to be a fantastic all-rounder. He will show jump and go cross country, yet is sensible enough to be ridden by a child in an open field. He has also been successfully shown in-hand, regularly bringing home the red ribbons.

He is totally sound with clean limbs and no lumps or bumps, and is a really lovely guy to have around. He’s the sort of horse who combines plenty of presence with a kind, genuine nature.

Whether you’re looking for a smart family cob to have fun with, a horse to get out competing, or simply a best friend to enjoy, Mikey has so much to offer.

A very special cob who deserves an equally lovely home. 💕

Lots of videos available on request. Based County Durham

• Coloured Candy (456180)

• JC pony (252 points)

Coloured Candy (AKA Hero) is a 6 year old gelding still in Discovery points whilst having plenty of experience. He has been produced by my daughters from a 3 year old, he’s good on the flat with three lovely paces. This pony has scope to burn and could take a lucky child to the top of the sport. He’s quick and agile against the clock with many top placings up to newcomers, aswell as winning the British novice second round at Weston Lawns last year.

He was sold earlier this year to a lovely family, but through no fault of his own is up for sale again as their children lack interest in showjumping and that’s where his talent lies. Since coming back to us he has started to get his double clears for the 2027 season with 2 discovery and 2 newcomers already.

Hero is a lovely pony to deal with both at home and at competition, having being showjumping up and down the country, staying multiple days, in a busy environment. He’s good to shoe, clip, load and lives both in and out happily.

Very sad sale of our lovely Dolly pony. We have owned her for nearly 3 years but is now sadly outgrown.

Dolly was our daughter’s first pony and has taken her from never riding and being on the lead rein, to cantering through the woods on her own. My daughter is a nervous rider and Dolly has definitely given her confidence and they often ride down the road bareback with just a head collar on now!

She is quiet in traffic and we hack down busy roads and through villages with no issues.

Dolly will happily stay next to a push bike (on or off the lead if asked) which we found really helpful as we could cover miles at a decent speed!

We did some pony club lessons to help teach my daughter how to ride but we haven’t been for well over 12 months as we prefer hunting, pub rides, picnic rides and exploring! My daughter isn’t a fan of jumping but will pop over a log if there’s one in the woods. Dolly did quite a bit of jumping in her previous home though, especially out hunting!

Dolly has hunted with us and we have been to several of the Christmas meets which have been in a town centre and Dolly has behaved impeccably despite the huge number of people and horses.

We’ve been to shows with Dolly and she has been happy doing her classes and then being tied up at the trailer for the rest of the day!

She is really nice on the ground and is good to clip, bath, load, farrier and my daughter handles her for everything.

We often have friends smaller children over and they ride her on and off the lead rein so she’s still used to tiny wobbly children learning the ropes!

She adjusts to the rider and will step it up if asked but will also happily plod along the road with a wobbly child on board! Her previous owner loved whizzing around but my daughter prefers a slower pace and she’s never bucked, bolted or reared with us (which is super important to us as I don’t think my daughter would ride again if she got bolted with or bucked off)

Tack is included in the sale

Sad decision as we love this boy so much but we just don’t have a job/rider for him at the moment!

Heart of gold but he is strong, so suited for a teenager or small adult.

Has done PC/Rallies/Clinics/Group hacks.

Bombproof hack, loves being out and doesn’t mind any kind of traffic.

Will hack alone or in company.

Barefoot and great for farrier

Happy to be clipped. Does get a bit of malanders & sanders but easily comes away.

Handled by 11 / 9 / 3 year old!

They catch, load and take to field etc. never pushy.

Stands quietly to be groomed by all children, tacked up by children and loves a fuss.

Lives in and out and easy on hay and grass +

Balancer.

Up to date with vaccines/worming/teeth (getting done this month)

Great in the arena but he is strong. So requires a strong confident rider. Possibly a small adult.

Never nasty (no bucks/rears).

Looking for a fab family to really enjoy all he has to offer and would like to stay in touch!

Extremely sad for us but we also Want him to be out having fun.

Barney is a sensitive pony and is suitable for a confident teenager or small adult.

He's very clever but lacks confidence, and I think for him to get the best out of life he needs to be with a family that can offer him time and security. I lost my confidence around the time I bought him three years ago after an accident on another horse, and while he looks after me superbly (never reared, bucked or bolted with me) I know I'm not giving him the life he deserves.

He's in the prime of his life and I'm too scared to even canter again. I have such a mind block that it's just not fair to him.

He loves to hack (in company). He's more stubborn in the arena, but with positive reinforcement training (clicker training), he's really starting to enjoy the arena setting. He likes to be the only horse in an arena- like I mentioned he lacks confidence. He's the bottom of every herd (but you can turn him out with any horse), and if other horses are in the arena it can shut him down especially if he doesn't know them. This happens when he's out show jumping as well, and it can take a bit to get him started on a course of jumps often being led over the first few jumps before he settles in and then he flies around.

He does enjoy jumping but after being with me a few years his fitness isn't there so he'd need someone to go gently with him. I think he'd excel at cross country. He's not a first ridden, and has grumpy man syndrome but once he knows you and trusts you he's the funniest, quirkiest and sweetest pony.

He likes his routines. Loves the sunshine and hates the rain. The summer is his favourite season. He can be nippy, so clicker training with treats and a lick are the only times he gets a hand fed treat. He'll do absolutely anything for food. He can bolt on the ground when he spots that the feed room door is open or there's a patch of grass if you're leading him. He never endangers himself or anyone, he just follows his belly.

He survives on air. He's cheap in terms of his daily needs and he's barefoot. He will be a work in progress for someone who has the patience to work with him and his occasional bad attitude. He will not tolerate heavy use of a crop as he will shut down completely. Like I said he's very sensitive, and smart and responds to positivity after bad experiences in his past. A sole owner would be ideal.

Ranger 🍀A perfect guy for hacking, adventures, group lessons, all while taking care of his rider🍀

Ranger is a tad short of 15h 4yo piebald Irish cob gelding with an old head on young shoulders. He is extremely quiet in all situations, ideal for hacking alone or in groups.

He is broken to ride western and English style!

Ranger is completely sensible no matter the ability of his rider. He has been ridden by our working students, and all of our girls. He is fit to carry an adult.

He is very mellow to ride in groups, even in open spaces. He is quiet around traffic, cows, tractors, machinery, and in new places.

We think Ranger would best suit a family with many kids who ride, or a riding school looking for a quiet, patient pony.

Ranger will jump x-rails and small cross country jumps. He shines best out hacking and in open fields, where you can trust him to not get excited. He would be a safe choice for a child to go hunting with as he is brave and steady for cross country.

Ranger is a push ride, and definitely ‘more woah than go.’ He always goes in a snaffle.

He can live in or out without getting fresh. He is easy for a novice to catch, shoe, plait, load, tie, etc. He has no vices, lumps or bumps.

He is open to any vetting

Poppy is a true gem of a slightly overgrown pony. She has three utterly beautiful paces. Produced slowly by us for the last year she has done a bit of everything including showing, eventing, dressage, show jumping, pony club and loves to hack out alone or in company.

Her last three dressage scores eventing have been sub 30’s and she’s been placed at each unaff event we’ve done with her always jumping clear xc and proving VERY brave. She is not phased by any filler , water tray etc. we have also done the workers with her. And some coloured flat showing, she is CHAPS reg and was 5th at RWHS in very good company with lovely comments from the judges.

She’s been competing at 90, but ready to step up now to 100’s.

A loving home is paramount as we adore this little mare.

Only for sale as she doesn’t have quite enough timber for the workers which is our daughters main discipline.

Would suit a pc home and a varied life.

She’s forward going but safe.

Heartbreaking sale as hopelessly outgrown.

Looking for a new 5* home- she deserves the best. We ve owned her for 5 years and we would like to stay in touch if possible. Molly is a yard favourite, she’s taken numerous little ones off lead rein and into riding independently, brilliant confidence giver and absolutely loves children.

She does have some (minor) medical history (doesn’t affect riding, just requires maintenance) happy for any vetting & full details given on enquiry. Knowledgable parents are a must….She won’t be going to a novice home, people with their own land and multiple younger siblings will be given priority over price.

Molly loves to jump and will happily step up and go round a course of 70 with a light rider. Alternatively she ll pop over raised poles in trot to look after a little one at Pony club. Fantastic to hack alone or in company, not phased by traffic/heavy machinery.

Needs as much turnout as possible, though does like to come in with the worst of the weather overnight. Good to load, clip, farrier. Needs patience for the dentist but can be done without sedation.

Price negotiable to the right home. She will come with fitted tack (anatomical bridle & Kent & Masters GP saddle) and full wardrobe. Up to date with farrier, dentist, Chiro, physio, vaccinations etc.

Trig - Approx. 13.2hh, 3yo, Cob x WB, Gelding.

Trig has been in the same home from 6 months old until 3 weeks ago, when he arrived with me to very lightly start his ridden career before finding his new home.

Trig is now approaching his second week under saddle and is confidently riding around the farm in walk and trot. He’s also been down through the village a couple of times and really enjoyed it. He isn’t phased by vehicles, is happy out on his own and is perfect out on the long reins too.

I don’t feel there’s much more for me to do with Trig ridden wise at this stage, as he’s only 3, but I’ve made sure he’s happy and confident with the basics ready for his next owner to continue with.

Trig has the sweetest nature. As you can see from his video, he’s a really kind pony who absolutely loves attention. He’s perfect to handle and is good as gold on the yard. He’s often the last horse I bring in and isn’t fazed by being left out on his own for a short period.

He attended a local showing competition as a 2yo and did really well. In his previous home he was often handled by a 10 year old boy and they were best friends. Trig absolutely loves children!

I’ve tried to cover a bit of everything in his video so hopefully you can see what a lovely little pony he is, especially for his age.

Good with the farrier and has recently had front shoes put on while here, purely because it’s very stoney. Up to date with dentist, vaccinations and worming. Has wanted for nothing.

Pandora - aka - Little Legs is an absolutely stunning traditional mini coblet. We re-broke her last year and she’s been nothing but angelic from the get go.

Pandora loves a fuss and a cuddle and is very quiet around her children. She hacks beautifully in company and is fab to do ride and lead with.

Pandora has a fantastic jump and three elevated paces for her dinky little legs. Her confirmation is spot on for her type and she is beautifully marked.

Pandora is a very forward little person, I always say she has go faster stripes! We were told she drives too but have never tried. She long reins beautifully though so she would probably take to it like a little duck to water.

Great to box, shoe, catch, clip, vet, farrier etc.

Only for sale due to personal circumstances and no regular little jockey so she’s wasted.

I’m confident she will hunt, show and do exceptionally well plus all pony club activities with the right little person.

Sad sale and 5 ⭐️ home with experienced mum only as she is still a little green.

  • Does not need riding every day to perform at the weekend; a real head turner at shows

Looking for a 128 that has done the Pony Club years, been hunting, gone cross country, and has only now, at ten, decided that show jumping might be her thing? Bella has, and she is rather good at it. She is currently popping around 80 cm courses with ease and has the scope to go higher.

A Welsh cross mare, she has spent her life doing a bit of everything and has recently started show jumping, where she is currently an under 10 pony with plenty of scope in hand for bigger classes when her rider wants them.

She is a real head turner and is the pony every child asks to ride, and the one we are happiest to hand to the least experienced of them when they ask to help. Bella is unbelievably easy to handle on the ground and sensible under saddle and will happily hack alone or in company. She does not need riding every day to go well at the weekend, which matters in a house with school, homework, a frantic family life and English weather... She also has bundles of character and turns heads with her striking markings as soon as she steps off the trailer.

Who is she for? An under 10 rider, or a child who has outgrown a very first pony and now wants a pony they can actually compete on. She is not a pony that will need a professional to keep her sweet during the week; she is a pony for a family who want to do a bit of everything and have a chance of winning as well.

Vaccinations, teeth and shoeing etc are up to date and she has no veterinary issues.

She is ready to bring huge smiles to her next jockey and provide hours of joy happiness.

Dixie has recently been broken to ride. He’s still green but learning fast he’s also broken to drive which is where most of his experience is he would make a super show pony ridden or driven or even in hand,

Dixie has currently done a few in hand shows and was extremely successful taking supreme champion. He enjoys being out and busy.

Dixie will have a very successful showing future with that look at me attitude he is unseen on the circuit with low mileage and ready to turn heads

He’s a very kind genuine lad, and with time with the ridden work, he would be a stunning child’s show pony

Arlo, our stunning traditional show cob and pony club pony

Arlo, our 4 year old, 13hh (still growing too) traditional show cob gelding. Firstly, Arlo is an absolute super pony in every way. He is a crowd favourite wherever he goes, in looks and in personality. He is one of them ponies you cannot help but fall in love with when you meet him, as he just loves being around people and other ponies He has such an amazing lovable character.

Arlo, or as my daughter nicknamed him ‘Piggy’ because of his cute little pink nose, came to us being lightly backed and ready to produce. We began by doing lots of groundwork with him which included mouthing, lots of long reigning showing him lots of scary things along the way to build his confidence and his trust, and some lunging. Then my daughters took over, who have done absolutely everything with him, from schooling in the arena, to riding him around on the farm where there’s machinery and always lots of noises going on, to now been heavily involved in our local pony club, just recently attending a 4 day stay away pony camp full of activities, and even more recently performing in our pony club’s team musical ride at the pony club championships 2026!! Our team of 12 ponies came an amazing 4th place out of 21 teams, which they performed the lion, the witch and the wardrobe in front of a large cheering crowd and loud music.

During his time at pony camp, Arlo did his first showjumping course which he absolutely loved an proved to be very good at too!! He also did some flatwork, transition work, pole and grid work again which he took all in his stride. He then did a cross country course ridden by a pony club member who’s pony wasn’t playing ball, which she confidently jumped logs, ditches, and even cantered him through water!! He then did an in hand show, a photoshoot, and even finished off with some mounted games practice!! All of which he behaved perfectly for.

He has also been to numerous cross country courses and fun rides with us along the way which he was absolutely fantastic, whether he was leading, in the middle, or at the back of the pack. He loves to please and really enjoys a job.

Arlo had been to a couple of in hand shows with his previous owners, where he was very successful and it included him qualifying for TOYS 2026 by winning his classes and becoming reserve champion overall. He is TGCA over stamped in his passport also.

Arlo never naps, whether that’s in the arena schooling, or out on a hack, with or without company. He is not a needy pony and doesn’t care if he’s in or out, alone or with others, and equally you can take him away from the field leaving the others there, or vice versa, without so much as a shout. He doesn’t rear, buck or bite, and never refuses to do what is asked of him, again whether that’s in the arena or out. When you ask him to stand, he stands. He doesn’t need to be ridden daily, he is the same Arlo whether it’s been a day or a week since his last ride, he is so chilled. He is absolutely brilliant to be caught, handled, led, tied up, feet cleaned, farrier, brushed, bathed, hosed down, face trimmed, dentist, tacked up, loaded in and out of the horse box etc. He is used to been around dogs, and also Alpacas as they are in the field next to him with just a fence between them.

Overall Arlo is a true all-round versatile pony who will excel in whichever path he is taken down, wether it be in the show ring, at pony club, dressage, showjumping, been driven, or just a pleasure pony to go out and have fun on, as he always looks happy whatever you are asking of him. We are classing him as a second pony due to him really loving his job and we feel he would continue to excel with an able rider like he has been having up to present. He is passported, chipped, fully vaccinated, recently been wormed, feet trimmed and had the dentist. He is in show condition and ready to find his next jockey to take him to the top!! Pony club DC references are available if requested. Market Rasen LN8

TENTATIVELY LOOKING FOR A NEW HOME — HUDSONS RINGA ROSIE

12.2hh | 6-year-old | Skewbald Mare | TGCA & IPSA Registered | €8,000 (Open to offers) Being sold with TOYS ride.

It is with a very heavy heart that we are tentatively looking for the perfect new home for our much-loved girl, Hudsons Ringa Rosie.

Rosie is an absolutely beautiful, eye-catching skewbald mare who is about as wide as she is tall and quite literally marked like a painting! 🎨 She has that lovely, square little native type with a foot in each corner, a fabulous temperament and an abundance of presence.

Currently standing as TGCA Part Bred of the Year, Rosie is a top-class HOYS native contender and has already successfully competed both in-hand and under saddle.

Despite her competition potential, Rosie is also the ultimate mother’s dream. She is currently ridden by a 5-year-old little girl, who absolutely adores her, and Rosie is equally adored by everyone on the yard. ❤️

✨ Rosie is:

* 6 years old

* 12.2hh

* Skewbald mare

* TGCA registered

* IPSA registered

* TGCA Part Bred of the Year

* A serious HOYS native contender

* Competed successfully in-hand & under saddle

* Ridden in a snaffle

* Hacks alone or in company

* Absolutely bombproof

* Totally unfazed by tractors, lorries and machinery

* Excellent ground manners

* Stands beautifully for the farrier, physio and dentist

* Kind, genuine and incredibly easy to handle

Rosie really is the perfect combination of a competitive pony and a much-loved family friend. She has the ability and presence to go right to the top, while also having the temperament and manners to be trusted with a little one.

She is the type of pony that is very hard to replace, so finding her the right home is far more important to us than simply finding her a new owner. 🩷

We would love to find Rosie a 5⭐️, knowledgeable and loving home where she will continue to be cherished, enjoyed and given every opportunity to reach her full potential.

💰 €8,000

Serious enquiries only, please.

A loving, long-term home is an absolute priority. We will be very particular about where this special girl goes.

🌟 Beautiful 14.2hh Palomino Irish Cob Mare – 6 Years Old 🌟

One in a million family pony looking for her next loving home. ❤️

Beautiful 14.2hh, 6-year-old Palomino Irish Cob mare, who has been owned by us since she was a yearling. We backed, produced and brought her on ourselves, so her full history is known.

She really is an absolute family pony in every way. She is not a complete novice ride, but she is also a very safe, sensible mare who has a lovely attitude and enjoys getting out and about.

She has:

* Been to the beach 🎠 Done fun rides * Jumps for Fun

*Schools nicely on the flat.

*Would make a lovely mother/daughter share 🌟

* would suit a Pony Club home ❤️ *Would be a fantastic all-round family/fun pony

She is good to shoe, loads and travels perfectly, and is happy living in or out, although she prefers to come in during the winter.

She is a very good doer and is clipped twice each winter. She can occasionally be funny about having her face clipped, so we use sedation paste prescribed by the vet when needed.

She is a genuine, lovely mare who has been a huge part of our family. She is only for sale as my mum is giving up, so this is a very sad sale.

We have had her since she was a yearling and have done everything with her ourselves. She has been loved, produced carefully and is now ready to find her next family.

She really is one in a million, and we genuinely believe the first person to come and see her will fall in love. 🥰

Serious enquiries only. Looking for the right home where she will be loved and enjoyed as much as she has been here.
