It is a very sad sale, but our much-loved family pony is now looking for his next home as my daughter has moved onto a bigger horse.

Smartie is a super, versatile pony with a bright future ahead of him. By Contepomi Cashel (and out of an RIHS Champion mare), he has the potential to go to the top as an HOYS M&M WHP.

We’ve owned Smartie for 3 years and in that time he has:
• Competed affiliated BS with a great record up to 1m

• Been successful in Working Hunter (always well placed and loved by the judges)

• Done XC, beach rides, fun rides and enjoys hacking out

• Been a fun, reliable pony for a competitive child

He is good to handle in all ways and is fully up to date with everything.

His only vice is that he has been seen to windsuck when stabled, so we have him turned out as much as possible.

Bathleyhills Sea Cougar (Stable name LB) TRUE ALLROUNDER The perfect pony for a small adult or teen to campaign through the levels. Placed 1st or second in every outing @ Novice BD. Ready to go to Elementary. Judges love her 'look at me' attitude. She rides forward up to the bridle without being explosive, and has the type of brain that enjoys work and training. She is schooling leg yield, shoulder in, travers, half pass and simple changes at home. Although she has been working at her flat work this season, she can turn her hoof to any discipline and could be a strong contender as a pony club ( or riding club) all rounder. She enjoys show jumping and has done 90cm and 100cm classes unaffiliated. Not phased by fillers or arena dressing. Schooled xc with no issues. Competed successfully at Express Eventing. Could also enjoy showing as LB has a clean set of limbs and could do SHP classes as well as being eligible for PB Welsh classes. Indeed as a foal she won the SHP classes and came 3rd in the Welsh Part bred class at the National foal show. The world is your oyster with this lady. Hacks alone or with others. Not phased by the country lane traffic we have met ( or flood water!). Looking for a new home where she can enjoy a varied life. Stoak Dream Maker (Dream).

Extremely sad sale of our much-loved pony. We have owned Dream for 2 years and he is the kindest, easiest pony to have around. Unfortunately, the time has come to find him a new home as my daughter has now outgrown him.

Dream would excel as a junior BS pony/133cm Nursery Stakes as his passion is jumping. He has a great technique over a fence and gets his rider out of trouble jumping off any stride. He is talented, athletic and brave, doesn't look at fillers etc and never stops. He is forward thinking and just loves his work.

We have competed him unaffiliated SJ and he is very quick and careful. He has done a stay-away at BSPS Champs and was impeccably behaved. He jumped both nursery stakes classes clear and was placed well in good company. Both these tracks were big technical courses. He has also taken reserve champion WHP at Munstead, came 1st in the training stakes SE M&M show, 3rd at Sunshine Tour WHP last year and was 5th out of a huge class of over 60 at Sunshine Tour this year in SJ.

He will safely take a child round a course of jumps, but he is a keen competition pony and can get strong so would suit a confident child who is looking for their second/third pony. No novices please. He has 3 lovely paces however; his canter needs strengthening. He can occasionally become a little unbalanced and rush. With continued schooling I have no doubt this will improve.

He has also been arena eventing, PC rallies, clinics and the gallops; he is very fast so would be amazing at pony racing! He did PC camp in August where he was very well behaved and gave my daughter lots of fun with bareback challenges, SJ, XC and musical rides.

Hacks alone or in company and brilliant in traffic. Will hack past sheep and cows.

Excellent to clip, load, catch and good for farrier. Needs sedation for dentist. Turns out alone or with others.

Up to date with vaccines, dentist and regularly sees physio and osteo.

His tack is available separately (Fiona Cork made to measure GP saddle and Vortex bridle).

5* home is absolute priority for this special pony.
