Penelope is a super smart, correct Connemara x TB filly by our family stallion Equiplay Melody, out of our winning TB mare Gadobout Dancer. She has been raised as part of the family and handled (smothered with kisses!) daily since birth.

Sire is 148cm and Dam is 15.3hh. We’d expect her to make 15.2hh.

Nelly has correct confirmation with a very sweet and sane nature. She is happy in the stable or out with her buddies in the field. She has been reared with our other horses and used to being on a farm with tractors etc. She stands tied up, she wears a rug, picks her wee feet up when asked, she really is an absolute delight. She loads and travels on her own in a trailer.

We would really love to see Nelly go on and perform in time as her breeding is the perfect combination to do so but equally to have a human that loves her and looks after her is our top priority, as a small passionate breeder that’s what’s most important to us.

Permanent and loving new home sought for our homebred gelding Fergus. We expect him to be a sturdy (great bone!) sensible, small competition horse or lovely family friend. His sire is the stunning Connemara event pony, Killour Star 148cm.

His beautiful warmblood dam GFS Lolita is 16.1 and her damsire is the great Contendro, ranked No.1 eventing sire 5 years in a row. Her other grandsire, Crowns Ace of Pearl show jumped to National Grand Prix level. Fergus has every chance of being a successful sportshorse for his new owners, should they wish.

Fergus is a fantastic stamp of a young horse, great conformation, great feet, beautiful head, lustrous coat, and a charming, affectionate nature. Photos never do justice. Ideally we would like him to go to an experienced, forever home that will take their time to bring out the very best in him. He has lived his short life turned out with companions his age under the firm guidance of older mares. He is brought in daily to be groomed, checked over, and walked out, but is otherwise kept out 24/7, with a rug in winter. Excellent with farrier and vet, well used to tractors, children and chickens. We would prefer him to go to a small private yard where he will graze with equine friends, have plenty of forage and freedom until he is ready to be started under saddle in 3 years time.

Kitty is a 2-year-old filly out of Copperbeech Aisling by Innellan Condor. She is a top-class filly with fantastic Class 1 breeding throughout and is a true pony type. Clean-limbed and a very flashy mover, she stands out in both conformation and movement.

Recently graded Class 1 with top marks and excellent comments from the inspectors.

Kitty will not exceed height and would make an exceptional showing pony or a valuable addition to any stud.
