A cob who loves a job!

Gary is a smart cob who thrives on work and is a lovely RC all rounder or hunter type. He is very much the type of cob who likes to have a job to do and is with us looking for his new home as his owner is working a busy London job and hasn’t got time to do as much with him as Gary would like. Current owner was only wanting a couple of days a week happy hacking and Gary previously has been in an active RC home where he did all RC activities and went hunting.

Gary is a quiet ride and the more work he’s in the steadier he is! He’s quite happy to do a bit of everything and enjoys his jumping. He’s more of a whoah than go ride so would be ideal for someone who wants to go off and do everything at local level but who probably isn’t up for a sharper sports horse.

He’s really good fun and has been well schooled on the flat ( wouldn’t be his favourite discipline but he gives it a go) and loves his jumping! Gary is a real trier and happy to go both SJ and XC, he’s very genuine to jump and pops round 80cm no bother.

He would love to go back to a home where he can continue going out and doing fun things.

Gary is excellent out hunting and has been out with us and also previously in his old home, he’s sensible at the meet, good round hounds and other horses and jumps everything asked of him. Smart cob who would safely take most riders out hunting.

At home on the yard he’s easy to handle, box, catch, shoe, clip etc. he’s happy living in or out and is a friendly person.

Seen at livery. Nearly brand new quality tack available by sep negotiation.
