Ultimate all round Cob. Plenty of bone and Feather.

Phantom is the Ultimate Cob and competent child's pony. He is rising 7 but still young and learning and for that reason would be best suited to a knowledgeable home with an older sibling or small adult to continue his education.

He is NOT a first ridden. No nastiness or major vices but given the opportunity could try it on. Just not a plod along.

He loves to jump and has done all areas of this including SJ, Wh, Arena Eventing and XC. He excels in these and has been in the ribbons when competing in all of these events.

Great to hack in company, needs a slightly more confident rider on his own for the first few yards! Been to the beach, farm rides, always behaves impeccably. Used to farm traffic and animals.

Turns out with mares and geldings in groups and on his own. Currently stables at night in winter but has been out 24/7 in summer on restricted grazing. Doesn't change if left in or not ridden for a length of time.
Been to camps and doesn't change in behaviour.

Good to bath, clip, shoe etc. Can be slightly opinionated by stamping his front legs but always more than manageable. He is the ultimate character with his strange whinnies and little quirks.

Although good to handle he could try to take the micky if allowed.

Loads and travels no problem in trailer or wagon on own or in company and will stand happily all day.

For these reasons the ideal home would have an older sibling or small adult to hep continue his education and help with handling.

Home is of upmost importance and we would be more than happy for the potential purchaser to try him in a number of settings.

This is truly the hardest decision but my daughter is still growing and hes has so much to give to another family.

Any questions are more than welcome. We really do want the best for this amazing talented cob and any future homes will be vetted and references will be required.

Loads of videos available and references from instructors.

His price includes a full wardrobe of two saddles, bridle and bits, rugs and even trophy tails feather boots!

Based South Cumbria.
