Kind & straightforward
Quick to learn & eager to please
Great mover with lots of potential - forward with great paces
Safe, sensible & reliable

Over the last year I have done everywith Bella, and she has taken me from being a true beginner to being a confident, happy rider. We have done fun charity rides, regular weekly RC schooling, hunter trials 70/80, show jumping competitions 60/70, and endless hacking with my children on their ponies. I can ride and lead, i can sit my 3 year old on son on her, my 8 year old daughter can turn her out and bring her in. She is happy in or out, barefoot, and as low maintenance as you can imagine. VERY genuine reason for sale.

A real sweetheart who just wants to get on with her job and look after her rider. Truly heartbreaking sale, so serious enquiries only. Full wardrobe available.

Westerlake Fagus 136.3cm (life height) gelding BS JC 680 points including 114 this year in limited outings. He has had a phenomenal record with not only my daughter for nearly 3 years but also with his previous jockeys. My daughter has won numerous BS classes from 60 to 90cm inclusive qualifying for may finals including stepping stones, bronze league, Blue Chip Pearl (85cm), He is super careful and turns on a sixpence but yet is not strong, rarely touching a pole, as his BS results show. We have not travelled to all the finals qualified for due to cost but have been to the BS Just for Schools Winter and Summer finals where this year alone he had 2 wins, 2 seconds and a 5th in very competitive classes from 60 to 80cm inclusive. He has represented his pony club winning area 80cm individual show jumping in 2025 and winning the spring festival qualifiers for the past 2 years. This year he also qualified for spring festival arena eventing.

In 2025 he was one leg of the winning mni major team at Devon County and in 2026 he helped his team to a win in the inter hunt relay there.

However Fagus thrives on variety and has also qualified for regional pony club championchips at area eventing at both 70 and 80cm taking a podium position on 2 occasions. He is also a brilliant mounted games pony qualifying for zones in 2025 and being part of the winning team at Royal Cornwall in 2025. Games is not my daughter's passion but Fagus is good enough for MGA.

He is a true all rounder having also gained a 2nd placing in a large working hunter pony class at Royal Cornwall in 2025 and has won working hunter pony, show hunter pony and pony club pony classes at our county agricultural shows. Fagus really enjoys pony club beach rides, trail hunting etc and has helped my daughter pass her pony club C and C+ tests behaving beautifully at pc rallies.

He is easy to handle on the ground in all respects, lives alone or in company, loves being out but can be stabled, loads and travels in a lorry or trailer with or without a friend and has been great with all traffic we have seen out hacking. He is shod in front only. Totally outgrown hence sale. Possibly most suited to a 10+ year old child with some competiton experience. Full wardrobe is included in the asking price. Happy in on his own or with company, travels solo or with company, not a stressy horse at all.

He is a clean limbed, straight moving horse who has lots of potential to go far in any chosen discipline in the right hands and will be an exciting prospect for someone looking to produce a quality young Irish Draught.

Please do not be offended if I think he is not for you, he will not just go to anyone. HARRY - ‘Furnish Starlight’

6yo Purebred Connemara Gelding

Born: April 2020

Height: Approx. 14.3hh – (slightly higher behind so potentially growing)

Registered: Connemara Pony Breeders Society, full green passport

Breeding:

Dam: Laurel Harp

Sire: Cullane Comet

Grandsire: Crusheen Comet

Harry is a beautiful, genuine and incredibly kind young Connemara who has become a real yard favourite. He is laid-back, sensible and friendly without being sharp or fizzy, yet has the ability to step up when asked.

He’s got an old head on young shoulders making him a lovely combination of sensible and talented.

I bought Harry in March 2025 as a green rising five-year-old and have given him a varied, positive education without rushing him. His experience includes plenty of hacking, cross-country and pole clinics, arena hires and fun rides. He takes everything in his stride and has a fantastic attitude to his work.

🏆 Education & Competition

Harry is working consistently in walk and trot in a contact, with his collected canter developing nicely. He has started lateral work and is showing plenty of promise.

He’s competed at dressage scoring 62.05%, on his first outing. He scored 65% on his second competition with lovely comments again from the judges.

Harry has a lovely jump with a neat technique behind and is honest to a fence. He has jumped barrels, ditches, fillers and brushes. I have deliberately kept his jumping sympathetic to his age and development rather than over-jumping him.

🌟 What makes Harry special

* Genuine, affectionate and incredibly friendly

* Loves attention and will come to you in the field to be caught

* Sensible, laid-back and not sharp or fizzy

* Excellent manners both ridden and on the ground

* Hacks alone or in company

* Good in traffic – has happily hacked in company along the busy A40 in Cheltenham

* Loads and travels well in trailers, vans and lorries

* Happy living in or out 24/7

* Happy turned out with mares, geldings or alone (if in sight of another)

* Excellent for the farrier and dentist

* Great to clip

* Doesn’t destroy rugs or fly masks

* Vaccinations up to date

* Regular physio and dental care

* No sarcoids

* NN Hoof Wall

Harry has all the foundations to be enjoyed now while having plenty of scope to develop further. He would suit a lightweight adult or competent teen looking for a genuine Connemara to produce and enjoy across a variety of disciplines.

Only for sale as I am looking for something bigger.

Can whatsapp videos as having difficulty uploading them.

• Exceptional breeding with the potential to excel in any chosen discipline
• 2 years old, will make 17hh+, Full history known since birth
• He will not just go to anyone - best home sought for special lad!

2 year old RID gelding by the prolific 2 x Dublin winning Moylough Legacy out of a Classic Vision Dam.

Lightly but very successfully shown in hand from a yearling upwards.

Fully vaccinated, up to date with dentist, farrier and physio.

Nicest nature, very well handled, a joy to prep for a show, stands quietly to be bathed, plaited and trimmed.

This is a very difficult decision only due to having other youngsters of a similar age, I am only testing the water, if the right person and home comes along then it is meant to be. If not I will more than happily keep him.

He has the nature of a 10 year old but he is 2, still a growing baby and will be rising 3 next year, therefore will not go to any novices.

Please don't waste my time, we are in Aberdeenshire, North East Scotland open to any inspection / vetting.

If seriously interested many more pictures, videos and all information available.

Harry has all the foundations to be enjoyed now while having plenty of scope to develop further. He would suit a lightweight adult or competent teen looking for a genuine Connemara to produce and enjoy across a variety of disciplines.

Only for sale as I am looking for something bigger.

A very special, straightforward young horse who is easy to love and exciting to produce.
