Red isn’t just stepping out of racing he’s stepping into his next story and he’s ready to make it a good one.

A winner in every sense of the word.

Now, his racing chapter has closed, not with a question mark, but with a full stop and a proud underline. And what comes next? That’s where the magic is waiting.

Red is at the very beginning of his retraining journey, like an athlete swapping stadium lights for open fields and coloured poles. He’s already showing a natural curiosity for his new job he’s popped a fence, enjoyed it, and is starting to understand that life after racing is just as exciting, just written in a different language.

He’s a forward ride, the kind that makes you feel alive the moment you pick up the reins, yet always ridden in a snaffle and never strong. Yes, he can feel fresh, think of it as enthusiasm rather than edge but there’s no malice in him. No tricks, no temper. No rearing, no bucking. Kenzo is a complete gentleman, with unlimited scope and the heart of a lion he will make a wonderful horse for someone wanting to go up the levels or just have something super uncomplicated and genuine. He has been in the same home since a 4yo. Produced by amateur rider and together they have competed to 110 but schooled round much bigger. He has made light work of a 160 upright! Will never run our of scope and also fantastic for getting you out of trouble.

He is gorgeous to school with a real arm chair canter and balanced paces. Works nicely regardless of if he's had a week off or worked everyday! Hacks out like a dream. A total gentleman on the ground in all ways and just a pleasure to have about.
