They won the winter showjumping league in May in both x-poles and 40cm. She’s also got 4x qualifications for sunshine tour at Hickstead which is my daughters dream, however, the new pony has fallen into our hands and we can’t keep two, as much as we’d love to!

She is an 11.3 (LHC) REGISTERED Welsh A chestnut mare with flaxen mane and tail. The pretty type you could show if you were a showing family- we are more into handy pony and jumping.

There are not many ponies you can take in the garden/house and on the school run with around 70 school kids surrounding and grabbing at them, she really is the most chilled lead rein pony.

She’s the type that can be bathed and plaited by kids, cartwheeled around, dressed up with sheets over her head to be a ghost(!) at halloween, tinsel at Christmas, all the non-horsey school friends coming for rides after school and have non-horsey dads tack her up!

She is not being sold as a first ridden as has not been used as this, she’s been our lead rein queen. Cisco is a lovable, kind boy looking for his best friend to enjoy lots of cuddles and have fun. This lovely homebred chap has been professionally backed and schooled and is ready to get out there and strut his stuff! He is an absolute sweetheart to handle, great to load on the horsebox, currently unshod as fab feet and good for the farrier, and fine with the vet.

He has been schooling really well, quick to learn, can do a nice leg yield and a shoulder in. He is full brother to our lovely Frank who is currently competing and winning at Advanced Medium dressage.

We have jumped him a couple of times and he absolutely loved it! He has hacked in company around our gallops and was well behaved when cantering with others.

Cisco has been to arena hires and was a really good boy.

We think he would be perfect for a competent amateur who wants a little pocket rocket to do a bit of everything.

Has a slightly larger right hock (Full X-rays and scans available) just cosmetic and not been lame and has had some small sarcoids that have been lasered in the past. This is reflected in his price.

Scymira is a very attractive young horse, by Amiro Z out of a 7/8tb mare. Her half brother won the BYEH class as a young horse and later went on to be top 10 at Blenheim 8/9yo 4*!

She has a very trainable attitude, with 3 lovely paces and a great work ethic. She is a very ‘unmareish’ mare, super easy to do in all ways! Very correct way of going and presents a lovely picture in the dressage. She’s a brave jumping horse and loves to gallop cross country. She has a couple of penalties on her BE record but is still learning her job, that in no way reflects what her potential for the future will be.

Scymira would be an ideal horse for someone wanting to be competitive at grassroots level, likewise I think she has the scope to go beyond that for an amateur or pro wanting to produce her up the levels. She’d also make a fab alrounder for someone wanting to have a really fun horse across an array of disciplines. I think she’d also be really fun to hunt as well!
