Scott Smith is one of the most recognised and successful show jumpers of his generation, and our business is truly a family affair.
Scott's competed in World Equestrian Games and European Championship team appearances for GB as well as some 35 Nations Cup (5*) Senior team appearances.
Won and placed in most of the worlds leading Grand Prix and Nations Cups including Aachen, La Baule, Rotterdam, Spruce Meadows Masters, Rome, Lucern, Dublin, Barcelona, Lisbon, Madrid, Hickstead and Olympia.
Helen Smith competed at International 3 day Eventing (Advanced / CCI3* Level), as well as managing the yard and breeding business.
Hannah France-Smith is a member of the CSIO-YR teams for GB, and competes up to 1.50m currently, whilst studying full time at university for Equine Osteopathy.
We have a successful breeding stables in St-Lo, Normandy, France, where we breed up to 8 foals per year for Show Jumping and Eventing, using the best mares and stallions available. Our homebred horses have won many titles, including 5 x CSI5* Grand Prix and National 7 year old championships to name a few.
Our homebred horses jump under the suffix ‘de la Chapelle’.
We sell both our own homebred horses, and also source other horses from the region to suit the requirements of our international client base.
All our horses have a full vet check and X-Rays available. Excellent trial facilities are available.
