A seriously attractive, beautifully bred horse with plenty of presence and an enormous amount to like.

By the international Grand Prix-winning stallion Zilverstar T, whose pedigree combines the exceptional jumping blood of Berlin and Cavalier, and out of a mare by the Selle Français stallion Aldo du Reverdy. This is a pedigree packed with athleticism, scope and proven performance blood—and he certainly hasn’t missed out on those qualities himself.

He is a very kind-natured horse with bags of character and a genuine, workmanlike attitude. He enjoys having a job to do, always wants to please and approaches his work with enthusiasm. He is a real yard favourite: affectionate, engaging and the sort who quickly works his way into everyone’s affections.

His experience has predominantly been in unaffiliated showjumping, alongside some British Showjumping outings up to and including Discovery. He is an incredibly scopey horse who makes light work of a fence and genuinely does not like touching a pole! He is careful, athletic and capable of jumping from a less-than-perfect stride, while still giving his rider a fantastic feeling. There is plenty more in the tank, and he would be a very exciting horse for someone wanting to continue showjumping and move through the levels.

He is certainly not just a showjumper, though. He has done a fair amount of dressage and has competed at Prelim/novice level, achieving very respectable scores. He has three attractive, correct paces, works willingly into a contact and is enjoyable to train. His genuine attitude means he tries hard to understand what is being asked of him, and he could easily continue progressing on the flat with further education.

He has also had a taste of cross-country and absolutely loved it. He is brave, enthusiastic and thoroughly enjoys getting out on the course. Although this is an area in which he has less mileage, he has all the ingredients required to make a very capable event horse: quality paces, an excellent jump, plenty of scope and a bold, willing attitude.

He hacks well both alone and in company and is equally happy taking the lead or following behind. He enjoys getting out and about, making him a genuine and versatile all-rounder rather than a horse who is limited to one job.

He is good to catch, shoe, clip, load etc. Good on the ground, at a show and is mannerly.

Dexter does have some very small melanoma type lumps on his tail, which is reflected in his price.

A fabulous, genuine allrounder with an abundance of experience across a wide variety of disciplines. He is one of those wonderfully useful horses who can turn his hoof to almost anything—and do it with a smile on his face!

He has a fantastic temperament and is an absolute pleasure to have around. Kind, genuine and straightforward, he enjoys his work, wants to please and makes life very easy for his rider. He is equally lovely to handle on the ground and is the sort who quickly becomes a much-loved member of the family.

He has done a fair amount of dressage and has been placed at the Petplan Area Festival at Elementary level. He is an easy and uncomplicated ride on the flat, working willingly into a contact with established, correct work. He knows his job without being sharp or overly sensitive, making him enjoyable for someone wanting to compete while remaining straightforward enough for everyday riding.

He has also done plenty of unaffiliated showjumping and has a super jump. He is brave, forgiving and easy to a fence, helping his rider out if they don’t quite see the perfect stride. He comfortably jumps courses around 1m with scope to spare and is not the type to be worried by fillers, planks or anything else put in front of him.

Cross-country, he is brave, genuine and uncomplicated. He has schooled and trained over a good variety of fences, taking everything in his stride. He has also hunted and is a real sure-footed, capable type who will cross almost any country and tackle whatever is asked of him. He gives his rider a wonderful feeling of safety and confidence without being boring!

This lovely horse really is a pleasure to own and would suit a variety of riders. He could continue competing in dressage, showjumping or eventing, enjoy riding club activities, hunt, or become a very smart and experienced allrounder for someone wanting to enjoy a little bit of everything.

As with every horse, he does have a couple of points that must be disclosed. He suffers from seasonal allergies/hay fever and is nebulised twice weekly to manage this. A full veterinary report is available, and we are happy to discuss this openly with any genuinely interested purchaser. The Nebuliser will be included in the sale.

He is currently unshod and is perfectly good to have his feet picked out and handled in everyday circumstances. However, he is distrustful of farriers and requires a small amount of Sedalin for trimming.

Goose is a seriously good-looking Irish Sport Horse with quality, presence and some of the most influential bloodlines found in modern Irish pedigrees. He Dignified Vant Zorgvliet and out of a mare by the renowned OBOS Quality 004—breeding associated with athletic, scopey and versatile competition horses.

He has attended several training shows with us, as well as travelling out to arena hires, and is comfortably jumping courses of 90cm. He has a very willing attitude, always tries to answer the question, he is not strong or silly and has a nice technique over a fence. He would be ideal for someone looking for a high level allrounder or eventer.

His schooling is progressing nicely. He works in an outline and is becoming increasingly balanced, established and confident within his work. Goose has competed in a handful of dressage competitions at home at Prelim level, receiving respectable scores and some really positive comments from the judges. He is certainly not the finished article yet, but he has plenty of natural quality and gives his rider a lovely feeling—there is lots more to come as he becomes stronger and gains experience.

Goose hacks alone and in company and is very straightforward to take out. He has seen farm traffic, is sensible in open spaces and does not become hot or silly. He is the sort that enjoys getting out and seeing the world, which will only continue to benefit his education.

He is good to catch and load, and is a nice, friendly horse to handle on the ground. He can occasionally require a little patience with his feet and is currently shod in front, but he is improving all the time.

Goose was imported from Ireland in the middle of 2025 and, quite honestly, green was an understatement! He had not had the easiest or most consistent start to his ridden career, so we have taken our time with him and produced him with his long-term future firmly in mind. He has come an incredibly long way and deserves a home that will continue to give him the confidence and understanding he needs.

Occasionally, Goose can worry about small or unfamiliar things and may become tense or edgy. He requires a sympathetic, confident rider who can quietly reassure him and ride him forward through those moments. He does not buck, rear or bolt, and we would not describe him as a sharp horse; however, he would not be suitable for a novice or nervous rider, as this would only reinforce his worries.

For this reason, he is priced accordingly. His home is the absolute priority, and we would love to see him with someone who appreciates the work that has gone into him and is excited to continue producing a talented, genuine horse with a very promising future.

Jack is a lovely-natured, versatile cob who has been with his owner for the past four years. He has a good temperament and is straightforward to handle on the ground.

He has competed at unaffiliated events, taken part in Riding Club activities and done plenty of dressage, consistently receiving very positive comments from the judges. He has also enjoyed success in the local show ring—certainly an avenue he could continue with.

More recently, Jack has been jumping and is happily sailing around courses of around 80cm. He is genuine and forgiving to a fence, taking the occasional missed stride and tries his best. Most of his previous work has been on the flat, as his owner has only jumped occasionally for fun, but he is proving himself to be a willing and capable all-rounder.

Jack hacks alone and in company and is sensible in open spaces. He can become tense around large, noisy vehicles or in situations he finds spooky, but he listens to a calm, confident rider and does not become increasingly hot or silly.

He is not suitable for a novice or nervous rider, as he can occasionally be a worrier and would not benefit from someone who panics if he becomes tense. However, in the four years his owner has had him, he has never bucked, bronced, reared, bolted or behaved maliciously. He simply needs a confident rider who will quietly reassure him and ride him forward.

Jack would enjoy a variety of low-level disciplines and would make a particularly smart Riding Club, dressage or showing prospect. We also think he could make a fantastic hunter—he is exactly the sort of smart, substantial cob who would look absolutely fabulous on the hunting field.

Good to clip, load and shoe. He can occasionally require a little bribery to catch, but we have never failed—he is simply a clever cob who knows when you want him and the easiest way to get a treat (or two).

Fully registered Welsh Section C mare by Parvadean Relay, out of Gellfaen Skylark. Elsa carries traditional Welsh breeding and is a lovely, useful stamp of pony with plenty of presence.

Elsa spent three years in a riding school, where she proved herself to be a fabulous pony around children. She was a good lead-rein pony and, despite being young at the time, was also ridden independently by children who were a little further forward in their education. She has taken part in all the usual riding-school activities, including group lessons and camps, and is very accustomed to a busy environment.

Since the riding school closed in March 2026, Elsa has been enjoying a bit of everything. She is happily jumping small courses of 50–60cm, has done some working hunter and dressage all with much success and plenty of ribbons! She has also continued hacking and done a few pleasure rides.

She is happy to hack alone on the lead and is ridden out in company. She has not done a great deal of hacking alone off the lead. She has seen some farm machinery and, although she may have a look, she takes reassurance from her rider or handler and is by no means dangerous. Good in open spaces, not overly spooky and not strong.

Elsa is good to handle and do in all ways, and is genuinely lovely with children. She would suit a family looking for a smart, versatile pony to enjoy across a range of activities, or equally someone wanting to further her education for showing or working hunter classes.

Elsa did have laminitis last year and is naturally a very good doer who can be prone to gaining weight. She will therefore require sensible management of her grazing, diet and workload. This will be fully disclosed and discussed with any prospective home.

He has been to a handful of arena hires, and has also done a couple of dressage clinics. Travels well on his own and has been a very easy horse to deal with.

He hacks alone and in company and has been sensible in open spaces. As a young horse, there will naturally still be things he has not encountered, but he is not the type to spook at nothing or become hot and silly. He has been good with the small amount of farm traffic he has seen.

Good to shoe, catch, load etc and has a truly wonderful character, a really lovely horse to have around.

Bumble would be a very exciting prospect for somebody wanting a quality young horse to continue producing. A lovely, genuine Connemara mare who is beautiful to deal with and even nicer to have around. She has that lovely Class 1 Connemara breeding behind her, and she is exactly the sort of pony that makes you think “yes, we could have some fun with this one!”

She has done Pony Club, showing with results, unaffiliated events and a small amount of cross country. She is comfortably jumping courses of 80/90cm, and is a very straightforward jumper — she doesn't need everything to be absolutely perfect and will happily sort out a missed stride without making a drama of it. Jumps whatever is put in front of her. She genuinely enjoys her job and, in the right hands, we think she would make a really fun little eventing pony.

Her flat work is still developing. She has been ridden more often by children, so she is not a professionally produced pony schooling at an advanced level — but she is honest, willing and progressing nicely, and we think there is plenty more to come from her with the right rider putting some mileage into her.

A super smart, quality gelding with a fabulous outlook and a very versatile profile – a horse that would suit a wide variety of ambitions and is equally appealing for grassroots eventing, riding club activities, hunting or an all-round competition home.

A full Thoroughbred, though very much not your typical fine or weak type. He has substance, presence and a quality sports horse look about him, often passing as more of a traditional sport horse model. He is therefore only eligible for RoR classes for horses that have not been in training.

Bred at Gatcombe Park before being purchased by his current owners as a two-year-old, with his full history known. His dam competed as an event mare, whilst his sire was noted for his jumping ability, and he certainly reflects those attributes in both his attitude and natural athleticism.

A very handsome gelding with an excellent way of going. He works in a correct rhythm with a purposeful walk, a balanced and forward-thinking trot and a naturally uphill canter that is easy to maintain. He gives a lovely feel under saddle and is an enjoyable, uncomplicated ride.

He has jumped around courses of 80/90cm and proves to be an incredibly genuine and forgiving type over a fence. He is very much a push-button ride, happily helping his rider out and taking a miss without becoming offended or sharp. He has all the foundations to continue producing in the right hands and would make a very smart grassroots event horse.

Out hacking he is reliable and well exposed. He hacks alone and in company, is sensible in traffic and has seen plenty of village life and general activity. He has also travelled away to clinics and arena hires, proving straightforward and easy to take out and about.

He has been ridden by a teenager, further highlighting his rideability and versatility across different riders.

On the ground he is a lovely horse to have around with a kind personality and easy nature. Good to clip, excellent in the stable and travels particularly well on a lorry. He is better on a lorry than a trailer. Good to trim and handle, though he does require a small amount of sedation for shoeing (not IV sedation).

Meet Jasper – the little horse that will guarantee a smile on your face.

Standing at a chunky 15hh, Jasper is a full Connemara by Lightning Star, a Class 1 stallion renowned for producing traditional Connemaras with excellent temperaments, hardiness and versatility, out of a mare by Mountain Cascade, another well-respected Connemara sire.

Now, before anyone gets carried away…

If you're looking for the next BS Superstar that's going to ping round 1m against the clock... this little horse is definitely not it.

But I'll tell you exactly what he is...

He's the sort that has become almost impossible to find nowadays.

The proper old-school family pony.

The sort that grows up with the whole family. One day he's nannying a tiny tot round the lanes, the next he's heading off to a Pony Club rally or a Saturday lesson with their favourite instructor, then he's off to the local show with the eldest to have a go at a bit of everything. Come the weekend, he's taking Mum on a pub ride to meet her friends for a sneaky Prosecco or two… all whilst remaining the perfect designated driver for the way home.

He's basically the equine equivalent of your favourite pair of slippers.

He hacks alone or in company, is fantastic in traffic, isn't bothered by bikes, children causing absolute chaos, open spaces or the general madness that life throws at him. He simply gets on with his day whilst wondering if anyone packed the snacks.

He'll happily pop a little course of fences and enjoys having a jump, but let's be honest... if you're chasing rosettes against the clock, Jasper will quite happily let everyone else rush around whilst he wonders why they're all in such a hurry.

He'll also go out and do a dressage test, he does have nice paces and works in an outline, stands patiently at a show all day and behaves impeccably wherever you take him.

Although... fair warning... if you're heading into the café afterwards, don't be surprised if he thinks he's coming too. He's particularly partial to an elderflower fizzy drink and a jam sandwich.

(He hasn't actually ordered one himself... yet.)

On the ground he's an absolute gentleman, excellent to shoe, excellent stable manners, comes to call in the field, Often handled and led by children and loads and travels brilliantly.

The only thing worth mentioning is that if you decide your leg has stopped working and use the whip with him instead, he may answer back with the world's most unimpressive buck. It's more of a polite reminder that he'd quite like you to ride him properly than any sort of bad behaviour.

He's never nasty, never malicious.

Just occasionally has an opinion.

And honestly... don't we all?

Jasper isn't going to the Olympics.

He isn't going to be your next HOYS winner.

What he is, is something that's becoming incredibly rare...

A genuine, honest, confidence-giving family horse that is happy being exactly that.
