Talented, Genuine & Full of Character – 11yo 16hh Thoroughbred Gelding Jack — a smart, kind-hearted gelding who’s been a real joy to have around. He’s a talented all-rounder with plenty of ability and a big heart. We’ve had so much fun with him, and now we’d love to find him a confident, experienced rider who will enjoy him as much as we have.

Jack has a great record both at home and out competing. Most recently, he placed 2nd in a large combined training class, jumping a lovely clear and confidently tackling 12 cross-country fences. He’s been round BE90, takes everything in his stride, and is bold and genuine with ditches, steps, and water. Cross-country is definitely one of his happy places — he’s brave, straightforward, and always tries his best.

He’s also a pleasure to hack — happy to go first or last, alone or in company, and has a lovely balanced canter in open spaces. On the flat, he works nicely in a soft outline and listens well to his rider. He’s been to plenty of showjumping outings too, with placings at 90cm and 1m, showing both scope and carefulness over his fences.

Jack is a real gentleman to handle — easy to catch, shoe, load, and take out. That said, he’s a sensitive soul who thrives with a confident, kind rider who enjoys a horse with a bit of personality. He’s not a novice ride, but in capable hands he’s endlessly rewarding and great fun.

If you’re looking for a genuine, talented partner to enjoy both at home and out competing — someone you can really build a partnership with — Jack could be your perfect match.

Millstreet 4yo 16.1h TB gelding.

Mac is a super sweet boy who has taken to retraining like a pro. He is easy to handle, loves a fuss. Clean limbed, retired sound from racing, just wasn’t fast enough.

Going well on the flat, 3 correct paces, would easily do dressage or show.

Plenty of jump, not phased by fillers. Jumped up to 95cm on a ticket. XC schooled and also jumped clear around the Cotswold novice team chase with the team finishing 12th out of 52 teams. Would easily BS or event. Although he has done enough to see a range of different things he has done a limited number of outings with plenty of downtime in between. He’s been brought along slowly and correctly with his future in mind.

Hacks out, has been good in traffic and in open spaces. He s a lovely horse who could go on to do any job. Good to clip, load shoe etc. Based in south wales near Cardiff. No offers, an absolute steal at this price to a nice home. Only reduced due to lack of stable space.

16.1hh 9 year-old British Sport Horse gelding - talented homebred event horse - Badminton grassroots prospect

Slowly and carefully produced homebred who, alongside eventing, has hunted and team chased - jumping clear around the Cotswold Team Chase Novice on 25th October with a competent 14 year old girl.

Has jumped around Ledbury hunt country never saying no to any hedge/ditch/rail. Careful enough for pure showjumping; won his 90cm class last time out.

Light and responsive on the flat and straightforward to jump - brave and bold and goes off any stride.

Had his first season eventing at 70 this year with five double clears from five events and low 30's dressage. Never out of the top 10, qualifying for both the Cotswolds Cup Champs and the Horse Event Champs. More than ready to affiliate BE and kick on up the levels - is an excellent Badminton grassroots prospect.

A regular at riding club lessons and clinics. Has done countless unaffiliated dressage/SJ shows and always in the ribbons.

Can occasionally be spooky to hack alone; good in company. Excellent to catch, load, travel, shoe. Good feet.

A real head turner who loves his work. Best suited to a competitive home where he can get out and have lots of fun.

Very sad sale of my homebred as I am taking a step back from competing. Only available to the best of homes.

Bertie is a good looking, well schooled horse with so much to like.

Starting in the yard, happily lives in or out. Lovely manners, good to clip, shoe, catch etc. A kind loving horse who is a pleasure to have around.

On the flat Bertie has great paces, he has been well schooled and auto changes are in place as well as lateral work. He is nice in the mouth and does a beautiful dressage test.

Showjumping, the area we believe he enjoys the most. He is easy to a fence, balanced and organised making him ideal to learn on going up the levels.

He has scope to jump 120s and has more recently been doing pony club activities and jumping around 1.10 with a teenager.

Bertie has been xc schooled and whilst he will jump all the jumps he’s not so confident doing it alone. He hacks alone so we believe this would get better i time but think he would be happiest in a dressage and jumping home.

He is a solid type so might suit someone taller or a man although he is polite and light enough for a smaller jockey also.

I think he would like to hunt too or team chase.

This is a lovely horse who is very genuine and hard to come by. 10 star home sought for him
