For sale: a beautifully bred 4-year-old Irish Draught gelding, standing at 16.1hh. By the well-regarded stallion The Batchelor, this young horse combines excellent conformation, super movement, and a lovely, easy temperament.

He has been quietly brought on, having done some in-hand showing with a young teen, where he behaved impeccably. He’s a kind, straightforward type with a sensible attitude and is easy to have around the yard.

He’s been back in from the field for about two months after being left to mature, and is now ready to continue his education. He has had a bridle and saddle on, and has been lunging well in tack. He is not sharp or silly, but he will benefit from more consistent handling and time, which is unfortunately something we’re currently short of.
