Backed last summer, been out to arena hire and happily popped everything asked of her including fillers, planks, logs, banks and water, never batting an eyelid. A very bold, brave and willing little mare who loves her job.

She was turned away over winter due to lack of time (juggling work and three children), so has only been hacked a couple of times a week. Very sad sale as she simply isn’t getting the time she deserves.

Great to catch, box, clip, load, travel, traffic and shoe.

Only been in a school a handful of times so is still very green, but she is now ready to start and have some fun.

Nancy is a 15.2hh TB x Warmblood mare with a kind nature and a genuinely lovely attitude. She’s the sort that’s getting harder to find — straightforward, willing and a pleasure to have around. Completely un-mareish, easy in every way and happy living in or out, alone or in company.
Ridden by a petite 5’5 lady in a snaffle at all times.

She’s done a little bit of everything. She’s been cross country schooling and happily popped everything first time — corners, hedges, skinnies, and straight in and out of water. She’s forward going but not strong (full control in a snaffle!). I think she’d make a great eventer.
She’s also been autumn hunting once where she behaved impeccably — stood quietly at the meet, jumped ditches, hedges and rails and wasn’t phased by anything going on around her.

Nancy is great to hack, both alone and in company, and will happily lead or be led. She’s sensible in traffic and not phased by tractors, trailers or combines. My boyfriend, who had never ridden before, has hacked her too.

She’s easy to do in all ways — good to shoe, clip, catch, load and travel.

She’s done a bit of showjumping and is brave and genuine to a fence. She’s bold, honest and always wants to get to the other side. She will happily help you out if you miss and has never spooked at fillers, water trays etc. She’s been to a couple of shows and clear rounds where she’s taken everything in her stride. She’s currently popping 1.15/1.20 at home.

She’s low mileage for her age purely due to my work commitments in London and lack of time, so hasn’t been overdone and is ready for someone to continue producing her. She’s the sort you can drag out of the field after two weeks off and get straight back on with. Unfortunately, she’s now being wasted with me.

She comes from proven lines (sire is Vegas), with her brother competing to 4* level.

Nancy had kissing spine surgery back in 2023. Her rehab was done slowly and properly which is reflected in how great she is now.
This is a very honest advert — she is exactly as described. Only for sale due to work commitments in London as I’m having to give up horses entirely, so this is a genuinely sad sale.

The right home is the absolute priority for this lovely mare. No dealers please.

She is priced sensibly for her current mileage, experience and genuinely perfect nature, and this will increase as she gets out to more shows over the summer.

Elsie is one in a million who has so much class, quality and potential with the most amazing temperament to match. She is very well bred with 5 generations of pedigree recorded. She is a very unique gorgeous dun who really stands out from the crowd and catches the eye. She is an ideal size for teens coming off ponies as well as adults so would make a brilliant mother/ daughter share too. She is a very desirable type that will do lots of jobs. She has excellent conformation, is blemish free and has straight movement with very good feet (Nn for hoof wall). Elsie has three super paces. She is starting to work correctly between leg and hand into a soft outline. She is nice and light in the contact and always ridden in a snaffle. She has been to several jumping arena hires and training clear rounds where she has shown lots of potential for all riding club competitions as well as pure BS. She is very easy to ride around a course of fences and has currently been jumping around 80cm with scope to go much higher. She is very good to ride at new places and has a very good attitude to her jumping. She is now ready to go out to clinics and competitions. She is equally as bold over xc jumps. A kind and genuine mare, that’s polite and well mannered. Iris was broken in the latter half of her fifth year and her progress in her schooling just shows what a great brain she has, her train ability is second to none.

Iris rides well on the flat, has 3 balanced paces with an expressive step and is also established in her changes. Has just competed in her first prelim scoring over 65% receiving such positive comments and showing real promise for this discipline.
