Tyson is a super 16hh 5-year-old Irish Sport Horse gelding who combines quality and ability with the sort of temperament and rideability that is incredibly hard to find.

Tyson is one of those really useful horses who could genuinely turn his hoof to almost anything.

He has already been out showjumping and cross-country, both training and at shows, confidently jumping around 80/90cm. He has taken everything in his stride and continues to show just how genuine, brave and straightforward he is.

He is naturally athletic with a scopey, careful jump, but what makes him particularly appealing is how easy and rideable he remains. He is nicely forward and takes you to a fence without becoming strong, silly or overexcited.

Cross-country he is brave and willing, happily tackling a variety of fences and always looking to get to the other side. He gives his rider a lovely feeling and is very forgiving if they don't see the perfect stride.

At shows, Tyson has proved himself to be sensible, level-headed and uncomplicated, taking the atmosphere completely in his stride.

For only a five-year-old, he already has an excellent amount of useful experience without having been overproduced or having too many miles put on the clock.

Tyson hunted last season and proved himself to be remarkably sensible and level-headed, particularly for such a young horse.

He took the atmosphere and excitement in his stride, kept his head and behaved beautifully. That experience has given him a fantastic education and says a lot about his temperament.

He is forward enough to be great fun, but importantly remains rideable and sensible – exactly what you want in a young hunter.

Tilly is a careful, genuine mare who is jumping easily around 1.10/1.15m tracks with a small, lightweight teenager and is showing plenty of scope to progress further. She has fantastic technique and is easy to ride to a fence, with a naturally uphill canter. She is enthusiastic and not at all spooky and is very forgiving of rider errors, happy to adjust her stride as necessary.

Tilly has a BE record up to Novice, however she has made it increasingly clear that she does not enjoy competing cross-country, and for that reason she is now looking for a home where she can concentrate on show jumping, which she adores. She is well-schooled on the flat and has a change both ways. She is happy cross country schooling at any level, just not competing.

Tilly is a lovely mare to have around the yard with a kind temperament. Easy to handle, she loves a fuss and is a pleasure to own. Tilly is good to hack and in traffic, excellent to catch, shoe, clip etc.
