Flori is a beautifully marked, 16hh, 6yo mare.

I bought her unbroken from her breeder so her full history is known. She has been an absolute pleasure to do in every way, right from the beginning.

She is brilliant to hack - alone or in company. Seen lots of heavy traffic and machinery, she doesn't bat an eyelid at any of it. Good and sensible in open spaces, doesnt get strong or silly at all.

Lovely to school, forward off the leg without being strong, always in a snaffle. Lots of potential either showing or dressage as she moves really well, recently got 69% and finished 3rd in her first ever prelim.

Ashley (Ash) is an absolutely gorgeous 15.1h dapple grey 5 year old Connemara x warmblood mare. For sale on behalf of her owner.

Ash is one in a million who has so much class, quality and potential with the most amazing temperament to match. She is a very striking dapple grey and catches the eye where ever she goes. She is an ideal size for teens coming off ponies as well as smaller adults so would make a brilliant mother/ daughter share too. She is a very desirable type that will do lots of jobs. She has excellent conformation, is blemish free and has good feet (Nn for hoof wall). She flew through a 5 stage vetting in July which can come with her and she is open to another if wanted. She is the perfect alrounder who excels across all disciplines with a real “can do” attitude, she is lovely now but has so much more to come with a very exciting future ahead of her.

Ash works really nicely on the flat and has 3 super paces. She moves really nicely, flicks her toe and has a lot of scope to her paces. She works correctly between leg and hand into a soft outline. She is snaffle mouthed for everything. She is a good medium speed who is nicely forward going with good transitions but not sharp at all. She is a lovely straight forward ride who gives her rider a great feel. She is schooling lovely now but still has more to come as she strengthens up and matures. She has such a lovely attitude to her work and is a quick learner who always has a smile on her face and wants to please. She has so much potential to excel in dressage, she has been out to arena hires and clinics and is now ready to go to a competition and work her way through the levels.

Ash loves her jumping and makes a lovely shape over a fence. She nicely takes you into a fence and is very honest and genuine to jump. She doesn’t get at all strong or fizzy, juts super easy and straight forward. She is very bold and jumps all fillers first attempt confidently. She has been to several jumping arena hires and training clear rounds where she has shown lots of potential for all riding club competitions ect. She has been jumping around 80cm courses currently with potential to jump higher, but again hasn’t been rushed. She has also been attending pole work clinics which she loves. She is very good to ride at new places and has a very good attitude to her jumping. She has done a few small jumping competitions in Ireland with her previous owner and is now ready to crack on and go competing over here. She is equally as bold over xc jumps. She was very ridable and jumped everything asked of her in a sensible manner. She has done some areana eventing clear rounds where she was great fun. I can see her really excelling as a pony club/ riding club alrounder. She would even event as she is good at all 3 disciplines, so a lovely Cotswold cup contender.

Ash hacks alone and in company. She is good with traffic and is sensible in open spaces. She is confident to lead and also good in behind. She has also done some fun rides in her previous home in Ireland.

Ash has a superb kind friendly temperament. She loves people and will make someone an amazing best friend as she is so interactive and forms a really strong bond. She loves all the attention of being groomed and pampered. She is a good to handle in all ways. A lovely, genuine mare who has been in the same home since a 2yo and carefully produced by an amateur with her future as a family horse very much in mind.

She has no fear of jumps and shows the best paces under saddle. She is however a young, recently backed horse and so can show only basic paces while she establishes her core strength and balance - she is however dead comfortable even at this early stage in her career.

Joey is a 15.3hh, 9 year old Irish Sports Horse gelding. We bought Joey in September last year as a winter project to give my mum something to tinker about with while her youngster has been having a holiday. He is very low mileage for his age having not done much before we got him. 

He came to us in good condition but no muscle as had done very little apart from the odd hack. He had kissing spine surgery in January 2023 and was rehabbed then. We have worked him carefully and as accurately as his fitness would allow. He’s a people person and loves some fuss. He is working sweetly on the flat, does lateral work etc. 

He absolutely loves his jumping and is proving to be a brave and careful over showjumps (he has his 4 british novice double clears for next year) competed up to 1.05m and also loves cross country. He also loves to hack and is a very good hack. My mum is 66 now and would happily admit she’s getting old and creaky and doesn’t ride as well anymore, she has been the majority rider since we’ve had him doing all the schooling and hacking at home and I just do the jumping/competing on him. 

He’s a forward ride but has always looked after mum and she’s very much enjoyed him this past year. Good to load, shoe, dentist, clip etc and is up to date with everything. Happily stands on the lorry when left. Has been to 2 stayaway shows and behaved impeccably. 
Snaffle mouthed for everything. 
 

He is not the finished article yet but is well on his way to being a super little horse. Due to this he is not suitable for a novice, he needs someone who can continue his education. 
We will be very sad to see him go and if mum didn’t have the youngster we would keep him! But unfortunately we can’t keep both. 
We feel he has potential as a lower level eventer or showjumper (we believe he has scope for at least 1.10). He would also make a brilliant teenagers horse or mother/daughter share. Someone will be able to have an awful lot of fun with him.

Casper is a 14 year old 15.1hh Connemara. He is a seriously talented little event horse who has a solid record at BE Novice and is consistent and competitive at grassroots level. He recently went double clear to place 3rd at Wellington international CCI1*.

Casper would really excel at grassroots level with a small adult, or as an u18s horse with a teenager looking to come off of ponies and move up the levels.

Jumping is where Casper really shines and comes out of his shell - perhaps I do too! He tries his heart out for you and will get you out of trouble whenever he can. He goes from being quite shy and nervous to an incredibly confident and capable little horse the second he leaves the start box, or enters the showjumping ring. Casper genuinely loves his job and has a willing attitude.

Despite dressage not being Caspers favourite phase, (he would rather be out on the XC course!) he produces a lovely test and consistently scores low 30s and occasionally high 20s to put him in competitive positions post-dressage.

Although, being an initially lazy horse to sit on, he'd definitely prefer a more 'Tally - Ho!' rider than a ''Tally woah' personality. I've had friends come to ride him out with me and he does get stressed when people want to hang on to his head. For that reason, I'd like to see Caspers next rider be someone as bold as I've always felt and I’d like to flag that we wouldn't class him as a school master or suitable for a nervous rider.

He is good to hack alone or in company but can get nervous about larger vehicles when he’s by himself but responds well to reassurance from the rider. Casper is great to load and travel. He is a lovely personality on the yard and easy to do.

Casper is only for sale because adult hood is looming. We only want Casper to go to a home that suits both parties. My instructor from the day I first sat on a pony is going to take initial calls. We also keep Casper on livery with Jethro, so he knows him incredibly well. He is better able to help those who are interested and work out whether they would be a match for Casper.

A few gaps in his record (Gloves Cassanova) have been from non horse related rider injuries and an unexpected desire to study for my GCSEs and Alevels. He has 74 foundation points but doesn't have any points at Novice so is still eligible for Badminton Grassroots.
