Storm is a smart, handsome, well put together grey Connemara x Irish Sports Horse with some draught in his breeding, combining substance, athleticism and a genuine competitive attitude.

He is bold, scopey and careful to a fence and is currently comfortably competing at 90cm / 100cm with a consistent, rideable jump. Storm has completed ODEs, showing a straightforward, honest attitude across all three phases, and has been successfully shown as well as taking part in riding club activities, always behaving professionally away from home. We have attended many clinics, fun rides and he loves the beach and doing cross country.

He is a responsive, fun forward-thinking ride without being strong or sharp, making him ideal for a competitive rider who wants a reliable, sensible horse to campaign and enjoy, he always puts a smile on your face whilst riding him. He’s the type you can school through the week and take to a show at the weekend with confidence.

Storm has hunted, proving himself brave, mannerly and genuine in the field. He covers all ground and is light on his feet.

Many of our homebreds have gone on to great success, Warrior Queen (Warrior x Unbelievable Darco) represented GB at the WBFSH championships in Lanaken and jumped up to 1.45m. Diamond Warrior (Warrior x Caretino Glory) is regularly competing at 1.40m and has siblings competing in young horse classes. Rising 7. Stunning horse by dressage riding pony stallion Hilkens Gold Card out of a TB mare by Criminal Law. Sports pony studbook society passport.

Professionally backed and produced. Brought direct from breeder at 3 years old. Forward going and quick to learn. Hacks out alone or in company has seen traffic and farm machinery. Has been learning lateral work-leg yield,shoulder in,counter canter and lengthened strides. Has the most phenomenal walk which would really suit a dressage para rider. Has been jumping small courses with fillers.

Good to clip,shoe ect. A kind loving chap. Teeth, physio , vaccinations and worming up to date. Brought as a project to run alongside my other advanced dressage horse. Carefully and sensibly produced by no means rushed. Rider is 5ft 10 for reference.

Has been to unaffiliated dressage shows gaining scores of 73% and 71% his prelim tests with lovely comments from the judges. Also qualified for the Tadley and District riding club dressage championships last October.

No novices. This is a very hard sale as this talented boy is a pleasure to have around. Unfortunately lack of time forces sale as I’m concentrating on my other horse and my job requires me to produce other young dressage horses. 5 star home required which will be vetted.
