Exceptional performance breeding

By Legrande, a graded Oldenburg stallion with proven versatility across the disciplines. Legrande competed successfully in advanced dressage, gaining British Dressage points and qualifying for regional finals, before turning his hand to eventing, where he achieved numerous wins and a particularly strong cross-country record, including competing at the Badminton Grassroots Championship. He also competed in British show jumping and was a Supreme Champion Ridden Show Horse.

Legrande's pedigree includes the graded Holsteiner Lefevre, with the hugely influential Landgraf I appearing further back in the sire line. He has also proved himself as a sire, with offspring achieving high Futurity premiums across dressage, show jumping and eventing.

Out of a Thoroughbred mare by Tobougg, Apollo combines quality Oldenburg sport-horse breeding with valuable Thoroughbred blood, making him an exciting prospect for eventing, dressage or other competitive disciplines.

Sienna is confident and eye catching mare that is excelling in her ridden work after being professionally backed earlier this year. She has 3 super paces and is naturally talented on the flat. She has been out to local shows and popping round happily. She has an easy, careful jump and is a pleasure to pilot round. She has been to riding club clinics and loved it. She has a lovely rhythm to a fence and super natural balance. She loves her hacking and is very chilled in company and alone. She’s really enjoyed cantering round our woods and the fields, never silly.

Loads well, good with farrier (currently shod in front). She lives in or out (currently out) and is the same after a week off. She is correct moving, and sound with no lumps or bumps.

She is a lovely person and a pleasure to deal with. She has been so much fun to produce and we are keen for her to continue her education with someone. Sienna has been a delight from the start but is still green due to her age so not suitable for a complete novice. She’s not spooky, super brave and would love to continue learning in whatever area someone would like to take her in. She’s could go into any direction - dressage, eventing, showjumping or as an all rounder as well as having such potential in the show ring as she really draws the eye. She has a lovely laid back temperament to suit many things!

She is a homebred and only for sale as she is not big enough for me (5ft 11!). She would be a safe project for a teenager or adult to bring on or a mother daughter share and we are sure she will make a quality horse for someone. Home is really important to us. We still have her mum, by Templebready Fear Bui, who was a Pony Club super star who won everything (BE, PC champs). We love and want to find the right home for this special little horse.

Daisy is a 16hh 14yr old mare, with an extensive competition record, with BS winnings of £2000, she would be an amazing bronze league contender as she's extremely competitive, being quick and brave and always careful and importantly is very happy to help you out. Although she's a great competitor she's also a great hack, equally happy alone or in company. 

She's a good girl to shoe, easy to load and travels easily, doesn't need riding every day and happily goes out with others.

Absolutely stunning mare with a heart of gold and tons of scope and potential. Viva is one of those very clever mares who keeps improving weekly. Her answer is always yes. She’s as brave and honest as they come. She’s got a phenomenal technique and is seriously careful over a fence. For a “small” horse she’s got an enormous stride. Lines always come up short!!

We think the world of this mare. She is on track for her age and will be ready to do the age classes.

Viva is simply a pleasure to have around. Hack, travel, at shows, clip etc etc etc.

She’d suit an ambitious amateur being as straight forward as she is and would equally be a serious addition to a professionals string.

Has done a couple of shows, won a combined training on a 27.5 dressage and clear jumping, done BYEH qualifiers and been xc schooling a couple of times.

The time has come to sadly sell on our gorgeous Orla🤍 

Orla was bought from Ireland as an untouched 2 year old in March to produce over the summer and now is ready for the next stage in her life! Throughout the time I’ve owned her she has filled out and matured into a lovely young horse. 

She is so friendly, the first to come running to you in the field, and always loves cuddles. Orla was very unhandled when we first bought her however has took perfectly to everything we’ve asked of her and blossomed into a lovely little character. She is great to catch, good for the farrier (barefoot) and vet, loads perfectly, good to bath and will stand to be brushed all day.

Over the summer, we have long reined, backed and started her under saddle, which she has taken all in her stride perfectly! Orla has been produced slowly and professionally and we haven’t had a moments bother with her. 

She has been long reined and ridden around all the farms back fields out on hacks as well as in the arena. Not fazed by farm machinery etc. She stands perfectly at the mounting block and isn’t nervous or skittish at all with a rider on. 

We haven’t done loads of work in the arena with her due to her age however have established the basics- walked and trotted around fine and over poles. Orla has been out alone and in company hacking and had some little canters.

Orla hasn’t done masses of ridden work, just lightly been worked and ridden away since being broke in. We have also free jumped her and she shows great jumping potential with a lovely shape over a fence and a neat backend.

No novices for Orla as she is still of course a young, green horse and I would love for her to go to a long term knowledgeable home.
