Del is a very lovely 4yo, he is a very attractive, athletic young horse who rides well for his age and has a naturally careful jump over fences.
He has heaps of competition potential. With three rythmic, balanced, flashy paces and a real can do attitude.
Although he has only been with us a short time he has settled very well and it is like he has been here years! He is easy to do, hacks out and is ready to begin competing if required. Has been XC schooled once and was brave and willing.

He has been to a few training arena hires/ shows.

He is for sale on behalf of his owners who are aiming to compete their older horses more, and therefore he doesn't get much consistency between shows. A gorgeous horse who we would trust with a competent teenager to produce, but would equally be an asset to a professional.

He has a full set of xrays with just a chip shown on a fetlock, this is of no consequence at present but is easily removed.
A real quality horse who is a very nice chap.

Gilltown Mermus is a super, beautiful 7yr old mare by the famous stallion, Mermus R. Her sire has produced numerous top level horses at both 5* eventing and 1.50 level show jumping. Her Dam, Garthy Diamond Malt is by Chacoa, so this mare really is bred in the purple for jumping.

Perry has been an incredibly consistent horse on the British Show Jumping circuit for us and when she is on the lorry, we know we will be coming home with prize money and a rosette or two. She would be the dream addition to a yard of anyone who is wanting to be competitive week in, week out. She has been a serial winner at British Novice and Discovery level and is now happily out competing at Newcomers/1.10. She is already qualified for Discovery Second Rounds in 2025, jumping four out of four double clears and ready for someone to go and be competitive Winter, with just shy of £400 in winnings and 180 points on her CV to date.

Imported from Ireland last year as 'just backed' and has spent the majority of her time on English soil hacking so far with her owner (she has been based at A.E Equestrian since she arrived).

From day 1 she has been really amicable, trainable and willing. She is a real 'leg in each corner' yet athletic type, with FUN stamped all over her.

Her flatwork is basic but nice, she pops a fence and really enjoyed the handful of XC/ farm ride outings she has been on - this would be where she excels.

She would be an ideal hunter/ RC/ PC/ all-round type. We think she would be great for a tall teenager looking to move onto a horse as, although she is big, she doesn't ride big and is lovely to have about. She is certainly a horse whereby the rider and horse could grow together.

She is not without sparkle and could do any job really at amateur level.

This home bred young mare is bred in the purple for dressage but would also event. She is graded Premium by her breed society and was Champion of her grading so will be a top class breeding prospect once her competition days are over

She benefits from gold plated dressage bloodlines on the sires side - Helium / Millennium / Easy Game (sire of TSF Dalera - multiple medal winner). Her dam was a successful 3* eventer herself by a 4* and Olympic team stallion.

She did her first unaffiliated dressage competition and came away with a win and a 2nd both with well over 70% and she is now registered for BD and notched up top placings in her first outings. Her recent BD outing resulted in two wins with 69 &71% (qualifier), followed by win (70% qualifier) and a second (picky judge who deducted 2 points for taking more than 45 seconds to enter after the bell) - She is heading for qualification to the Regional Finals at Prelim and is only a few points away. Once she has amassed sufficient Prelim scores she will move to Novice as she is working well at that level with the aim of getting to the PetPlan championships this year.

Very sad sale of this much loved horse

Knight of Kings - 7yo 16.1hh ex flat racer, we bought King in December 2023, he retired from racing August 2023 sound and had plenty of downtime. He has since been retrained carefully and correct.

King is not your average ex racer, we think a lot of him and his future so in no rush to find him his new home but he is ready if the right person comes along. He has oodles of scope, very brave and careful with it!

Very confidently jumping 90’s with ease, winning ribbons UA SJ and ready to BS, very brave XC jumps ditches, in to and out of water, hedges etc, he is very rideable to a fence, he’s always going, never looks at water trays or fillers and loves his job! Will make a top class ROR SJ/Event horse. This horse has so much more to give and is a very exciting prospect for a competent teen/small adult to continue producing

King has tonnes of personality and is a lovable character. He hacks very quietly with young teens alone or in company and is extremely well behaved in heavy traffic and open spaces.

Ash is a great example of a solid thoroughbred. Don’t let his age put you off, has relatively low mileage out of racing and no one told him he’s 16!

Ex P2P, he loves to jump and also has lovely paces qualifying for RoR Dressage champs in only 3 outings.

Has competed SJ, HT, ODE 80cm but could go further in right hands. Foot perfect at camp this month taking on technical combinations and bigger jumps with ease.

Great to catch, clip, load etc but doesn’t like a fuss… a tack up and go type.

Hunted in previous home, he would also make great team chaser.

Hacks alone but prefers company, likes to be up front but goes last.. might just get a jigjog on.

Ash would excel in a busy yard with routine and herd turnout. Currently out in summer, in at night over winter. He would stay out 24/7 as winters well.

He is the same horse after 6 weeks off as he is when ridden regularly. You can more or less pick up where you left off with Bobby. Equally, he coped well with daily riding when he went for schooling maintaining his good nature and willingness with a heavier workload.

He has expressive paces and a naturally big jump — he’s comfortably loose-schooled up to 1.10m, without ever being chased or pressured. His jumping has been developed with positive reinforcement, and he loves his job: point him at a fence and he’ll tackle it happily, then quietly stand while you reset poles. At his first indoor jumping show he calmly walked into the arena on the buckle, jumped clear, and came home with a red rosette.

Bobby hacks out alone and in company and is very solid in traffic for his age. He has attended a small number of in-hand shows, riding clinics, and fun rides, taking it all in his stride and growing his confidence with every outing. He lives in a mixed herd by a main road and is easy to handle in all ways — excellent to catch, load, clip, bath, travel, lunge, etc. Great ground manners, good with the farrier, dentist and vet. Bobby is currently barefoot and rides in a snaffle. His teeth, wormer, vaccinations are up to date and he’s even had a willy and sheath wash! Bobby has a lot of character and will play tag in the arena, if you initiate it; nuzzle you, and do carrot stretches for ages. He can be quite the timewaster!

Bobby would excel as a riding club all-rounder, a mother-daughter share, or a happy hacker. He’s had a great foundation and is ready to move onto the next stage of his life.

Mae hacks alone and in company very happily, can canter through big open fields on a loose rein, she is never strong. Mae is out regularly doing lessons/ school hire and cross country trips.

Mae is a sensitive mare to ride and does not need a huge amount of leg. She is slightly cold back in the cold winter months but this doesn’t effort her ridden work at all. She has a new caveletti saddle fitted to her last year. Full wardrobe included (tack/ rugs)

Mae would best suit a kind natured lady/teen who would spoil her rotten, and take her out to lots of fun events. She would need horsey friends as she does not like to be left alone.

Mae does crib bite when eating hard feed or treats. Mae loves to live out but is a bit of a wimp in the cold rainy months so she does equally love her warm stable.

A Fantastic Opportunity to Own a Talented Mare

Cruise is a well mannered mare with a nice temperament who has been easy to do. She takes up a riders leg well, I’m 6ft and have been riding her regularly.

Before coming to us, Cruise bred two lovely foals so she is still fairly low mileage although she is the type that takes everything in her stride.

Cruise has 3 lovely paces on the flat, she tries hard and with a little further polishing she will be easily producing quality novice level tests. She has a lovely soft snaffle mouth and goes nicely off the leg in all 3 paces without being sharp. She has a soft natural frame and will only get better as her muscle continues to develop. She turns heads & receives lots of compliments wherever she goes! She has attended a local Polework & jumping clinics & a dressage competition with us where she was unfazed at a new venue taking everything in her stride.

Over fences, Cruise exhibits natural talent and form. She enjoys her jumping and is happy to take her rider on the fence, she’s the type that likes to run on auto pilot and strides herself.

Cruise has also done some hacking with us, she has seen some traffic as well as cyclists/dog walkers/runners etc. she does prefer to ride out in company.

Cruise has been a pleasure to work with and I have throughly enjoyed our time with her. Although not a novice ride, Shes easy enough for an amateur or aspiring teen to continue on with and have bags of fun with.
