Fozzie Bear is a quality young horse, ready to continue his ridden education. He is very kind natured and has been such a joy to work with.

Fozzie was bought from Ireland in May; we focused on his groundwork for 3 months and he is now lightly backed. He has been on short ridden hacks locally, always good with village traffic. He is currently established in walk and trot under saddle, and we are beginning to introduce canter. He is bold and inquisitive on hacks, and is sensible when walking and trotting in the stubble. Fozzie has excellent sports pony bloodlines, including Moy Jonny’s Pride, Westonhouse Straboe Bobby, and Ard Archer. His free jump (video available), bloodlines and willing attitude suggest that Fozzie has a promising future as a competition/pony club/hunting pony.

He is very easygoing on the yard, and is also super easy to catch as he walks right over to you to say hello. He also self-loads into a trailer the second he spies the haynet! Very sensible with other horses, he lives out full time with our herd of 4 geldings, but is equally content to be stood in a stable.

Alvin is very sadly looking for a new home due to being outgrown. He is an 8 year old 150cm Connemara with I love you Melody Lines.

He is a fun, forward going gelding who loves his work, and enjoys doing everything from hacking across the hills to jumping, hunting and team chasing. He is schooling happily at 90/100 level with scope to do more. His flatwork is good and constantly improving and he is very happy out competing in Dressage competitions. Sadly due to some inflammation in his knee, he is not fit for the purpose of this job, however he has responded really well to treatment and is absolutely fit and sound enough for hacking which he is currently enjoying regularly. He is great in traffic, has been over motorway bridges and will hack alone or in company. His price reflects the issue with his knee and full vet history can be provided.

Although Tan is a very good boy he is still a young sports horse so does need a fairly confident rider. He is a kind horse but can be a bit adhd to handle from the ground. He is good to lead but is playful when he is tied up and will pick things up around him if he can get away with it.

Poppy is a true gem of a slightly overgrown pony. She has three utterly beautiful paces. Produced slowly by us for the last year she has done a bit of everything including showing, eventing, dressage, show jumping, pony club and loves to hack out alone or in company.

Her last three dressage scores eventing have been sub 30’s and she’s been placed at each unaff event we’ve done with her always jumping clear xc and proving VERY brave. She is not phased by any filler , water tray etc. we have also done the workers with her.
