Alvin is very sadly looking for a new home due to being outgrown. He is an 8 year old 150cm Connemara with I love you Melody Lines.

He is a fun, forward going gelding who loves his work, and enjoys doing everything from hacking across the hills to jumping, hunting and team chasing. He is schooling happily at 90/100 level with scope to do more. His flatwork is good and constantly improving and he is very happy out competing in Dressage competitions. He does however gets tense in jumping competitions and goes green and a bit backwards.

Alvin is great to hack alone and in company, will stand to do gates, is good in traffic and in open spaces. He has been hunting, team chasing and on fun rides which he absolutely loves. He has been to many arena hires, clinics flatwork, showjumping, pole work and XC and has been to 2 PC camps all of which he has excelled at and I have trusted him to bring my daughter back safely.

Alvin is good to load and travels in a lorry and trailer (although has been a couple of years since being on a trailer), good for farrier (shod all round), good for vet and up to date with vaccinations, teeth and regular physio treatments.

Dyanne is one in a million who has so much quality, safety and experience to offer. She is superbly well-bred by Concorde , out of Winory (Indoctro) which combines the best of show jump breeding. She is the perfect stamp of a horse, combining class and quality with substance and a real leg in each corner. She has a lovely deep girth and length of neck which makes you feel very secure when you are in the saddle. She has a good amount of bone so would easily carry a gentleman yet she is very respectful and forgiving so would also be very suitable for a petite lady or teenagers coming off ponies. She has been ridden by an 8 year old girl as well as 60 year olds making her very versatile for the family to share. She has good conformation, is blemish free and straight moving. She is the full package to excel across all riding disciplines which makes her the perfect alrounder/ school mistress. She also has experience in every discipline and really knows her job and loves to work so is a proven and will show her next rider the ropes. Dyanne schools nicely on the flat, she has a lovely relaxed way of going and is really comfy. She has three very good paces. She is ridden in a snaffle with a lovely light mouth. She is a nice straight forward/push button ride who is nicely forward going being a medium speed and responsive to the riders aids but not at all sharp. She is a very safe and sane ride who gives her rider confidence. You can safely ride her around on the buckle end in walk, trot and canter. You can also ride her in just a headcolar, completely tackles. Equally for a more established rider she works in a beautiful outline up into the contact and gives you a lovely feel. She is a fun ride who knows the movements like walk to canter, leg yields as well as having auto flying changes established. She has a wealth of knowledge to teach her next rider. She has competed at unaffiliated novice level dressage successfully. She is very good to ride away from home and really does know and love her job.

Dyanne loves her jumping, she is a real point and aim jumping machine. She makes a nice scopey shape and is careful. She takes you into a jump in a lovely relaxed rhythm and is very honest and genuine to jump. She will help her rider out and go on a long or short stride, she really knows her job and wants to jump. She is very bold and jumps all fillers and water tray confidently. She is very ridable around a course of fences and nicely balanced around tight turns and does flying changes where necessary. She would be perfect to teach her next rider and maybe bring them on from jumping cross poles to jumping courses of 1m plus. She has also been xc schooling a number of times where she is always super genuine. She has a super comprehensive jumping record up to Foxhunter including jumping at the BS championships. Our beautiful 13-year-old 3/4 Lusitano gelding, standing at 15.2hh, is looking for a very special new home. We imported him from Spain as a 4-year-old, he has been with us ever since and is a huge part of our family.

Smokey Black, serious heavyweight gelding. 17/17.1hh now, but has not got a high wither and feels about 18hh when you're close to him.

This is one serious powerhouse of a Viking warrior's war horse! Looks like Thor should be riding him into Valhalla.

Floats like a butterfly with movement that makes you think he couldn’t possibly have the 10’’ of clean bone that he has. We jumped him for the first time today, and he pops 1.30 without having to make the slightest effort.

He is bold, brave, athletic, smooth-moving, handsome, and totally clean-limbed.

Raven’s father is the famous C1 Irish Draught stallion Corrindon Dancer, who won the Royal Dublin Show. I bred his mother, and she is ISH (Ballinvella) x Czech WB (Falko). Dam is the maternal half-sister to the dam of the multiple winning HW buckskin stallion Hallslake Nimrod (look him up), whom I also bred. The Ballinvella TB in the back breeding has given Raven athleticism and refinement, which, in such a huge and heavy horse, is just mind-blowing when you see him move. Genetically, I believe Raven is technically a Smoky Black as his mother is buckskin, so he has some 'dun' markings on his flank, but otherwise, when not sun bleached, he's very black.

Currently 4 years old and a raw blank canvas, having been with us from a foal. We haven’t ever even put a bridle on this boy yet. We have given him plenty of time to fill up his big frame, and mature. He has had his hooves looked after, been regularly wormed, and come in the barn for winters and lived out all summer in a herd. He is not clingy, is happy to be caught and moved away from friends, and stabled or transported without insecurity. He loads well in a trailer or lorry as he has been moved to different grazing between seasons. He can be rugged or left naked. He has no ailments or allergies and is vice-free, totally clean-limbed and straight-moving. He is kind, clever, and easy-going, naturally bold, and will be easy to break in.

What is his job going to be, and where would you find another one??

War Horse? Hunter? Show Horse? Dressage? Large person eventer? Battle reenactment horse? Jousting? Police horse? He genuinely could be absolutely anything.

We usually start our own horses undersaddle, but sometimes we find that buyers are looking to start from the begining themselves, so we are offering Raven raw initially, but we are also happy to get him backed for his purchasers if it is desired. If he is not sold during July, we will get him going, with a view to doing an hour or two of trail hunting over our fabulous, rugged terrain of Exmoor by Autumn. I honestly think he will be an absolute pleasure to get going and will be one hugely impressive horse under saddle.

Pearl is the kindest young horse, she is well put together with a brilliant attitude.

She is good to catch, leads out to field with other horses and been out with mares and geldings. Good to pick all feet up, been trimmed, loves a brush and attention. A real people horse, wants to be your friend.

She lunges well in all 3 paces on both reins, has also long reined out hacking taking everything in her stride. Understands voice cues and steering. I’ve sat on her a handful of times, always behaving perfectly. Only sat on her in box and walked around the yard but in a week she will be going round the school I imagine with no problems.

Sadly change in personal circumstances forces sale, much loved mare and would love to keep in touch as I’m sure she’s going to be something special. Shows plenty of ability free schooling and still has filling out to do. Moves well in all paces and no lumps bumps sarcoids efc.

TBS Cheeky Cailin is a beautiful model of a pedigree, registered connemara (full green passport) by the super Connemara showjumper Cheeky Bobby Sparrow and has class 1 breeding throughout. She is N/HW (carrier but not affected).

Standing at 15.1hh, she has still some growing left to do and will fill out. I imagine she will finish closer to 15.2hh.

I imported her 18 months ago as a 4 year old from Ireland and have slowly and correctly brought her on since. She has mostly hacked, but has also done plenty of arena hires, pony club rallies, clinics, lessons, clear rounds etc as well as some showjumping and arena XC competitions. She is always keen to come out and play - never sick or sorry, and has no veterinary history and not been mareish. Passed vetting on purchase in 2025. As a young horse, the first consideration has always been for her longevity and to ensure that she is not rushed or spoilt. She was bought for myself to keep, but unfortunately a serious lack of time has lead me to look for a new home for her. Up to date with vaccs, worm counts, teeth and back. Mostly ridden by myself (adult) but also ridden by my daughter (13) and friend's daughter (15) for PC rallies and camp days; she would make a super mother/daughter/son share and can step up to play for the more adventurous/ambitious as well as equally happy to hack and go to adult clinics/lessons etc. A true allrounder.

Great to catch, clip (no sedation needed) and she loads single handed-ly (very handy for mum going out to play on her own!) She does need some patience with shoeing her hind feet, but this is improving with each farrier visit (and only when shoeing, not trimming). Cailin has great feet and kept barefoot through the winter. No sedation required for shoeing. Hacks alone or in company, first or last and not spooky either way, travels alone or in company. Have left her behind in the horse trailer when others have been competing in later classes without a problem but as a five year old I wouldn't leave her too long alone. Happy to turn out alone or with others, usually the bottom of the pecking order! Good in traffic, not spooky or silly. Used to farm machinery and loud noises (chainsaws, hedgetrimming etc) as well as sheep, pigs, cows and loud children (including their bikes, balloons, trampolines and other scary toys!!)

Cailin is still green; she is only five years old and treated as such. Brought on slowly and correctly with thoughts of her future and longevity, she does work in an outline and is quick and keen to learn. Good to school in the field or lunge. More go than woah but is not strong - ridden in a neue schule snaffle and nicely responsive off the leg and voice with a lovely powerful but comfortable jump. She is amazing fun and thoroughly enjoys new things and wants to please. Always been clear out jumping and qualified for Bury Farm unaffiliated SJ Champs 2026. Happy to leave the herd out hacking or XC schooling. Never looked to bite or kick, same to ride every day or after a few weeks off.

Only for sale as I will be unable to keep two fit from September and have a youngster to bring in to work at the end of this year.
