Striking 4yo ISH Gelding, by Carrabawn Cross X Star Kingdom, with an attitude to die for way beyond his years. We really do think this lovely young horse has it all to be a fabulous hunter or Allrounder for anyone. He’s extremely easy to ride, ridden regular by my little 13yo sister, always in a snaffle and a complete pleasure to ride and have around.

Peanut has hunted in Ireland, and while here with us he’s been XC and SJing arena hires, UA SJing competition, lots of hacking and we have continued his education in the arena. He has beautiful paces, scopey Jump and completely unfazed by fillers. He’s now more than ready to go to his new home where he’ll make a top class hunter or Allrounder.

At home Peanut is a pleasure. He hacks alone and in company, he’s vice free and is the sort that doesn’t need riding every day. He’s out in a small herd but equally happy on his own or in.

Meet ‘Lucky’ - the charmer of the yard! Full of love , character , and mischief!! A big , athletic model of a horse standing at 17.1hh , 7yo. Retired from racing sound , vice , and injury free

Lucky is a lovely horse to have around. So low maintenance and easy to own , you don’t hear a peep from him. Easy to love and pamper , clip, bath, shoe etc - a super chap through and through!!

Luck is very well schooled on the flat. Makes a lovely shape , classy mover and straightforward to ride. Snaffle mouthed , forward and keen but not strong. Has previously done some low level dressage successfully

Loves his jumping , very brave , again is keen and committed but not strong. Not phased by fillers etc. Has taken part in unaffiliated show jumping and shown ti be very mannerly and sensible at shows. Has also attended clinics, riding club etc !

Hacks out like a dream. Probably one of my most reliable on the yard. Hacking along our 60mph main road daily , alone or in company and is always a total saint

Lucky was purchased earlier this year by my client as a first horse for her daughter. Unfortunately, he had proved to have too much engine for her and therefore they have sadly made the very difficult decision to let him go. Lucky is a cheeky chap and I think if he thinks you may let him take the mick then he is inclined to take that opportunity. (I’ve only seen this side to him when fresh and in the school only). However, lucky rides like a schoolmaster when I ride him so it’s pure cheek!! He just simply wants a rider and not a passenger. Understandable at his age , he wants to have some fun!!

I’d challenge anyone to find me a little horse who’s braver than this chap when it comes to popping a fence ! Never looks at any fillers , and height etc
He is uber careful and extremely reliable. He will always jump you out of trouble , never offended by a miss and more helpful than most ten year olds !! I don’t think he’s going to be a world beater but would go and take you around the meter tomorrow and not touch a pole. Has attended a handful of unaffiliated shows and was his usual consistent , reliable , and mannerly self.

Has hunted in Ireland and here is the UK with myself. Stood statue still at a very busy meet. Was bold and brave , jumped everything that was asked of him and remained totally sane , and textbook but a whole lot of fun! Opened all the gates , let me clamber back on and away to go. This is the best horse I’ve ever had the pleasure of taking on the hunt field. Snaffle mouthed , just impeccable mannerisms and took me over fences with me doing no piloting , just shutting my eyes and steering! What a champ!

Ted would be a super seasoned hunter , family horse , top level allrounder etc. As straightforward as he is , he is still young and can be a little green going up to the canter transition on occasion. Nothing at all nasty etc, just a baby! Although I think he’d take a novice , I feel he is suited to someone who wants a smart young horse to bring on and show the world but likes to know they are safe. He is 100% vice free and a lovely young horse.

Ted loves to hack out! Alone or in company , very easy and straightforward. Extreme bold in all traffic. Can be seen along the 60mph road outside our yard. As well as on the road , he’s the all round perfect gentleman on open spaces. Pops logs etc , stands at the mountain block … he really is an older head on young shoulders with a very bright future ahead of him

CHEEKY

Gorgeous 2018 Irish gelding standing at 17.1hh.

This big upstanding horse oozes presence and quality and offers an equally lovely ride.

Cheeky has only had one home, he has done plenty of hunting, mannerly with hounds and lovely over a fence, he’s a nice quality type and a real classic stamp, plenty of him, he is a big substantial horse, with a light and athletic movement.

Despite being a lovely hunter, Cheeky will do a riding club job too, he has three flashy paces, works in a lovely frame and would certainly turn heads in a show ring or dressage boards. He’s been bold with our coloured fillers, showing a lovely technique and plenty of scope.

Cheeky is sensible and easy to hack out, good alone and with others, great in traffic has even had to cross a motorway flyover several times with no issues. He’s a lovely big horse, with a great attitude and will excel in whatever job he goes on to do, he’s a lovely easy ride, a real gentleman and such a kind, placid and loving horse on the ground.

Mannerly, easy and just the ultimate package, this chap couldn’t offer anymore than he already does, a hard found and much loved horse who’s never changed hands.

Easy 2015 14.3hh cob gelding, this lovely lad is easy, fun and loves to learn! He’s done lots of hacking, schooling, jumping and low level riding club activities including dressage competitions.

Blue is greener for his age (but very safe) as his owner has had her own personal reasons for not riding meaning he’s had gaps in education, so he’s a good allrounder with low mileage.

Blue has three nice paces on the flat and has a light snaffle mouth. He couldn’t care less about coloured fillers, he isn’t at all spooky and he’s super bold.

He’s a lovely chap to hack out and will go alone and in company, again he’s bold and isn’t worried about surroundings or any types of traffic. He’s a big softie on the ground, loves to be loved and everyone’s friend. He’s a low maintenance type, barefoot and happy living out.

Cracking 2020 16hh grey Irish Sports Horse (green book) mare. This lovely young horse is very much old head on young shoulders, she’s sensible, sane and kind.

She is an uphill ride with big expressive paces and she rides and feels bigger than her size. A great model and a great step with a real head turning presence about her. Lady has been hunting, she goes in a loose ring snaffle in all disciplines.

Lady is a machine over a hedge or a rail, she’s so bold with her jumping and just takes you to the fence, she’s very much a ‘can do’ type.

This super horse is a lovely type for someone to go out and put more mileage on, she’s safe, kind and straightforward with lovely big comfortable uphill paces and she rides like an armchair.
