The wonderful Zoey! A mare that I have become super fond of in the time she has been with me!

Zoey is a 10yo beautifully bred quality and substantial ID mare. She is 10yo, however she has spent 4 years as a brood mare, so has low mileage for her age!

In Ireland she has had a predominantly happy hacking career, being ridden by novices & hunting, being an allround family horse, along side breeding foals!

Since I have had her, I have hunted her with the Fernie, she proved sensible & very straight forward! She stood at the meet, and was polite and level headed cantering in the field.

Zoey is working well In the school. She is a lovely active forward ride, with a fabulous step in the trot! She is green for her age in the school- but her schooling basics are all in place to further her education and strengthening! She has a lovely big show horse canter, and is light in the mouth and wants to naturally go on the bridle- which she has picked up incredibly quickly! Zoey is a super intelligent mare, she loves to work in the school and learn new things. She fills the eye in a dressage arena and is a super attractive horse. I think she would make a very smart dressage horse!

To jump Zoey has taken everything in her stride and proven to be bold over fillers. She really wants to be careful over a pole and gives the rider a lovely feel over a fence. Zoey thoroughly enjoys her jumping!

Zoey has hacked in company and alone- she has been hacked on the roads and in the fields. She is a forward going marching on kind of girl, so not for someone who is looking for a slob!

Zoey is good to clip, shoe, load and travel, catch, bath, She turns out with others mares and geldings. stands on the lorry at a show. She has a capped hock and a small scar on her bum. Open to any vetting.

Vice free- her noteble ‘habits’ she can put her head high when you’re putting a bridle on- a small child would probably struggle to tack her up!

He is calm and steady if your less experienced but also has a fifth gear if you can ride, he is so adaptable and can be ridden by competent novices then pick up his pace if you can ride, making her a perfect mount for riders who want to enjoy their riding at a relaxed pace without compromising on ability or responsiveness.

Ultimate All-Rounder

Axel has spent the last 18 months in a professional riding school environment and she has excelled with every level of rider, both under saddle and during stable management activities.

He has experience in flatwork lessons, both private and group, as well as participating in our in-house low level showjumping and cross-country competitions. He is confident over coloured and rustic fences, he would be good at cross-country, working hunter and hunting.

Axel absolutely loves to hack out and does so safely and calmly. He will happily hack alone or in company and has been exposed to the heaviest, fastest-moving traffic imaginable. He is completely unphased by buses, lorries, farm machinery and all types of vehicles. He remains safe and steady in all environments and does not rush or pull, even in open spaces or on the way home, you can gallop across open fields with loose horses running along side him, then immediately pull him up and allow him to walk on a long rein or ask him to stand while horses run around him, he is most definitely not sharp, spooky or spiny.

He has been truly exceptional during her time on the riding school, he is unbelievable forgiving when rider lose their balance, struipps or have a bad stride into a fence, he always takes care of her riders, his substantial build, with a leg in each corner, combined with her calm disposition, sure-footedness, and gentle nature, gives riders confidence to progress and excel. He will stand patiently at the mounting block while you mount. I can honestly say he has absolutely no quirks, vices or negative traits.

Although he is happy to go at a quiet steady pace, he is also responsive to the leg and has three beautiful balanced, steady paces. For more experienced riders he will work into a nice outline with enthusiasm and energy, always staying calm and sensible, he has never bucked, reared, kicked or bitten, he is the most loving kind gentleman you could ever wish to meet.

Axel has outstanding ground manners. He stands for hours to be groomed and fussed over, with or without a head collar or lead rope. He is not clingy, and is happy living in or out. In the field he keeps himself to himself and never causes trouble, whether stabled alone or turned out in a mixed herd.

Axcel has a history of excellent health and has never had laminitis, sweet itch, sarcoids, or any lumps, bumps, or unsoundness.

He is currently barefoot with strong, healthy hooves and is equally happy to be shod. He is excellent to clip, bath, catch, great to load and travel, fantastic with the farrier, vet, and dentist.

He is incredibly low maintenance, requiring no daily work. He can have weeks or even months off and return to ridden work without any fuss. He maintains his condition year-round on a simple diet and is easy to manage in every way.

He passes our riding school annual Licence Inspection, which is the equivalent of a Stage 2 vetting.

Axel is a rare gem. He is the perfect choice for someone looking for a calm, dependable, and capable all-rounder. Monty is a well schooled /educated relaxed chappie but due to some medical issues that will be FULLY disclosed he would suit someone experienced and balanced wanting to have a quieter life not jumping and not someone wanting to be out every weekend competing.

Monty will produce a super test and thoroughly enjoys going out training and competing, Monty also enjoys hacking and is forward thinking and confident out on his own and in company.

Monty would benefit from a smaller lighter rider and to be preferably kept on flatter fields as ours are very hilly along with our hacking , we feel this will benefit his long term well being .

Monty loves being out in the field , he wouldn’t be a horse to keep in all through the winter but it also happy to come in ie for the night or in during the day what ever your routine maybe .

Carter is a striking 5-year-old Irish Sports Horse gelding standing approximately 16hh, with full recorded traditional breeding. He is a quality young horse with the talent, scope, and attitude to progress up the levels, making him an exciting prospect for a competent rider looking for a future eventer, showjumper, or quality allrounder.

Carter is a forward-going, athletic horse who shows excellent natural ability over a fence. He has already been introduced to both show jumps and cross-country fences, where he has proven to be careful, bold, and scopey, naturally taking you to a fence with confidence. He has also attended a number of una?liated shows, gaining valuable experience away from home.

On the flat, Carter is established in walk, trot, and canter on both reins and continues to improve with his schooling. He has a trainable attitude and a willing outlook, giving him the potential to develop into a very smart competition horse or even a future schoolmaster with further mileage.

Carter hacks happily alone or in company and is sensible out and about. He has seen farm machinery and is good in traffic, proving to be level-headed for his age.

He is well mannered on the yard and easy to have around. Carter is good to tack up, stands quietly to be mounted, and has a kind, genuine temperament. On the ground he is easy to handle, good for shoeing, clipping, grooming, and leading to and from the field.

This is a genuine young horse with a bright future, but due to his forward nature and age he is not suitable for novices. He would thrive with a confident rider looking to produce a talented young horse.

A lovely gentle mare who does everything with a smile on her face, she always does her best to please. She is excellent to handle, really gentle, steady and sensible , an absolute cuddle sort in the stable, I’ve never seen her ears back, she is so well behaved at shows that I can even give her to my disabled husband to hold.

Having show jumped all her life in her previous home, jumping up to 130 tracks with a teenager, she is now ready to show someone the ropes at the lower levels.

This year she has been placed arena eventing, double clear everytime out 90 show jumping and has just scored 64% in her first ever dressage test. She hasn’t evented yet, but an eventing home may also suit her, she has been XC schooling this week where she jumped everything first time, ditches, skinnies, water and banks etc. see videos.

She’s is easy to load, shoe, catch, clip, she is just a really special and fun mare, the sort hard to find.

Willow is a lovely mare with exceptional paces, she has been slowly produced with her future in mind. She has 3 correct paces with a fabulous jump. She oozes quality and potential. Ready for someone to produce further and put their own stamp on.

She has attended a handful of outings, she is admired by a lot of people.

Very straight forward to a fence and very uncomplicated. Has done a few events- Placed 4th with a Double Clear finishing on her dressage of 31.7.

She can get a bit fresh but nothing nasty just an excitable small bronc so isn’t suited to a novice rider.

Willow is a dream on the ground to handle so sweet and lovely in every way.

She is good to hack alone and in company.

Would be very competitive at grassroots by the end of this season. Easily pops around a 1m course at home.
