“Libby” is a super, forward-thinking pony with a great attitude and all the makings of a top competition pony.

She’s had a lovely all-round education and is showing real promise in every area. Hacks alone or in company, sensible in open spaces, and good around the farm and through the village.

Libby has been cross-country schooling, taking on everything in front of her — she sees a fence and takes you to it! She’s brave, bold, and loves her job.

In the arena, she’s going nicely and is happily jumping small courses with a child. All the basics are well established and she’s ready for someone to bring on and make into a star.

She has a fabulous brain — forward-thinking, willing, and kind — with that brilliant “can do” attitude. The sort that loves to please and to be loved in return.

Up to date with vaccinations, teeth, and trim (barefoot)
Travels well in lorry or trailer
Good to handle in every way
No known vices

I’d love to keep her on and produce her further for a client — she really does have all the talent in the world.

148 Skewbald Mare – 11 years old – FEI measured – UK Based (South Yorkshire)

Without a doubt, one of the most consistent and talented JC ponies currently on the BS circuit. Elka has made all India’s dreams come true (and some!). Her achievements are many, but include:

- HOYS Newcomers Final 2024
- Qualifying for the HOYS Pony Newcomers final 2025 at the first attempt
- 4th Great Yorkshire Show Junior Championship 2025
- 7th JC/JD final at Hickstead 2025
- Qualified for the HOYS Pony Foxhunter final at Welsh Home Pony
- 7th HOYS Pony Foxhunter final 2025

Elka has been produced slowly and never over jumped, meaning she is still in Foxhunter points and has all her Fox Hunters DCs for HOYS qualifiers 2026. She will also be a very strong contender for the JC/JD Hickstead qualifiers in 2026.

She has taught India (an inexperienced, late starter to BS) so much. She is fantastic on the flat, exceptionally careful and correct. Currently jumping 1.25 /1.30 with ease – she has all the scope for Pony Showjumper tracks; we just ran out of time to get the jockey up to this level, unfortunately. Elka is a true competition pony that knows and loves her job. She is an absolutely superstar – straight forward, honest and extremely adjustable – never phased by any environment and has the biggest heart. She is fit and ready to be another child’s pony of a lifetime.

Very sad sale – only because India’s time on ponies has come to an end.

Please contact me for further details - hundreds of photos and videos available on request.

Please note that a substantial (six figure) budget is required for this beautiful and much-loved unicorn.

  • Fun allrounder who loves to jump
  • Ideal mother-daughter share, brilliant in heavy traffic
  • Does a beautiful dressage test but equally happy giving a lead rein lesson to a tiny tot
Lily is a lovely ten year old 14hh cob mare.

Good points:

Brilliant to hack, will go in front or behind, will also lead off another horse. Great in traffic, doesn’t bat an eyelid at big traffic, Lorries, bicycles, motorbikes, bicycles etc, even helicopters flying overhead in a lesson did not phase her! She has hacked through the busy village of Appledore numerous times and takes it all in her stride. If she does have rare little spook at eg a barking dog or a bird flying out of a hedge she’ll just jump on the spot and won’t go anywhere.

Lily goes well in the school and adapts to different levels of rider. My tiny eight year old goddaughter did her first jump on Lily off the lead rein, and my 12-year old goddaughter had her first canter on her. She can also step it up for someone more confident who knows how to ask for more. She is currently mainly ridden by two eleven year olds and a sixteen year old who all absolutely dote on her.

Lily LOVES jumping and has jumped up to 90cm at home with a local teen rider. Out and about she goes best avoiding the warm up area, which she can find a bit overwhelming, and warming up in the car park then going straight into the ring. She’s getting more confident on her outings all the time and recently won a poles competition at a local show!

Lily has done some showing this summer which she has enjoyed and done well at. She came second in a local dressage competition and has done both intro and prelim away from home, with very positive comments from the judges.

She travels brilliantly and has gone out to several arena hires and clinics where she has behaved really well. Coaches always comment that she is a cracking pony with lots of potential. Her first owner was a dressage rider and has set Lily up to carry herself beautifully – she can go very nicely indeed when asked. She has also been out to XC schooling which she really enjoyed. I imagine she would absolutely love hunting.

Lily is brilliant to clip and for the vet and farrier. She has great feet and is barefoot all round. She will come with her scoot boots which she wears on her fronts for road hacking.

With us Lily has been turned out with another mare or sometimes individually. I imagine she would be fine in a mixed herd as she has geldings just across the fence and doesn’t seem bothered by them in the slightest. She is happy being on her own for a bit – if she has food she really isn’t bothered about what else is going on! She’s not the type to fret if the last to be turned out or brought in, or if her companion is taken out for a ride. She also travels happily on her own.

Not-so-good points:

Lily can be rude on the ground and needs a firm handler. This can occasionally include small rears if she thinks she can get away with it. I think this is mainly hangry-ness as she has been on a very strict diet the past year to get her weight down (she came to us very overweight). When she’s allowed to eat more, she’s generally much nicer to handle. She is also much better in a consistent routine, however due to my focus being on my other horses she has recently lacked the consistency she needs and this has had a detrimental effect on her behaviour. Ideally Lily needs to be ridden and handled regularly in a good routine with clear boundaries in place, and then she can become quite angelic and lamb-like! For this reason although children love riding her, she is looking for a home where there is a confident, experienced adult around to help with the handling, especially at first while she is settling in. We do have her in a Monty Roberts headcollar which helps, and she is a clever girl who responds well to clicker training and groundwork. For someone willing to put the time in she is a very rewarding horse. Our intelligent horsemanship trainer has always commented on how fun Lily is to work with.

Hacking alone, Lily can be nappy at the start of the ride, when ridden by a less confident rider. She will not do anything worse than planting and the odd tiny bunny hop, but it can be frustrating. When she came to us she had not hacked out much alone and we overcame her worries with consistency and gradually increasing her comfort zone, but it’s possible she would try this on again with a new rider in a new home, until she feels settled. With her current confident teenage rider she is now happily hacking out alone, even to the beach!

In company (or with a human on foot) Lily is an angel to hack and has taken many beginners for their first ride both on and off the lead rein, from adults to tiny tots. She has a lovely dainty trot which is ideal for kids learning their first rising trot. She also longlines beautifully, and will follow a human anywhere, if you don’t have another horse to hack out with, but have someone to go with you a few times on foot until you’ve formed your ridden bond! She is also sensible in open spaces as she’s used to going out on Northam Burrows, although she does love a good blast.

Lily has a few minor health issues common in cobs, such as mild sweetitch (we manage this with use of a sweetitch rug and fly mask for most of the year, plus vitamin B and Black Salt added to her feed).

She has the beginnings of mild CPL in her legs as many cobs do – this is managed with diet and exercise and keeping her legs clean and clipped and does not affect her.

Lily needs to be kept on a strict diet as she is an incredibly good doer. We have managed this by keeping her muzzled when out on grass during the day, for most of the year, and in at night on soaked hay. Sometimes we have taken her off grass for a spell such as when the spring or autumn grass is coming through, mainly as a precaution. We keep her fit by working her 6-7 days a week, with a mix of schooling, jumping, hacking and hill work. She is currently looking fantastic and I would love her to go to a home who would like to continue this, who understand ponies at risk of laminitis (she’s never officially had it but is most definitely a contender) and would like to keep her in good shape!

Lily is a very cute and much loved pony who is absolutely adored by her sharers but unfortunately at 5’9 though she does carry me fine and takes the leg up brilliantly, I just feel a bit too tall on her and feel happier on my bigger horses. Due to needing to cut down on numbers she needs to find a new home where she can receive all the love and attention she deserves. She will be such a fun allrounder for a teen (or confident child) rider or small adult, or could be a great first pony for a child with a more experienced adult to help on the ground. She has built the confidence of our young riders massively during the time we have had her.

Lily will be ready to leave us at the start of November, as I want her sharers to have time to say their goodbyes to her, but I am putting the feelers out now to see if we can find Lily her perfect home. I would be thrilled if she could stay local to us and her new owners could stay in touch.

Open to offers – home more important than price.

Maggie is a beautiful 7 yr old mare by Bernhard ( Heartbreaker ) . she is a beautiful model, blood but with substance . we have quietly produced her over the last year, as she came to us just broken and very green .

She has been out to a few shows and has all her BN double clears for 2026 and 2 discovery she easily has enough scope to jump big tracks.

She is not spooky or strong and enjoys her jumping .

She hacks alone or in company , never clingy to others, happy to be out alone or in company. No ridden or stable vices .

Maggie is a thoroughly lovey mare that will be a total superstar for someone .

As she is still a novice in terms of her education, she would not suit an inexperienced rider, we are looking for a competition home where she can fulfill her undoubted potential .

She has full breeding Irish green book .

  • Qualified RI JC final / Royal Highland show / HOYS Newcomers final 2022

Jumped at the Europeans Eventing champs in strong SJ record up to 1.20

This lovely mare has it all, beautiful on the flat , a dream to handle , unlimited scope and does not stop.

She was on the European Eventing team for Netherlands in 2018 at Bishop Burton before coming to the Uk where she was successful British Eventing with Jasmin Underwood with top 10 finished in PT / ONu18 / BE 100 .

She has been in a SJ home since 2021 and qualified RI JC final / Royal Highland show / HOYS Newcomers final 2022

Snow is a strong / brave pony and needs a similar minded rider.

An absolute winner with the right rider, so please no novices / wannabes.

Looking for the best possible home, she is very realistically priced for such a talented pony.

She could easily go back to BE and contest PT next season or would be equally suited to carry on BS with someone wanting to be really competitive to 1.20.

She is still JC so could easily qualilfy Winter JC again. Probably suited best to a last year rider wanting a great final year in ponies or a taller / stronger younger rider.

She is a tough leg at each corner pony, sound and clean limbed and an all round delight.

She is very sensible money for a pony of her calibre

Can be see in Oxfordshire

Owned by us for 6 years and has done most P.C. activities including; rallies, camps and competitions.

He has taken part in NSEA, WL, unaffiliated SJ, AE and ODEs. He comfortably jumps 80 but is scopey and careful so will go higher with a confident rider.

He is brilliant on the roads and done lots of farm and fun rides. He enjoys these activities the most.

He would also be very suitable as a hunting pony. He does not get strong in open spaces, always ridden in a snaffle by a child.

He is a lovely pony who is now totally outgrown and completely wasted with us. Due to other horses taking priority, he has only been hacked this year so needs bringing back into regular schooling / jumping work. That is reflected in his price.

This is a very sad sale, he must go to a good home where he will do a job and be well cared for. He is too good to be a family pet:field ornament!

He would suit a game teenager or small adult to get the best out of him.

Priced to sell, a super pony for the right jockey who deserves to be their number 1!

Comes with rug wardrobe. Tack available as separate negotiation.

Good to hack alone and in company in traffic and is brilliant in open spaces.

Confident over 75-80 showjumps and XC fences, with a great can-do attitude. Silver is brave and wiling.

He would suit a confident, capable teen who enjoys an active, fun pony with plenty of go. Not a kick-along type.

Woody - Very sadly outgrown, 11 yr old 14.2 New Forest Gelding. Born May 2014.

Low mileage for his age with lots of potential for more.

Woods has done all disciplines over the last three years with us and enjoys all of them, through NSEA, fun rides with friends, out hunting, eventing and Pony Club. He is one of those rare, genuine ponies who can do everything to a good standard, regularly coming home in the ribbons.

He’s a clever pony who thrives off learning; his flatwork is constantly improving and we believe he could excel in this area.  Equally he loves his jumping, Woody is fearless XC and really enjoys it, water, ditches, hedges etc not a problem. It’s probably his favourite activity.

Snaffle mouthed for flatwork, hacking and SJ. Universal bit for XC & hunting. Very good in traffic, not phased by farm machinery. Hacks alone or in company in big open spaces.

Woody is very well mannered on the ground and adores his people, he will call out to you and is desperate to please so he needs a family that will really love him and make a fuss of him!

One of the easiest ponies to load and stands quietly at the trailer at competitions. Has travelled in lorries and trailer.

Woody has taken our 16yr old daughter from training at 60cm -100cm.

Hickstead NSEA Champs 2024: 70& 80 Eventers Challenge
NSEA 3DE Champs 2024: Individual 5th in 80 & winner fittest horse in class.
NSEA Addington 80 SJ Champs 2024
Hickstead NSEA Champs 2025: 80 Eventers Challenge

He has had a relatively quiet year due to exams. However he is fit and ready to go - he’s just done a lovely clear round West Wilts 90cm hunter trail.
Has hunted for the last 3 seasons.

He would suit an ambitious child or small adult that wants to go and have a lot of fun. Home is of utmost importance as this is a very hard and sad sale of a much loved pony.
Hundreds of photos and videos available.

Woody is the easiest horse to have around. Good to clip, for the farrier, dentist, physio etc. no vices.
He loves other horses.

He can do the odd excited buck occasionally if feeling particularly fresh cross country.

Tack available at separate negotiation.

William is an experienced, brave, out and out winning machine schoolmaster. In the last 2 years he has competed up to 1.25 representing England Teams and competing at all major pony shows including HOYS.

William is a loyal, brave and genuine pony, he looks after his rider, knows his job and does it exceptionally well. Type of pony who leaves everyone smiling inside and outside of the ring.

He has exceptional flatwork with auto changes. He is an extremely talented pony and will excel in anything he does.
He is very well known on the circuit and on social media attracting attention for his incredible bravery, honesty but above all talent!

He has a big stride and is very intelligent allowing him to fix the stickest of situations.

He is extremely brave and will always find a way to clear a jump being naturally quick he is always in the placings.

A unique opportunity to purchase an out and out schoolmaster still in JC points.

William would be the perfect pony for a novice to teach them the ropes and bring them up the levels winning along the way.

He is practically unbeaten at 1.10, loves a jump off, bold and wants to win as much if not more than his rider.

Not your typical hot headed show jumper, he is calm and a pleasure to deal with, always perfect to catch, clip, shoe, physio etc. We clip him untied and he just falls asleep. Hacks out with the youngest of children alone or in company. Not stressy or silly.

Dusty is an attractive pony who turns heads with her striking colour and 4 white socks. She is nicely put together, has clean limbs and good feet.

Dusty was lightly backed as a 3yr old before being turned away in a small herd for the winter. She was restarted at the beginning of this year as a 4yr old and has had a good all round education so far.

She has done lots of hacking both alone and in company. She has passed cars and farm traffic on the lanes and also enjoys hacking across open fields and having a canter on the mountain. She has been a pleasure to produce and although still green in the school she is willing and she walks, trots and canters nicely into a soft outline. She has started pole work and is ready to start learning to jump. She is bold and has had no problem crossing ditches whilst out hacking and being ridden away from other horses when out together. She has also attended some arena hires and has been calm and well behaved in new surroundings. She has been out to venues both with other horses and alone in the trailer, always behaving well and taking everything in her stride.

Dusty is such a sweet natured mare who is friendly in the stable and nicely mannered on the ground. She is easy to load and travel in the trailer, good to have her feet trimmed by the farrier and stands nicely to be tacked up, washed and groomed. She is not mareish and has been stabled next to and turned out with geldings.

She would make an ideal project for someone to bring on and have fun with. She is quality enough to produce for grassroots eventing/PC/RC activities. Equally she would make a super hunting pony or a lovely hack for someone wanting a nicely produced pony to enjoy.

Full history known. Genuine reason for sale.
Based with ‘Holly Bradshaw Eventing’ in Worcestershire.

Lady is a much loved member of our family but she is now sadly outgrown. She has proven herself as an eventing type having qualified for JCB Eventing Champs (90cm) in August as well as coming 2nd at Go BE 90 at the South of Scotland Horse Trials in May.

Lady was placed 5th individually at Northern Regional Eventing Champs in 2024 and was a member of the winning team.

Qualified Barrier Spring Festival for Showjumping (2024) and Arena Eventing (2025), 80cm and 90cm respectively.

Easy to do, perfect to load and will happily walk on herself onto a trailer. Doesn't need a companion to travel and has travelled with others she doesn't know. Never bucked, reared or napped, just loves to please and is forward and forgiving over a fence. XC/jumping is by far her favourite thing to do however she can also do a nice dressage test. She is a very genuine mare, kind and loyal to her rider.

We live on a busy dairy farm and as a result she is used to cows, dogs and noisy machinery. She is often ridden in open fields and the beach and never tanks off.

Serious enquiries only, a 5* home is essential for this kind, honest pony. Videos available on request.
