Matilda is a super talented, great fun mare ready to be taken to the next level with the right rider.

She is a willing pony with bags of personality and potential that requires a confident rider to get the best out of her.

She started as a Mother/Daughter share and excelled in pony club until my daughter sadly outgrew her.

So then she was mine! She has competed at arena eventing, eventing, show jumping, dressage and is perfect to hack alone or in company and is good in heavy traffic.

Regularly competed at 80/90 and is now ready to take that next step up to BE. She has a bold, scopey jump and is born to compete - she's so much fun.

Second pony, no novices as she can be a little sharp every now and then.

Same home for the last 5 years, bought as an unbacked 3-year-old and has been ridden and produced by both a small adult and an inexperienced child. Has attended pony club rallies, including junior camp, completed multiple unaffiliated 80cm ODE's, has showjumped both BS and unaffiliated up to 90/100cm with scope for more. Bold with ditches, water, steps etc, or equally careful enough to move up the levels showjumping. Qualified BN second rounds 2024 and gained £153 BS winnings with limited outings.

Beautiful mover with 3 exceptionally well-balanced uphill paces, well schooled and produces a lovely test, would make a lovely dressage or show hunter pony.

Good to hack, been on lots of beach hacks, good in traffic and never gets strong on silly.
No vices or vet history, very easy to handle , good to shoe, clip, load etc.

Now outgrown and being wasted so looking for a new jockey, talented competition pony so please no complete novices or beginners.

Has competed up to 110 cm, excels at 80 to 90cm. Ideal partner for someone wanting to move up the lower heights to around a meter or for plaited WHP.

He is also a fantastic all rounder with a lovely conformation, as she is now too old for 148s he has been competing in Arena Eventing and Showcross over the past few months where he has proven to be bold and brave. Most recent outing was his first proper Workers competition where he scored 50 (Clear) in his jumping section, round a tricky 90cm to finish 5th.

Gave the JC/JD RHS quals in 2025 (1m5-1m15) a good try but found the large 148s striding in doubles a bit much. £481 in winnings, still in Discovery points.

Would suit a variety of homes as he is forward but sensible and always in the ribbons! Easy to do in all ways and a real unicorn on the ground. Hacks alone and in company. Good to clip, load, for the farrier and dentist.

He will only go to the best of homes if one is not found she will just run him alongside her other horse in Workers. Low 5 figure budget required. Barney is a classy 14hh pony with correct conformation; plenty of bone, a superb front and beautiful length of rein and mega mover. There is a long list of classes he is Eligible for from Novices, the most dreamy Junior pony and a future WHP or event pony no doubt he’ll top the lot!

Barney has three correct, expressive paces a lovely way of going, working rhythmically in a balanced, uphill frame giving a lovely mannerly ride.

Barney has been in the same home on the farm since a yearling, where he has been allowed to mature naturally living out in a small herd. He was professionally broken as a 3-year-old, produced slowly and correctly, with his future in mind he has since continued his education with professional schooling, mixed with plenty of hacking.

He is well accustomed to busy farm life including large machinery and livestock, and is regularly hacked across open fields. Barney is sensible, straightforward and excellent in traffic, proving to have a very level head- all the kids have ridden and hacked him out.

Barney has a lovely way of going, working rhythmically in a balanced, uphill frame giving a lovely mannerly ride. He has attended arena hires and cross-country schooling, always showing a brave, willing attitude to his work and particularly aptitude for jumping. He’s both brave and talented over a fence having seen most filler trays, bridges etc. He has the education foundations set and is fit and ready to go and be someone’s pony of a lifetime.

• 1st BSPS Summer Stakes 2025 – first outing
• Recently competed in Winter Worker Stakes 70cm & 80cm, just an unlucky pole keeping him from top placings. He received excellent marks and has been widely admired by judges and fellow competitors alike.

This is a sad sale due to lack of time of a genuine, beautifully produced young pony with all the attributes for a very exciting future.
