Sunny is a truly special pony. She has unbelievable temperament and ability. She is scopey, careful and brave with amazing rideability. A lovely balanced canter and good, adjustable stride. Forward but never sharp, she covers the ground well. Nothing fazes her and she loves her job. Amazingly consistent, polite and confidence giving.

We are only selling as my daughter is off ponies this year and Sunny would be wasted if not given the opportunity to help another child to progress on their BSJA journey.

She is a fantastic Novice, Discovery, Newcomer/1m Restricted Rider and Bronze league prospect for 25/26. We have purposely kept her points low so is still in points to qualify all of these classes and jump Second Rounds/Finals. She has never been over jumped. Currently on 164 points.

Sunny has lovely flatwork, auto changes, basic lateral work. She has a good brain, clean footwork and good technique over a fence. She will try her heart out for her rider. She is not a stopper and will take a miss. She is the perfect pony to help a child to learn to ride correctly. Perfect to hack alone or in company. Impeccable manners at shows/stay aways. Has done some dressage, XC and Equitation, but this has not been our focus.

4/4 British Novice Double Clears for 2026 (achieved in 5 outings). Qualified to jump Second Rounds 2026.

2/4 Discovery Double Clears for 2026 at Wales (in one weekend). Will easily get the other 2.

Sunny is perfect for farrier, vet, dentist, to clip and to catch. Easy to handle by a child. Loads and travels without any fuss. Up to date with teeth, vaccinations, physio, etc. Will turn out with mares or geldings. Sunny is a genuinely lovely pony and is a pleasure to own and have on the yard.

She has progressed to medium dressage this year with an u16 jockey. With further development in the pony test movements, she shows strong potential for FEI pony dressage.

She has also previously evented to 90cm (unaffiliated) and show jumped BSJA to 1m5, including Hickstead Open.

Her jockey has focused on dressage for the last two years, where she shows amazing potential and talent, but she is also a strong all-rounder and enjoys having a variety of work. Due to her young age, she can continue to excel in any sphere.

Prosecco would be an incredible prospect for the Newcomer Second rounds, she has a big stride, competitive attitude and extremely careful jump.

She has consistently qualified for Bluechip and has also previously qualified Newcomer SRS, jumped to 1.20 and qualified Nationals jumping triple clear in the Discovery SRS, she also was one of only 6 clears in the Sapphire qualifier at Onley.

Prosecco is an absolute dream to do in all ways, she has no vices at all! Loads herself, perfect for farrier, physio, clip etc.

Stands all day to be groomed and fussed, the best pony to have at a show as she is so calm and sensible. She will stand where you leave her and not move until you tell her.

We have had so many compliments for her impeccable behaviour.

While she is a forward competition pony she is suitable for a more novice rider having had incredible results with a novice girl and taught a complete beginner the ropes however she can be strong jumping.

Would turn her hoof to anything having done XC, PC, SJ, fun rides, beach rides etc.

Not mareish at all, has NEVER bucked, reared, napped, kicked, bitten etc. Very sweet and cuddly, completely safe for the youngest of children and is regularly led out by my 7 year old brother.

She has been the pony of a lifetime for us and has taught myself and my sister the ropes of showjumping. She has made our childhood and is now ready to make another little persons dreams come true.

Passed a 5 stage vet in March 2023 with only one small remark that doesn’t affect her. Open to any vet inspection.

Completed in his first ode 80cm with a 15yrold the other week a little green but really enjoyed it, ready for some winter training and will be flying next year. Seem tobe very bold xc would make a real fun pc/hunting pony.

A fantastic trainable clever dressage pony, that’s been selected in 2025 for Youth Inter Regionals and Youth Home Nations, placed 6th out of 62 entrants at Sheepgates U25 Finals with scores in the 70’s at prelim.

Picked up by Horse and Hound as ‘ones to watch’ and Won their first NPS Dressage Qualifier, came 2nd at the BCPS dressage final and placed at 2 Pet Plan Summer Festivals. Mastering elementary with his young rider who’s new to dressage and just starting on their novice journey.

Would make a fabulous WHP or show pony, lightly shown at BCPS annual breed show and came 2nd in both NPS classes (Cooper and Picks) Qualified for just for schools at 90cm, loves xc, safe to gallop across fields.

Has genuinely given us the most incredible couple of years but sadly outgrown by 14 year old that’s shot up to 6 foot 2.
