Unfazed by anything, does get bored with constant school work so needs a varied life.

I wouldn’t class him as a first ridden pony as he prefers a rider that can get on and have fun doing stuff, I’m sure he would hunt well always in a snaffle.

Castle View Lily is a beautiful 8-year-old, 14.2 , dapple grey Connemara x Irish Sports mare.

Lily is very athletic and has a great pop in her. She is happily jumping round 80/90 and has competed and won in SJ, AE and dressage. She has hunted and loves her cross country. She is a forward fun ride that would suit a light weight adult or confident teen to do all things riding club/pc. She could also excel in workers. She can be sharp at times so please no novices or young kids. Nothing bad just has a sharp brain and needs a forward riding jockey. She’s so much fun and enjoys her work.

Lily is lovely on the flat, she has three correct paces and naturally holds herself well, she is very soft in the mouth and nicely off the leg. .She has qualified for Trailblazers dressage on two occasions and placed in every test she has entered, the judges always take a liking to her.

She is snaffle mouthed always, and hacks alone or in company. She is perfect to handle and has a lovely temperament. Super easy to have on the yard, good to handle, shoe, box and catch. Good in traffic. She would thrive in a busy yard with lots going on to keep her busy and doing lots.

Leo is a registered part bred gelding with the sweetest gentle temperament, this pony doesn’t have a bad bone in his body. Loves to just be around you and will follow you all over the field. Never startled by his surroundings is great on the road, down lanes and in the school.

Branoc is the perfect youngster, hacks alone and in company, unphased by traffic and overall extremely safe out and about. Has been on funrides and hound exercise with no issues, has also been ridden by beginners and had young children on a lead rein. Schooling well but still slightly green, more of a leg on type, keen jumping 50s with the potential to go higher as he matures. Good doer, barefoot, happy to be left alone, can live in or out, has been in a mixed herd and in individual turnout. Teeth have just been done as well as his vaccinations so can go straight out.

Lisa is a beautiful full up 14.2hh dark bay registered Connemara mare. N/N HWSD. She has an excellent Irish pedigree, by the dun stallion Classiebawn Hugh’s Promise out of a dam by Shadow’s Dun, featuring generations of proven performance bloodlines.

Lisa was imported from Ireland as an unbroken 3yr old and has since been professionally backed and given time to mature. She is a very genuine young mare who is proving to be a pleasure to work with. She hacks out alone and in company and is good in traffic. She passes busses, lorries, tractors etc. She has been on a fun ride, and enjoys going to the beach, taking new experiences all in her stride.

Lisa has recently competed unaffiliated Dressage receiving promising comments from the judges. Riding sensibly and confident within the white boards and flowers.

She is jumping round a small course of show jumps and cross country fences, showing a lot of promise for her future. She has a fantastic technique over a fence as well as being brave and enjoying the job. Lisa is a very exciting prospect for someone looking for a quality young Connemara to produce and put their own stamp on. She is slightly nervous to put her bridle on/off over her ears. But this is something that is improving daily and I’m confident in no time she will be completely fine with a kind patient handler. She is good to groom, bath, load up and travel. * Worked 2024/5 season in a riding school before it shut down (where I was an instructor), as both a guide horse and a novice lesson pony, he behaved well and was used for a variety of clients. Before this he had done hunting seasons both with the huntmaster and an 8-year-old girl.

* Finbar has done showing classes at Honiton Agricultural Show, the highlight being him placing in the young handlers. Schooled over working hunter fences and would excel in those open classes. Competing up to 80cm with young girls, clears expected. Will represent his PC at south west regional champs for his young sharers pony club team. Trains round 90/95cm courses at home with small teenagers happily with a careful jump. Has talent to be a competitive PC/NSEA/BS pony.

* Competed up to prelim dressage with respectable scores. His flatwork is solid, responsive clean transitions, works on a nice outline and basic lateral movements.

* Cross country schooled 90cm courses. Is bold and brave, will jump ditches, skinnys, logs. ready to pop 80cm hunter trials this autumn. Free jumped up to 1.10m.

* Been to pony club rallies and attending pony club camp with a small, 12-year-old novice. Hacks alone or in company, will walk up, down, through anything you ask, and very good in traffic, not silly or strong in open spaces.

* Ideal mother/daughter share or confident childs second pony (due to age and experience not a first pony). Would suit an experienced PC family home where he can have a child to love him but also a variety of riders as he does now. Thrives on regular work. A pleasure, easy to handle, will stand for hours to be fussed. Has the most gentle personality. Can be turned out alone or in company.

MOUSE-

Mouse is a very genuine pony, with a lovely positive outlook on life. She takes everything in her stride and is very easy to have around.

She is still green however has a great brain, and is working sweetly on the flat with 3 correct paces. Likewise her jumping is green but she’s super willing and brave.

She has been cross country schooling, where she jumped steps, ditches and water with no fuss, showing a super jump!

She has been on 2x hound exercise where she behaved impeccably, stands like a rock at the meet, happy to plod at the back or go up a gear up the front.

She hacks alone and in company, is not nappy and is solid as a rock in traffic! Canters round the field on the buckle and will plod around all day long with a smile on her face!

She is quiet on the ground and easy to catch, clip, load, shoe etc .lives out or in. So friendly and always wants a cuddle. Super safe and doesn’t buck, rear, spin or anything of the sort, I would trust her to look after most people!

I believe she could make a great all round pony club/ family pony. But equally could make a great grassroots event pony with time and correct education.
