Penny is the calmest, considerate pony who always takes care of her riders. Ridden by tiny tots to small adults.? She would be a fantastic mature ladies perfect mount, if safety is Paramount then look no further.??

Tonnes of experience and unbelievably safe. Ideal for a beginner, nervous rider or a rider who wants to progress and have some fun, she is super steady, calm and gentle in every way, she is unbelievablychilled but not a plod, even though she is super safe, she responds to the leg and has 3 excellent paces. She is extremely willing and will do anything you ask, even pops a small jump or log, she walks, trots and canters incorporating figures of 8, 3 and 4 loop serpentines.

Penny is simply one in a million, she is one of our main RDA horses where she is ridden in the paddock, across open fields and roads by riders with mild to severe learning requirements she will stand at a mounting block and hoist for hours if required, she is absolutely not phased at all by extremely loud noises, shouting and screaming, riders waving their arms and swinging their legs, even dismounting whilst she is moving, she simply stops immediately.

Will take any equestrian that wants a super safe ride.

She really is a true kids or small adult pony, who looks after all her riders, she has spent the last 5 years teaching riders to walk, trot, canter and jump.??

Exceptional mare with tonnes of experience for sale. Has spent the last 5yrs in the same riding school where she has been ridden by complete novice, intermediate and advanced riders both children and adults. She has done all flat work lessons, privates and groups, with the same enthusiasm now as when she first started her riding school career. She is very genuine and loves to hack out, she doesn’t pull, rush, spook or get nervous of anything, she is the most loving mare you could ever wish to meet. She is one of the favourite with our SEN children and adults, she participates in all our RDA lessons, hacks and stable management sessions.???

Absolutely no vices, when ridden, in the stable or in the field and has brilliant manners enabling anyone to handle her safely and with ease, will stand for hours with no head collar or lead rope being groomed.

She has exceptional manners and ticks so many boxes for someone looking for a very safe easy schoolmistress with no ifs or buts she has absolutely no mareish traits.

Penny will hack out alone or in company in the heaviest of traffic without batting an eye lid, she will happy plod along very busy fast moving traffic, including articulated lorries, double-decker buses, tractors and trailers, bikes and motorbikes whilst on a long rein, she has seen all farm machinery including JCB, dump trucks & all off road heavy machinery.
She is 100% safe, steady and collected when ridden in all paces across open fields, regardless of whether she is at the front or back of the ride or on her own, she will not rush or pull even on the way home.

Snaffle mouth with absolutely no gadgets.

She lives out in a mixed herd but is equally happy to be stabled, she keeps herself to herself and never causes any trouble despite being out with 30 other horses, he is not clingy in any way and is happy being stabled & turned out on her own.

She is currently barefoot and has excellent manners with the farrier and could be shod if needed. She ties up anywhere, and loves attention.
She is excellent to catch, with the farrier and dentist.

Penny would give confidence to any rider/ handler and could easily compete at riding club level, fun/beach rides.

She can go for months without work then be tacked up and ridden without any fuss, she is extremely low maintenance, she maintains her weight all year round on grass and hay and Haylage during the winter months.?
She has never been lame had laminitis, sweet-itch or sarcoids.??In the past 5yrs I can honestly say she has never been lame, sick or sorry, my vet can verify this, she has passed the riding school annual inspections with flying colours, this is equivalent to a stage 2 vetting.

Ruby is a gorgeous and experienced pony looking for her new perfect home. She is a pleasure to care for on any yard.

Her flatwork is exquisite; she is a true school mistress with uphill paces and will help any new rider improve on the flat with her fantastic lateral work and established changes. Snaffle mouthed. Keen to please. She has sensitively been produced professionally with her best years ahead.

Ruby has competed in Dressage scoring 65% Preliminary (Affiliated) 69% Novice (Unaffiliated) and always places at Pony Club up to Intermediate level.

Ruby has taken her previous riders from jumping 70cm to 1m10 competitively and training bigger at home. She is now ready to enjoy her new home with any type of new confident rider, even to step down and help someone learn the ropes.

She has jumped BSJA and has experience at pony premier shows, stay aways as well as NSEA and Pony Club. She has a very scopey jump and can be super fast against the clock when needed. Ruby will also trot and pop tiny jumps without getting strong or silly.

Ruby hacks out in traffic, super confident with cars, lorries, motorbikes, tractors and great in open spaces. She will hack out alone or with others and loves cantering round the fields and will pull up to walk easily and quickly. She has also been to the beach and loved very bit of it.

As well as her showjumping career she has been XC training and jumped competitively at Hunter Trails and Arena Eventing with numerous placing. Loves jumping everything from skinnies, steps, ditches and very bold into the water.

She would excel out hunting and is brave with hedges without getting silly. Would stand and wait with the hounds and group.

Ruby would excel in all disciplines. She would make a perfect Eventer or hunting pony for a teen or even small adult wanting to win or step down for a small child to enjoy either as a family pony and to learn how to be a competitive combination.

Perfect to load and travel in a trailer or lorry and will stand all day on the box quietly. Good to shoe, clip. Ruby as excellent manners on the ground, including bathing and grooming picking out her feet. Has lived out 24/7 all year round or can be stabled too and will slot in really nicely to a yard routine. Can be turned out individually or in a herd.

She will come with some tack and wardrobe and more can be negotiated.

Lilly has been a huge part of our family for the last two years she has brought my daughter on from a novice rider to confidently be able to do everything from jumping to cantering across stubble fields and has been her best friend both ridden and on the ground. She is hopelessly outgrown we are devastated that we couldn’t have longer with her, new homes will be vetted and is our top priority.

Lilly has been there and done it a real showjumping winning machine up to 70/80 does have a little more in the tank when the rider is confident and forwards. She loves XC goes through water over ditches, hedges, skinny’s there is not much this mare hasn’t seen. We have done lots of pony club with her and is the winner of best intermediate combination this year she is super at rallies and doesn’t change in big open spaces, shows, hacking she is very consistent and reliable.

A real Child’s pony that you can 100% trust with your child in and out of the stable to catch, lead, groom, cuddle and even lay down with and sleep with! She is superb out hacking alone or in company any type of traffic is no problem and you know your child is safe, we have had novice friends ride out on her and have the best experience.

Ladybird has been there and done it all. Been my daughter’s first pony and now hopelessly prematurely outgrown. Previous home was kept on a yard with riding school where she was used occasionally. Equally she will step up for a more confident rider. We’ve had absolute beginner friends ride her without issue. She enjoys her work with lots of different activities.

Never bucks, rears or bolts. Not spooky. Pops a jump and never seen her stop at anything. Responsive but never strong. Very well behaved under saddle. Well schooled, will do a nice little dressage test. Particularly loves hacking either alone or in company. Loves a good splash in the water. Safe in open spaces. Loads and travels alone and in company fine. We had had a gap in company for here for a few weeks here and she was actually quite happy solo! Can live in or out year round. Great for farrier, clip, dentist. Always been barefoot with us and previous home. Up to date with everything.

While he has not been campaigned in Nursery Stakes or WHP classes, he shows huge untapped potential in this area. He has the type, jump and temperament to excel; we just don’t do those classes. These ponies are incredibly hard to find, particularly older, established types who have already proven themselves in the ring.
