Jess participates in our low level showjumping, cross country, In hand, fancy dress & handy pony competitions.
She is a firm favourite with our lead rein classes, special requirement and RDA rides, both ridden and during stable management and therapy sessions.

She is a fantastic all-rounder.

Exceptional mare with a heart of gold, she is super loving and affectionate, She has spent the 18 months working in a riding school where she has been ridden by all level riders, from complete beginners who have never sat on a horse before up to advanced riders where she participates in our flat work lessons, privates and groups, with the same enthusiasm now as when he first started her riding school career. She is very genuine and loves to hack out, she does not pull, rush, spook or get nervous of anything, Jess will hack through the heaviest of very fast moving traffic without batting an eye lid, she is not perturbed by any kind of vehicles or farm machinery.

Absolutely no vices, when ridden, in the stable or in the field and has brilliant manners enabling anyone to handle her safely and with ease, will stand for hours with no head collar or lead rope being groomed and bathed, she loves being pampered. She will stand patiently at a mounting block.

She has exceptional manners and ticks so many boxes for someone looking for a very safe easy Schoolmistress, with no ifs or buts.

She will hack out alone or in company through very heavy traffic without batting an eye lid. She is 100% safe, steady and collected when ridden in all paces across open fields, regardless of wether she is at the front, middle, back of the ride or on his own, she will not rush, pull, race or try an overtake even on the way home.

She lives out in a mixed herd but is equally happy to be stabled, she keeps herself to herself and never causes any trouble, she has no marish traits, not clingy, she is happy to be stabled and turned out on her own.

Has excellent manners with the farrier and currently barefoot, she is equally happy to be shoed.
She is excellent to catch, load, travel with the farrier, dentist and vet.

She would give confidence to any rider/ handler when competing, cross country, showjumping, fun rides and beach rides.

She doesn’t need to be ridden every day she can go without work then be tacked up and ridden without any fuss, she is extremely low maintenance.

She's a stunning 10-year-old piebald cob 11.2 hh with a temperament to die for. She's an absolute dream on the ground – good to groom, catch, and load. Under saddle, she's equally wonderful. Safe and sensible, she's perfect for a child. She'll happily lead or be ridden alone, pops over little jumps, and has even done a dressage test which she came 1st with 71.92%. Hacking is a joy, whether alone or in company, and she's confident going first or last. She's experienced beach rides and is unphased by anything. She has no vices what so ever.

She's bombproof and doesn’t spook at anything. She is used to traffic noise, diggers, tractors and quads. She's versatile in her living arrangements too – happy stabled or in the field, alone or with others. She's been turned out with horses ranging from tiny Falabellas to 16.2hh horses, so she's not fazed by different sizes.

We've had up to 7 children around her at once, grooming her, and even 3 year-old twins brush her alone and with my daughter. She truly doesn't put a foot wrong.
