Dora is an outstanding stamp of a traditional cob , plenty of feather and lots of bone !

She is a darling to handle , great to catch , brilliant to load/travel in trailer or horse box . Stands still beautifully to be bathed / groomed , handled by a 2 year old regularly!

To ride Dora is super fun , a lovely forward going ride with beautiful brakes in a snaffle at all times , she schools beautifully in an outline and has 3 flashy paces !

She has popped some jumps and always tries her best at them and is very honest never running out or stopping .

She hacks alone and in company and is always well behaved! She is good as gold in big open spaces , and in large groups , recently went out on hound exercise with 50 plus horses and wasn’t fazed in the slightest .

She has done Dressage competitions and local showing shows where she is unbeaten uptodate !!

She has wonderful comments on her last dressage test and we do feel she is a very exciting prospect for the showing and dressage ring !

While Dora enjoys flicking her toes in the ring , she also absolutely loves going hunting ! She stands beautifully at the meets , she not worried about the hounds , the noise or all the busy horses , she is a lovely snaffle ride , and loves going for a gallop ! She will happily peel away from the pack no issues and has been cubbing and on hound exercise and ridden regularly by a 13 year old girl ! Dora would love a winter of hunting and then a summer of shows, dressage and fun rides !

She would be a perfect match for a mother daughter and even granny share !

She is totally bombproof in the busiest of traffic and on fast moving roads ! She does not care about HGVs , tractors , motorbikes , you name it she has seen it and she Doesn’t even flick an ear at them !

I can’t fault Dora at all ! She had no vices , up to date with all vacations , barefoot and no need for shoes , no lumps or bumps . Never sick or sorry or took a lame step in her life !

Tommy is a true to type traditional gypsy cob with great conformation, certainly a future HOYS junior coloured contender. He has an abundance of quality, straight and silky hair. He is substantial and easily carries a lightweight adult.

Tommy has had a fantastic start to his education, spending last year as a four year old out hacking and exploring the world, then this spring he began his schooling in preparation for showing

Tommy loves to hack, either by himself or in company. He is happy to go first or last, and is sensible on the road in traffic, trotting up grass verges and in open fields.

Tommy loves children and has enjoyed jumping small fences in the school. He has been lightly but successfully shown this summer by four and five year old lead rein jockeys, and a ten year old first ridden jockey in walk and trot classes.

He has also been to his first stay away show, been in an evening performance and competed in the concurs class wearing a dress!

Tommy is a real yard favourite and turns heads wherever he goes. He is very easy to do, including blow drying his legs with a blaster.

With further education over winter, this pony is certain to do well in RIHS open qualifiers and the HOYS junior ranks. He is an all-round fun pony and would also enjoy pony club events.

He is CHAPS registered, vaccinated, has regular farrier appointments (unshod) and has a JMB (120cm) so he can compete affiliated in lead rein, first ridden, junior and open showing classes.

Betty is an 8-year-old dun and white mare, standing at approximately 13.2/3hh.

She is a sturdy, genuine little cob who has been a valued member of our trekking centre for the past two seasons. Betty is good to shoe, load and bath, and is a kind, easy pony to have around.

Betty is good in traffic, around farm machinery and in open spaces (especially the Welsh hills!). She has mainly been used for hacking but is also schooling nicely and showing promise over some small jumps, with a willing attitude to learn. She currently lives happily in a large mixed herd.

Betty would suit a teenager or small adult and would make a fantastic mother/daughter share or an ideal second pony. With her lovely stride and forward-going attitude, Betty is always keen to get on with the job and is a pleasure to ride. She would happily enjoy a life as a happy hacker, has the potential to make a lovely Pony Club pony or a great driving pony in the future.

Betty has been a fantastic guide pony for me personally this season. She is a star at opening gates, riding and leading, she’s brave at the front and leads the trek well. Betty is equally happy going along in the middle or at the back of the trek and she will hack out alone but is used to going out in a group day to day. She is as wide as she is tall & takes up the leg well.

Vinnie – 13.2hh Cob

Handsome In The Making (Vinnie) is a lovely 13.2hh cob who has been a huge part of the family for over 3 years. He is only for sale as his current rider have sadly outgrown him.

Vinnie is a genuine all-rounder who enjoys his work and has experience in hunting, showjumping, dressage, flatwork, XC, pony racing and anything Pony Club.

He regularly hunts 2 full seasons out every week and is an absolute machine out hunting — he will go all day! He is forward-going and is ridden in a universal gag when hunting. He jumps willingly, and will go at the front or back of the field, stands at a meet and is good with the hounds.

He loves his jumping and regularly show jumps at 60–70cm. He has also done lots of XC schooling, XC competition and 1 ODE, all of which he really enjoys.

On the flat, Vinnie has three lovely paces. He qualified for Pony Club Dressage Regionals, where he finished in the top 20, and has also qualified for Pony Club SJ Regionals at Rectory Farm 28th August 2026, where he did very well.

Vinnie regularly attends Pony Club rallies and competitions and has also taken part in mounted games, which he finds very exciting. He handles the show environment well and has been to numerous local shows.

For jumping and XC he is ridden on the snaffle ring of the gag.

Vinnie hacks alone, but perfers company.

He is happy living both in and out and gets along well with other horses. He is mostly good to shoe and clip. He doesn't like large clippers around his legs, so we use small clippers there, but he is absolutely fine with his body being clipped.

Vinnie can need patience with loading, but he will go on willingly when travelling regularly.

Because of his age and lack of experience he still gets his confidence from his rider, so he gets a little worried on solo hacks and traffic and can sometimes be a bit cheeky in the school. No rearing, bucking or bronking, can discuss further. I have no doubt with a few more miles on the clock he will outgrow this behaviour.

Bobby is a lovely young pony who is proving to be a great allrounder/PC pony/family pony. He rides nicely on the flat and has a good jump and has been produced by a 12yr old girl. Bobby is currently competing in 60 and 70cm classes with plenty of clear rounds and placings including qualifying for the Sunshine Tour 2026. He competed at the SMP Hickstead Weekender in May, coming away with a placing in a large class and jumped 3 double clears out of 4 over the weekend! He has also done a little dressage and showing, recently competing in a lead rein fun class with a 4yr old. Bobby has participated in fun days at our yard doing LeTrec style activities and gymkhana games, which he enjoys without getting silly at all. Bobby has been XC schooling where he jumped everything asked and behaved impeccably including giving another pony a lead.

Bobby is fantastic to hack both on the roads and in open spaces, will go first, last or anywhere in between! He has seen buses, lorries and tractors and is not phased by any of them, often leading another horse past ‘scary’ things.

Bobby is snaffle mouthed at all times and barefoot with good feet. He is good to clip, farrier, bath and catch. Bobby loads and travels well in a trailer on his own or with another and is happy to stay onboard while the other competes. He is very easy to handle when out and about and at home. Handled daily by children - leading, grooming, tacking up etc.

He would live in or out, currently out during the day and in at nigh.

This is something I never thought I’d have to write, but after a lot of thought, I’ve made the incredibly difficult decision to find a new home for my much-loved pony, Ethan.

This is through absolutely no fault of his own. Due to personal circumstances, I’m no longer able to give Ethan the time, consistency, and life that he needs and deserves. He has given me so much over the years, and because I love him so much, I know finding him the right home is the kindest thing I can do for him. Ethan has made such a huge impact on the lives of everyone who has had the privilege of being part of his journey, and I know he has so much more to give to his next family.

Ethan is a truly special pony with the most wonderful personality. He is kind, affectionate, loves attention, and is an absolute pleasure to have around.

He loads well onto both a trailer and horsebox and is good for the farrier, dentist, clipping, and all general handling. He is excellent in traffic and is an easy pony to manage.

Ethan absolutely loves his jumping and has done a bit of everything, including farm rides, showjumping, family hunts, and showing. He is fantastic with children and would make a wonderful mother-and-daughter share or family pony. He loves having a job to do and thrives when he's out having fun.

Due to my personal circumstances, Ethan hasn't been in consistent work over the past two years so is currently unfit. He has mainly been hacking during this time, and this is through absolutely no fault of his own. With a regular routine and a bit of fitness work, he'll be back enjoying the job he loves.

This is not a decision I’ve made lightly, and finding the right home is my absolute priority. I won’t be rushing into anything, and Ethan will only go to a home that I truly believe is the right fit for him.
