Benji really has been there, done it and got the T-shirt! A super, fun all-rounder who would make a fantastic Pony Club, BS or competition pony for a confident young rider wanting to have plenty of fun.

Benji has a great attitude towards his work and particularly loves his jumping. Most recently, he has been on loan to a 10-year-old boy, taking part in tetrathlon, weekly Pony Club rallies, clinics and showjumping competitions. He has jumped clear around 70cm and 80cm tracks and qualified for Hickstead at both 60cm and 70cm. He has plenty of scope to progress further and has happily jumped up to 1m at home for fun.

Prior to this, Benji has enjoyed a wonderfully varied life and has been ridden by a range of children. He has taken part in fun rides, showing, beach rides, cross-country and hunting. He is a lovely stamp of a pony and has also comfortably carried small teenagers and adults.

We would love to find Benji a home where he can continue to enjoy an active lifestyle. He would be ideally suited to a confident rider who already has a good foundation in their riding and is looking for a fun pony to get out and enjoy across a variety of disciplines.

Benji's full history is known from a foal, with plenty of photos and videos available. He is good to hack, shoe, clip, load into a box or trailer, tie up and groom. Spirit is a handsome lovable gelding looking for a new best friend.

We’ve owned him since he was 8 and he has become a much-loved part of our family.

He would suit someone looking for a super fun all-rounder and a true best friend.

He is offered for sale solely as my daughter and subsequent loaners have outgrown him and we are struggling to give him the time and exercise that he loves and deserves.

Spirit has beautiful flatwork, works happily in a snaffle, and can comfortably jump 60–70cm courses out and about, but could easily jump bigger as has jumped 80 at home previous riders have just been more dressage focused.

He is forward, responsive, and light to ride, incredibly willing and rewarding.

Spirit has achieved multiple red ribbons in dressage, and jumping, winning the NSEA National Intro Pop-Up Dressage League in 2025, and placing 7th nationally at Prelim.

Regularly scores 70% + at intro and prelim and very ready to step up to novice with the right rider.

Spirit is brilliant to hack and hacks out happily and confidently on his own, with another horse or with a human on foot and is excellent in traffic, including cars, bikes, and large vehicles/ farm machinery.

Definitely a second pony, we have had more novice riders on him and although he has looked after them he would need a more competent rider to get the best out of him.

He was started late at 8 and has always been worked sympathetically and in a good routine with regular bodywork and never ragged and jumped all the time and is easily lower mileage at 16 than many 9/10 year olds.

Having owned Fergus since he was 7 months old, he has had the hands on involvement which has made him the fantastic pony he is today!

Doing ride & lead since a baby, he has seen every kind of traffic and is safer than most horses on the roads. Open moorland, woodland, loves splashing in rivers, hacks alone or in company will go front or last. He will go for miles or a short loop and most importantly he LOVES IT!

In the arena, his ridden education has been produced by adults. So he’s learnt the correct way from the get go. Happy mouth snaffle with a soft mouth & nicely responsive to aids. No gizmos or gadgets and no typical pony tricks up his sleeve, as he hasn’t been able to learn them! He has been ridden & hacked out by children also as is just as respectful. He’s a lovely straight mover, working away in walk, trot & canter. Enjoys his pole work and is ready to further his education.

On the ground he is great to catch, often runs to you for a kiss. Great when grooming, working in & around the stable, tacking up, loading, farrier, vet, dentist etc.

Fergus genuinely loves his work and tries hard. He is a fabulous all rounders but whatever discipline you want to do, I strongly believe he will give it 100% and excel.

He’s a Cob Cross & is a growing boy, will make around thirteen hands. You would not believe he is four years old, very mature head on his shoulders. Can be ridden everyday or left a few weeks and doesn’t change.

“Apples” is a Welsh B pony who is 20 years young.

We bought Apples in 2021 for our 6 and 8 year-old daughters. They have learnt to ride on him and now unfortunately very much outgrown him. He has had a three month share rider this summer who has had lessons, hacked him and taken him to local shows.

Apples has three great paces on lead rein, whether led on foot or ride-and-lead. Although not naughty or mean, he is not a novice ride off the lead rein; he can be quick and will take the rider to the arena gate if he gets the chance! He is not prone to bucking or bolting and has never reared with us.

Off the lead with a more confident young rider, he has three steady paces, jumps from trot or canter but only up to 50cm as he is tiny and getting older now.

Apples has done everything with us - from hacking to Pony Club rallies and mini camps to local shows (showing classes and show jumping with clears at 50cm).

Apples currently lives out 24/7 and was happily stabled by his previous owner. He has never had laminitis. He had a mild wheeze coming back into work this spring, which has settled and he's been given the all-clear by our vet. He is up-to-date with vaccinations, dentist, farrier (barefoot), worming, back checks etc. He is good with the vet and farrier. If left alone by his field mates, he will call and pace around but won’t do anything silly, especially if he has some hay to distract him.

Apples is a bit fussy tacking up (better if you put the bridle straight on, rather than starting with a headcollar) and can be fidgety at the mounting block if not held. He is easy for an adult to clip, although not a younger child. He likes affection and will seek you out more for scratches as he gets to know you.

He comes with a bridle, a set of turnout rugs, a fly mask and feed bowls. He is currently ridden in a tree-less saddle because it’s been hard to find a small enough saddle for him, but we can't sell the saddle with him unfortunately as it belongs to a friend.

Apples is very special to us, so we will only let him go to a home we are really happy with. We feel that he still has some fun years of low level work ahead of him before retirement. We would prefer more flatwork than jumping for him and courses of 50cm maximum.

This is a sale that has taken a lot of thought and isn’t one we ever imagined having to make. We are only looking for a new home for Pancake because his rider has sadly outgrown him.

We have had Pancake (Panny) for 4 wonderful years, and in that time he has taught my little sister so much and played a huge part in her riding journey. He really is the most special pony and will always hold a very big place in our hearts. 🥰

Pancake is the ultimate children’s pony and has enjoyed a lovely, active life. He has attended Pony Club rallies, competitions and Pony Club camp every summer, giving his rider the opportunity to learn, gain confidence and have lots of fun along the way.

He is a pleasure to ride and has never bucked, reared or bolted with us. He is a forward-going pony who enjoys his work, but is never silly, and we feel he would be best suited to a competent little rider who is looking for a pony to have lots of adventures and fun with.

Whinny is a pretty , kind and genuine registered Welsh Section A mare who has been a wonderful pony for our young daughter.

We bought Whinny seven months ago from an experienced horsey family. Our daughter was just 3 when Whinny arrived and, over the past seven months, Whinny has patiently and kindly taken her from a complete beginner on the lead rein to the point where she is now ready to progress to riding independently. This is very much the reason we bought her, and she has been exceptionally good at her job. She is kind, patient and reassuring with a very young child, while still being an interesting and enjoyable pony.

Whinny is exceptionally unfazed by traffic, farm machinery, dogs, bicycles, prams, quads and the general activity of farm life. She is happy hacking both alone and in company, and has proved to be a wonderfully reliable pony for our young daughter. The previous owner had ridden Whinny extensively and described her as happy hacking both on and off the lead rein. In her previous home she had done local shows, poles, small jumps, games and Pony Club activities, and had been ridden walking, trotting and cantering on hacks.

Our focus since buying Whinny has been introducing our daughter to riding rather than repeating all of her previous activities, but we are very happy with everything we have seen of her as a young child's pony. We are an experienced riding family living on a farm in the Meon Valley, Hampshire, immediately next to Hambledon North Pony Club, with extensive off-road hacking and excellent local equestrian facilities.

Whinny is only being offered for sale because, rather unexpectedly, an excellent second pony belonging to friends became available to us and we were fortunate enough to secure her. She has been a pleasure to work with and and is schooling well in the outdoor school, hacks out in company and has been ridden by children. She has the most amazing temperament and is very willing to please. Bella is a fantastic straight mover and is thought to be a lovely prospect for the Junior and Open Ridden classes. She also has a great natural jump so would also be a good prospect for the M&M Workers.

Bella recently attended a local Riding Club Show, where she won both her ridden show classes and jumped two clear rounds in the 50cm show jumping.

She is being offered for sale by her breeder as I already have several closely related ponies in the stud. Radiant Dancer (Molly) has been with us for approx 2.5 years. She was bought principally for my adult daughters to ride out on hacks and in hunter trails and x-country events, and also for me to hack out (70 years old!) occasionally. However due to time constraits she is not being used enough and with regret we have taken the hard decision to sell her onto someone who can give her a more interesting life than we can. Molly is frequently ridden and jumped in our menage or hacked out by my 12 year old granddaughter and taken to x-country events by my 15 year old grandaughter. She is a safe horse, suitable for teenagers and adults with riding experience, as she needs a strong leg.

She hacks out alone and in company. She can occasionally be stressed if other horses come too close to her when riding out, but when this is taken into account there are no issues She jumps comfortably up to 90cm but can probably jump higher when fit.

Molly has a lovely conformation and colouring and would be good horse for showing. We have not done this but feel confident that she would do well.

She is up to date with vaccinations, teeth, worming and physio and has had no health issues. She is shod on the front and is barefoot on the back hooves. She is good with the farrier and vet, easy to catch and also to load in our horsebox.

Molly is currently stabled overnight but could live out. Only a good, caring home will be considered for this much loved mare.

We bought Duke 4½ years ago when JJ was 8, to give him a pony to learn and develop his jumping with. Over the years they have had so much fun together, and Duke has become JJ’s true play pony.

Duke absolutely loves his hunting and has been a real gentleman looking after JJ. He will stand patiently while JJ does gates, go up front with the hounds and happily head off on his own. He has also taken part in all aspects of Pony Club, including camp, and has successfully showjumped, including fast against-the-clock classes where his ability to turn on a sixpence really comes into its own.

He is forward-going, so not a first pony, but has good brakes and is a fun, responsive ride for a rider wanting to progress and enjoy everything a pony like Duke has to offer.

Duke hacks happily alone or in company and will also lead from another horse. He is excellent in traffic and around farm machinery.

He is good to shoe, clip and bath and is a genuine gentleman in and out of the stable. JJ has been able to do Duke himself and take care of him independently.

He is happy living alone or with others and travels happily on his own or with company.

Bluey is a great lead rein pony who has been part of our riding school for the past year. Unfortunately, we simply aren’t using him enough, and we feel it’s unfair to keep such a super little pony when he has so much more to give.

He is an excellent lead rein pony and is completely unfazed by nervous, wobbly or unbalanced little riders. He has experience with our usual riding school clientele, including children from just 4 years old, as well as RDA (Riding for the Disabled) and school visits.

He is brilliant in open spaces. He is regularly ridden as part of a group both in the arena and in our fields, but is equally happy being ridden on his own. He is excellent on the road and completely unfazed by traffic, tractors and general farm machinery.

Bluey is good off the lead rein, although we have only ever put competent riders on him. He has a lovely little jump and really enjoys popping over a fence!

He is a real sweetheart on the ground and can be groomed for hours. He is good to bath and is generally very easy to handle. He has never been clipped with us, although we have no reason to think he wouldn’t be fine.

Bluey is currently turned out in a mixed herd of approximately 30 horses. He is happy living both in and out and is equally content being stabled. At present, he lives out overnight. During the winter months, he comes in at night and is turned out during the day. He would be happy continuing with this routine or living out 24/7.

Bluey is currently barefoot and is easy for the farrier to trim. He is up to date with his teeth, chiropractor and saddle fitting, and is snaffle mouthed at all times. He is also fine to travel.
