Striking 143cm Welsh D Gelding – 7 Years Old – Dun with 4 White Socks

Bryn is a seriously eye-catching and talented pony with an exciting future ahead. Standing at 143cm, this 7-year-old Welsh D gelding turns heads wherever he goes and has the ability to match.

He has competed up to 90cm with ease, ability to go 1m ++. He’s been out XC schooling, done combined training and always rises to the challenge.

Athletic, brave and forward-thinking, he’s ready to continue progressing with an ambitious rider.

Bryn is great to hack both alone and in company and is always good in traffic. He thrives with a confident, competent rider who can bring out his best and keep developing his potential.

He was bought as a project and has been an absolute pleasure to produce, but due to upcoming university commitments, he’s now ready to find his next partner to take him out and show him off.

No loans or leases. Priced in the high 4s, but open to discussion for the perfect home.

Cati has excelled at dressage, been on hunt amble rides and done showing with us. Cati is good in traffic and open spaces.

I am looking for a 5 star competent, knowledgeable, horsey home only for Cati. I am open to lease and I would consider selling to the right home.

Placed at a LR working Hunter class, Great prospect for LIHS M&M Working Hunter LR classes.

Good to load, bath, clip, farrier etc. up to date with everything and ready to go. A real rosette machine.

Will need an experienced rider to bring her on off lead as she takes her confidence from her rider but would be a cracking contender for open M&M classes in the right hands.

Pretty little pony who has been with us for two years. In that time she has shown a real talent for dressage taking my daughter to Pony Club Areas and winning! Done all pony club activities including camp, showing, WH, SJ, XC and hacking.

We have competed successfully in dressage for the last year and she is very talented in this discipline. 2024 competed at PC Spring Festival winning the PC 70. Won the PC70 and PC80 at the Area’s and won the PC70 and 4th in PC80 at the Regional Championships.

2025 qualified for PC Spring Festival for PC80 and Novice.

2024 Qualified for BD Scottish Championships(prelim) where they were 6th out of 29 and the youngest rider in the class(12 yo).

Currently has 17 BD points at Prelim level from a few affiliated competitions.

SJ unaffiliated at 60 & 70.

Competed successfully in flat showing and WH classes.

Likes to hack out and been on beach rides.

My 12yo daughter handles the pony herself and she has great stable manners. My daughter also loads and unloads in lorry or trailer. Pony stands all day at shows in the lorry or trailer.

Sadly outgrown and ready for a new family to love and enjoy her as much as we have.

Comes with tack and rugs.

Open to all offers. Owners very much looking for a sale!

12.2hh Grey Mare, 16 Years Old. Competition pony. Pepper is a talented showjumping pony with an impressive resume!

We've owned her for two and a half years, and she has brought so much joy to my daughter. From pony camp, arena eventing, hunting, stay away shows, ODE’s, pony racing, numerous pony club rallies and unaffiliated competitions.

Pepper has truly done it all.She has helped my daughter progress from jumping 50-60cm to competing at 80-90cm, and even jumping 1.10m at home.

Pepper is safe to hack and accustomed to large farm vehicles—nothing phases her. She also nannied my older daughter’s young pony with ease. While Pepper is not a novice ride due to her enthusiasm for her work, she thrives with a confident, experienced rider. She has EMS, which is easily managed with soaked hay and a muzzle, requiring no medication.

All vaccinations, teeth, and back checks are up to date. Pepper will come with her saddle, bridle, and all her rugs.

This is a very sad sale, as my daughter is outgrowing her. When going into arenas if she hesitates a kick will see her in. However there has been an incident where someone has grabbed her and she’s gone up. So she does not like being grabbed when tacked up with a jockey on. Otherwise happy as anything.

Super friendly and gentle mare looking for new best friend to have lots of fun. Buffy is a smart forward going competitive pony who loves her jumping. We have owned Buffy for 3.5 years and has taken my then 8 year old daughter from jumping 50cm to 80cm courses.

Buffy has had a varied life with us taking part in Pony Club rallies, camp, NSEA, stay away shows, formation riding, mounted games, fun/beach rides and hound exercise. She schools beautifully on the flat and does a lovely dressage test but her forte is showjumping. Jumps a course of 70cm with ease and is quick against the clock. She came 2nd in the 65cm showjumping at the Sunshine Tour championship 2024 and 8th in the Sunshine Tour championship arena eventing.

Buffy is polite and easy to handle in all ways. She has superb manners, easy to have at shows, will stand on the trailer quietly between classes.

Absolutely no vices - good to catch, farrier, box, clip, travel etc. Hacks alone or in company. Sensible in open spaces.

Never sick or sorry - fit and ready to go.

She is a fantastic pony and we love her so much. She deserves to be treated like a princess in her next home like she has been with us. Home is very important as she is such a genuine characater.

Up to date with vaccinations, teeth, worming etc.

Comes with full wardrobe.

5* home required with references.

Lovely pony to have in your child’s career, he’s a real little school master type, will tick along all day in the school but also safe enough after a lesson to let go around the field and jump some XC jumps.

Hacks alone or in company and is good with traffic.

Will stand for hours on end to have plenty of fuss and attention.

Really gets them going and a perfect type to take to lessons.

Would also be perfect for the pony club lifestyle as well.

Blossom

13.2 mare 6yo (no breeding recorded) stunning markings.

Honestly I adore this little mare. She is so good to do, comes to call in the field, lives in or out incredibly tidy in the stable so a dream to muck out.

Forward uphill paces but not strong. Everyone that rides her falls in love with her. Even my 3yo little girl rides her around on lead rein, grooms her and gets her in from the field. Up to date with vaccinations, worming. Good to clip/shoe.

Lovely little pony on the ground and on the flat, still green over a fence but has plenty of jump.

She has come on leaps and bounds in the last month. If my little girl was older this mare wouldn’t be going anywhere as she’s an absolute cracker and my backside is just a little too big for her, however I have a waiting list for the stable and so she needs to find a new home who will love her.

Would suit a showing home, potentially driving or a knowledgeable home to produce her jumping further.

Not suitable for nervous and really novice riders, this mare really deserves to continue being produced properly and reach her potential. She can occasionally have a cheeky little buck but nothing big or malicious she’s just a happy little soul but the more she learns the less she does it.

Barney is a 13.2, 8 year old, New Forest Gelding looking for a new home as daughter has outgrown him and moving onto horses.

He has the heart of a lion and a jump to match. He is very bold and very honest and will go off any stride. He is forward going so does need a confident jockey as he can get a bit strong due to loving his job so not suitable for complete novice.

He has already qualified for Eland Lodge Hunter Trial Championships 2025. He would make the most amazing BSJA pony as he's quick and agile. He's hunted all over the winter and been to riding club camp at Somerford Park.

He's good to clip and shoe and is up to date with vaccinations and teeth. He travels in trailer/lorry. He's happy out in the field on his own or with others. He lives on a farm so is used to heavy machinery and livestock. He can, however, be a bit cheeky on the ground so a knowledgeable home is a must. We are in no rush to sell him and he will be competed by my daughter until we do will only be sold to the PERFECT HOME.

Based North Yorkshire.

Fairywood Charmer (Colin) – Fun, Loving & Talented Family Pony!

13.1hh, rising 5-year-old Registered Welsh Section B chestnut gelding.

Sire~ Waxwing Glimmer

Colin is a forward-thinking, responsive ride who enjoys his work. He’s great to hack alone or in company and always tries his best to to please his rider. While he is sensible, he’s still young and needs a rider who can guide him when needed.

He loves his jumping and is already showing plenty of scope for the future. He’s proving to be a fantastic all-rounder. He goes well on the flat with 3 balanced paces and has lovely soft mouth making him a great prospect for Pony Club, showjumping, and dressage. He would also make a fabulous show pony!

Colin is friendly, affectionate, and loves attention. He’s easy to handle, great to catch, and good with the farrier (he is barefoot). Great to travel but may need a little encouragement to load at times but it’s never been a problem, he is getting better and better every time! He has never bucked, reared, or bolted and always wants to please his rider.

Although kind and safe, Colin isn’t a first pony. He’s best suited to a small, confident young rider who wants to continue his education and have fun. He could also make a great lead-rein pony alongside a confident rider. Colin naturally adapts to his jockey—he’s happy to step up the pace but will also look after younger or more nervous riders.

Wish we could keep him forever but I have sadly outgrown him.

Lucerne Lilly May - 13hh 8 years old. Beautiful Chestnut Mare

Lily is every little person’s 4 legged dream. The ultimate all rounder and/or U12/15 games superstar.

Lily will give anything a go. She works sweetly on the flat with 3 balanced paces. She’s a jumping machine. Jumps off any stride, helps her rider out where needed. Super careful, rarely ever touches a pole - has only jumped clear rounds when we’ve taken her out! Not spooky and has so much scope! Stepping over 70/80 currently with room for much more!! Jumps all fillers. Has been arena eventing where she won her class, jumping skinny’s, rustic, corners, combinations etc.

She has been XC schooling where she was awesome! Jumped everything inc water, drops & ditches!

She has been games focused over the last 5 weeks to training and competing. Not phased by any equipment, great on the start & for changeovers. A lovely neat turn already & is great on the ground for the vault, nice & polite to her rider! And most importantly, a quick learner! She will be amazing for U12/15!

I would also say she would be a star in the show ring as she schools so well and has great paces, we just haven’t gone down that path!

She is a delight to keep. Can live in and out, currently in at night and out during the day but has lived out 24/7.

Travels and loads well. Good for the dentist, vet, farrier, clip etc. Lovely to handle on the floor, a kid can do everything with her.

Hacks alone or in company. Snaffle mouth for absolutely everything & great in open spaces.

I’d say she’s the perfect 1.5/2nd pony. She’s yet to put a foot wrong with us, but she’s a pony, not a robot hence why I’d not say first pony. She’s forward, but not at all strong. Would happily trot behind hacking if asked, or equally around a course of jumps and holds a lovely rhythm around a course.

Ideally we would love her to go to a family with multiple kids that are active members of the pc/mga/rc etc so she had a home for life and will be out and about doing lots. She’s too good to be wasted.

She really is a little person (and their parents) dream!

10*, knowledgeable home is an absolute MUST.

For Sale: our boy Junior, a beautiful 13h Bay Gelding.

A cheeky chap! He works in a lovely outline and would produce a brilliant test for dressage. Junior has huge, huge potential for jumping.

He’s an absolute star at home, easily clearing 70/80 courses but he is strong and fast and he would absolutely win against the clock! Unfortunately, my 9yo daughter is too nervous when out competing and in a typical Welshy style, he tends to play on this and her nerves, which has held him back from showing his skills. We have been working on this but unfortunately he loves his job and becomes a bit too much for her.

He has been to PC and has seen all mounted games equipment and wasn’t phased at all.

Junior is suitable for a real competitive rider who can bring out his best should they wish to compete - he needs a pilot instead of passenger. He is brilliant to hack, whether alone or in company, to load and clip. We are looking for a 5* loving home for this quirky boy. I have been riding him recently and I honestly wish I could have him but I’m far too big! If I was smaller, he’d be my dream pony.

He really is great with an abundance of potential and with the right rider he will go really far!

If we can find a small jockey to compete over the coming months, his price will increase. Thank you.

CARRICKNAGAT DUN - 133cm 11yo Gelding.

Gerry is an absolute mother’s dream to have at home on the yard and away at a show.

Gerry is the ultimate example of a competition gentleman. Gerry knows his job and does not require calmers, hours of working in or a week of drills at home.

Gerry has spent his time in previous homes contesting in ODE’s, NSEA, SJ, Dressage, Hunting and working hunter.

Gerry is currently entered for his first BE season where we see his future as a top Under 18s team pony.

Gerry’s flatwork is highly established and he is out competing at novice dressage level.

Currently jumping 90/1m WHP and Gerry will be a top 133whp for HOYS with his excellent conf and limb. A cracking uphill wag of going always gains Gerry fantastic Jump scores.

Recently stepped down for a young boy to compete in Nursery stakes.

At home Gerry carries a side saddle and would be an absolute picture out hunting.

Gerry hacks alone or in company, good to shoe , clip …

Pantyfid Cinderella - Cindy was bought from the sales summer 2023 as a project. She was 7 years old and had done nothing. She has surpassed all expectations and has been such a delight to do everything with.

We have shown Cindy on the flat and in the novice workers (currently jumping 65cm courses) and her attitude has been brilliant. She loves her work and is very bold jumping. She is not spooky and always tries her best.

She has been XC schooling and done arena eventing. She is bold to the obstacles and safe in open spaces.

Cindy has all the potential to jump the open WHP and hoys qualifiers in time and has received many compliments from judges so far. We mainly show our ponies but she would excel in any discipline.

Cindy is forward going and loves life, she's not silly or 'hot' just a typical cob mare and therefore she would suit someone who likes a forward going pony and is ambitious and wants to have fun.

While she is a typical Welsh cob in some respects she is very mild mannered on the ground and very easy to do in everyway. She is currently shod and turned out in the daytime. She is 100% to clip, shoe, load, stand on the lorry or trailer. She is not mareish and not really interested in other ponies, she happily stands on the trailer alone while we show other ponies. She's just so easy to have around.

Cindy is very good to hack alone and in company and enjoys it. I have let my novice step daughter take her out hacking and she was good as gold.

Home is number 1 priority as we adore this pony, she is only for sale due to work commitments and is only available to a long term family home. I have lots of photos and videos of her but please CALL and have a chat about her first.

Alfie needs no introduction! He is a top class section A known for his big flashy movements!

We bought Alfie for our two daughters - our eldest has enjoyed doing workers on Alfie, competing in the junior and Open sections, and has jumped a few HOYS 122 classes on him but unfortunately her legs are now longer than his!

Alfie has given our younger daughter a lot of confidence in the FR classes and also FR WHP, qualifying for London on their first attempt in first ridden m&m sports pony in a strong class of 18. He would also be a strong contender for the lead WHP classes!

Alfie will always jump a beautiful round and is very careful, he’s given our youngest enough confidence to jump and win the arena eventing at the WPCS performance show as well as winning section A workers!

Alfie still enjoys to compete in the flat classes and is fabulous in the FR and junior classes as well as the inhand gelding and young handler classes!

During the winter months with both girls have used him for some showjumping, pony club and hunting! Alfie would also do very well in the dressage arena as he’s school beautiful!

Previously Alfie done exceptionally well as a lead rein and there is no reason why he could not go back to this!

At home Alfie is handled daily by our children who do everything with him but would take the Micky given the opportunity- Therefore Alfie does need a competition home!

Alfie will continue to compete until he finds his next rider. We would be happy to keep Alfie until the end of the season or he is available now with his entries.

Unfortunately the time has come to find Cheeto a new jockey. He is an 11 year old 11.2hh chestnut gelding with no recorded breeding.

We have owned him for the past 2 and a half years and he is my youngest daughter’s pride and joy. She has done everything with him. He is a proper little all rounder from doing ODE, SJ, XC schooling, pony club camp, PC rallies, beach rides & the gallops. He is confident up to 60cm.

He is the character of the yard being a typical cheeky pony but is always handled and cared for by my daughter.

This is a very sad sale purely due to being outgrown and he is too good a pony and too young to become a field ornament. He is not a novice ride so definitely more of a second pony. He is very responsive to the leg and forward to ride. Not a kick along. He is not naughty just quite strong for a little pony and takes some getting used to.

He schools nicely in all 3 paces. He is great to hack alone and in company and is happy to lead the ride unfazed by traffic, sheep, tractors etc. He can also be easily led from another horse if needed and is not bothered by sticking to their side.

He is currently barefoot and copes fine without shoes. His perfect to load, clip, trim, bath & groom all done by my daughters.

Up to date with jabs & teeth. No vices and comes with all tack & rugs.

Superb all rounder - SJ/Dressage/PC/Showing 11.3 Welsh A rising 11 - Brynrodyn Diplomat

We have owned Dippy for almost 6 years and have had a lot of fun with him in showjumping, dressage, showing, combined training and arena eventing. He has jumped up to 70-75cm at home but mostly competes at 60cms at the shows.

He is a super and much loved pony who will be someone's best friend and has a typical Welsh character, but is loving and kind, good to catch, load, clip and bath. He turns out on his own or with others.

Dippy loves hacking out and is very good in traffic. He is ridden around the bridleways and lanes at home and has met tractors, motorbikes and lorries, but is not fazed by any of it.

Dippy is looking for an experienced home with a rider who wants to go and have fun and is a versatile pony who will turn his hoof to anything. My daughter started out on the lead rein with him, and he was her first pony off, but is probably more of a second pony, as he can be a little forward to begin with.

He is up to date with teeth, vaccinations, physio, worming and farrier.

This is an incredibly sad sale, but my daughter is just too tall for him now. We are looking for an experienced home who will love him as much as we do, but please no timewasters.

Plenty more photos and videos on request.

11.2h 19 year old gelding with low mileage. Very forward going, attractive and quality pony who was bought for my 5 (now 6 year old daughter) to follow on from a very safe first ridden type. Unfortunately as we have done more and more with him, it has become apparent that he is ‘more’ pony than my little jockey is going to be able to cope with, and he is also greener than we anticipated (despite being 19 this year!). He is a free moving and forward going pony, particularly in open spaces, he is not however, hot or fizzy.

A 16 hand horse in an 11.2 body, we have had a 10 year old boy from Pony Club riding him instead which has been a real success! He’s been to loads of Pony Club rallies and some showjumping competitions with him. It was a surprise to us how green he has been, but he HAS been very rewarding to work with, really improving with every session he has had. The showjumping that we’ve done he’s been well placed every time despite not actually really doing a jump off, because he canters smoothly around the course and he just covers the ground, he does not rush his fences. In his last outing he was 2nd and 1st in the two classes he competed in.

So, who would he suit? An experienced family looking for a quality pony for an smaller older child, 8/9/10 years old to go and have some fun on. He is good to hack both in company and on his own, and he also rides and leads really well, both from a horse and a bike!

He’s been jumping 40/50cm and has scope to go on, but he does need more outings at these lower heights to build his confidence and so he’s seen more of the world, he is still green with fillers. This rider needs to be happy for him to go forwards, and indeed be prepared to ride him forwards, and also generous with him where he still shows inexperience. He would be best suited to regular work.

I do think that he could make the most fantastic gung ho hunting pony for a gusty rider, although I don’t expect he’s done any hunting & he certainly hasn’t with us.

Although he’s busy to handle, he’s fundamentally quiet & my 6 year old can do things with him such as lead him in from the field. He doesn’t kick & the kids can play around him. He is very bonny in the field and is very sweet, sometimes cantering over to see us. We’ve done quite a bit on the lead rein with him & he hasn’t put a foot wrong, but we want a pony to ride off the lead rein.

Ifeel like I’ve said a lot of negative things about him, but he is a really smart pony. My daughter needs a different pony inbetween her first ridden and this pony so she can gain experience on & unfortunately this just isn’t him. I would be tempted to keep him, but my husband has a limited tolerance for what would be a third pony for my two small children.

Home is more important than price, homes will be vetted. It is important for me to find a good match as I really want this pony to be happy in a new home
