Neil has outstanding competition breeding. He is by Shadows Dun who is by Silver Shadow who needs no introduction. His dams sire is Tempo active atlas. He also has 'I love you Melody' and 'Moy hazy cove' to name a few of the incredible ponies in his pedigree.

We bought Neil from clifden in 2023 untouched- he's been produced slowly with his future in mind. He's great in traffic and open spaces, hacks alone or in company. Neil has been to arena hires , clinics , cross country both arena and grass , the beach and a local unaffiliated competitions. All of which he has done with a smile on his face, a real pro home and away.

Neil is beautifully put together - he's super correct and straight moving- he has effortless , elegant movement. He's a super athletic type and will make a top pony in the sport.

His technique and attitude to jumping is proving to be every bit as good as his breeding would suggest. He has a very correct natural technique and is proving careful and athletic with a super attitude. He has been autumn hunting a handful of times , jumping banks , hedges and rails and was polite and mannerly. When he's been cross country schooling he has been incredibly brave and showed a huge amount of promise for the future.

He wants to be your best friend, really is a yard favourite and never wants to make a mistake.

Home is very important to us - he is a really quality pony and with the right partnership he will thrive.

Very sad sale of my daughters pony. She's a true been there and done it. She is absolutely not ready to retire as she absolutely loves her job. With 3 beautiful paces and an absolute whiz in the show jumping ring. She's not a novice ride and more suited as a 2nd pony for a confident rider, this is largely because she loves to jump and can be whizzy. She's never nasty. Perfect ground manners. Great to load, farrier, teeth, clip etc. Never been sick or sorry. Although she's 19 she is not ready to slow down as she loves her job.

We have taken her on sponsored rides and up on the downs, she is a breeze to hack with fantastic brakes.

My daughter has a room full of rosettes, sashes and trophies.

She has been to 3 junior pony club camps, rallies and large competitions. Only selling as moving onto horses. Home very important.

Sid. Bought from Ireland as a 3 year old and been with our family ever since. For sale as sadly my daughter has lost interest and prefers to dance.

Good to load / travel, catch, good with farrier although he is bare foot and never needed shoes, great feet. Good for the dentist.

He is up to date with vaccinations, dentist, physio.

Sid has done riding club camp, unaffiliated dressage (placed), unaffiliated showjumping up to 80 (placed), xc schooled. He is never phased by anything put to him- water, ditches, steps, fillers. He is brave and bold but not strong or silly.

He will hack alone or in company. He has not seen a great deal of traffic as we live in the countryside but seems unfazed.

Sid has done showing at local level both in hand and ridden and has won several Championships and Reserve Champion. Easily handled by my 11 year old daughter.

He is a pony that could turn his hoof to anything.

Sid can be nervous around people he does not know but once he gets to know you he has the biggest heart and the most cheeky, inquisitive nature.

This is a sad sale of a much loved family pony and he will only go to an experienced home where he will be part of the family. Strictly no novices or hoof kickers. Sid still needs some education and is not suitable for an inexperienced rider.


He has been produced slowly and sensibly and is currently schooled weekly by a professional as I do not have the brave pants for a young pony. He is ready for someone to take him under their wing and give him the home and career he deserves and will enjoy!

Jessie is an 8 year old Irish sport pony / Connemara type. She has been a pleasure to produce and has turned into a sweet, sensible pony club type pony.

Jessie spent the last year working at Bicton college, being used in the lessons and was very popular with the students and staff. She has proved safe and reliable and enjoys having a job to do.

She is well established with her basic flatwork, jumps a small course of show jumps, and hacks quietly in company and alone, although sometimes needs confidence from her rider on her own with large traffic etc.

She has done some small showjumping competitions, a pairs hunter trial, and some dressage. She has gorgeous floaty paces and an excellent natural jump so, with an experienced competitive home, could be produced for eventing.

This was my plan for her, however I’ve had the opportunity to go to vet school, so very sadly am having to part company with her.

She is safe, sensible, and reliable, and would be a nice 2nd pony for a confident child with adult supervision, a hack/riding club for a small adult, or would fit well into a riding centre environment like she experienced at bicton.

She is 100% to shoe, catch, load, handle etc. her only pitfall is she doesn’t like other horses coming up close behind her and has kicked out in the past. Very easy to do.

Looking for a fun, experienced, kind lease home for my lovely girl Jasmine whilst I’m away at vet school.

I’ve had Jasmine since she was 3, having recently come across from Ireland. I backed her myself and we’ve enjoyed learning about the world together. Jasmine is a kind, straightforward mare who enjoys her work. She has ‘dabbled’ in a bit of everything with me as I’ve tried to give her a good base of experience, hacking happily alone and in company, enjoying some fun rides, show jumping up to 80cm, xc schooling up to 90cm, and winning her first few dressage and combined training outings. She’s also benefitted from going to riding club clinics in a group.

Due to my lack of time, Jasmine hasn’t got as much competition mileage under her belt as I would have liked her to by now, and I’m only going to have less time (and energy!) to get her out when I begin my veterinary training in September. Therefore, very sadly I need to find her a new place to enjoy her work and have lots of love and attention. I am looking for an experienced pony club/ competition home for Jazz. She is a lovely, safe little pony but is very much a competition stamp. She is forward going, responsive, and still a little green in some areas so requires a sympathetic, confident rider to really blossom. I think a lot of her so would love to see her thrive in the right home. I’d love to see her fit and out eventing as she has the right attitude and ability.

She is good to catch, shoe (was very nervous when she first arrived but my farrier has shown her there’s nothing to worry about), load (I regularly take her out alone), in traffic (really heavy traffic might worry her a little, but she gains confidence from her rider) rug, bath etc. her only flaw is she can grab a snack from the hedge leading out to the field so would potentially be too much for a tiny person to deal with unsupervised. She has very mild asthma, this is managed with soaking hay/haylage and ample turnout.

She’s a beautiful pony inside and out and I’d love her to be adored and enjoyed whilst I’m studying, but to also have the chance to cheer her on whilst she does it.

South west based home preferred.
