Shaun is a beautifully put-together 5-year-old grey Connemara with a kind nature, a super attitude to work, and a bright future ahead of him.

He has begun his professional education in a careful and sympathetic way, showing great promise in a range of disciplines. Shaun has experienced a variety of environments, including XC and SJ , local ridden showing and dressage outings – all of which he has taken in his stride with enthusiasm and maturity. He’s already had numerous placings/ribbons along with winning his dressage last weekend on 68%.

Shaun hacks alone, in company, or small groups, and is good on country road traffic. Lives on a working farm and is about to start hound exercise and autumn hunting.

Shaun has begun working nicely in the school with three attractive, balanced paces and is improving all the time. He is a beautiful mover, snaffle-mouthed, and never strong or silly. Shaun jumps with care and confidence, tackling fillers and water trays with ease. Naturally talented across country, he’s bold, willing, and has previously hunted in Ireland.

Shaun is regularly competing at 80/85cm with ease and schooling over 90cm at home. He has recently taken part in working hunter , sj and xc. Shaun has the scope and potential to progress up the levels in eventing, showjumping, dressage, or working hunter.
His direct relatives are competing at 1.30+ with one being sold for over 50k after winning at hoys so a very exciting prospect for someone .

On the ground, Shaun is an absolute pleasure – easy to handle with lovely manners. He’s good to catch, lead, bath, shoe, and is polite in the stable. His vaccinations, teeth and physio are all up to date. Shaun has travelled in a trailer and large lorry, and happily turns out with mares and geldings.

Shaun is a quality young horse, bred from successful Connemara lines, with an ‘older head on young shoulders’. He is still only five and will need a confident, competent rider to continue his development, he would be a fantastic project for an ambitious rider looking to bring on a talented horse, and could make a lovely mother/daughter share.

Millicent Laura known at home as Mila is a future pony super star and a mothers dream competition pony. She is easy to do in all ways. Is good to clip, load, shoe, catch etc. Mila is a pleasure to have on the yard and loves a good cuddle and fuss. She is not a temperamental mare and is an old head on young shoulders.

Mila scores consistently in the low to mid 30s however is getting closer to sub 30 scores. She is a straightforward and lovely moving pony who once has developed more muscle and time within the dressage boards will really show her class.

Jumping is Milas forte! She is a willing bold pony who is also very forgiving and not easily offend by rider errors. Saying no to jumping is just not in this pony’s nature she has a faultless cross-country record and finds it easy to come home within the time. Mila is currently schooling around 1m xc fences with ease. She has spent her first season eventing this year at 80 to really set the foundations and ensure she is not rushed however Mila is ready to start progressing through the levels and only hasn’t begun this due to her current jockey being to big. Mila has always been placed with the top 10 eventing this year more often than not being within the top 5.

Mila is easy to hack and will happily hack along busy roads seeing tractors busses and large lorries without batting an eye. She will hack alone and in company and is happy leading or following behind. She has never bucked rear or bolted.

Mila has been produced to be a competition pony and although she is extremely safe she is a forward whizzy pony who wants to get on with her job. She is not a first pony or for a nervous child. She would be best suited to an older child or young teenager who is looking for a serious competition pony with potential to tackle the top pony tracks.

Super smart chap who has incredible free movement, excellent limbs and a big step and has an amazing trot on him and really covers the ground.

He has excellent breeding and would make a top class dressage/show event whp type.

Ardnehue Pumpkins is a 4 y/o, 15hh approx, grey, connemara gelding.

This pony is bred for performance, he is sired by the legendary Pumpkins Pondi and is out of April Thunder by Robe thunder. His half maternal brother Ardnehue Maxamillion winner of the RDS Connemara performance working hunter class 2023 and is now successfully eventing in the UK.

Ardnehue Pumpkins is 4 years old, but don,t let that put you off. He has the brain of a much older pony and is a super straight forward pony, as you can see from the videos he just loves to please and that he does very well.

Like his sire he has an abundance of scope as well as a wonderful technique and is very brave.

He is also a beautiful mover , riding very well on the flat and producing some lovely dressage tests.

Pumpkins has the most beautiful temperament and will no doubt go on to do great things. he is a class act.

Delta has a wonderful attitude to work and is a fun, trainable horse. She is an honest, brave and careful jumper, with a lovely technique and quick and careful footwork. She is never phased by planks, fillers or water trays and makes all distances easily.

Cross Country she is a horse who looks for the flags, helps out on any stride and never says no. She loves her job and fills her rider with confidence whilst still remaining a true snaffle mouthed horse. Never looks at ditches or water and always holds her line on skinnies, angles and corners

She has a lovely correct and soft way of going, very regularly scoring in the 20s on the flat. She is never hot and the judges love her!

She has schooled at 110 cm showjumping and novice xc. She has also been on various fun and beach rides and taken my nieces out for fun and games. She’s a true member of our family.

At home she is an easy horse to do, suitable for a family or amateur home. She hacks alone or in company, is confident across any terrain and possibly the best gate opener out there. Having always taken her to events on my own she is calm and easy to travel, stands on the lorry or tied outside quietly, stay aways etc.

Picked up by Horse and Hound as ‘ones to watch’ and Won their first NPS Dressage Qualifier, came 2nd at the BCPS dressage final and placed at 2 Pet Plan Summer Festivals. Mastering elementary with his young rider who’s new to dressage and just starting on their novice journey.

Felix combines looks and ability with the kindest temperament.

Very successfully shown in-hand (once) where he won both his classes and went on to be reserve champion. He was mannerly all day, brilliant with my children, on and off the trailer and travelling etc.

He was bought from Ireland in May always with the intention of producing him to sell. He has settled into family life with us brilliantly and for most of that time has lived in a field by himself just casually seeing the children’s ponies coming and going. He loves to see us but is in no way bothered when we leave him behind. He’s also happy with others.

He’s long reined all over the moors by himself and sometimes with my daughter and her pony tagging along and I then took a long time leaning over and getting on and off so he’s very settled in that regard.

He’s very recently broken and riding where he has taken everything in his stride - mainly hacking with a couple of times in an arena (we don’t have one). Good with all the traffic he has seen as well as cows, sheep, goats, dogs, children on bikes etc. He’s also been out a couple of times on our own when I’ve had no one else to go with. In company he will go at the front or back.

This is a brilliant opportunity to purchase a top quality 3yr old that has been slowly and correctly produced to this point. He has all the makings of a top class show pony / WHP and would also make the most perfect all round family pony / mother daughter share. At this stage he would only suit an experienced rider due to his age but there’s no reason why a competent child couldn’t ride him in the near future with knowledgeable parents or professional help in the background.
