She is a beautiful mare, she was broken in as a youngster so there is potential for someone to ride her again, but she would need completely restarting so for this reason we are selling her mainly as a potential broodmare as her exceptional bloodlines lend themselves to this.

She has some of the best bloodlines for someone who would hope to breed with eventing in mind, her dam raced well both in Ireland and the UK and has some of the best bloodlines going back to Nijinsky so she has a fantastic pedigree on both sides with plenty of blood and quality. She is well put together and moves beautifully.

She has had a vet history that we had fully treated, she has been completely sound now for 3 years after having treatment. We are more than happy to disclose this fully with potential buyers.

She loads easily but does prefer to travel in a 3.5t without a partition in. I have also travelled her in a 7.5t without a partition, but use the 3.5t mostly now as she loads and travels so happily this way.

She is a truly lovely mare who is being very much wasted looking very pretty in the field currently. She is an easy mare to keep, having been stabled and kept by my mum who is 5’4 and in her late 60’s for a couple of years before being turned away again. She lives happily either in or out, she wintered all last winter in the awful rain and mud and was never a bother. She is a good doer and easy to keep.

Wexford, he was backed at four and has been produced slowly, allowing him time to strengthen, mature and understand his work. He is mannerly and straightforward on the ground and, under saddle, is intelligent, willing and exceptionally trainable. He learns quickly, retains his work and continues to progress whenever asked a new question. Cheetah has plenty of scope, is naturally careful and shows good athleticism and footwork. At this stage, 1.20m feels comfortably within his capabilities, with every indication that there is more to come. 

He has been introduced to water and smaller cross-country fences, proving genuine and willing, and is ready to continue his XC education. On the flat, he is developing a consistent, correct outline with improving balance, rhythm, transitions and responsiveness on both reins. He is schooled in a snaffle. He hacks happily alone or in company and is sensible in a busy yard environment. His pedigree is equally encouraging. Isaac is a light, elegant and responsive horse to ride who enjoys his work. He has three lovely paces, finds all of his lateral work very easy, has good ability to extend and collect and has a clean (but still slightly green) change each way. He goes in a snaffle or a double.

167 BD points but could still compete at Elementary Bronze with an eligible rider. He could be a wonderful schoolmaster for someone to learn the ropes at ele/medium or equally he has lots of untapped ability to develop more and could certainly progress to PSG or more with the right rider.

Isaac loves his hacking - he goes out alone or in company, in front or behind, and is very good with heavy traffic and in open spaces.

Isaac was originally bought by me as an unbroken 3yo to event. He was a winner at BE90 level but did not enjoy the showjumping in a competitive environment so I made the choice to focus on dressage with him so that I could learn to ride the higher level work. He does however enjoy his cross country (loves a farm ride trip), and is happy to do polework/gridwork/SJ lessons in a non-competitive or lower key setting.

He is only for sale because my heart is in eventing and he keeps getting put on the back burner because dressage is not 'my thing'! This is a very sad sale because he is an absolute delight to have around and the sweetest horse to do.

He is a very compact 16.2/3 and would suit a smaller rider or even a teenager moving up onto horses. He is very easy to sit to. He's a very well mannered ride and would be perfect for a competitive amateur, but not suitable for a novice or very nervous rider as he can have a little spook (absolutely nothing nasty - he's just not a robot) and he responds to light aids. Does not need riding every day and will be the same to ride even if he's been on holiday for a few weeks!

He has no vices and is easy to do in all ways. Teddy was backed in April, he was easy to do and eager to learn. He absolutely loved hacking and proved to be very sensible alone and in company walk, trot, canter.

He has free jumped showing serious scope as well as really enjoying it, clearing 120 with ease, so I feel like with the right rider he has the potential to be a brilliant 138 bs pony/ pony club pony. He has popped a small upright with a rider but nothing more as don’t have a rider small enough.

He came on and learnt a lot over a few months so we decided to give him a holiday to grow a bit more as well as the weather being so hot and I had other commitments. He had about a month off and then two weeks ago was bought back in and sat straight on and he was the same as where we left him proving to be very sensible.

Teddy is a really sweet pony to have on the yard, he loves attention and would stand all day to be groomed. Very easy to do in all ways clip, load, etc. The best home wanted for this special pony where he’s going to really shine.

Lottie has been to the beach, sponcered ride throughout the summer, master lead rides, and will happily hack out with my dogs.

Out she has 3 beautiful paces, and will happily go up the gears when asked.

Lottie has a super mature head and is never spooky or nappy, will happily go first and will pass anything.

Lottie has loads of jump and is super careful over a fence but needs clear confident direction from her rider, as she has a tendency to rush to the fence.

My daughter has done a lot of grids and sj clinic with her but has sadly no longer got the time to continue Lottie education.

“Martlet Speechless”, known at home as Cheetah, is a very exciting 7-year-old, 16.2hh gelding with the athleticism, scope and attitude to develop into a genuinely competitive horse. Home-bred in Co. Wexford, he was backed at four and has been produced slowly, allowing him time to strengthen, mature and understand his work. He is mannerly and straightforward on the ground and, under saddle, is intelligent, willing and exceptionally trainable. He learns quickly, retains his work and continues to progress whenever asked a new question. Cheetah has plenty of scope, is naturally careful and shows good athleticism and footwork. At this stage, 1.20m feels comfortably within his capabilities, with every indication that there is more to come. 

He has been introduced to water and smaller cross-country fences, proving genuine and willing, and is ready to continue his XC education. On the flat, he is developing a consistent, correct outline with improving balance, rhythm, transitions and responsiveness on both reins. He is schooled in a snaffle. He hacks happily alone or in company and is sensible in a busy yard environment. His pedigree is equally encouraging. His dam’s sire, Furisto, produced horses competing at the highest levels of showjumping and eventing, while his sire, King Cheetah, has offspring competing up to 1.50m showjumping and three-star eventing. Cheetah would suit an experienced rider looking for a quality young horse to produce through the levels. He is not a novice ride, but in the right hands we believe there is considerable potential. This is a very reluctant sale as our daughter is leaving Ireland for university in the UK. He is based at Moorelands, Drumshanbo, Co. Isaac is a light, elegant and responsive horse to ride who enjoys his work. He has three lovely paces, finds all of his lateral work very easy, has good ability to extend and collect and has a clean (but still slightly green) change each way. He goes in a snaffle or a double.

167 BD points but could still compete at Elementary Bronze with an eligible rider. He could be a wonderful schoolmaster for someone to learn the ropes at ele/medium or equally he has lots of untapped ability to develop more and could certainly progress to PSG or more with the right rider.

Isaac loves his hacking - he goes out alone or in company, in front or behind, and is very good with heavy traffic and in open spaces.

Isaac was originally bought by me as an unbroken 3yo to event. He was a winner at BE90 level but did not enjoy the showjumping in a competitive environment so I made the choice to focus on dressage with him so that I could learn to ride the higher level work. He does however enjoy his cross country (loves a farm ride trip), and is happy to do polework/gridwork/SJ lessons in a non-competitive or lower key setting.

He is only for sale because my heart is in eventing and he keeps getting put on the back burner because dressage is not 'my thing'! This is a very sad sale because he is an absolute delight to have around and the sweetest horse to do.

He is a very compact 16.2/3 and would suit a smaller rider or even a teenager moving up onto horses. He is very easy to sit to. He's a very well mannered ride and would be perfect for a competitive amateur, but not suitable for a novice or very nervous rider as he can have a little spook (absolutely nothing nasty - he's just not a robot) and he responds to light aids. Does not need riding every day and will be the same to ride even if he's been on holiday for a few weeks!

He has no vices and is easy to do in all ways. He has had a tiny sarcoid removed and a minor annual maintenance requirement which I am happy to discuss with genuinely interested buyers and is reflected in my asking price. I want to find this lovely chap the perfect home and I am open to offers in order to do so - please ring me for a chat and I'm very happy to discuss him in detail.

Sad sale due to ill health. Was sent away last year for professional schooling for several months and had lots of experiences whilst there. He went to the beach, pony club and an arena. Teddy was backed in April, he was easy to do and eager to learn. He absolutely loved hacking and proved to be very sensible alone and in company walk, trot, canter.

He has free jumped showing serious scope as well as really enjoying it, clearing 120 with ease, so I feel like with the right rider he has the potential to be a brilliant 138 bs pony/ pony club pony. He has popped a small upright with a rider but nothing more as don’t have a rider small enough.

He came on and learnt a lot over a few months so we decided to give him a holiday to grow a bit more as well as the weather being so hot and I had other commitments. He had about a month off and then two weeks ago was bought back in and sat straight on and he was the same as where we left him proving to be very sensible.

Teddy is a really sweet pony to have on the yard, he loves attention and would stand all day to be groomed. Very easy to do in all ways clip, load, etc. The best home wanted for this special pony where he’s going to really shine.

Due to his age he is not suitable for a novice and must go to a knowledgeable home.
