Floss is a truly beautiful mare inside and out, combining quality breeding, correct conformation and a temperament that is hard to find. A lovely modern type with plenty of presence, she is the sort that immediately catches the eye whilst remaining genuine, kind and easy in every way.

By the ever popular Sligo Candy Boy, Floss inherits many of the outstanding attributes associated with this sought-after sire line — rideability, versatility, athleticism and an exceptional trainable temperament. She is a mare with all the raw ingredients to go on and excel in a variety of disciplines whilst equally being the type to enjoy and build a partnership with.

Floss has been in the same home since being professionally broken in by ourselves and has enjoyed a varied and sympathetic lifestyle, giving her a solid all-round education. She has spent her time hacking, schooling and being produced correctly without pressure by an amateur rider, allowing her to mature into the genuine and straightforward mare she is today.

She is a pleasure to hack both alone and in company, remaining reliable and sensible in open spaces as well as being good in farm and village traffic. She has seen plenty of the world and takes everything in her stride with a calm and willing attitude.

On the flat she works in a soft, balanced outline with three good paces and gives a lovely feel under saddle. She is comfortable, straightforward and willing, making her an enjoyable ride for a variety of riders.

Floss also shows a very good jump with a natural technique and careful attitude. Whilst she has not been competitively jumped to date, she has all the ability and attributes to progress further in the right hands. Her lack of competition mileage is purely through no fault of her own and is reflected in her price.

One of Floss’ biggest assets is her outstanding temperament. She is exceptionally kind, affectionate and easy to have around — never marish, loves attention and is genuinely a pleasure to deal with daily. Easy to catch, load, shoe and box, she is the sort that fits effortlessly into any yard routine and quickly becomes everyone’s favourite.

This is a very sad sale on behalf of a client, and finding the right home for her is of the utmost importance. She deserves a knowledgeable 5? home where she can continue to flourish and reach her full potential.

Where to start - this mare is exquisite in every way ,she has the looks, ability and most importantly temperament to be a superstar in any direction.

This is her first season competing and she has found it all very easy and has now stepped up to 90/1m .

Dotti is a sweet Mare with such unique coloring. She was broken in last OCT 25 and has been slowly produced since then.

Is a Blank canvas for a confident capable rider to produce and put their own stamp on.

She moves well and is starting to gain strength on the flat. Can walk trot and canter nicely in a frame. She is jumping courses comfortably at 80cm and training 90-1m at home.

Can be a little spooky at first but gains confidence throughout a session. Hacks out of her own and in company.

Zeus

The ultimate allrounder who can truly turn his hoof to anything. Zeus is a classy, genuine horse with a wealth of experience and a lovely temperament to match. He offers three exceptionally comfortable paces, a beautifully balanced way of going, and the most wonderful rocking horse canter that makes him a pleasure to ride. 

He has done it all, dressage, showjumping, Xc, hunting, forest rides, sponsored rides, fun rides, and plenty of hacking. He absolutely loves water and throughly enjoying a swim in the river.

To a fence, Zeus is a true point and steer type, incredibly genuine, committed, and happy to go from any stride. He gives his rider enormous confidence, always wanting to help rather than question.

In the hunting field, Zeus is an absolute machine. He adores working with the hounds, stands beautifully at the meet, and is the ultimate ditch jumper. He is equally happy to thrust into action on a big county day or to sit back and enjoy a quieter, smaller day. He’ll happily sit anywhere in the field and behaves impeccably throughout.

Although Zeus is straightforward, kind, and easy to ride, he would be wasted in a total novice home simply because he has so much to offer.

He hacks happily alone or in company and is a real gentleman in every way. Outside of the arena, he has always been ridden in a rubber pelham, which he enjoys and goes beautifully in, staying light and responsive in the hand across all disciplines. He will, of course, go in a snaffle, but is simply a nicer ride in his preferred setup.

On the ground, Zeus is every bit as kind as he is ridden, he loves people, children, and other animals, and is a true gentleman to handle. A genuine, honest horse who takes care of his rider and will offer someone a lifetime of fun, confidence, and enjoyment.

Zeus has had sarcoids removed in the past. They have not affected his performance, comfort, or ability to enjoy a varied and active life. This is an honest disclosure for knowledgeable buyers, but certainly does not take away from what an exceptional all-round horse he is. A minor consideration in what is otherwise a golden opportunity to have a horse like Zeus in your life.

NOT suitable for novices as he is a large competition bred horse

Digger is a genuine, straightforward gelding who has been sound, easy, and consistently in work throughout the four years I’ve owned him. A quality, big framed horse with proper competition breeding, he would suit a confident rider looking for a talented partner to enjoy and progress.
Although 17hh, he does not ride big (I’m 5'6") and has given me back my confidence. He schools well on the flat, established at novice level with lateral work, and is unfazed by white boards, banners, and busy atmospheres. Regularly scoring mid to high 60s at Novice and has won local dressage championship at prelim level.

Showjumping, he is honest and scopey. Happily popping round 90cm–1m with ease, takes a miss, and has never stopped or run out. Confident with fillers, colours, planks, and varied environments. Rarely has a pole so often in the places at 90cm which I focus on.

Across country, he is bold, straight, and reliable. Jumps brushes, timber, ditches, water, steps and combinations with a great attitude. Consistent all year round and exactly the same after time off. No bucking or rearing. Can have a spook at something unexpected, but not spooky at fences, traffic, or large vehicles. Has been placed 4th with me at 80 and at 100 with previous riders I just don't have time or funds to focus on eventing.

Wonderful to handle and manage:
• Snaffle mouthed and never strong
• Excellent to clip, shoe, catch, load, and travel
• Travels perfectly – regularly taken out alone on the lorry
• Hacks alone and in company
• Good in open spaces
• Lives in or out; doesn’t get sharp with time off
• Genuine, polite, and easy on the yard

Temperament at competitions:
Quiet and sensible at shows, stands on the lorry, and behaves the same away as he does at home.

Rider suitability:
Would suit a confident amateur, competent teenager, or someone wanting a capable, athletic horse to enjoy and progress with.

Vice:
He windsucks, but this has no effect on his condition, performance, or behaviour and has never affected other horses.

Only for sale due to work and a house move meaning he is not fulfilling his potential. A 5* home is essential for this special horse.

Thoughtfully produced; we did not ask a lot of him last year as a 4yr old. This spring he has come out and jumped around x3 90cm ODE's (all DC on low 30's dressage tests) - he also went to a couple of hunter trials and has been to several different venues constantly jumping clear rounds at 90/1m

He is perfectly set up for someone else to now take the reins

Although he is tall - he is not a heavy horse either in his appearance or his way of going. He is a genuine snaffle mouth, does not ride on his forehand and is the smoothest horse you'll ever sit on both on the flat and over a fence (no one is getting jumped off Joey!)

He doesn't bat an eye at any kind of filler / water tray / ditch / trakhener etc

NH very well built girl who is superbly bred; by Cloudings (grandsire Sadler's Wells); her half brother Many Clouds won the Grand National in 2015.

Backed and ridden away as 4yo in current home and never rushed, brought on slowly and she happily lives in or out in mixed herd.

She has done fun rides, low level unaffiliated SJ, ODEs and arena eventing, jumping up to 90cm in a competition environment. She is still green XC but loves water.

She has been to several stay away shows, both overnight and for several days competing for the Royal Air Force Equitation Association (RAFEA) and settles well away from home, even without turnout.

She's a forward going type that is keen to learn and has schooled over larger fences and grids showing she has the scope and ability to go further with the right rider.

She's a safe hack, both alone and in company and good in traffic, both rural and urban.

No health issues or vices and clean limbs, good feet and wind.

She is well mannered and good to handle on the ground as well as no bucks, napping, rears etc when ridden.

I was 13 years old when we got her but as I am starting university in September so she’s ready for her new 5-star loving home.

Birdy is a 12-year-old, 16.1hh Thoroughbred cross mare. We’ve done a bit of everything together including pony club, NSEA, riding club and clinics.

In previous years he was professionally produced in showjumping homes and jumped internationally up top CSI 2* 1m30 level including age classes from Spain to Belgium/Holland. An absolute gentleman to take out on the lorry, happily travels in a trailer and bigger lorry also. Works beautifully on the flat, 3 very expressive paces and has established flying changes!

Never strong and always goes in a simple snaffle bit and bradle no gadgets needed, doesn’t ride like a big horse and always so polite, waits for his riders instruction. Incredibly talented over a coloured pole, he has showjumping breeding so equally excels in this sphere super careful and athletic with huge amounts of scope.

Easily jumping up to 1m25 at training shows, never spooky with fillers and always looking for the next fence. He has already proven himself in the ring, having jumped in Ireland and at Aintree, showing incredible scope and a genuine love for his job. although I HAVE NOT JUMPED him since owning him due to lack of confidence.
joe has been to clinics and fun rides.
