Nipper is a 7 year old Irish draught gelding, who has done fantastic in the show world being runner up at Dublin in the working hunter. He is fantastic to jump and has all the ability to take a turn to showjumping.

He has spent most of his life in Ireland picking up his showing through the summer and hunting through winter which he his fantastic at but now over here he needs to find a nice home to continue doing what he loves. He works well on the flat. Nipper really is an all in one horse.

Good to hack(doesn’t mind about any kind of traffic), load, shoe and quite literally do anything with.

Although he probably ticks many people’s boxes he does have a couple bad points which are reflected in his price.

Nipper wouldn’t be for a novice rider and He didn’t pass his recent vetting on a hard circle which is not to say he wouldn’t pass but couldn’t guarantee, also has a sarcoid on his hind offside leg which hasn’t changed since a 4 year old when his current owners brought him.

Major has done a bit of everything – he’s hunted, done charity rides, hunter trials, and he’s an absolute machine across country. He’s incredibly brave, takes everything in his stride, and nothing phases him. If you’re someone who loves hunting or cross country, this is your guy.

He’s well-schooled on the flat, goes in a lovely outline  with a soft snaffle mouth, and is naturally balanced. He’s currently jumping around 1.10m at home and loose jumps 1.20m with ease, showing plenty of scope and potential. He’s got everything you’d want in a future eventer or serious riding club horse. He has three great paces.

Major is a kind, friendly lad with a really sweet nature – he loves attention and is a pleasure to have on the yard. He’s ridden here by a girl and has never bucked, but he is not a novice ride. He’d suit a competent rider who wants to get out and have fun.

Major hacks out, he’s good in traffic, easy to load, he prefers hacking in a group. The main thing is finding someone experienced who will get on with him and give him the kind of life he enjoys – being out, jumping, and doing a job.

He has no stable vices, price includes transport to your yard in the UK.

Super horse that is naturally well balanced, has lovely level paces, she has been nicely ridden on the flat and has very good soft gentle transitions.

Scopey, brave, careful jump and is bold with all the coloured fences in the arena. Sandy has competed successfully in training shows in Ireland around 90cm and 1m tracks.

This mare is a super Hunter and she will go first or last without pulling or getting strong. She has been XC schooling with us proving to be perfect with rails, hedges, going on and off the banks and was happy to jump both in and out of water. Sandy has a confident and easy attitude to her work and rides politely in a snaffle bridle at all times.

Sandy is a lovely horse to hack out and will happily go alone or in company and is extremely good in traffic - she will happily ride past lorries , bikes, tractors etc without turning a hair.

Kindest of horses to handle and is easy to catch, tie up, groom, bath, load etc and is good to both clip and shoe.

He was purchased direct from his breeder at 6months old, was lightly backed as a 3yr old and hunted with light competition as a 4yr old.

Morris is an incredibly kind horse who is looking for his forever home to have fun in.
Unfortunately a change of circumstance has meant the best thing for him is to be sold due to lack of time as his owner now has young children and a time consuming job.

Tommy – 16.2hh Grey Irish Draught Gelding

Tommy is a quality 16.2hh grey Irish Draught gelding with a bold outlook and plenty of presence. Previously enjoyed by a competent amateur, he’s taken part in a wide range of activities including regular riding club outings with the New Forest Riding Club and some light hunting with the bloodhounds and draghounds – though he proved himself to be more of a thruster’s horse out hunting.

A real jumping enthusiast, Tommy has been consistently placed in ODEs, showjumping, and hunter trials. He’s a genuine, straight-forward point-and-go type over a fence – always looking for the next job and never backs off.

He schools nicely on the flat and has the basics established, but he doesn’t particularly enjoy dressage – much more at home with his knees up and ears forward. Out hacking, he’s forward-going, fun, and completely unfazed by traffic, farm machinery, or open spaces. Happy to hack alone or in company.

Very smart horse with beautiful paces. A late starter produced slowly and correctly, now ready to go out and be further produced. Would excel in eventing/ showjumping/ dressage.

Has been out unaff showjumping and XC schooling, proving to be very sensible with a great attitude.

Good to shoe though currently barefoot with great feet, loads well and happily stands on the box or left tied up to it. Great in traffic, loves hacking and is good alone and in company. He has impeccable manners on the ground and for a big horse he never pulls you around.

As most Cruising horses have, Joey has his quirks (he can buck occasionally, not big and very predictable) which can be explained in more detail over the phone including his history. This reflects in his price.

Recently passed 5 stage vetting and has full x rays which can be passed on to purchaser.

Kind and empathetic little mare on the ground. Outstanding mannerisms. Never any bother to clip, shoe, load , travel, catch, handle etc - she is absolutely golden. Handled and ridden daily by a 13 year old

Turns out alone or in a mixed herd and is never any bother. Comes to call and is easy to have on any yard. Always settled beautifully at stay away shows

Loves to go on beach and fun rides

Hunted on an extremely busy ladies day with The Shropshire - over 85 mounted , her first time on the field and she was outstanding. Jumped absolutely everything , stood patiently, unpaused by the hounds , never once strong , went on all day like an absolute diamond and gave me the best days hunting I’ve ever had in my life

Sage is absolutely stunning on the flat. A breath taking mover who moved for fun! Could do with some tweaking here and there but dressage isn’t my thing so consequently, I’ve never made it hers! Has a big trot paired with a a smaller , adjustable , uphill canter. Has done unaffiliated stressage on the odd occasion I’ve been blackmailed to take part and always come away with a thrilly. Auto changes installed. Forward mare who likes a still rider but equally likes to be ridden and feel your leg , she’s not for a percher, she likes a rider. Very obedient up and down the transitions

Jumping - well where do I start? My word this mare can jump!! She has a huge very scopey jump and is absolutely bold as brass. Picked up numerous placings at cricklands in big and quick classes , I’ve never not had a place on her at unaffiliated up to 90cm. Is now ready to go BS. Jumps open water trays , pops bigger fences at home. A touch low mileage for her age only due to previous owner circumstances. This mare would skip around a 70cm or go a jump a fox with the right jockey. Very easy to ride around a set of fences and although very careful, is very forgiving. Happy to jump around steady or you can put your foot in the gas if you’re as competitive as me who can’t possibly just go for the steady clear!

Jumps XC with scope to burn. She loves that job! Bold over hedges , drops , all rustics etc. never strong not silly and has plenty jump. She’d be competitive out eventing should new owner desire , big solid fences aren’t really for me!

To hack out - well I’ve never had a mare like this in my life to hack out!! So so reliable and bold in all types of traffic and open spaces. She goes alone or in company. The kids ride her to give me a lead on the breakers. She’s ridden daily along a 60mph road and she doesn’t flinch. Stands at the mountain block etc

Had a foal which a friend of mine still has. Was an excellent mum and textbook to get in foal producing a huge filly with the same desirable temperament

This mare is my own personal horse. I first had her on loan when I was 18 years old (6years ago). I now own her myself which was all I ever dreamed of. However she’s always been too small for me , I have my own yard with lots of paying clients and opportunities as well as another of my own out on the circuit taking so much time. Therefore after much thought I have decided I need to let her go. However I’m in no rush and all homes will be vetted. Open to re vet and x-rays

She’s a mare that needs to be in work , she can be sensitive and although is good as gold she would absolutely hate someone banging around up there! Shes a mare that deserves a nice rider on top.

Until she sells I will start to BS her and will look to show her in some county shows this summer as a worker / riding horse

Charlie finished racing sound four years ago and has been professionally schooled. He has competed in Dressage, Show Jumping and Eventing.

He has done lots of Hound Exercise, Hedge Hopping, stay away Pony Club Camps/clinics. Charlie is a snaffle mouth and is adaptable to most situations.

He will patiently stand at the mounting block, happy to stand still at shows and lessons, and whilst out with hounds. He will stand happily tied to horseboxes and trailers at events.
Charlie lives out 24/7 during the summer months but is also happy to come in.

Charlie likes to be kept busy and he can have the odd ‘fresh moment’ so is therefore not being advertised to Novices, but he has been owned, ridden and competed by a teenage girl for the past four years.

He loves fuss and attention, is good to catch, load, shoe etc. Up to date with teeth, maintenance physio and vaccinations etc. Open to any Veterinary examination.


This is a very sad sale due to owners upcoming A levels, University commitments and ongoing health issues.

Eyecatching gelding with full history known.

Pep has hunted all season with a competent novice and has also whipped in when needed to which he did a fantastic job and was very well behaved.
Hes great hacking out alone and in company safe in traffic.

Peps schooling has come on no ends and he's started to work in a correct outline moves very nicely with uphill gaits.
We have taken pep Xc which he completely blew us away and proved the talent he really has
Happy to jump showjumps with plenty of scope and ability.

Really would make a fantastic event horse as well as being a proven hunt horse.

Pep has always been a little grumpy on the floor we take zero notice of him now as we know him so well, hes come on alot since first being here. I would not suggest a novice handle him, although he's been owned by a competent novice the last year and has been OK his behaviour got worse, persistent routine and boundarys are key for him.

Can easily tack him up, rug him, wash him, and do all the daily things farrier etc etc was being led in a chifney but we are now managing in a basic collar.

Pep is a fantastic horse in the making and really will excel in the correct management routine.

Does weave in the stable when stressed this has become less and less since he's in work and settling.
