Super smart type and soo cute!!
He has a very sweet temperament, a really nice type to be around and handle.
He’s got good bone and plenty of substance, will make a great all round type.
Shown a great attitude xc schooling today for his 1st time jumping absolutely everything asked of him and going in the water ect
He loaded/travelled and stood on the lorry on his own like a pro.
He’s still green in the arena but rides well for his age and is very genuine, has been a really good boy to hack and ride in open spaces.

Tommy is currently based with us at The Talland School of Equitation, where he has been an all round school horse for the last 2 years, ridden by students and clients up to Stage 3 level. He is sadly for sale on her behalf, as she has a young family and doesnt have the time he deserves.

Prior to this, he has been a family horse done a bit of everything low level, gone on hunts including bloodhounds drag hunts, has jumped everything asked of him. Competed unaffiliated dressage, show jumping and cross country has gone to xc, show jumping training, hacks alone or company.
We don’t hack out very much at Talland, but with his owner is fine in company, out hacking alone takes confidence from rider or someone on ground. Prior to coming to us, he was also in riding school for a year with Widbrook EC.

He lives in or out, with us is turned out in a herd and is very settled.

He would be most suited to a home where he will be kept busy, and have a varied lifestyle, perfect Riding Club all - rounder. He wouldn’t suit a happy hacking home, or a beginner home.

He has a fab temperament, and will make someone a great fun friend. Would suit a competent mother daughter share. He is good to handle on the ground, good to clip, trim, shoe etc. Good with the vet.

Benny has active, correct paces and a scopey jump. After a late start through no fault of his own he is now beginning to turn into a smart competition prospect.

He schools very nicely on the flat, is snaffled mouthed, easy off the leg and is capable of producing a smart dressage test.

Naturally as his breeding suggests he has a scopey jump. However we feel this isn't what he loves as he lacks confidence and would need someone willing to be patient, sympathetic and take time to build his trust, making him an ideal project for the Summer months. Ideally a home with someone wanting to concentrate on his flatwork and enjoy polework/gridwork clinics, fun rides, riding club, hacking etc

A rare opportunity to purchase this lovely character who has become a huge part of our family since he was born. He is well known out with the Coakham bloodhounds and also with the OSBWK. Highly recommended for his manners and sensible love for the sport. Comfortable with hounds and other horses all round him. Jumps rails , hedges and ditches in front or behind.

Schooling is easy for him, walk trot canter with both leads established. Basic lateral commands understood and practiced.

He is a brilliant hack, happy alone or in company and has seen plenty of traffic without worry. Calm and sensible to take in a trailer and lorry. Happily popping Show jumps both at home and at Felbridge showing a really promising technique and calm attitude. We have an extensive XC course on our doorstep which he loves visiting and already giving more nervous horses a lead over anything and everything. Daphne does basic flatwork and has three balanced free moving paces. She has been schooled in a menage and open field happily. She carries herself correctly, forward going but safe and responsive. A small compact powerful type.

She happily pops a course of small showjumps without hesitation not fazed by any fillers and a water tray. She hasn’t done much jumping so can be green but is super genuine, will give anything a go, she never rushes and has a careful scopey jump.

She has also been cross-country schooling which she once again took all in her stride. Jumping all the basics along with some small arrowheads, steps, skinny’s, ditches, trakehners and water with no hesitation.

Jedi is a pleasure to have on the yard. He’s good to do (clip, shoe, catch, load etc). Jed has hacked alone and in company.

Moves well with good flatwork. Jed has plenty of jump and has jumped BS clears to 1.10m (Pauldarys Jedi). At the movement he is most competitive at 90/100cm but we think he would come to be competitive at 1.10m again in time with the right rider.

He is a forward going sort but not nasty or silly just likes to get on with his job.

Not suitable for a novice but would be great for a competent amateur looking for a super fun horse. Only looking for his new home as owner is in uni and doesn’t have the time for a horse at present.
