Sunny has been started slowly, carefully and correctly—every step taken the right way.

Samson ⭐️

The Apple of my eye my little Sammy starfish! I bought Samson as a 2yo, and have had the privilege of producing him. He has been the most wonderful little horse and a total pleasure to do in all ways. He is a much sought after cross Connemara x draught, he combines native hardiness with athleticism and a cheeky but very level headed.

Sammy is good to hack, alone or in company. He never naps. He is good in all traffic/bikes/farm machinery. He is super to ride in open spaces and big grassy fields. He has been on a couple of steady fun rides and was very good and not phased by anything.

He is working well in the school for his age. He works in a soft outline and is very balanced. He has a goos mouth and is really working well in the contact. He canters on the correct lead and has a basic understanding of lateral work. He has attended a couple of prelim dressage tests and has always done a sweet test and been in the ribbons! He is not bothered by the boards and isn’t spooky in the arena.

He has been to the beach and was perfect in a snaffle and not strong cantering with others.

Samson is showing lots of promise over a Showjump. He has been to some arena hires and a couple of unaffiliated shows. He has never stopped at anything and is super willing and careful. He is an easy horse to ride to a fence as he is always looking ahead to the next job! He has a lovely even canter around a course, and I can’t wait to see what this little chap does in the future. He is a forward, fun and very safe ride, he is the kind of horse that you always have a smile on your face when riding!

Samson is wonderful xc, he is very brave with water/ditches/skinnies. He has been xc schooling on an arena as well as on grass.

Sampson is a super talented jumper, he easily loose jumps 130 for fun. He is a super exciting prospect for the future for riding club / pony club/ grass roots.

He is good to do in all ways, he is good to shoe, lives in or out, good to bath, load, travel, catch. He is good with other horses. He is a plucky, jolly little horse. He has a fabulous attitude and he is super intelligent. I would like to see him in a home produced on to event as this is where I think he will shine. But similarly he will be happy being loved by someone! Open to any vetting. Doesn’t move totally straight so wouldn’t be for someone to show at a high level.

No novices please as he is only a 4yo and I want my special boy to find the best and most fitting home, a very hard sale.

**PLEASE READ PRICE REDUCED DRAMATICALLY BY HALF AFTER SMALL FINDINGS OF ARTHRITIC CHANGES ON VETTING** her whole history is known to me from being backed, she’s never had a lame day, flew through a 5stage vetting a yr and a half ago, 1/2 / 10ths lame on flexion infront, and not 100% either way on the circle on concrete. Sound to ride, and let’s be honest, who is doing flexion tests and trotting on a 10m circle on concrete daily? She has never been medicated, owner reluctant to begin medicating to ‘get her through’ a vetting, when she has many years before there is a need to medicate.

Daisy is a stunning dapple grey mare with a black mane. She has a beautiful head, and is a well put together substantial model of a horse. She is 9yo and 16hh, she is perfect if you’re looking for a small horse but like to have plenty of length of neck and a good shoulder to have Infront of you!

Daisy is well schooled on the flat, she is lovely down the rein and has an understanding of lateral work. She is the kind of horse you can really get your leg on and ride up to the bridle. She has a big swinging trot and a lovely armchair canter. She has been to UA dressage shows and is v good in the boards and rises to the occasion! She is a horse with lots of presence, she really fills the eye.

Daisy has attended pole clinics and is happy to work and focus in the school along side other horses. She has competed at UA one day events with a teenager (80), always posting a sweet dressage test and has been double clear. Daisy has a lovely jump, she has been to sj shows, arena hires and xc schooling. She has proven to be careful over a pole, She can be a little looky at new fillers in the showjumping so for this reason would not be suitable for a total novice or a v nervous rider as a show jumper or event horse.

Daisy is good to hack alone or in company. . She is v good in traffic, she has had tractors pass her and has been immaculately behaved.

She is not mareish to handle or to ride. She does not buck nap or rear. She does not spook horrendously, but typical of a competition horse she is not totally a dobbin.

Daisy has attended the Fernie fun ride, she was brilliantly behaved and not atall phased by other horses coming and going past. She is ridden in a snaffle.

She is good to load, travel, clip, shoe.

Daisy is available for any vet inspection. No vices, no health issues. Lovely mare who will excel in dressage/showing/hunting, an easy horse to have around the yard!

Moo is a 6-year-old purebred Connemara gelding, standing at approximately 15hh, by 3DR Inis Bui and out of a Tasty Mover mare. He has been a very special part of our family for the past 3½ years, and during that time he has been enjoyed by the whole family.

Mover is a true-to-type Connemara — beautifully put together, with a leg in each corner, lovely presence and a correct, straight conformation. He has no lumps or bumps and is a really quality, genuine pony.

Moo has had a fantastic, varied education and has enjoyed a bit of everything, including:

Effy is a 15.2hh, 13-year-old Connemara x Thoroughbred mare and the ultimate all-rounder/ladies hunter.

Sadly, she has been outgrown, so she is now looking for her next forever home.

Since being with us she has turned her hoof to everything including hunting, showjumping, eventing and dressage, taking it all in her stride and proving herself to be a talented, versatile mare. She is a careful and genuine show jumper, happily competing at 90/100cm where she is consistently in the ribbons.

On the flat she produces a lovely dressage test, competing at novice level with three established paces. Cross-country is where she really comes alive and she absolutely loves it, having competed in numerous local hunter trials and unaffiliated ODEs while schooling confidently around courses up to 110cm, happily jumping anything you point her at.

She also has a successful British Eventing record from a previous home, consistently producing double clear rounds. Effy has hunted for two full seasons, including leading a child on the lead rein for part of one season, and will happily jump any hedge or country she is asked. She has also competed in local inter-hunt relays at county shows, always keeping a level head and behaving impeccably. She is always ridden in a snaffle.

Out hacking she is a pleasure, completely unfazed by pigs, donkeys, cows, sheep or ponies, excellent in traffic and around agricultural machinery, and is equally happy alone or in company. She loves fun rides, will lead unbacked horses from her, and has attended large stay-away shows where she has always behaved impeccably.

She is an incredibly genuine and safe mare who looks after less experienced riders but is equally happy to step up a gear for someone more capable.

She has schooled up to 120cm at home and has plenty of scope, making her an ideal ladies' hunter, Riding Club horse or a fantastic step-up for a teenager coming off ponies. She is happy living out 24/7 or being stabled, happy in individual or group turnout, and is good to clip, shoe, load and travel, loading onto both trailers and lorries. She is easy to handle on the ground

. She is up to date with vaccinations, teeth, physio and worming, and is open to any vetting. I want to be completely upfront that she would not pass a 5* vetting on soundness, as she can show approximately 1/10 lameness on a small circle on hard ground. She has also been seen to weave in the stable, before feed times. I have owned her for several years and neither has affected her performance.. she has competed and hunted up to 1.10m. Her price reflects both points accordingly, and I am more than happy to have this all written into a contract confirming that neither has affected her performance during my ownership.

“MY GOLD STAR” is an outstanding example of an old head on young shoulders type of 5yo. She is exceptionally brave, straight and honest in whatever you ask of her. By Big Star and out of an eventing ISH mare.

Gold Star got backed at the end of last year and has been slowly and carefully produced since. We have done lots of hacking, alone and in company, she works nicely on the flat and has her simple changes. She is a forward going, bloody and keen ride but not sharp or spooky.

She has attended her first few BS shows proving to be extremely honest to a fence, doesn’t bat an eyelid at any filler and jumps of any stride, never stopped at a thing.

She would be an ideal type for an amateur rider or small lady to produce up the levels for showjumping or equally she is brave and straight enough to excel at eventing. Scope for 1.20m+ classes and would make a fantastic grassroots BE90/100 horse.

Understandably still very green and new to the ring, but she has a brilliant attitude toward life and is easy to do and handle in all ways. Perfectly behaved out and about at a show environment. Good to load, clip, farrier, catch, travel etc. No beginner/novices or nervous riders as she is a young horse although an extremely easy one.
