I have quietly broken and ridden her away due to her size and she has started to go to some arena hires and is competing at prelim level dressage and showjumping at unaffiliated shows, showing the most wonderful attitude to the competition environment. Rosie is a stunning, compact model with an extremely trainable brain. She has so far excelled in every question asked of her. She went out and jumped indoors for the first time and came out with a double clear, was completely unphased by the atmosphere and busy warm up. She also impressed out arena eventing, again jumping double clear.

Rosie has beautiful floaty paces and will no doubt do some lovely dressage tests this season. I also have no doubt that she will excel on the cross country as she is a complete natural in every aspect of life. She proved to be brave and confident when cross country schooling. She is ready to crack on with this season and is very much an old head on young shoulders type.

Rosie loves her hacking and is very happy to be out in company or on her own and has experienced both proving be unbothered by heavy traffic and machinery. I also think she would love hunting.

Rosie has loads of talent to progress up the levels in eventing or would equally suit an amateur wanting to win at the lower levels and I think she would be an ideal candidate for badminton grassroots. She would also be an ideal first horse for a younger jockey to have fun on.

She is very easy to manage, can be left for a few days and comes out the same, doesn’t get fresh or silly. Goes in the field on her own or in company.

Freya is a lovely person! She is very sweet to handle and deal with on the ground. Very straight forward to ride, always in a snaffle.

Having spent the past 7 years being a mummy. She is ready to get back into a ridden career.

Having just started jumping again, and she loves it!! She is super brave, carful and doesn't spook at anything. And would probably love hunting and xc too. Perhaps a little keen for a quiet test, but wouldn’t rule her out!!

She can be a little quirky so wouldnt suit a very green rider. She can try it on and have a little kick at the leg if pushed to fast in her warm up. But really not nasty or drastic! I patiently encourage her and she goes straight away but very manageable and not something she does often.

Freya is good hacking alone and in company, can get a little excited but never nasty. Just a bit of a jig.

Loads & travels well on everything, amazing to clip, good to shoe however currently barefoot as just a cheaper Option and has good strong feet.

This very smart boy has good paces and a very honest, scopey jump.
He has recently started his BE and BD careers successfully. He came 2nd in his first BE90 at Alnwick Ford with a 30 dressage and a foot perfect double clear, gaining a grassroutes areas qualification. He has also recently qualified for the BD area festivals in February. In his recent outing BD he came 2nd in a very competitive section. He has lots of potential and is a getting lovely comments from the judges.
Jumping wise, Gerry is extremely honest, he doesn’t look at anything and shows plenty of scope. He will easily step up to 100 next season and I’m fairly certain he would go up to novice with some more mileage.

Gerry hacks alone and in company, he’s very level headed and doesn’t need riding every day. He is a lovely boy to have on the yard, he is very straightforward. Easy to catch, box, shoe, clip.

Gerry is quite low mileage for his age, due to his owners ill health, but would suit many riders and is a serious potential grassroutes horse.

Moves well with good flatwork. Jed has plenty of jump and has jumped BS clears to 1.10m (Pauldarys Jedi). He has been with a young girl the past few years and then out on loan so hasn’t jumped up the heights but he is getting back into it quickly and still has plenty of jump in there so we see no reason why he won’t jump back up the levels again with the right rider. He is a forward going sort but not nasty or silly just likes to get on with his job.

Not suitable for a novice but would be great for a competent amateur looking for a super fun horse. Only looking for his new home as owner is in uni and doesn’t have the time for a horse at present.
