CHEDINGTON GOLDEN GIRL — “BEA”

Exciting homebred 4yo mare

Chestnut mare by Golden Hawk (Figo de Muze).

Bea is a lovely homebred mare who has been carefully produced here at Chedington from the beginning. She was broken in as a 3yo and has been given plenty of time to develop correctly.

She is showing all the qualities of an exciting young competition horse — careful, athletic and scopey, with a great attitude towards her work.

Bea is naturally balanced, straightforward to ride and always wants to do her job. She is still young and green, but has been very genuine throughout her education and is ready for someone to continue producing.

She would suit a confident amateur or professional looking for a quality young horse to produce through the grades, with the potential to excel in either showjumping or eventing.

A genuine homebred horse who has been known and produced by us throughout her life.

No good quality photos of her jumping at home, please see video of her riding under saddle and jumping attached.

🦄 5YO - GELDING - 168 - VERDI X CANABIS Z 🦄

- Jimmy is a very straight forward, easy going, well mannered young horse. Great in all ways, snaffle mouthed, never silly and no vices.

With 3 flashy paces and good looks he could easily excel doing pure dressage - or could even make a top eventer.

Jimmy has an extremely trainable attitude towards work, and is ready for someone to put there own stamp on!

Easy enough for an amateur, also shows great potential for a professional.

🐴 Due to being overstocked this lovely horse is priced to sell. No time wasters.

Bunny is a genuine, kind and very un-mareish mare who really does her best to help her rider.

She has only had two homes in her life - initially professionally produced to novice level eventing as a 6 year old while still owned by her breeder (including jumping clear xc as a 5 yr old at Osberton International. She also hunted and showjumped unaffiliated during these years.

For the last 3 years, Bunny has been with a very amateur owner where she has done a bit of everything, helping her rider both eventing and showjumping. Naturally quick against the clock she has been a rosette machine up to 1m and is currently placing and jumping confidently at newcomers (110/115cm) with plenty of ability for more to offer her rider in the future. There are a couple of very man-made errors on her record which we are very happy to talk through! Loves her cross country and is confident and competent across all obstacles/ditches/water.

Very good to hack alone and in company she is also good to lead another horse/pony from. Travels alone, and doesn't stress if another is taken away from her at a competition. Has been used in the past to lead ponies from out hunting.

Good to clip, shoe and load, she is a really lovely horse to have in the yard - also loves a cuddle!

A genuinely kind, honest and incredibly straightforward young horse who we have slowly produced with a fantastic attitude to everything he does. Mouse is a real character who is easy to have around and is a pleasure to manage both at home and away from competitions.

He is good to clip, shoe, box, hack and is the same horse whether ridden every day or given days off. He hacks happily alone or in company and can be ridden or led. Exceptionally well-mannered, he works comfortably in a snaffle, bitless, and is currently progressing with bridleless work.

Mouse has been successfully produced this season with three Eventing Ireland runs, finishing 1st, 3rd & 4th. He consistently produces competitive dressage scores and is always inside the time. He is currently jumping 90cm tracks confidently and shows plenty of scope to progress further up the levels.

What makes Mouse particularly special is his temperament. He is not hot, strong or sharp and is incredibly genuine in all phases. He gives his rider confidence, is forgiving of mistakes and always tries his best. He is incredibly cleaver and learns fast.

He would make a fabulous event horse for a young rider coming up the levels or a small/lightweight adult wanting a fun, competitive and sensible partner.

Honest, safe and enjoyable to ride, Mouse is the sort that is increasingly difficult to find. A much-loved horse looking for his next home where he can continue to fulfil his potential and bring someone a huge amount of enjoyment.

Up to date with dentist and vaccinations.

Muddy is a gorgeous 6yo Connie x Warmblood bay gelding I’ve had him since a yearling and broke him in at 3 and a half. Then let him have another year turned out to mature.

He’s got a lovely temperament and laid back nature. He’s done plenty of hacking and is absolutely bombproof in traffic. He’s done little schoolwork due to our school being so deep this year but is a pleasure to school.

Very unfortunate sale, I would love to do more with him, but unfortunately can’t at the moment due to personal circumstances.

I keep muddy at a private yard so no time wasters and serious viewings only thank you.

• Moves beautifully, established lateral work
• Consistent record at novice/2*

Edie is a 16.1hh, 9yo experienced novice mare who is ready to give someone a huge amount of fun and experience whether that be showing them the ropes or being competitive at the next level.

She moves beautifully on the flat and is very correct in her way of going. She has well established lateral work, mediums and counter cater. Edie works naturally softly and into the contact.

She loves her jumping and jumps out of a gorgeous rhythm both SJ and XC. Never strong or silly but takes her rider to the fence. She is very straight and never looks at anything spooky or skinny etc. A real cross country superstar, she is brilliant to any question, water/steps/ditches.

Edie has a very consistent record at novice/2* level and has run at intermediate. If she was to stay with me longer term she is ready to step up and continue building experience at intermediate/3*. She is a gem on the ground, easy to clip/box/shoe/catch/hack etc.

Very sadly for sale because I own her and can’t afford to continue running her next season.
