Solo is a British bred gelding, bred by myself, who has a long blood line of exceptional sport horses in his breeding. He is by Devivio who's sire is the infamous Grand Prix dressage stallion Desperado who has been awarded keur status. Solos grand sire is the world renowed Vivaldi, producer of many champion horses and licensed stallions,who ranks in the top 10 dressage horses in the world .Solos dams sire is Soliman de Hus, who produces outstanding offspring for dressage, jumping and eventing, He has an exceptional performance history, and it is said that he was one of the best stallions produced by sandro hit, who himself was trained to grand prix dessage level and is ranked in the world top 10 for best dressage sire , also lanthan appears in his pedigree a producers of excellent dressage horses but also proven to be an important sire of jumping horses.

Solo is a stricking gelding, with all the attributes of a modern sport horse. This talented young horse boasts three expressive, naturally uphill paces. his walk is fluent, relaxed and confident, the trot is elastic and ground- covering with excellent swing and presence; and the canter is bold, uphill and balanced, showing a natural lightness in self-carriage.

He is a willing and forward-thinking ride, with a trainable attitute and a genuine desire to work . He is already developing a lovely outline and balance, and with an ambitious rider, he has all the potential to progress to a high level dressage horse.

He has been out to arena hires, proving sensible and well mannered in new environment, He travels well, is easy to handle both on the ground and under saddle, and is straight forward in all respects of his care.

Kind, polite and gentle Sid is a smart little horse with nice paces, and a particularly floaty trot. He has been lunged and long lined, confidently leads in hand and from a horse over the forest and on roads. Happy in tack.

Loads and travels well, he has travelled regularly before me and done a few arena hire trips with me. I also took him to an in hand show and he behaved impeccably.

Stands beautifully at a mounting block. Happy to be leant over.

Lives out 24/7, he is a good doer. But also happy in a stable. Has been out with mares, geldings and alone. Is also sometimes left alone in the field (with horses next door) while others are ridden.

This is a horse that was bred locally and that no one has a bad word to say about. Unfortunately due to personal circumstances, happy to share, I am unable to continue with his education and don't want him to be wasted. He is looking for a wonderful, experienced new home. Regularly trimmed, up to date on wormer, teeth and vaccinations.

A very sweet young mare with a nice start and the breeding and temperament to develop into a fab small allrounder, Oti is confident and kind. A compact type with a willing attitude, backed and straightforward to do, she’s not been rushed and has not been jumped, a genuine blank canvas ready for someone to produce and put their own stamp on her.

Owned since she was 1 (direct from her breeder at Tremayne Irish Draughts in Cornwall), she’s a fabulous and much-loved little mare and she wouldn’t be going anywhere if she’d grown a hand bigger – sadly she’s just not grown big enough for me.

She has recently been professionally backed proving very straightforward to do, and is currently riding away sensibly at her backing yard in Cornwall.

Oti is already a pleasure to have out and about:
- She’s done plenty of groundwork including lots of long lining. Easy on the ground, on the yard, in the stable.
- Professionally backed and riding away very sensibly for her age – she’s brave, willing, unspooky and not phased by things, should make a proper ‘have a go at anything’ sort.
- Hacking out and genuinely enjoys it – is the same whether she goes first or last and has been out alone around the farm with no problems.
- Confident being in the indoor school but still extremely green.
- Good in all traffic seen so far, including tractors.

She is:
- Level-headed, biddable, and should prove easy to produce.
- A friendly people person, generally wants to be with you and involved in whatever you’re doing.
- Good with other horses, easy with any routine or management.
- Great with the farrier, has always been barefoot and regularly trimmed, up to date with this.
- Great with the vet, up to date with vaccinations, teeth, worming. Wolf teeth removed a couple of years ago.
- Fine in her stable and with being left whilst others go out.
- Easy to catch: has always come to call, follows you around the field.
- Confident with new experiences & takes things in her stride.
- Kind with children, good with dogs (has been used to lots of dogs since I’ve had her).
- Not phased by machinery and tractors (we had lots of work done on the yard whilst she was a baby and she was super interested in watching it all).

She’s realistically priced due to her relative lack of experience to date:
- She’s backed & riding away very sensibly but hasn’t been out to shows / seen much of the world yet.
- I’ve never clipped her or bathed her, I don’t think she’d have a problem with either (she’s had the back of clippers all over her whilst on with no issues) but she’s never done it.
- She’s an inexperienced traveller because I’ve never had transport.
- She’s got a very tiny cold splint that has never caused any issues, from hooning around being a youngster on lots of land in the spring last year.

Loads, leads, stables if required, is good for the farrier and vet (he didn't even flinch for the huge cannula needle for castration last autumn). In all honesty I think you could happily pop a saddle and bridle on him tomorrow and he wouldn't mind.
