Ice is a gorgeous young piebald cob mare with a lovely nature and a twinkle of curiosity in her eye. She’s the kind of pony who greets you at the gate and wants to know exactly what’s going on – a real people pony in the making!

She’s very good to catch, enjoys a pampering session (especially a good brush!), and is easy to handle in hand. Ice is also happy to have her feet picked out and stands nicely for fuss and attention.

Having lived in a mixed herd, Ice is well-socialised and enjoys the company of others – equine or human! She has a kind, social temperament that makes her a joy to be around.

Ice has all the makings of a fabulous child’s pony, pony club partner, or show prospect in the future. She just needs a loving home to help her grow and reach her full potential!

Blue Cross Angus

  • Future project pony or companion
  • Happy living out or part stabling
£600
  • Cob
  • Piebald
  • Gelding
  • Under 1
  • 11 hands
  • Future project pony or companion
  • Happy living out or part stabling

Angus came to us via the RSPCA and has recently been castrated here at our centre.

Angus is a lovely youngster who is currently undergoing basic handling and groundwork training. He is good to catch, lead, and have his feet picked out, though still a bit unbalanced at times, as expected for his age. He can be sensitive during grooming and is learning to enjoy calm, positive interactions with the vet and farrier.

Angus would thrive with a calm, patient, and consistent handler who can give him time to mature and continue his training journey. As a recently castrated youngster, he should be homed with geldings only. A quiet environment and experienced home familiar with young horses would suit him best. He has the ability in the future to be an all round riding cob, hopefully to mature to 13.2hh+

Angus is a sweet, inquisitive pony who loves people and is enthusiastic around food. He’ll reward gentle, thoughtful handling with lots of character and charm.

Please adopt Angus

As a standardbred breed, Mae is an excellent at taking additional grass! Meaning she doesn't need restrictive management in any form. A great addition to other large horses of similar management.
