Beautiful 15hh 5 year old buckskin Irish cob mare, still bum high with lots of growing left to do. Don’t be put off by her age, she has the most amazing temperament and has so much to offer!

Misty hasn’t been rushed and has been left to mature slowly, she was recently professionally broken in and has proven to be the easiest of horses. She has a very willing attitude to work and is a very fast learner.

Although still green in the school, she will try her hardest for you and will give anything a go with no questions asked. She has seen coloured poles and popped logs.
Misty has mainly been doing lots of hacking, which she loves! She will happily hack out on her own and with others, she will leave horses mid hack with no fuss too. She is excellent in traffic, has seen heavy farm machinery, cyclists, motorbikes, cars and is totally un phased. The farm runs a shoot through the winter, the noise from the guns does not bother her. She has never bucked, reared, spun or bolted, doesn’t rev up in open spaces and is the same if you take her out anywhere in the trailer.

We believe she will make an excellent all rounder, she has a lovely active walk and is nicely off your leg. Even though she is only five, she fills you with confidence and will certainly give you many hours of happy hacking.

This is a very genuine sale due to pregnancy and not having the time to give her, we would love to see her go on to make someone equally very happy. Misty has so much potential to go onto enjoy many disciplines be it, low level jumping, hunting, pleasure rides, showing, dressage etc, she will make the perfect family horse for everyone to enjoy.

Misty is very good to clip, bath, good for farrier, vet and dentist, she will stand all day to be groomed, loads and travels like a dream. Misty can be turned out with others or on her own, she can be left out in the field alone and will happily graze if you take her friend away. She will live in or out and can be left in the field for a week and still be the same horse to ride.

We have lots of videos of her being ridden which can be sent upon request.

Striking, unspooky and very easy, friendly 15.1hh black cob mare (born October 2020) with significant presence who has been out and about locally and on fun rides - ridden by all ages (64-12).

She has the potential to do a lot more in the right hands. She has been gently hacked out over the last 2 years and is reliable, sensible and safe. Owner is now looking to retire from riding and wants to see her fully optimised as the SWEET horse she IS and the OUTSTANDING family horse she can become.

This little horse moves nicely and is happy to pop a log and is happy with trotting poles and cross poles but has had no formal programme of schooling. She is responsive and quick to learn. She can be hacked on the buckle end, is totally chilled in open spaces, never takes hold and is more whoa than go-go-go. She would be brilliant as a loving family horse and happy hacker with the potential to do low level dressage/ showing/xc .

We live on country lanes and she is good with the local traffic and farm machinery. Her field is in the heart of a pheasant shoot & the guns do not worry her at all. I have never even noticed when she is in season - totally unmareish.

She is ready for a loving owner who will be consistent and who wants to teach her and/or learn with her. (Please note however that due solely to her age and size and my desire to see her progress she will NOT be sold to a total novice or unconfident rider/handler). She is bright and highly teachable - as such she will quickly become “that horse” that many riders want. I have not given her the consistency or next step of schooling and life experience she now is ready for. I would like to see her being brought on and taken out and about intelligently and kindly with a view to being her owner’s “life horse”. She has had a great and happy start here with groundwork, hacking and slow, steady and kind life experience. She is snaffle mouthed.

She has been clipped the last two winters. Barefoot with good hard feet although she was shod when I got her two years ago. She is good to load and easy to handle. She lives in or out – solo or company & is a good doer. (She has been predominantly with mares although her first summer here she shared a field with a gelding and was fine.) She respects electric fencing and does not eat the wood on post and rail fencing. She is unfazed being left on her own in the stable or when her friends leave her from the field and is always pleased to see you when you come to the gate either to say hello or take her in for a groom/ride. Never been sick or sorry.

No timewasters , purchase agreements or loans . 5* home only and, please, only people ready to commit as a swift sale is necessary owing to travel commitments. Please text for a chat and further information, pictures and videos.

We have bred and owned Mulligan all her life. She has always been super easy to do, so much so, shes always the one who gets left, and not ridden. Whilst I find her super easy, and if anything, like it when shes not been ridden for a month and is a little fresh, we have had a few try her and found her too forward for them.
There is no need to kick on this mare, leg on means go. She marchs in walk and trots out, keeping up with any horse. She loves a canter across the fields and tracks, but pulls up easy in a snaffle.
Personally I find circles in an arena boring, (plus we don’t have an arena) so we do not do it. If you want a dressage horse, you will need to put the work in, as our idea of fun is hacking. However she has been to dressage and show jump shows with a friend many years ago, so the buttons will still be there, its up to you if you want them, and if so you might need to re program.
Her forte is hacking, heavy traffic is no issue, gates she’s a pro, she’s safe in open spaces, she goes first or last, and is confident on her own.
You can ride and lead her, or from her, so super easy.
She is a unit, i’m 5ft6 and she takes up my leg, and some, I’ve never felt too big for her. Shes super comfortable to ride with plenty of neck and shoulder in front of you.
She is only for sale as I’ve bred myself a taller version and if she gets ridden once a fortnight she’s done well.
If you are into your gypsy cob breeding you will see she has great breeding, and is very correct if you wanted to show.
She needs her own person, but of you are coming from a riding school, are used to kicking every stride, or are hoping for a mother daughter share for your ten year old who is still struggling with rising trot, she is unlikely to be for you, you are likely to feel over horsed.
She is kind, super fun and gives you a great fun ride.
She is and has always been barefoot, easy to clip, bath, spray etc. She is vaccinated, has had a foal (we are a stud) three years ago which she did easily and her foal is still with us (also for sale).
Her ideal home is someone who wants to hack out, have a good canter across fields, do some fun rides etc
We have them in each night, and in the winter we have little / no turnout and she’s happy to stay in 24/7. She doesn’t get fresh or silly when in.
The home and person is every important, as she is a member of our family, but she is surplus to needs at the moment, and she could give someone a lot of fun.
She has an Albion saddle, Seddon bridle and a larger wardrobe than me that I’m happy to discuss

Pure Irish draught with good breeding. Grange Bouncer lines.

My daughter has left me and our other 3 horses to go to university. I've now lost my partner in crime and my mojo! Im now happy to just plod out on my old boy.

She has done a bit of everything bar being out with the hounds. She has done dressage, showing, SJ, arena eventing, pleasure rides, beach, summer hunt rides and xc schooling. She has stayed away from home at the beach.

She needs a competent rider in the school to get the best out of her otherwise will plod, but perks up when out. Or if you want her to plod, then she's the horse for you. Has been occassionally nappy previously when out hacking and can be occassionaly randomly a little jig joggy out but this doesn't last.

Poles and an odd jump perks her up in the school.
She's full of character and loves her feed!

She doesn't need daily riding - this would probably be too much for Rose! She likes her days off.

She is not blemish free, she has the odd lump and bump for anyone wanting to show her. Nothing that local shows would bother about. Has a health history which will be fully disclosed and she had a beautiful foal in 2024. However she has been out competing in workers, SJ and arena eventing since then. She is in full work.
She would be a great horse for the family to enjoy at different levels if someone had experience. I'm not a jumper and jump her up to 75cm when I am brave. Fine with fillers.
I don't hack any of mine alone. I hack her with others. She is good with traffic, tractors and trains.

A home with some hacking, hunting and pleasure rides would be great or equally a bit of low level variation or plodding in the school.

Gorgeous young and well proportioned mare with plenty of depth of girth.

Four well rounded quarters with great bone and exceptional top line.

Full clean Vet certificate (from grading March 2026).

She would make an exceptional broodmare with her Castana breeding that breeds a great jump and technique.

She would do equally well in the show ring or under saddle in the hunting field.

A brave and forward mare with lovely temperament.

Good to do, good with farrier and loading.

The very best hone for this special girl.

Kind friendly weight carrier giant. Easy in EVERYWAY.

Stunning 4 year old proper traditional full of bone heavy cob. The please don’t be put off by his age I put my mother on him and would happily put my granny on too if she could get up on him! He has a better temperament than any 10 year old been there and done it. Isn’t a a once of nasty in him!

Import from Ireland as a 3 year old. Bob I don’t know where to start, he is a freak for his age. He has mainly been used for happy hacking, beach rides, up roads, through woods! Great to hack in company (fizzy ex racehorse upsides!) I can jump on him bare back when he’s eating or grazing. I ride my show horse around him whilst he’s eating doesn’t bat an eye. He’s like a Labrador! And even though he’s been broken in correctly I do just believe he’s a genuine nice person, he’s a good egg! Loving, kind and low maintenance.

I genuinely don’t think you find cobs like him anymore he’s a real lump that is more woe than go but will also trot and march on if asked! Proud looking cob with a kind eye, and a nice aura. Beautiful markings. Lives out of in. If you’re wanting an overall nice person with years of fun In him please get in touch. Home is priority and in absolutely no rush to sell. Lives on fresh air! Healthy and not grossly fat. 5* homes only please suitable for a novice, hard to believe with his age but he is so very quiet to ride!!

Looking for a mother's hunter type horse of the genuine, safe, mannerly, experienced kind! Open to buy or Loan. MUST have previously hunted not just seen hounds please!

Doesn't need to be a George Clooney in appearance! Happy to consider an older horse looking to step down from the bigger hunting days who would settle into smaller jump country.

No need for world beaters or puissance horses as we hunt the more trot & pop, trappy country not large grass fields with hedges but it must still be happy to go off alone and jump. MUST be good with hounds around it's legs and go off alone leaving the field happily when trail hunting!

Apart from being 15.2 hh and above (may consider a little smaller if well built) with a good shoulder in front, there is no other specific requirements - just a safe and experienced horse that won't erupt into outer space if left unridden for a week.

Based in the North East. Kept on a small private yard with other horse friends!

Thank you for taking the time to read! Keeping fingers crossed that someone, somewhere will have something to suit!

15hh registered Welsh Cob gelding looking for his next home.

Barney is a quality young Welsh Cob with excellent traditional breeding, including the renowned Nebo and Derwen bloodlines. He is a lovely stamp of a horse with plenty of presence and potential for the future.

Over the last year i have taken a step back from ridden work due to my own time commitments and focused on groundwork, confidence building and helping Barney develop a better understanding of what is being asked of him. He has benefited greatly from this slower approach and has matured well.

Barney was backed previously (2025) and showed promise before being turned away over winter. He is now ready for someone knowledgeable to take the next step with him and continue his development.
He’s due to be ridden later this month

His sale is through absolutely no fault of his own. With family life and a young child taking up more and more of my time, I simply cannot give him the consistency and attention he deserves as a young horse.

He is up to date with his flu/tet/teeth he is good to load and good for the farrier (had never been shod)

This is a genuine sale of a much-loved horse. He is priced to reflect both his quality breeding and his current level of education, offering someone the opportunity to put their own stamp on a well-bred young horse with a bright future ahead of him.

His price is negotiable however will go up as he continues his education.
I have his full brother who is a testament to his breeder, and living proof of what Barney is capable of.

I struggle with phone calls so please where possible text first

Rio - 7 year old 15hh Welsh D x PRE

A super fun and confident chap, Rio is well schooled with good paces. He’s polite in the contact and has his basic lateral work down. Snaffle mouthed for everything.

Great to hack out alone or in company, good in traffic. Jumping is where he really excels, he takes you in to a fence and can make a great shape.

Very brave, never spooks at fillers. When he’s excited he can throw in a buck out of exuberance, nothing unseating but because of this he’d suit a more confident rider.
He’d be an ideal horse for someone who’d like to get out competing straight away, he’d pop round a 90 track tomorrow quite happily and move up quickly. He’s been to PC camp, done mounted games etc and behaved well. Rio has been XC schooling at a few venues proving himself to be bold and scopey.

He’s an easy horse to have around, has lovely ground manners and a friendly, cheerful attitude. Good to catch, lead, shoe and load, no stable vices. Turns out on his own or with others.

Rio is sold on behalf of a client.

This fabulous boy is a real people horse, he’s fantastic to catch, loves being pampered, is good for the farrier, travels well and is just a joy to have around. In the field he loves everyone and gets along with mares and geldings alike.

He has successfully been treated for two sarcoid’s by the Equine Vet in Liverpool with positive results (documentation can be provided).

Harley is riding sweetly for his age. Hacks alone and in company and has been good in the traffic we’ve met on our busy road. Works away sweetly in the field and good in open spaces.

Done a little XC schooling and happily pops away over a variety of fences. No world beater but a really sweet little guy that wants to please.

Working in all 3 paces in the arena and would pop off and do a little dressage test in time, green as expected at 4 but has nice balanced paces for his age. Not a type that ‘needs’ a job or to be busy just a nice simple, low level allrounder.

Easy guy to have around on the yard and enjoys a groom and a fuss, not a bargy rude cob at all he’s a kind little horse that takes everything in his stride.

Ken is the ultimate head turner. He has the looks, the temperament and he can turn a hoof to anything.

From SJ, XC and dressage to beach rides and drag hunting; Ken loves it all.

He has competed in SJ, arena eventing and hunter trials. He always does his best and comes home with the best photos.

Ken hacks alone and in company. He’s not spooky or silly. I’m sure he’d love a pub ride where he can stop and be admired too!!

He will live in or out, loads and travels well, is easy to look after and enjoys a proper pamper.

He makes a super shape over fence and would be the ultimate PC/RC mother/daughter share/allrounder.

He’s good to catch, travel, and with the farrier.

All he wants is to be your best friend.

Videos available.

Red is a stunning lad with a kind heart, but he is quite sensitive and needs an experienced person to bring out the best in him.
Red can be nappy when leaving the yard on his own, nothing nasty. This stops with regular work. Great to hack out with others, but can have the odd spook, so not for a novice rider, great in traffic.
I feel Red would thrive in a busy yard, as he doesn't like being left when I take my other horse out for a ride.
To be honest, I was sold on him as a happy hack, and he is not for a novice rider. He has a cosmetic little lump on his front leg, but this has never bothered him in the two years I have owned him, but won't make a show horse, Red has always been sound.
Red did take a little time to settle here at first, but when I got his trust, he was always the first to come out of the field to see me. Reds at the bottom of the pecking order in my herd, so this is the main reason I am going to sell him, as I feel sorry for him, as he always gets left when I rideout as he is too much for me. I am on the wrong side of forty to be falling off due to my riding skills, nothing to do with him. Any more questions, just ask. I will be honest, I only want what's best for Red, and that's not me :(
He hasn't really done anything over winter, just hacking out now and then, so needs to be brought back into work to build up his top line etc, but he will be a very good looking horse when fit and in full-time work. We have started bringing him back into work with lunging, long-reining and short hacks.
Red is brilliant to load in a 3.5t box and travels amazingly, great with the vet, farrier, clipping and when being groomed. Stands to be tacked up and mounted, he is a genuinely lovely boy but is just too much horse for me.
Red has hunted in the passed in Ireland
Comes with saddle and bridle and rugs cost over £2000
