Coloured 3 yr old gelding by Fidertanz

  • Lovely movement, stunning markings and a great frame
  • A sort hard to find with the nicest temperament

Pablo, is a bay tobiano June 2022 gelding by the famous dressage stallion Fidertanz, bred by myself and my sister so full history known and we still own his mum.

Pablo has always been very easy and he’s just the friendliest horse with a lovely laid back temperament. Great to load, farrier, trim, handle etc.

He has lovely movement, stunning markings and a great frame, standing at about 16.1. He’s a blank canvas ready to go. We’ve just started some long reining around the yard, nothing phases him.

He will make the perfect allrounder - he has so much potential to be a lovely competition horse, but would also just be a fun family horse with his chilled out attitude. He is a sort hard to find with the nicest temperament.

The only thing that stops him from being perfect is his teeth. He has a slight overbite which has massively improved since a foal that it’s barely noticeable now. We’ve had a full X ray done last month, so happy to share details. Because of this he has had the dentist a bit more regular (every 6 months) The vet says once his adult teeth all come through it should end up as normal maintenance and this has been reflected in his price.

We are in absolutely no rush to sell him, and best home will be chosen over highest offer. Horses like him are so hard to come across and he deserves someone with the time to love and make the most out of his potential.

Based on South Warrington, Cheshire - just off the m56.

15.2hh 4, rising 5 year old Irish gelding, still filling out and maturing to do.

A lovely type, tri colour, he has feather but i have recently fully clipped him he looks fabulous either way.

Teddy has a lovely temperament, very sweet. He works well in the school, 3 balanced paces, bends, picks up the correct canter leads etc. Hacks alone and in company and has been great with the traffic we have seen- tractors, lorries, combines. He has super natural jumping ability, has popped any thing we have asked, SJ and XC. He has jumped a handful of times but showing such brilliant potential being brave, bold and scopey. He is off the leg and not kick along. He is responsive, lovely forward going ride.

We have taken teddy to arena hires and new environments. Indoors, out doors.
He loads and travels well alone and in company.

We have attended dressage competitions, prelim 1, prelim 2 and prelim 4. First was an evening dressage so new experience of loading and travelling in the dark, he behaved perfectly with horses cantering towards and behind him in the warm up, was very well behaved and wasn’t at all bothered. 64.2%. Easy to take out and about on your own.
Then a day time doing prelim 1, 66% and prelim 4, 62.5% where we bettered our score in prelim 1 and had our first go in a long arena and white boards, was fantastic didn’t look at them! Full video available on cox equestrian services facebook page. Most recently back to evening dressage where we did prelim 2 and scored 68.2%. All sheets available.

Teddy will suit most disciplines, hacking, dressage, jumping, low level eventing, hunting. He has the ability to do well in any.

Teddy will thrive off a relationship and getting to know some one or having a family of his own. He is a diamond that i could see doing really well in all disciplines. A mother daughter share, a great hack but plenty of talent to excel in pony club/riding club and the competitions we all love doing at the weekend.
No novices please, he is young and take’s confidence from his rider. As i say with any youngsters, no un balanced riders, some one that can build confidence and give direction is still wanted at this age. He is un sure of new people initially.

Teddy is up to date with wormer, shoes, vaccinations and teeth and ready to enjoy his life with some one. Very regular up to date videos on our Facebook page, cox equestrian services. Jumping, hacking, schooling, traffic and so on. Or whats app for full videos of the above. We have slowly and sympathetically produced him to this point.

Open to any vetting. Viewing’s available north wales.

  • All rounder
Blue is a 10 year old cob standing at just over 14.3hh. He is for sale through no fault of his own as his elderly owner of the last 4 years needs a quieter horse and he needs a job!

Blue is established in all paces in the school and jumps for fun.

He hacks very well in company, but has not been hacked out on his own.

He is a forward going cob and needs a confident rider or he will try and mess about. Once you have the measure of him, he will do anything for you. Rides a lot bigger than he is, takes up the leg, rider in videos is nearly 6'.
He is happier in a consistent routine, the more you do with him, the better he gets.

He is not suitable for a nervous, novice or beginner as he can be quite strong at times.

Loves a fuss and a groom, will come to call in the field and easy to catch. He is extremely easy to handle on the ground, good around kids, dogs and other horses.
Currently has an individual paddock, but has lived out in a herd previously.

He is up to date with vaccinations, physio and teeth and is excellent to clip, trim (he is barefoot) and with the dentist.

He loads and travels well in a lorry, he has not been travelled in a trailer.

He prefers to live out with a shelter but has been stabled at night in winter.

Would make a great little hunting horse for the right person.

Please ask for additional photos or videos and to view

He will come with turnout rugs

- Based at our Burford centre -

Roe is a handsome, gentle hunter-type gelding who is searching for his loving forever companion home. He is wonderfully mannered and good to handle in every way—easy to catch, lead, groom and pick out feet, and he is also a star for both the vet and farrier.

He is currently living out 24/7 but is equally happy with a routine that includes some stabling. Roe is overweight at the moment and is following a diet plan to help him safely slim down, so he will need a home committed to restricted grazing and ongoing weight management. He would also really enjoy and benefit from in-hand walks to keep him active.

Roe currently lives contentedly with geldings and has been living next door to mares. With sensible introductions, he could also join a mixed herd if needed.

If you’re looking for a kind, steady and affectionate companion who will thrive with attention and a structured routine, Roe could be the perfect addition to your herd.

Leo is a beautiful little horse that's sort is hard to find, brought directly from his breeder so full history known.

He is an old head on young shoulders type,

genuine with a trainable and willing attitude.

A gentleman in all ways with the most amazing temperament.

Broken in at the back end of last year he was ridden away hacking and schooling and completing a small course of fences, showing to be very brave and honest. He was then turned away over the summer to develop and grow, with his future in mind, gently hacking around the country roads.

He's very willing, happy to hack out in company or on his own and is good in traffic.

Leo has come back into full work over the last month Walk, trotting and cantering in the school, and has been out to arena hire, where he behaved impeccably proving to be so genuine and quiet.

He is an absolute pet to have around, loves attention and is easy to do in every possible way.

Good catch, shoe, dentist, travel and trim/ bath.

Straight & correct with a good step.

A genuine sweet chap that has been well started but still a blank canvas ready for someone to put their stamp on.

The makings of a very nice Grassroots/ Intermediate WH/ Mother Daughter Share. Horses like him rarely come on the market.

5* home a must for this genuine boy please, sad sale. Open to any vetting

Quiet and easy happy hack

SOLD!
  • Cob
  • Appaloosa

  • 4 years
  • 15 hands
  • Very steady and simple
  • Loves hacking

Stunning MW cob who is a real leg at each corner type and will make someone a super armchair happy hacker or family horse/ low level all rounder. He has the right temperament for possible future RDA or therapy horse ( obviously green and will require further work!)

Crumble was bought last year by keen teenager to bring on as a project, he’s been well introduced to busy family life and has had a great foundation to his work.

Crumble has just recently been professionally backed and is now riding away and has been living on a working farm. Sadly his owner has decided that he’s never going to be the horse she wants as he’s far too steady and where she wants to be out thrusting out hunting; Crumble would much prefer a slower pace of life!

Hacks out in front or behind in heavy traffic. Used to busy working farm life, livestock, tractors etc. He’s been out on his own quite happily also. He is good to do in all ways very easy going.

He is definitely more woah than go. Nothing seems to phase him, he will make a lovely family friend. Crumble adores his hacking and is quite happy to go out on a long rein, he’s good in open spaces and never strong, he’s very good in traffic and has seen most things. He’s not going to jump large fences or win Grand Prix dressage but he will be a lovely sensible family friend who will give hours of pleasure mooching round the countryside in a steady fashion and being a good boy. He is a willing enough ride in the school , has no idea about outlines yet but will pop a very small coloured fence ( very slowly without showing any scope!) Although he’s steady he will still obediently work through his transitions. He is green as grass but simple.

Has never been strong or silly and has been a lovely first project horse for his owner, but he now needs to find someone more suited to him so she can buy a new more forward horse!

Good to catch, groom, bath, shoe, has met the clippers successfully and is used to being led from another horse around the farm. Loves people, fuss and attention. He has a super temperament and will be your best friend!

Seen at livery. Priced very realistically as he has some ongoing management that will be discussed with interested purchasers.

  • Skewbald 7yo gelding, sadly for sale
Vino is part trotter so please do not expect him to move like a grand prix dressage horse. Vino was backed late, so although he is 7 in age think of him more as a 5yo in education. For this reason he would not be suitable for a novice rider. He needs a confident educated rider who can further his training and who can bring the best out of him. Vino is a wonderful character and is one of the favourites on the livery yard where he is based.

He is working well on the flat in all 3 paces, he is very willing, loves to work and loves to please. He jumps well although he isn't always the bravest, he has a huge jump and with confidence, training and guidance he will learn that he doesn't always need to use maximum effort. He has a lovely soft nature and loves attention.

Vino is good to bath, shoe, catch, groom, dentist etc. ( he will hack well alone or in company first or last)

Vino is for sale as his current owner over horsed herself at the start (she is only 14, small and novice)
She has tried to persevere with him with regular lessons and training for him but she cannot maintain his way of going.

We truly believe Vino will flourish with a more knowledgeable rider, and the current owner would come on with an older, more been there done it type that is a little smaller.

Dressage / Showing/ Hunter / Eventer- Grace - ( Doreens Aires and Graces) 15’3 H , 6 .5 years old lovely breeding ( Airborn stallion ) ISH/WB

Has done a lot of showing with her breeder , including big shows like Bath and West, we brought her in September 2024 , we have taken her to dressage clinics , PC Rallies, clear rounds, hacks out confidently alone or in company

Flashy paces would excel in dressage , came 5th in first ever unaffiliated dressage

Grace works nice on the flat , hacks out well , all good travelling , farrier etc, great in open fields and spaces , has never bolted

Whilst she is jumping over poles in the school she would need more training / patience to compete , she is getting there and she is jumping courses now ,just a bit green in this area , but out hunting , jumps everything !

She has started hunting this season which she loves , will make a lovely hunter , has jumped the jumps , is sensible too , mother daughter share , SJ will come as she was jumping 90 courses before we brought her , but was treated for ulcers which have now gone but needs more work , hence concentrating on hunting this season and other things will help

She is very pretty , nice breeding so showing would also be an option , my daughter is just keen on progressing more in SJ , hence her sad sale

We would love Grace to go to a lovely home which is important to us and continue training. She isnt the finished article as still young , but has scope to excel in a number of disciplines

She is very sweet and has lots of good points , happy to answer any questions , honest description

Olive is a great young mare, very recently broken to ride proving to have a great temperament that could turn her hoof to any job.

She’s a fabulous mover so would look great in the dressage / showing ring but very athletic so I’m sure she’d have a great jump also.

May has an incredibly sweet friendly nature, loves attention and a pamper session! She knows basic groundwork, has been lunged and long-reined before being turned away so needs bringing back into work.

She was bought as a project for myself as my first 4yo to bring on, however despite her normally very laid back temperament she is also proving very forward thinking and quick to learn, and will be better suited to a home with previous experience of young horses.

May currently lives on a working farm so is used to farm machinery and is unbothered by cows/sheep/peacocks. She loves people and isn't phased by children racing past her stable on bikes/scooters!

Always been perfect to load and with the farrier (currently barefoot), and is up to date with worming/vaccinations/teeth.

Very sad sale, she has all the makings of being a fantastic competition sports horse who is ready to be started and brought on in a knowledgeable home. Would equally be happy to have the winter off to settle into her new home before being started next spring.

3 active paces with established flatwork and lateral work. Presents a good frame and produces a nice test.

Competed out UA Dressage & BD where most recently he won at novice level with over 70%. He has also previously attended Petplan winter championship where he placed top 3.

Bold scopey jump and happily jumped up to 1m05 with owner at competitions and has trained over bigger tracks at home.

Has done arena xc and schooling on grass where he will jump ditches, banks, waters etc.

Also attended numerous showing competitions where he qualified for the LIHS show hunter class.

Hacks alone and in company, great in open spaces. Good to shoe, box, clip etc.

Sad sale after 3yrs but his heart isn’t in eventing and that is what the owner would like to do.

He would excel in a dressage/riding club level home.

Absolutely no time wasters as this decision hasn’t been taken lightly.

SOLD SUBJECT TO VET 14/11/25

Sadly I am selling my much loved one in a million horse Harold.

Harold is an 11 year old 15.1 skewbald gelding.

He is a very attractive horse, and moves really nicely on the flat. He is incredibly safe to hack and will go past any traffic and farm machinery. Has previously hacked over motorway bridges. Will go in front or behind and often used to baby sit the green horses out hacking.

Has been ridden by a three year old girl. Will happily plod along with a novice or do some faster work with a more experienced rider.
He really has a sensible brain on him.

He has done; arena hires, dressage competitions, show jumping, clear rounds, xc schooling, sponsored rides and loose jumps weekly. He is really polite on a sponsored ride, doesn’t get strong or phased by other horses galloping past him and truly loves it. I went round on the buckle most the time.

Loads really well, will live on or out, hardy and would go barefoot. Loves a cuddle and is a pleasure to handle.

Would be an ideal RC horse, first horse for a child coming off ponies, mother/daughter share or safe hunter and working hunter.
He is really one in a million, hard to find type and a yard favourite.

No time wasters as this is an incredibly difficult decision for me and he will only be going to the best home. If I had the money I would be keeping him for life, he is my heart horse and I know his full history.

No loans, payment plans or time wasters welcome. Open to sensible offers for a 10* home.

Mustang Sally Now, ‘Sally’, is an eye catching mare with a very trainable attitude and lovely personality. She started age 5 in a riding school and had been produced slowly and correctly in a dressage home from BD Prelim to BD Medium.

For the past year, Sally had predominantly been schooled for and competed in British Dressage. She had gone from being quite nervous at her first competitions to confidently and competitively competing at BD medium. She is established in half passes, walk pirouettes, simples changes, counter canter, rein backs, leg yields and all other medium movements. Sally would make the perfect Petplan horse, having gained scores previously of up to 70%. She has also had recent success at the Cavago Associated Championships in both the elementary and the medium.

Sally is happy to school in either a snaffle or double bridle. She is currently learning her changes and could either continue to move up the levels in dressage or take her career in a new direction.

Sally takes everything in her stride and would be suited to any kind of home, she has been to showjumping shows up to 80cm, cross country schooled over 90cm fences, confident in water and over ditches, hacks happily alone or in company and even enjoys a trip to the gallops and beach.

Sally is great with kids and often has a young inexperienced rider on her on lead rein and behaves perfectly. She is great to lead, groom, bath and load and travels well alone or in company.

Very kind, willing and uncomplicated mare who deserves the best of homes.

Available on behalf of a client,

Jasper is a 15.2hh, 4 year old, cob.

Jasper is an absolute pleasure to do in all ways, good to catch (will come to call), load (trailer or lorry), trim (barefoot), clip, bath, groom etc.

He will stand quietly tied up at home and away from home to the lorry, he’s easy to tack up and would be suitable to be handled by a novice.

He hacks alone and in company, will go infront or behind. He’s completely bomb proof in all traffic and will walk calmly past birds jumping out infront of him. He’s great in open spaces and will open up for a canter yet come back and walk on buckles end. He’s forward and not a kick along but is never strong or silly.

Since being with me he’s been cross country schooling where he behaved with impeccable manners and proved bold and brave over ditches steps and water. He isn’t very fit as of now so didn’t jump anything big.

He’s spent the last year lightly hacking and therefore needs more fitness work however this is actively being done as of now and he’s getting in better shape every day!

He’s not at all bothered by dogs and stays calm in busy environments so i think he’d be awesome out hunting.

He’s currently out 24/7 but can be stabled, he’s sociable and kind in the field and has been turned out with mares and geldings.

Snaffle mouthed.

Jasper would be a fantastic mother and daughter share or an all round safe fun horse for someone to get cracking with.

Comes with his professionally fitted GP saddle and premier equine bridle.
