MURPHY - 13.2 Cob Gelding 13 years old

Great on or off the lead rein

Does not bolt, Buck or rear. Can be strong on the ground if long grass is near (loves his food)

Great out and about and loads well.

Not great with farrier but will tolerate feet being trimmed (bare foot)

No health needs.

Up to date with jabs, teeth etc

We have clipped him ourselves as he doesn't like it, but will let you do it if he trusts you.

Murphy would suit a child who has lost confidence with riding and will grow with him to ride independently. We had him for the very same reason.

Absolutely top class FR SP very willing and safe, beautiful mover, superb temperament

She was bought 2 years ago for 2 small children. Unfortunately she is totally wasted the older one is nolonger interested and the younger is still too young for her to be ridden enough.

This pony has done PC camp for friends, loaned to 6 year old with no issues. She

Seems to settle very easily in any environment and is happy to do as required by the jockey however small.

Bred to show and is quality enough to qualify for HOYS etc if you choose or equally just as an allrounder for older child.

Is fine for novice kids very easy no issues. Happy to be in or out as long as shes fed!!! Could not rate this pony enough

Beautiful Lead Rein Pony

  • 11.2 hands (LHC)
  • Best Friend
  • Super safe Pony
  • Mothers Dream
It is with a heavy heart that we have to sell this adorable pony.

We have own this pony since Dec 2020 in which time my daughter has done everything on him.
Unfortunately he is now so outgrown he needs to find a new little jockey.

He is primarily a Lead Rein pony with beautiful moves so would do well in the showing circuit.
He will go off the lead in a sandschool (he doesn’t like being ridden in his field) but sometimes requires encouragement or a very good little determined rider.

We have attended Pony Club Rallies etc & he has done PC Camp. We have also done School Fair Pony Rides with children that have never sat on a pony. So he is so safe.

He hacks alone or in company, can be lead of another horse/pony if needed but does also follow behind very nicely.

My daughter is now 11 & hacks out with either myself or her older sister, she enjoys taking him in big fields for a good gallop. He is not strong & has never bolted. He is not spooky apart from maybe if a pheasant comes out of nowhere but all he will do is jump & stop.

Good in all ways, catching, grooming, bathing, clipping, trimming etc……..

Will travel in a trailer or a lorry.

Up to date with farrier & dentist.

Can live in or out. Happy either way.

He has had laminitis in the past but not with us. We are very strict on our grazing & feeding regime as I have a couple of lami ponies.

Although he is 17 now he does not act it & has many more years ahead of him.

This pony deserves the absolute best home & we would want to see where he is going.

He is a gold dust hard to find kind of pony & someone would be very lucky to own him.

SOLD! SOLD to a lovely home. Wishing Rose Bud and her new family fun and happiness.

  • 6 years
  • 11.3 hands
  • Potential top class LR/FR
  • Lovely stamp and temperament
  • Beautiful breeding
Rose Bud has recently been broken at Horsley Park Farm Equestrian and is proving to be a very sensible, quick learner who loves children and takes everything in her stride.

She goes beautifully on the lead rein and is ready to go out showing. She is also being ridden by an adult - Sophie at Horsley Park.

She long reins successfully and has seen some traffic on the roads.

She is a beautiful little mare, who is improving all the time and has a great future.

In 2024 she bred a top quality foal, Meering Rambler, who was shown with his mum at the Northern Dartmoor Pony Show by the Horsley Park team. He was awarded 1st and best foal and Rose Bud was 2nd in the broodmare class. She behaved impeccably.

She can continue her education with Sophie but will easily home produce and should go far in the right home.

Her price will increase the more she does.

Stunning Family Pony/Lead Rein

  • Perfect gentleman
  • Loves to be fussed

Sad sale of my son’s pony “Shadow”.

11.2HH 2020 (5yrs) unregistered section A gelding.

I bought shadow when my son was 4 months old as my sons dad wanted him to do moto x instead of horses so I was trying to beat dad with the horse/motorbike race!!

My son is now 18 months old and I can count how many times my son has “ridden” him. I don’t have the time and my son sadly prefers the bikes.

Many other kids have ridden shadow. I would say at the moment he is a better lead rein pony as he is green but I’m sure with more schooling he would be a great 2nd pony/off lead rein also. Has been hacked and seen all traffic and led around the arenas. Has been off the lead rein but with novice kids and not “schooled” as such.

Fantastic paces and movement… I wish my 16.1 moved as well as shadow! Have jumped him on the lunge and in hand.

Never had laminitis but is a fatty so would never risk putting him on lots of grass.

Goes in a basket saddle, inky dinky saddle and cub saddle.

Well loved and good with kids on the ground.

No loans, he is for sale only.

Alfie needs no introduction! He is a top class section A known for his big flashy movements!

We bought Alfie for our two daughters - our eldest has enjoyed doing workers on Alfie, competing in the junior and Open sections, and has jumped a few HOYS 122 classes on him but unfortunately her legs are now longer than his!

Alfie has given our younger daughter a lot of confidence in the FR classes and also FR WHP, qualifying for London on their first attempt in first ridden m&m sports pony in a strong class of 18. He would also be a strong contender for the lead WHP classes!

Alfie will always jump a beautiful round and is very careful, he’s given our youngest enough confidence to jump and win the arena eventing at the WPCS performance show as well as winning section A workers!

Alfie still enjoys to compete in the flat classes and is fabulous in the FR and junior classes as well as the inhand gelding and young handler classes!

During the winter months with both girls have used him for some showjumping, pony club and hunting! Alfie would also do very well in the dressage arena as he’s school beautiful!

Previously Alfie done exceptionally well as a lead rein and there is no reason why he could not go back to this!

At home Alfie is handled daily by our children who do everything with him but would take the Micky given the opportunity- Therefore Alfie does need a competition home!

Alfie will continue to compete until he finds his next rider. We would be happy to keep Alfie until the end of the season or he is available now with his entries.

Superb all rounder - SJ/Dressage/PC/Showing 11.3 Welsh A rising 11 - Brynrodyn Diplomat

We have owned Dippy for almost 6 years and have had a lot of fun with him in showjumping, dressage, showing, combined training and arena eventing. He has jumped up to 70-75cm at home but mostly competes at 60cms at the shows.

He is a super and much loved pony who will be someone's best friend and has a typical Welsh character, but is loving and kind, good to catch, load, clip and bath. He turns out on his own or with others.

Dippy loves hacking out and is very good in traffic. He is ridden around the bridleways and lanes at home and has met tractors, motorbikes and lorries, but is not fazed by any of it.

Dippy is looking for an experienced home with a rider who wants to go and have fun and is a versatile pony who will turn his hoof to anything. My daughter started out on the lead rein with him, and he was her first pony off, but is probably more of a second pony, as he can be a little forward to begin with.

He is up to date with teeth, vaccinations, physio, worming and farrier.

This is an incredibly sad sale, but my daughter is just too tall for him now. We are looking for an experienced home who will love him as much as we do, but please no timewasters.

Plenty more photos and videos on request.
