  • Quiet enough for all the family to enjoy
  • Been hunting, jumping & pole clinics, hacking, XC and lessons

Amber is a very attractive, 13.2HH (137cm), 5 year old (2021), bay New Forest Pony. She was backed in August 2025 and has been doing a variety of educational activities since, including lots of hacking, pole and small jump clinics, private lessons, hunting, XCountry hire and mini show jumping competition.

She is quiet and straightforward with a lovely temperament. She loves to be groomed and made a fuss of. She lives out but was stabled at night between December and March, so is comfortable being in or out. She has given rides to very small children on the lead rein and has been ridden by an 11 year old, 15 year old and small adult. She is so straightforward that she has given the small adult the confidence to canter again!!

As we have taken her education slowly, she is not jumping any height yet (60cm) but is a careful jumper and on the lunge has jumped bigger and produces a good shape over the fence. She has three nice paces and is smart enough to do show/WHP classes and is good to lunge, long rein and lead off another horse.

My daughter has so enjoyed riding her over the past nine months and has had lots of fun so she is very special to her and therefore we are looking for an experienced, five star home to continue her education and who enjoys doing all pony club activities, fun rides, local shows etc. She is going to be a best friend for a very lucky child.

She is excellent to clip, good to load, travels in both a trailer and horsebox, and currently barefoot. She is good with the vet and up to date with teeth, annual injections, worming etc. Currently in her winter woollies but is a smart bay in the summer.

Although both her parents are New Forest, she is registered in section X of the stud book as she has too much white on her left hind and therefore does not meet the breed criteria to be registered in the Pure Bred studbook.

Small wardrobe (rugs, bridle, etc - no saddle) also available.

More photos and videos available to send. Open to any vetting.

She has given my daughter and son lots of fun and is a much-loved pony with a kind temperament who enjoys plenty of fuss and attention.

She can be forward-going if wanted, but is also happy to go steadily. She is not a lead-rein pony, as she genuinely loves her job and enjoys being kept busy.

She is good to clip, load, and for the farrier. All vaccinations and routine care are up to date, and she is regularly wormed.

8-year-old registered Welsh Section D with established bloodlines and a really good brain. This mare has produced three registered foals, the most recent with us smoothly at home last year (see pics) so would be an asset to any stud.

She has a very sweet, gentle nature and is kind by temperament, making her a great candidate for someone looking to bring her on under saddle. She is currently unbroken and has had limited careful ground work, so will require an experienced and knowledgeable home to continue her education. That being said she is very biddable and easy to work with in the stable and on the ground and will follow you anywhere once she knows you.

She would be an asset to any stud or equally ready for a ridden career.

Photos do not do this mare justice. Everyone who sees her comments on her quality.

Genuine sale and 5 star home a must.

Chequito is a great pony with a bright future ahead of him.
He has proved to be safe and sensible. Has been brought on slowly and carefully.

Handled by kids daily. Currently ridden by 10year olds to teens. Absolutely loves his hacking. To hack out alone he has been hacked out by children and is a very safe confidence giver. Not fussed by any traffic. Hacks alone and great in open spaces.
If in a group he is not for children and does have some spunk

Not been over jumped, but will happily pop a jump (has jumped with a 10 year old).
He is happy to be left alone. Doesn't get fizzy, can be left for a week and jump on and he doesn't change.
Needs more schooling in his canter, nothing nasty but will throw a buck.
Loves a pamper and stands quietly to be groomed and tacked up by children.
Loads and travels like a dream.
Barefoot
Great with farrier
Great to clip ( stood in an open feild with no head collar)
Currently lives out 24/7 but has come in before.

A real eye catcher type

Lots of pictures and videos.

Fwrog Spaceman (Frog) - 14.1hh | 4yrs | Welsh Section D Gelding

A super sweet, genuine young pony with a lovely temperament and all the right foundations to go on and make a fantastic all-rounder.

Frog is an extremely friendly gelding who is a pleasure to handle both on the ground and under saddle. Still green due to his age, he is progressing nicely on the flat and shows a willing, trainable attitude in everything he does.

He is happily popping a course of small fences and shows plenty of scope for the future; he has not been pushed due to his age. He has already been out to shows, arena hires and cross country, taking everything in his stride and proving to be sensible beyond his years.

Hacks alone and in company
Good in traffic and with farm machinery
Kind, easy temperament — a real yard favourite
Lives out happily in a mixed herd

Frog would suit a family or rider looking for a genuine, enjoyable pony to continue producing. He has all the basics in place and a great brain to match.

Super stamp of a pony who has been slowly and carefully produced.

Buttons hacks alone and in company, works well on the flat and is happily popping round a course of 80cm having qualified for British Novice second rounds 2026, with scope for more.

She has been to shows, PC rallies and out with the blood hounds. We feel she could make a nice working hunter pony too.

Buttons is easy to do on the ground, loves being groomed, fussed and bathed (a bonus being grey!).

She is snaffle mouthed, never strong and doesn’t hot up.

My daughter has produced her on behalf of her owner but we now feel she is too big on her to carry this on hence the sale.

She is not the type of pony that needs riding everyday. She will happily live in or out and is good to shoe and travel. She requires a little sedation for clipping.

She is up to date with vaccinations, teeth and back.

With his looks and movement he could hold his own in Junior/Open classe but Buzz is also quiet enough to do lead rein and first ridden.

  • Perfect family pony
  • Looking for steady, private home

Jasper is a 13.2hh registered Welsh Section C gelding, 19 years old (turns 20 on 20/5/26). He has a lovely temperament both on the ground and ridden. He's excellent in all ways, with a great history of riding school work and pony club. For the last 18 months Jasper has worked in our equine assisted therapy centre, supporting both adults and children with their mental health through a combination of groundwork and ridden sessions. He is now looking for a private home to enjoy plenty of love, cuddles, and low level work.

Jasper is safe and consistent, happily carrying riders of all ages and abilities in walk, trot, and canter. Still loves to pop a small fence. He schools willingly and is never sharp, wouldn't take much to get him back to his potential on the flat but this hasn't been asked of him with us. Excellent to hack.

Would be a lovely steady pony for a competent child, an all-round family pony, or for a small adult looking to enjoy a slower pace of life. Jasper will do lead rein and first ridden if it’s occasional, but his main rider needs to be balanced and confident to keep him engaged.

Has mild arthritis which is managed with supplements alongside regular physiotherapy. He is in work 4 days a week including flatwork, occasional small jumps, and hacking. We are not looking for a high level pony club or competition home for him, but he would easily pop round a course of cross poles from time to time.

Up to date with worming, is barefoot, and is good to catch, clip, load, for the vet, dentist, and farrier etc.

Jasper will stable for short periods if needed but is far more comfortable living out 24/7. He is happy in a mixed herd or turned out alone.

This is a very sad sale. We had hoped Jasper would stay with us long-term, so finding him the right home is incredibly important. We would love to stay in touch with his new home.

Thistledown Just a Gent

5-year-old Top Class Welsh Section C gelding. A stunning palomino with four white socks, he is a real head-turner and destined for the show ring!

A lovely quality type with good limb and feather, a beautiful front, and a very pretty head with a kind eye. He is exceptionally well bred by the renowned Thistledown Stud. He moves for fun! He is straight moving with no vices or lumps or bumps.

Recently broken to ride, he is green but genuine and willing. He is beginning to show potential free schooling over a fence.

He now needs a knowledgeable home that can offer consistency to continue his education. He has huge potential and will go to the top in the right hands, but due to his age and stage, he is not suitable for a novice. He is a perfect unseen fresh face! He lunges and long reins for miles, I feel he also has huge potential as a driving pony!

He is an absolute pleasure to have around. Lives in or out. Up to date with teeth and feet.

This is a very sad sale due to lack of time, so finding the right home is a priority. Sensibly priced for a pony of this quality.

Please no time wasters or video collectors—genuine enquiries only.

Jasper is a CHAPS registered coloured gelding. Jasper has been with the same owner since a 9 month old foal so full life history known. Jasper has been in loan homes with a mixture of child jockeys. He started his life showing in hand successfully and went on to be professionally broken. He's been produced to a good level. Works into the hand forward thinking, not strong. Been to local dressage competitions. Has basic lateral movements established also..

He's most recently come out of a loan home with teenagers who have been enjoying jumping him, xc , clinics and lessons regularly. Due to outgrowing him he's since come back to be sold due to long term owners circumstances. He would however equally suit a petite lady rider wanting a safe and sensible all rounder. Will measure as a 148 for a keen rider to compete.

Jasper loves his jumping he keeps a rhythm to a fence doesn't look at fillers or xc fences. Would absolutely suit a pony club home. Mother/ daughter share. He's lovely to hack and in traffic. Doesn't get excitable when the others canter ahead. He will also ride & lead both ways. Snaffle mouthed always. Needs a competent rider to hack alone.

More sporty type to ride. Finer build but well put together. Straight limbed clean legs. Excellent to clip, bath, catch, lead, load, travel, lunge, mounting etc will happily live in a mixed herd. Not any different after a holiday.

Jasper does stable however gets upset when the horses are coming in & out of their stables so he will ideally be more suited to a 24 7 turn out or a home where all the horses are on the same routine. Ideally more turn out the better.

Home is of the utmost importance. He's a real gem of a pony who wishes to find a fun knowledgeable home!

Outstanding SD Cob Gelding – Exceptional Quality, Temperament & Future Show Prospect

Exceptionally kind, genuine SD Cob gelding with quality, presence and temperament in abundance.
He is a true credit to the SD Cobs a world renowned, highly respected name within the traditional cob world, known internationally for producing outstanding quality cobs.

Rising 4 years old, currently standing approx 11.2–11.3hh, TGCA passported, fully up to date with vaccinations, dentist, farrier, worming.

This boy has been lightly backed and has taken everything like a duck to water. He is happy in full tack, has had jockeys on board, and is proving to be extremely genuine and willing. He is still green as expected for his age and stage, currently working on his brakes and steering, but always tries his best and gives a lovely, safe feel.

He is a genuine blank canvas for someone to continue producing and put their own stamp on.

Temperament wise, he is quite simply one of the sweetest, kindest ponies you could wish to meet. Nothing phases him in any way, shape or form and he absolutely thrives on attention.

He is:
• Excellent to clip (including full clip)
• Happy with hairdryer / pet dryer
• Good to bath, spray, groom and rug
• Easy for the farrier (can be a little snatchy behind, improving with consistency)
• Good to load and travel
• Sensible with traffic, farm animals and other horses
• Respects electric fencing
• Fantastic around children

He genuinely tries his heart out and has the most loving, people-oriented nature.

With his quality, movement and attitude, he would make an outstanding future lead rein or first ridden pony and has all the attributes to excel in the show ring. In the right hands, this pony will go far.

He is a lovely, correct type who will continue to strengthen and develop with further work and sympathetic production.

This is a pony who deserves to be adored and truly loved.

The only reason he is available is that he is unlikely to make the height originally hoped for. Absolutely no fault whatsoever and not a small enough jockey to continue his education. He is loved and adored by every member of the family but deserves his little person

He will come with:
• 3 turnout rugs
• 2 stable rugs
• Saddle and bridle

£2,250 ono
Serious, knowledgeable homes only preferred

A very special pony with a first-class temperament and outstanding SD Cob breeding. Finding the right home is far more important than a quick sale
